I don't go here a lot because I live out of state, this is a mutual meeting spot I go to about 4 times a year. Everytime I'm here the food is good. Last time I went I ordered a cheeseburger without cheese (since they don't have a straight hamburger option) when I got it , it had cheese on it. I took it up to them and they fixed it for me no problem.
Alondra provided amazing customer service. Their system and the app malfunctioned but Alondra went out of her way to correct the issue and was so kind about it, wish people could take note from her. Thank you Alondra!
I have to say this is the best Wendy's I ever went to. I had trouble seeing the menu and the manager was so helpful. I forgot her name. She has glasses. Maybe Annie? It's clean. The food is fresh. The staff is amazing. She runs a tight ship. If only McDonalds was good as this. Keep up the great work!!

I came in with my 14 yr old Son. I have not been to a Wendy's in over 20 yrs. This place was so much nicer & cleaner than any place we've been to.. Because of the "Very Sweet" young lady at the register making our visit so nice,. We will definitely be back more.. I wish I remembered her name but She was wonderful.. People like her go out of they're way to make you happy.. She did.. I think she was the Manager. Name started with a K I think.. Ty for having her there.🙂👍🏼 We will be back. Food was fresh & good too.
I usually get lunch here around 1:30 and it's usually busier later in the week. I'd say the drive thru wait time on a busier day is 10 minutes. The food is always hot and the customer service is nice. It's a fast food place but it's one of the more pleasant ones.
Friendly staff. They cheer up my mornings often: love the breakfast variety & quality of food (yes: i just called it quality). Be kind to them as they have always been courteous each time i went. Love it! :)
This Wendy's is great! It's obvious that almost all of the employees there work super hard to make sure that everyone is happy when they leave. Every time that I have went I have been greeted with nothing but smiles, friendliness, and excellent customer service. These are all around great people.
This Wendy's has carried me on their back. I order from here all the time I've only had my order messed up once and even then it wasn't even their full fault. I remember one time I ordered from here and I couldn't find a driver to doordash my food and it took about an hour and it seems like they remade my food because It was still warm and fresh when I got it. Went thru the drivethrough today. The line looked long but moved fast, the worker at the window was chill. My food came out quick, the fries were hotr and fresh, and the whole order was right. Solid drivethru stop overall. 10/10

I’ll have to admit, I wasn’t sure what kind of service I would get pulling up to Wendy’s drive-through about 2:20 AM when they close at 3am. But honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! There was a very friendly and accommodating gentlemen at the drive-through window. I explained I was out at that hour because I was looking for the blood moon Lunar eclipse and I was hungry 😂. I ordered a number 6 with a Chocolate frosty. Everything was hot and perfect! And I made it back home in time to get some AWESOME pictures of the only eclipse in 2025. Thanks Wendy’s and thanks to the night crew! (Sorry I forgot first name but if the manager is reading this, you know that awesome guy I’m talking about 🤗)
Standard drive through lunch place for me. I have been in the lobby a few times. My food is always prepared the way I order it, and it is always fresh. The staff are always friendly and prompt. In general, I consider the chocolate chunk cookie from Wendy’s to be the best fast food cookie, and of all of the Wendy’s that I’ve been to, this Wendy’s cooks them the best!

This Wendy's is extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and quick. At peak times the drive thru can get backed up but you can get around that by going inside. The food has always been hot and fresh and you can put together a delicious healthy meal if you want. I personally like the half power Mediterranean salad and small chili.

I pulled into the drive thru and there were at least 6 cars in front of me. In total, I spent less than 5 minutes in line, before I got my food. It was amazing how quickly they processed each order. In addition to being fast, they got my order 100% correct. Thus was probably the best Wendy's I've been to in a long time.

If you neef something quick to eat, Wendy's is usually the only fast food joint I go to. I love their spicy chicken sandwich, which looks and tastes like real chicken....but this is one location I've never received the wrong order, or the food seems stale, or anything else like that. It's right off I-84 on the eastbound side next to Perkins and near the car wash which is hard to find even though you can see it from the highway. Anyways, if you like Wendy's, I'd add this location as a 'good' or safe to know, you'll get what you ordered, and it has so far always been fresh.
The one thing that stands out is that the store is always clean. When I've ordered during lunch time, even when it is super busy, the manager was very respectful, and polite. They have put in some very nice landscaping, which is attractive, and benefits the neighborhood. The cost is reasonable. Also there is more than ample parking. There is Handicap parking, and the building is Handicap accessible. One very nice feature about this store is there is a patio where you can sit outside and eat your meal. A very nice touch, indeed. :-)
Love the new remodeling. The staff is friendly. Food is as it should be. Only down side is the soda machines are not serviced as often as they should be with the volume of customers that go there, and some soda selections are never available. Otherwise it is a great place to go and have a meal while listening to great music.
More organized than the pok. store. Bathrooms are clean & can be exited without touching the door handle with bare hands.. Food is very good, & served without a long wait. Tables are clean. The self service beverage machines are neat. Would rate this location 5 stars if the dining area would be a little warmer
I'm not really big on fast food restaurants but when I choose to eat out at a fast food restaurant Wendy's is the top of my list. However this Wendy's is good most times. They do get a lot of traffic but they are so slow. I think all the workers move so slow and it supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Also they are known for missing items that you order or giving you someone else order and that to me is a problem.
THE FOOD WAS FRESH BUT MY ORDER WAS WRONG. GOOD, POLITE SERVICE. THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS CLEAN. CONDIMENTS WERE ORDERLY.
Note: the parking spaces are extremely tight so park in every other spot. That will help you easily get in and out of your vehicle with ease. This Wendy’s practice teamwork. I’ve seen managers and supervisors work every part of the line. They try to get you in and out with speed and accuracy.
Wendy's is a popular fast food chain restaurant that has dine-in, take-out and drive-thru options that offers convenience especially for people on the go. They are especially known for their 🍔 hamburgers and 🍟 fries but there's much more than that on their menu. I have heard people say that Wendy's fast food is supposed to be better quality ingredients than their competition, Burger King and McDonald's. I don't know whether or not that's necessarily true but I tend to think it's possible. Who really knows? Wendy's 🍔 burgers are unique in comparison to others because they sell square burgers instead of round burgers. Sometimes they have good combination meals at discounted prices. I definitely prefer their French Fries 🍟 because they taste better and less oily to me. The employees that I've come into contact with have been friendly. Sometimes they take much longer than expected to get my menu order ready but sometimes that's affected by the time of day, number of walk-ins and cars waiting in line at the drive 🚗 thru. Also, number of employees on duty, trainees and their competency level. In all fairness, delays are not always their fault. My pet peeve is when they give you the wrong order. I used to order, drive off and when I got home found out they made a major error and it's not worth going back there to correct it. I learned my lesson the hard way. Now I always check my order before I exit Wendy's.
The self serve service for soda is good and easy to use, which I gave one star. The atmoshere is good, updated and the seating wasn’t too close to each other’s. However, the restaurant really need to use a new way to tell customer which Is which burgers. We ordered 4 different burgers, and I asked the lady which one is which. She said that they don’t have the system to indicate which burger is which. So she asked me to unwrapped all burgers to see which one i ordered. Lesson learnt. If you need to help someone(eg. Coworkers) to order the meal, please order each meal separately, so attached the receipts onto the paper bag. So you don’t have to unwrapped all burgers to give it to someone else.
It is a decent fast food restaurant. Everything is fine with it. Nothing spectacular. Food is good. Services good. It was a clean location. It's tucked out of the way so it's hard to see from the road.
Customers Service is usually hit or miss. They gave me attitude cuz I didn't speak up loud enough and didn't give me a straw on purpose. Sometimes they take forever and a day before they finally give you your order. Yet fast food wants to be paid $20/hr...yeah bye
Wendy's is the higher quality of the fast food choice. That being said it still is fast food, so quality is a debatable term. This restaurant is usually been clean, with the staff being hit or miss. Some employees here are fantastic, others leave more to be desired.
I'd rate the Fishkill, NY location closer to 3.5 stars. Food is usually not hot, spicy chicken overcooked and dry, fries are inconsistent and unsalted, have to ask for a CC receipt nearly every time. Another criticism is due to my work hours. Since I work overnight I'd appreciate it if their hours of operation was still until 1am as in the past. I feel a 11pm closing time is too early but to be fair the majority of fast food nearby is the same.
Went through the drive thru, asked for large combo meal, no ice in drink, I swear they didn't fill it all the way up. It was filled to only a medium size soda when I paid for a large. Didn't notice till I got home but would've been a hassle to go back and get it fixed.
Went through the drive up the first time, ordered, picked up order, went to park. When the order was unpacked, there was no fork for the fries, which were baconater fries, that needs a fork to eat. Had to go through a second time to get a fork. After eating, when going over the bill, we found a charge for a senior drink that should have been free. When we went back through the third time for the refund, we were treated pretty shabby. Their attitude was that we were trying to get something we weren't entitled to. All in all a pretty shabby experience. We weren't treated with the respect a customer should receive.
Its what you would expect from fast food, except fast - dont expect that. Place is blessed as a business with always being busy. However, food is fresh and the order was accurate. Could use more smiling customer facing faces. Put the others in the kitchen..
The server was nice, the food is just ok, price is high for what you get. I told the server that there are no lights on outside, I actually drove passed the place, I didn't see it, I had to turn around and come back, then I wasn't sure it was open. I felt unsafe walking in the parking lot, couldn't see to step off th curb, couldn't see backing out of my parking spot if anyone was behind my car. Even the big Wendy's sign was not on. Her reply was...yeah, they are never on. Oh well, maybe they will turn the lights on after someone falls and sues them.
The food is usually good here, when they make mistakes they normally fix it quickly. Just often takes a while to order. Tonight the place seemed extra smokey like they didn't have all the fans on, but overall a decent place to eat.

When you choose Wendy's at 5pm you know that you will experience waiting in line.... The one thing about it was that either the speaker system or the person operating the ordering system couldn't hear the orders so every car has to shout their order multiple times. We had to yell it 4 times. Food was great but a the 20 minute wait and really poor drive through experience set this Wendy's back

*Beware* They are training new staff so wait times are horrible. I did a mobile order and went thru the drive thru to pick it up, there were maybe 5 cars ahead of me and it took an hour from the time I got into the line to when I got my food. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. If I hadn’t had ordered ahead and already paid, I would have left
The food is hit or miss sometimes or by now all the time. The chicken for the chicken sandwich looked bad and tasted even worst it was kind of raw and you can taste that rawness to it. Overall the staff is very nice at the drive in window and inside ,we never had any type of beef or misunderstanding to get this type of treatment ,so we just catigorized this type of bad cooking to either poor management or us having to say ( this is just how they make it and this is just how it is served all of their customers , who take their crap food . So at the end of the day we took our crappy food right back to them and stopped going to them because i don't like no crap and I really don't like no crappy food ,so peace Wendy's ,take some lessons on how to make good fast food.
I ordered 79 doller worth of food I also ordered online so they had time to make it since it was a larger order. I was handed 2 bags . I then asked the drive threw. Attendant if that was everything He said yes so I believed him I then went all the way home to find out that I was missing both my sons food.So I call the store and asked what could be done. I was told we can put your name on a book and pick it up another day. I said we'll I kinda need it tonight it was my son's dinners.i said I would be there in a half hour but not before being disconnected trying to get the manager Once I get to the door and have a manager come to the door becouse it was after 8 the door was locked.only drive thur is open. He asked if I was the one who called . I said yes I was missing 3 items from my order he looks over the recite and says well maybe we handed it out by accident I know I personally made that one. But I will get you another and it was the two nuggets. Ok I will be right back. I got the items unfortunately I was still missing french fries and was give the apple.i knocked on the window and the person mopping the floor was very nice and kinda laughed a little becouse I said please don't spit in my food I am still missing fries he swaped the apples for fry and just said its fine.becouse I keep apologize for having to fix the order twice but it really wasn't my fault.so all that said make sure you check your order before you get home or even leave the parking lot
Well there's a lot that I like at the Wendy's restaurants, I was really put off today buy something that happened. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo Plus an additional small Burger. I asked for for barbecue sauce cups. You know, those microscopic little barbecue sauce cups that don't have enough sauce to cover a sandwich?! So the manager says I can only have one for free because I didn't get chicken nuggets. I had to pay for the additional 3. So apparently you can pump out all the ketchup you want for no additional charge but you have to pay extra when you don't like ketchup and you want barbecue sauce for your meal. That's outrageous and absurd. He said it's because Barbecue Sauce cost much more . Well if Barbecue Sauce cost more then buy in bulk containers and put a spout on it so people can dispense it like the ketchup. I called their customer service line and told them they have got to change that policy because it's not fair. I think it's going to be awhile till I go back to Wendy's
I'm a Wendy's fan, but this experience was subpar at best. Perhaps it was just due to the busy night, but considering how busy it was, the food was not particularly hot or fresh, unfortunately. On a positive note, however, the Spicy Chicken sandwich was SPICY (aka just how I like it) 👍🏽
So slow. They close the indoors way too early which forces the line to go all around the building. I’ve seen cars wait at the drive-through For over 10 minutes with the line, still lining up around. As someone who works food delivery where you need to make deliveries at a reasonable time to the customer , this is unacceptable.
Absolutely upsetting. Person at the register was in training, no one cared to help her. She was struggling to take my order. Wanted to pay the difference for a medium cup instead of getting a small and they straight up denied me. Why? Who knows? They had 100’s of medium cups sitting behind them, I don’t understand as to why they couldn’t sell me one with my order. Totally ridiculous. Only reason I’m not giving zero stars to this place is because the food was fresh and most definitely not newbies fault. I managed fast food restaurants myself and my employees were never this arrogant.
I was the only one in the drive thru. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. I get home and both sandwiches were missing the eggs and the cheese. I was the only customer and they still got it wrong. This is pathetic.
I always keep trying, but clearly I should stop. Takes so long each time. Everytime I come, my order is wrong in one way or another. Today tho was honestly the last straw. I already had to loop back around just to collect the rest of my order that was not in the bag. Then when I finally get to my destination so that I can EAT my lunch, THE SANDWICH WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. WHICH MEANS I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER ENTIRELY. This is ridiculous, train staff better.
Most unprofessional team I have ever witnessed . From the management to the female at the drive through. They forget an item and literally make me feel like I was lying over a burger. So after I showed the bags and receipt and 30 minutes later I get my burger which was cold. Truly a joke !!!!!!!
2nd time in a month this Wendy’s got my order wrong. First time they convinced me to add a cookie to the order and they didn’t give it to me. Went today orders two 4 for 4 meals with jr bacon cheese burgers, nuggets and fries. And sweet and sour sauce. Drove back toward home and found they only gave one of our nuggets. No sauce and gave us cheese burgers instead of it bacon cheese burgers. The working who took my card didn’t say a single word when at the window. And had to wait in line for 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of me.
I'm updating my rating to 1 star. Why? Well, there was a really long line for the drive thru so I decided to just go inside to place my order. I walk in and the first thing I see is a cashier with his mask hanging way below his nose, his nose was out in the open breathing in and out on everything and everyone. If the employee that's visible to customers doesn't even bother to put his mask on correctly knowing full well he works near food that is being prepared and faces customers les than 6 feet away, then how can I trust that the employees preparing my food are wearing their masks properly? I walked right out and I'm never going back.
BEWARE credit card skimming / stealing. In February, I ordered Wendy’s at this Fishkill location through the app. I can’t remember if I paid via the app or with my card at the window. A couple days later, I noticed that on my credit card statement, I had a charge from Hyatt Vacation Club. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out where this came from, so I disputed the transaction with AMEX and denied the dispute - they sent me a receipt showing that my card was used to make a payment to Hyatt Vacation Club. I then went through the process of declaring it a fraudulent charge and getting a new credit card because I never made any such purchase. Turns out - the amount charged to Hyatt VC was the exact amount of my Wendy’s order, and the orders took place on the same day. I know I am not the only one this has happened to. I do not think this is a coincidence, nor do I think it’s a mistake on the backend of AMEX. Pics attached.

The service here was terrible today 10/16/21. We were stuck in line for 30 minutes and when we finally got to the window and got our food it was cold. I said some thing to the staff about the wait and the manager came to the window and said he was sorry and they were low staffed and then shut the window in my face. Saw 7 employees standing around waiting for the food to come up so being short-staffed didn't really seem to be the problem. Poor management is more likely the problem.
I was there at 1030 am and wanted breakfast but the lady said that's when they start serving lunch. Are you kidding me?? It takes a few minutes to make breakfast but they didn't want to.
This is the 2nd time my comment has been deleted. Went to the drive thru today to pick up a doordash order. While in the car I was thinking wow this Wendy’s is great, until I got to the window and saw a employee was not wearing a mask and other employees in the store not wearing one properly like not covering there noses. They also allowed a trucker to come in the store to order without a mask on.This pandemic sucks and I’m over it too but people are still dying. It hurts and sad that the workers are not taking this seriously as 186K and counting Americans have died. Shame on all of you.
When I pulled up the drive thru line was horrendous so I parked and walked inside...what a disaster! The line inside was even worse! There was 8 people "working" but only one actually taking orders and giving the food. Unfortunately I decided to stay and hope that the line would move but I was wrong. The employee would only take 1 order, and wait for the order of food to be ready before taking another order. Even though there was only 3 people ahead of me and after the first 20 mins one of them left, it still took forever. Finally it was my turn, you can't imagine how excited I was to finally be at the counter and then... he stopped taking orders and I had to wait...again! I placed my order of 4 sandwiches and paid. Imagine my surprise that about 5 mins later my food was ready but this is when my happiness turned into devastation... the manager took my sandwiches and instead of giving them to me, he scolded his employee for making my order before making a different order. He then gave my sandwiches back to the employee who then proceeded to throw them away! And I just stood there in shock and then... I waited even more. This was only one of many disturbing things that I witnessed while waiting for my food. I don't know what was worse the girl who used her hand to wipe her runny nose while getting someone's drink(thank God I didn't order a drink!) or the manager that gave credit to his alcoholism for his cheerful(not cheerful) disposition. So then I waited because at this point trying to get my money back would take even longer! So after another 20 mins or so and the manager scolding his employee for what row he put the food in, he called me to get my food... his parting words were "you're finally free!" I just looked down only to see how in all this time not 1 person cleaned anything, not a table or the huge puddle in front of the soda machine and boy... did I finally feel FREE! Soooooo....no, can't say I could ever suggest that someone submit themselves to this kind of torture!
Went there to get a snack before I had to work, the young lady in the front completely ignored not just me but everyone else that was in line to get food. She was not even doing anything except for pondering around. No one seemed to take initiative to take orders. All of the workers cannot be making food if there isn’t any order taking.
The service was TERRIBLE I can’t express how bad it always is. Every night 9-Close it takes almost 30 minutes to get food and they are rude!
There's 1 star because I can't put 0 stars! This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! I was second in line and was in there for over 10min and the ppl in front of me hasn't even been taken care of so I just walked out. All I wanted was baconator fries for my wife!
If I could leave a zero I would have I really would. don’t want to be that guy but it seems like the right thing.people sitting and standing saying all door are locked there weren’t lying and a couple people inside very long drive thru and line not moving not I’m super annoyed like was there a hostage situation like seriously about 30 cars in line hopefully there are actually nice people now go get Taco Bell,Burger King or McDonald’s something better.
I travel 40 weeks of the year. I deliver big trucks to the customer so most of the time I can’t go out and get my food. I do a ton of DoorDash. What happened at this store is that the delivery driver goes to the drive through and they give him the bag along with other orders. He delivers to me a couple of potatoes around $9.00 and someone else gets my Daves double, lrg fries, lrg Coke and six spicy nuggets. Driver refused to go back to the store and try to remedy the situation and the store accepts delivery orders until 12:45am. It’s now 10:00pm and no one will answer the store phone. So A. The store just gives bags of food and assumes the deliveries will go to the right customers. B. Driver obviously doesn’t check receipts but comes to my hotel and hands me a heavy bag and a Coke so I don’t put 2 and 2 together quickly enough. Once these drivers leave it’s impossible to get the situation fixed. B. Drivers get their tips and disappear. C. Store doesn’t answer their own phone but will still pump out deliveries. Disgusting. I’m out $30 but got a pound of starch and bacon for my enjoyment.
Can't really rate too much, I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and left. Half of that time was spent at the speaker waiting to be helped after the order taker told me "one moment please" I was not the only car to pull out, I counted at least 3 that were behind me that had even less patience than me. I used to frequent this location often, but as of right now I have no reason to go back.
I would not even give a rated star of 1bit it won't let u leave a review. A despicable place. Ignore phone calls and rude. We ordered through Uber tonight. My son ordered everything as COMBO. We received only the baconators....no drinks. No fries. Trying to relentlessly call but they ignore the phone. Next stop.....BBB because this is considered taking full advantage of customers and disgraceful. Living here 24 years i will ensure no one qe know visits this Wendy's. Shame on you
Horrific experience in the drive thru. Was waiting for probably half an hour. Three kids walked up to the window in front of a massive line of cars, were served and walked away while everyone in line had to wait to even place an order at the speaker. I'm honestly furious.
Cashier, Brittany is consistently condescending, unhelpful & argumentative. Drives away business for this Wendy’s location single handedly. At this point, Taco Bell is across the street, Burger King is up the street and McDonalds a short drive away. I’ll be trying there on lunch breaks instead. Sad because this location is so close to my job. Just can’t be put through unneeded stress on lunch break when I am only trying to get some food and give my business. Good luck if you go here!!
Drive thru is taking longer and longer to get to order, and the wait at the pay window is ridiculously extended as witnessing Cashiers/workers are checking cell phones and unprofessional behaviors in the manager's presence. Food cool/Luke warm cool/cold fries......what is going on with waiting so long to receive cold food....chili was so watery that I just threw all food away!!!!! Disgusting visits over the last 2 months!!!!!
Went in and ordered and showed the cashier that I had gift cards. They proceeded to make all the food before letting me know their method of taking gift cards was down. Manager came over and said the same thing. Then when I stated that I was going to walk out they pressured my girlfriend to pay with another method. What they didn’t let us know is that you could put the gift card onto the mobile app and use it that way to pay if the scanner was down. I asked beforehand if you they could manually punch in the cards or use online and they said wasn’t working which wasn’t true. I will give this place another chance but that was messed up.
I waited 10 minutes in that 10 minute time almost immediately the Baconator fries came out then about 6 minutes later I said those fries are going to be cold do you think I can get the burgers so then the burgers came out and again I had to wait and wait and wait so now the burgers were cold I got my money back and left the store very disorganized. Of course one of your best employees is Edith
I use to go to the one in wappingers on 9. Then tried the one on elm in fishkill. They both have been absolutely horrible. The food is handed out cold. It’s ridiculous. Like are they trying to destroy the place. Both locations use to be great many years ago. Now just wrong. Yesterday I hit the drive through in fishkill and ordered 2 doubles stacks. No cheese, no mustard. What’s with the mustard anyway. Then I pull away and the gave me 2 double stacks just they were singles and cold for almost 8$. I didn’t have time to go back and felt it’s time to ask are they trying to destroy the business. Plus some of the workers are just so spaced out. Horrible job Wendy’s.
I had trouble with the app and the window person said they are not trained on the app, and had no care that I waited 15 min on line to speak with them. My kids had a free frosty reward and rather then just give it to us, we drove away and went to Wappinger Wendy’s. Extremely nice people there. They helped us with the app and gave us the rewards.
Need to get your staff straight. How many times do i gotta say im looking at the menu. Trying to figure out what i want at 11pm. Like how dense are you, you understand how a drivethrough works. If you dont want to be there till your shifts over, then find another job or a better attitude.
Sat in line in the drive-through with 3 vehicles ahead of me. After 15 minutes (I checked my watch), I still hadn’t been able to order and gave up. By this time, cars were backed up all the way out to the road waiting their turn with many more choosing to skip Wendy’s. This has become a common theme for this location lately - best to just skip it entirely.
Placed a mobile order and waited in line for 35 minutes. I would’ve just turned around and left like a handful of other cars but I had already paid and don’t have money to just throw in the trash. After a grueling 35 minutes, my order was still missing items. Will never return.
I come here all the time and the man who’s working tonight on November 20 Wednesday at 11 PM. Has a nasty attitude and gives a mean side look and also disregarded my order and gave me the wrong order. I don’t appreciate this and that’s horrible customer service being that I worked for this company years ago. I always serve food with a smile on my face and that’s not what I saw tonight just very disrespectful and I’m not happy with the food that I got. I wish I checked my bad before I left
One star all never got my food when I got up to the window despite there being an Apple Pay sticker on the window, I was told that through drive-through they do not accept Apple Pay because the machine won’t come out the window. I offered to give them my phone, but still was told no no Apple Pay. No food manager at window, seem to find it all very funny. Another Wendy’s eight minutes away happily took Apple Pay and is open an extra hour then this location worth the 8 min drive to go to the other
Food was ICE COLD and nuggets were about the size of a quarter and over cooked there wasn't any hand sanitizer in the machine by the cashier and no soap in the bathroom
The food was just fine. The service was great. The atmosphere was not good. The dining area is Freezing, like colder than outside. I was told that it is always like this. To the owner: Do better! This is no way to treat your customers or workers.
First time at a Wendy's in more than a few years. Cheeseburger... a tragedy. Drier than dry. An embarrassment to fast food. Chicken sandwich almost okay as a stomach filler. Less than ripe tomato slice. Seemed like sandwich was cooked/heated earlier then reheated upon order. Forgot to say light ice. Drink was mostly ice, maybe 4-5 oz of coke in medium cup. I used ice to chill my own bottled water. No more Wendy's in my future. Drive thru clerk was very nice. Greeted me and gave me a "have a nice day" farewell. That's why I gave a 1 star rating.
Just sat in the drive thru at 1230 at night for about 30 min with only 3 cars ahead of me. If I was the franchise owner I'd be firing people or adding more to the night shift cause obviously the one or maybe 2 that are on can't hack it... "Fast Food" Dave Thomas would have had a heart attack!
How you gon get mad at me for you not understanding something I’m talking about… a food item sold AT YOUR JOB. Put more profits into training your employees and bettering the environment. Maybe they won’t hate it 24/7. People in the morning are nice. Get food somewhere else after 7pm
Every time I come here I leave really annoyed with service. My food was ready as I could see it on the counter behind the front register. I had to wait 10 minutes for them just to put it in the bag and give it to me. Didn't even address me by name even though I literally gave it to them when I told them I was picking up. Guess I'll go to Newburgh whenever I want Wendy's or just drop Wendy's altogether
