I have come here about five times in the last few weeks and I have enjoyed everything that I’ve gotten! My go to is the oatmeal. It’s very filling and full of many great ingredients. I’ve also had a beet smoothie as well which was super tasty! Everything here is well intended, and very thorough, especially when it comes to explaining the benefits of the smoothies and the food that you were getting!

Where do I even start ! I’ve been coming here since they opened about three years ago and have experienced nothing but kindness and consistency. Quality ingredients with versatile menu options suitable for any diet you literally cannot go wrong. The hard work and dedication these guys have put in continues to shine through, truly a Beacon gem, and with their recent renovation giving new life to an already warm atmosphere, im so excited to continue watching them grow !! Amazing all around.

Loved this! Brought my 22 year old daughter and her friends, and my sister with her 2 year old. The service was hospitable, and food delicious! I had the sesame-ginger wrap - it was out of this world and healthy. I also got a Puple power smooth to go, it was fabulous. This is all excellent food. I highly recommend and we will be back!

Amazing healthy food !! Friendly and wonderful people and you can taste it in the dishes that they make. It’s a wonderful alternative to the less healthy options on Main Street. Its a wonderful meal to start the morning or anytime of the day. Berries smoothie bowl and Banana almond smoothie are my absolute favorite. I look forward to trying more of the menu !!!

Although the location is going through a remodel, I was able to order the Vibrant Grains and Chicken Warm Bowl and LET ME TELL YOU! It was delicious, a generous sized bowl with great taste. Apparently, the place has been around for 3 years, I'm just mad it took me this long to find it! I will definitely be back! :)

Hands down the best smoothies I’ve ever had in my life. The service was quick and friendly. The ingredients were fresh, whole foods. I cannot wait to come back and try other things on the menu!! I’ve lived in NYC and now LA and when I come visit family upstate it’s hard to always find healthy fresh options but this. is. it!!

What a great addition to Beacon for fresh, healthy lunches. It’s easy to get a gluten-free, plant-forward meal here and I love that they use organic ingredients. I paid $21.95 for the Vibrant Grains & Chicken Bowl—and the portion size was very generous. This bowl is easy 2-3 lunches for me. And this is even better pricing/portion sizes than other trendy local lunch spots which, as far as I can tell, do not necessarily offer organic ingredients. Very happy to have found this new spot for food that makes me feel good! 😊

The owner, Angel, is a professional chef, extremely knowledgeable and informative. He makes sure any special dietary restrictions or preferences are met while making sure you love the food! It’s like having your own personal chef! The smoothies are fantastic, the bowls are colorful and the salads are not boring! I also bought his specially formulated nutritional powder for home…it is chocolate and delicious! my mom even loves it in her coffee! Angel, Katrina and their little boy make it a pleasant experience with an inviting family atmosphere. All contributing to wellness! I can honestly say I’m inspired by them! The benefits extend beyond the doors of this restaurant….I highly recommend you try Healthy in Color. You won’t regret it!

Took a day trip to Beacon for my birthday and stopped in here for dinner. I had the vibrant grains and chicken bowl and it was so delicious! The bowl was served warm with freshly grilled chicken - it really felt like a home cooked meal. I have several dietary restrictions, so I usually pack my own food when traveling. I was so excited to find a restaurant serving food I could eat. Highly recommend this place!!

Had a great first experience with my friend today at Healthy in Color with the owner Angel. We both felt so welcomed and might I add the food was delicious. We also got the nourishing bowl which was also very colorful and amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything is amazing!!! I love the food, the smoothies and the juices… My absolute favorite is the oatmeal bowl!!! I’ve been multiple times with friends and family and we are never disappointed!! HIC is like a little food oasis in Beacon. Great food, personally made by the owner. They also make the MOST amazing fruit sculptures! Check out my nephews response to the duck we had for thanksgiving! So cute! I hired them for two events. The sculptures were a huge hit with my guests and the fruit they serve is top notch. I love these guys. Yummy place, yummy food. Yummy people. Just tried their new antioxidant powder. Gonna add it to my smoothie every morning. So good to have these folks right in my neighborhood.

My new favorite place in Beacon. Such amazing high quality fresh ingredients. Even my picky daughter loves the smoothie bowls and blend-7 juices. The owner is incredible nice, and will answer anything - he will cater to needs (vegan) and does indeed live the healthy lifestyle and is there to help if you need it. The place delivers and the woman there in the morning is so incredibly sweet and helpful. I truly hope this place stays local forever! Check it out- you won’t be disappointed!
