Just got my pizza delivered and it was AMAZING! Best I have had from Dominos in a long time! I normally don’t have an issue with their food but this time, was hands down the best!

They always get my order right it’s never cold and the three times my order were messed up they replaced them and allowed me to keep the messed up order plus ontop of that refunded me? I was always in shock each time they did this as all I did was say “hey this is wrong” and they did l everything to fix it without me having to say a word the other day I ordered Dotdash and my food never arrived it all it was late at night and everyone was hungry I ordered here and they got it to me in 25 minutes hot and correct love this dominos

Just ordered and ate 2 pieces of an Extravaganza Specialty pizza. The only change I made was to order the Garlic Parmessn sauce instead of Red Sauce. It was beyond delicious,fresh and hot! As a plus there was a 50% off coupon good this whole week on any pizza ordered online.I always order from this Domino's and it has never disappointed.

Im surprised to see all the negative reviews. Domino's food is amazing. Their pizza had the right amount of toppings and nothing messed up. The cheesy bread was delightful and cheesy. And they did not forget the sauce! Very good stuff, will be ordering again from here! Thanks for making my family happy!

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, acknowledging me as soon as I walked in and also being extremely friendly and outgoing. Thanks for taking care of me in a timely manner, the food was delicious btw. Prompt service, perfect food and a great team of smiling faces. I like it!

I usually order carryout. They are always pleasant to deal with and the food is good. I really like this one in Crafton. I ordered delivery today because it was cold and I didn't want to clean snow off my car. I should have just gone to pick it up. It wasn't that snowy to really affect the delivery time much. I think because I'm only 1.5 miles away, I got put on the end of the delivery route. If you live within a couple miles, you should just go get it unless you are really physically unable to. At least it was still very warm when it got here 50 minutes after they said it left the store. I was worried it would be cold by the time it arrived. I appreciate they come out in the cold and snow. Thanks Shariq! Not going to deduct from the rating. Just want to comment about what to expect for delivery time.

Very pleasantly surprised. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times in the past and the food has been “meh”, but today it was really good. I ordered a pepperoni and olive thin crust, sausage and green pepper thin crust, and baked cheese pasta. I ordered delivery and it was delivered in about 20 minutes which was fantastic. The pizzas looked great. I wasn’t expecting much from the pasta, because I watched a YouTube video food review so my expectations were low, but the baked cheese pasta was actually quite good. I also like the option that the order can be left at the front door. The driver gave me a call when he was two minutes away. Overall a really good experience.

Had an order with the wrong sauce (wanted garlic parm, got ranch instead) and the store initially wouldn't do anything. A few days later, the manager reached out to me to apologize for the mistake and had offered to make it right. It was truly appreciated that they we're willing to own up to issue and try to resolve it.

My order arrived in a timely manner but my pizza looked like the cheese wasn't fully melted and I ordered the "Chocolate Lava Crunch Cake", but it was just the little cakes placed directly in the cardboard delivery box. They weren't in their little tin cake dishes this time so they ended up spreading across the inner cardboard delivery box and turning into blobs. I think my delivery guy was pretty nice but he wouldn't deliver to my door which was a little weird. My food tastes alright but im not 100% happy with this.

I’m giving a mixed review because of a major delivery failure followed by exceptional in-store service. My food was delivered to the wrong house, with it already taking 2 hours forcing me to drive to the store myself to pick up a replacement. However, the experience was completely turned around by the young woman working the counter. Wish I remembered her name but, She was incredibly sweet, professional, and handled the situation with the utmost respect. She took full ownership of the other employees' mistake and made sure I left satisfied. She is a massive asset to this team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve ordered the same $10 marinara cheese dip with bread bites for the past year from this exact place . Always been delicious that’s why I always go back. I ordered delivery tonight that same $10 platter and they brought me a bowl full of Alfredo sauce. I called to report it, and asked if they’d be willing to deliver the correct food considering I just paid $8 in fees and driver fees plus tip money . I also live 12 min away . They told me no they can not deliver the correct food and I’d have to come and get it. I couldn’t believe it . I went and got it and complained, they offered me a 2 LITER!!!!!! I respectfully declined . The delivery guy also told me he would have brought it back . Way to communicate with your delivery drivers after telling me your drivers can’t bring me my food back. I will never give this location another $1.

The last delivery driver was really friendly and outgoing, even gave me a free pizza and an upgraded drink. He also apologized ab the confusion and other driver and I appreciate that. The drivers are the face of the company for online customers. So it’s always great to get a friendly driver, although the interaction will only be 1-2 minutes, a smiling face always matters. ——————————————- 1/2019 The delivery drivers are a piece of work! Calling me to come outside to get the food. Really? Ur to lazy to walk to the door? I have ordered SOME pizza here and it was delicious! Also ordered a few pizzas regularly and one with barbecue sauce as the sauce topped with chicken and pepperoni. The cook apparently messed up an put barbecue on more than one pizza. I didn’t order that! I double checked my order online. So they don’t care about customer satisfaction, u f up my order and send it to me f-ed up? Why? Why u serve me sh*# with a smile? Shameful. U take my money!

They are extremely rude and constantly late. Wait time is 1-2hrs at the best. I placed my current order at 4:15 it is now 5:15 and my order left the store at 5:04 according to the tracker. One night they reset the tracker 3x's I waited over 2hrs for dinner! 5:20 still no pizza!

If your getting food here, pick it up. Delivery can sometimes take over 1hr 30min. Sometimes the food doesn't even get to you... No problems yet picking it up myself though. Upside is the foods hot then.

The status of my order is never accurate at this store on the tracker. It says it's ready to pickup but never is. Today I ordered food on my company as we do every End of Month and asked for it to be delivered around 1:15 as I have meetings throughout the day and it stayed at Quality Control on the tracker for 30 minutes and was finally delivered at 1:45. I had a meeting at 2 so I had to hurry up and eat. I understand they may be short staffed but at least call me to let me know that it will be late. Was going to give the driver a $5 but instead he got nothing. The food was great though and is the only reason I gave a two star. Plus it wouldn't even let me give a rating online except for my ordering experience. All the other options were locked like they knew they would get a bad review.

Always slow and late. Once delivered a pizza two hours after I ordered it. It was cold. I was told I would get a refund and I didn't. I show up 10 minutes after the latest time estimate and it's never ready, usually 10+ minutes after that. They once argued with me that the time estimate from Domino's is not something anyone can ever meet. People in the store don't always have masks on, or correctly, they seem understaffed. The pizza is usually still okay, but good luck getting it at a reasonable time.

Very bad customer service. I ordered the pizza and it took 2 hours to deliver. It shows order is delivered in the app. The reason they say is the app is not working properly. They plan it like that, they manually update the application and when we call they say now we will deliver the pizza. This is the 3rd time and I am fed up of this. I wish Domino's see these reviews. I am stuck having this location near to me.

First of all finding the store was challenging as some construction was going on. When we called the store for direction they were least bothered to give proper directions. We some how found this place. When we got our pizza we notice that there were hardly any topping on it. We ordered for three topping pizza and it was not even a close to that. The staff was not friendly at all. None of them even greeted us. All he said was u need to pay and when I paid he gave me my pizza. I will never go to this place again. I was very unhappy about the quality and the service.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with extra buffalo. I got a PLAIN chicken pizza. When I called and explained the issue the lady asked me “well what do you want me to do” 🤦🏾‍♀️ then when I eventually got my new pizza over an hour later the pizza was cold!! I’ll never order from here again!

My order arrived 2 hours late my food was mediocre warm and the driver was as rude. They stated that they called me one time and because I didn’t answer they left. They never knocked on my door or anything. I left instructions for my food to be left on my porch so I don’t know why they just did not do that or come knock on my door. The driver said that they don’t knock on doors. I called the store and they did nothing to help the situation. I will NEVER order from here again.

If I could give them no stars, i would. Im from Maryland and I travel alot. This is the worst Domino's ever. We ordered pizza and wings and the wings was uncooked. Pizza test nasty. We called and spoke to the manager to fix the situation and he was also very nasty and nothing was done about the matter. Please save your money.

The best part was ordering online. I ordered at 6:58 pm, tracker said my order was checked at 7:23 pm. It didn't go out for delivery but then stated that my order was back in the oven at 8:05 (but the time on my phone was 7:59, I'm assuming it was being reheated after sitting for over 40 minutes). Then the tracker never went to "out for delivery" yet the driver calls and says he'll be here in less than 5 minutes. When i got the food, all 3 pizzas looked reheated and was still warm at best. Looks like they know how to manipulate the system somewhat. The next time i order from there I'll select the cash option and inspect my food when the driver arrives. If it's not up to standard, they won't get paid and they can keep the food.

Ordered delivery from 1.2 miles away. Driver left restaurant and drove around for an hour before delivering. Dominos pizza isn’t good enough to eat cold. Will never order from this dominos again.

This store clearly deserves the rating it has got. We have ordered 3 times from this store. 2 times our order was 1 hour late and once it got marked as delivered even when we didn't recieve the order. When we tried to call the store to inform no one picked the call. Never ordering from Domino's Pizza again. Support your local pizzerias!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star....it's a. -5...We ordered a xlg pizza. 2 hours later we start calling to see where it's at. Once excuse after another. 15 mins away they said...we waited and waited nothing. Called and fought about it..they finally said you'll get a refund. Then after 20 minutes it arrived...it was so cold it looked like it was in the refrigerator...or looked like it was in the back of their car for couple hours. Such a waste of time. And this isn't the first disappointment from them...save your money and go somewhere else that's worth your Time and money. DO NOT OREDER FOOD FROM THEM! trust me!!

Ordered 2 pizzas at 1045. At 11 we called to see where the food was. Said they were 10 minutes away. At 1215 called back, said they delivery driver is “pretty sure” he left the food on my table. Claims he rang the doorbell. We were sitting in the living room the entire time waiting on this food, no car pulled up, no one walked up, no doorbell rang and there’s NO food on the porch. Person answering the phones was rude and kept putting me on hold without even telling me to hold on. Worst service ever. $30 and no pizza...asked for a refund. Will be visiting the store tomorrow!

I have order from here a few time and it always take 2 hours to get here when they say about 45 minutes. Food ends up coming cold and have called and complained a few times and they dont do anything about it. I use to love there pizza but i refuse to order from this place anymore! Last time i called an hour after placeing the order and they said it would be here in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later i called again and they said the same thing. The pizza showed up and hour later after that making it almost 3 hours after placing the order. Horrible service!!!

I would leave 0 star if I could. Order 3 pizza's, 2 showed up completely wrong, they took the pizza's back, and took over and hour to bring 2 back that were made correctly. 2 hours to complete a delivery order is ridiculous. This wasn't even an order during peak hours....

I've ordered at this Dominos a few times, and only one time has the order been as expected. The drivers have a habit of putting the Pizza's in their trunks, and when they pull the pizza out of the trunk, they don't keep it flat, instead tipping the box nearly 60 degrees. This causes the toppings to slide to one side of the pizza, and flatten one side of the crust. I ordered tonight, and when the website said the pizza was delivered, I called and was told the driver called and I didn't answer. As no voicemail was left, nor did my phone ring i was unable to verify. The rep on the phone told me this, and also in a rude tone said that I should pick up my phone when it rang. I took this order, but I don't think I'll be ordering from this Dominos again.

Placed order at 9:45 PM. Food didn't arrive UNTIL 11:30, AFTER the tracker said 33-43 minutes! It also showed delivery complete at 10:35, and my order hadn't arrived. Called the store at 11:00, and I got told that the order would arrive in 10-15 minutes. Upon the order arriving at 11:30 (Mind you, this is an HOUR AND 45 MINUTES AFTER PLACING THE ORDER) the food arrived cold, and the delivery driver who supposedly works for the store, has a passenger IN THE FRONT SEAT OF THEIR CAR!!!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE service. Do yourself a HUGE favor, and DON'T order from here.

I'd start by firing the manager and shift supervisor; just read through all the reviews, the customers are letting the owner know there's a problem at that store. My daughter brought home a large and medium. The large was suppose to come with extra cheese but it didn't and my medium was no better. I've had frozen pizzas better quality. The sauce tastes old and the sprinkling of cheese is just that, nothing generous about it. The order was $32! Outrageous

Worst service, they always do something or other wrong in order. When you call back about the problem with delivered order, they give false commitment of providing free pizza on next order without even knowing your details and drop your call. I called back on how they would provide a free with pizza on next order without even knowing my details, no answer for that and they say let me take your details!! Had multiple bad experiences at this location. They don’t know the difference between different types of crusts used for pizza. Better order in different location. ——————————- Update - 05/14 - new staff , they are super rude !!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Same experience as others. Tracker said order was delivered and it wasn't. Finally was delivered 30 minutes after it said it was. Driver had pizzas in the trunk of his car. Nothing to keep the food warm. Pizza was cold on delivery. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

Trust me...If I could put 0 stars it would be. Pizza arrived ice cold. There own tracker had it done out of oven 30 minutes before it even arrived. As I am writing this review the tracker still has it no out for delivery yet. I called before it arrived to try and talk and find out whats goin on. Only to be put on hold for an eternity. Staff were incredibly rude. WILL NEVER order from this location ever again. I suggest you all do the same.

Store manager was not a good person, They delivered my order in two hours while my house is just 2 mile away. When i called the store manager he told me store is busy, and you can see your order status at website/mobile app. I would not recommend our neighborhood ordering food from this store. As they are not good at any point, not in delivering food on time, not even talking and explaining the reasons, you will feel you are talking to a rude man.

One of the most miserable Dominos I've ever had the repeated misfortune of ordering from. Any order take out order placed takes at least an hour and a half to two hours to arrive and you're lucky if it's what you ordered. Five times I've given this store to chances to prove they can do better, but every time they've one up-ed themselves time and again at being worse than the previous experience.

I ordered almost $40 worth of food. It took an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered. Not only did it take forever but I had asked for napkins and plastic cups. My crew is working on a job site so I needed those things. I've asked for the same thing from other stores and it was never a problem. Not only did I not get the napkins and cups, they failed to bring me a fork for my salad. I called to ask about the order and got blown off. This was a horrible experience. Guess I'll be ordering from someone else while we are working at this location.

0 stars. Placed my order at 8:00 PM on the dot with a quoted delivery time on the app of 32 mins. Called the store at 9:00 PM to see what was going on and got spoken over and hung up on by some little punk who shouldn't have a job anywhere ever. Pizza arrived after I spoke to a much more polite young woman at about 9:15 PM. Gave the driver 60 but on a 35 dollar order like I always do cause times are tough and we should be taking care of one another, but as chubby as I am and as much as I like the product, there is a better chance of me winning Ms. America than ordering from here again cause of that little brat that hung up on me. And I'm a guy.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Went in to pick up my carryout pizza, I was the only customer and it still took 5 minutes to get waited on. Noone was busy, all the workers kept looking at me but wouldn't assist. Once I got home my wife and I were stunned to see the pizza had a massive hole in it about the size of a baseball. Upon further inspection we found out half of the dough wasn't under the cheese, just cardboard. Also the entire pizza wasn't fully cooked. I called and told them and they told me they would credit my account and hung up on me . Funny thing is I paid in cash you can't credit my account. I would go back and make them give me my money back but I stopped on the way to get baby food and get back to my pregnant wife it was a one way trip. Worst food I've ever ordered from a food chain. Take my advice and do not waste your money at that location

Ordered food and drinks. Forgot the drinks and when we called to tell them they said they would deliver it to us and give us an extra one. 20 minutes past and nothing was delivered (we live 5 minutes away). When we called to ask why it hasnt been delivered they said they never told us they would deliver it and that we would have to give them the card information again to get anything. They were incredibly rude and did not care. Ive gotten a lot of bad service before, but not like this and not enough to write a review on. Do not order from here.

Worst. Negative stars needed. Just Call a different store. 1.5 hrs to get a sandwich,wings, and drinks delivered 4 miles away. Kept saying a couple more minutes, on the way.... nope. On a Thursday night. Food was cold. Wish I had read the reviews prior to the ordering I would've not done it. Dominos has always been pretty good about time on deliveries, but this store needs a new owner/manager

They messed up one of the pizzas I ordered pretty badly. Half of it had big holes in the dough. I went to return it and ask for another one. Reluctantly they went to make another one and I noticed though that they went ahead and purposely stacked pizza boxes in a way where I couldn't see what they were doing. I was suspicious that they were going to retaliate by doing something to my pizza. My suspicions were confirmed when I was about to leave and noticed the workers behind the counter watching me and snickering.

I've tried to order from here multiple times and every time I say "Never again". I've finally given up. There is NO reason I should wait over two hours for a pizza and breadsticks. Every single time it says the wait is about 30 minutes and every single time it takes at LEAST an hour and 45 minutes. I feel like if there's an emergency the manager should let the customer know but instead I have to call them only for them to tell me that they're on their way and really busy. I'm guessing that they don't inform the customers since it seems that this is every day for them. If you're that busy then hire more drivers. And to top it off, the food is mediocre at best. (As you might expect the pasta is disgusting). The pizza is okay enough to get the job done but not worth 2 hours. So thank you Dominos for keeping me on track to supporting more local businesses.

We’ve tried multiple times to order pizza from here and every time it takes over 1.5 hours to receive our food. This restaurant is only 2.1 miles from our house. When we call for an update, no one is able to give us an update on where our pizza is at. When we use the app for status updates, it changes constantly from being in the over, out to delivery, and back to being in the oven. The quality of customer service at this location is a joke and we will no longer be ordering from them.

Honestly a 1 star review is too high for this location. I really do enjoy Dominos over all, but this specific location is the WORST I’ve ever had to deal with. I ordered pizza and it arrived over 2 hours later!! It was cold, not eatable, and over not great!! I called to complain and all they would only give me a 20% off my next order!! I thought to myself “ok maybe I’ll give them another try”. I called to order my pizza to which they said delivery was not an option even though it was 3 hours before closing, and I was hung up on 2 times while trying to use this “20%” off. The price was heavily inflated for what the items were and over all was displeased with the service that was offered ( really not offered at all). I will NOT be ordering from this location ever again and will be contacting corporate about the overall problems / lack of customer service at this location. 0 out of 5 stars!

We live less than 5 min from the store, ordered online but online doesn't give you a delivery time just the order tracker. Well an hr 45 min later called and said the driver just left with it and 7 other deliveries why the hell would it not come here first. So now my food sat in a bag in the car for 30 to 40 min. Never again will i order from a dominions

Placed order at 7:56 pm on January 5, 2019 started calling checking on order at 9 pm because the Tracker did not have any info was told it would be there in 15 min several calls later it arrived at 10:19 pm cold and grease literally soaked through the boxes have pictures to prove and have provided them to corporate, I assume the manager at the store is who I was speaking to refunded half of the money for the purchase but all of the order was not edible. We are big fans of cold pizza the next morning but this was just not able to be eaten. Terrible service we were only in town for one night so thankfully this is not our local store.

I ordered a while ago from here and my review was deleted. To make a long story short I ordered a pizza around 10 o'clock and got it near midnight. It had a burn in the middle of it so bad the pizza actually snapped when I tried to see if the bottom was burnt to. I called for a refund and I got put on hold, then the manager said that it was my fault cause and I quote, "feta cheese doesn't make it burns." After I told him the pizza was burned through he finally said would send a new pizza. I didn't get the pizza until around 1:30 AM and this time it was a plain pizza with no toppings and no sauce. Just cheese and bread in the form of a pizza. I asked for a refund which was denied because he sent a "replacement pizza" so I called corporate who essentially told me to talk to the manager who is the one who refused the refund. I eventually got a call from the manager who said my next two pizzas are free. Why would anyone want their food after that? They already messed up two pizzas. I will search for the pictures of the pizza on my old phone and will post them when I find them.

I called an ordered a small pizza, wings, and cheese sticks at around 8:20 and I still have not received my order and it is 10:10. I have called multiple times and was told “10 more minutes” “15 more minutes” and then when I asked if I should cancel the order the worker hung up the phone and said they would check on the order for me and never got back to me. I am very unsatisfied and left with rude customer service and no food.

Delivery was over a hour and a half late. Pizza arrived like warm, specialty chicken was damn near cold, and my drink was warm!! Then when I called to try and get my money back, the store kept putting me on hold, so I would hang up and call again. This happened at least 6-7 times, until I lost my temper and yelled at the guy I am not waiting another @#$*ing second. I told him about my food and drink and that I was not happy with my order and I wanted a full refund. After arguing with the staff for what seemed like an eternity, he finally agreed to my terms with the added never order from my store again. No problem with that bucco. I am boycotting Domino's!!! I will be emailing there corporate offices. I will also be leaving scathing reviews on all social media!!

I have only ordered for delivery on the App. And every time I order it takes a minimum of 90 minutes for it to get to me. They don't keep the tracker up to date. Every time I call to make sure I'm getting my food the driver just so happens to be on their way. I've waited 3 hours for a pizza before. It's ridiculous. I've tried leaving a good tip so they might try a little harder but that obviously doesn't work. Just order for pick up.

This location is literally the worst I have ever ordered from... I order online for delivery, enter my new phone number with a note showing them the correct zip code. The idiots still go to the wrong zip code, call my old number then leave. An hour and a half later we r still hungry. The people inside the store are less competent than toddlers

I have only ordered from here twice but both times were a disaster. The first time it took over an hour and a half to get my food only for them to realize they forgot something. It then took at least another 40 minutes for them to return with the forgotten item. But it was a Saturday night and they said they were busy. I get that. So I understood and moved on. However the second time was on a Monday night and I placed my order and the expected delivery time was 20-30 minutes. After an hour I called to see what might have happened to be told they were busy and my food would be there any minute. Fifteen minutes later I got a knock on my door. An hour and thirty minutes after I placed my order. I understand that things can get hectic. But dont give me an estimated delivery time of 20-30 minutes. And if youre that busy, please just hire more people. Unfortunately, I will never order from this location again.

Ordered at 11:55. Told 40 minutes until ready. Called at 12:55. Told it would be here in 10 minutes. Called at 1:15. Told it would be here in 10 minutes and that the pizzas stay warm for 3 hours when i asked about it being cold by now. Got it at 1:20. Pizza felt like it came out of a fridge and had the wrong toppings and cut into strips not triangles. I work fast food and am not picky but i give this 0 stars

I have ordered from them 3 times now, I will never order from them again. First time was nasty out and they said roads were bad which was understandable but not to get it 2 hours later. 2nd time still waited an hour with no reason for delay and this time today I call and they say that there is construction. I ordered ONE pizza at 12:50! How can it be that bad, he supposedly left the store at 1:09 and he isn't here yet at 2:30 and I called to check at 1:50. This is ridiculous, I'm not going to deal with them, I'll call or email corporate directly. They shouldn't be in business. Wish I could give them 0 stars

If I could give a -10 I would. I ordered two specialty pizzas cost was $46 for my order. It took 2.5 hours for my order to be delivered, yes 2.5 hours. I called and nothing was done. I was laughed at. Pizza was horrible, cold, like cardboard in all shriveled up. I ended up calling Dominos head quarters. The owner lied to HQ, after a month of going back and forth and the franchisees still lying to headquarters I finally received my $46 back from headquarters thank you Domino's headquarters for resolving the situation I can promise that I will never never order from this location ever again or even a Domino's location

This store's products are very inconsistent depending on who's making the food and the day of the week.. A few times I've had great pizzas, usually on the weekends, but mostly they're just average. Haven't ordered in a while but decided to give them another try. Ordered the 3 topping large pizza for $7.99 pick up special. Ordered the thin crust, with extra cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. When I entered the store 1 man was taking an order on the phone, 1 was making a pizza and the 3rd man was walking over to make a pizza. 3rd man said the guy at the counter would be with me soon. I had given my name so all he had to do was hand me my order instead of having me stand there waiting. 3rd guy did say thank you when I finally was given my order. He also said that they were out of mushrooms so had given me extra pepperoni. There was Absolutely NO extra cheese and NO extra peps on my pie. Very disappointed. Won't be giving them my business anytime soon.

This location is horrible. They don't carry anchovies (although on the real dominos website), they don't have crushed red pepper. This is not domino's. It's a franchise of Hindu's that ruin a companies name. Pizza is always overcooked. Any extras you buy, they will forget. Chandu needs fired, the franchise needs shut down. The delivery driver forgot stuff and instead of a call he comes back, screams outside my house and pounds on my door. Very unprofessional. I complained to corporate 3 weeks ago and they said I'd hear back from the store manager within 3 days. 2 weeks later, nothing. Complained again and now corporate is sending me a gift card that I will not spend here. Domino's is decent. Their franchises are not. I will not order from this location again and I highly recommend you don't either. Management is non existent money hungry scavengers that care less about the customer. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Update: Sold the gift card on ebay the day I received it. Will never order here again. Update 8 years later. Haven't had Domino's since this. Lol

They are consistently slow and more than 50% of the time the pizza is cold by the time it arrives. I would say the average delivery time is 1.5-2 hours. Normally I don’t leave reviews good or bad but today we got an incorrect order for the 3rd time and that was the final straw.

would love to give this place 0/5 stars. I should’ve read the reviews because it does seem like this place is just bad, but it was one of the only things open close by late at night. Ordered at 11:41 and the website told us 40-50 minutes, which we expected honestly. it was a saturday night and one of the only things open, so 45 minutes is no problem. well when we got the email confirmation it said 51-61 minutes… a little frustrating but again, not unexpected. Next thing we know, it is 1am and we still have no food and no communication as to where it is. According to the Dominos website, the driver had left the store at 12:17am, so we called the store. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude and said they were busy and we just needed to wait. At 1:15 we get a call that the food has arrived to the lobby, which is an hour and 35 minutes after we placed the order. All items were cold and we were so upset that we hadn’t had dinner and waited so long for cold food. the hotel we’re at doesn’t have a microwave so we couldn’t warm it. But wait, so I went to the tracker to file a complaint, I put that we weren’t satisfied with the service, temperate of the food, and it arrived so late. the website offered me 20% off my next order or a certain amount of dominoes points. Then there’s a button that said “i don’t want any of these offers” so i clicked it thinking they’d offer to refund my order, nope. Clicking it got me absolutely nothing but rerouted to the order page. super disappointed, find somewhere else to eat.

I ordered pizza online at 1:49pm and it didn't arrive until 3:20pm. I called to check in with the order at 2:50pm (an hour later) and they said the driver was on their way. This Dominos is five minutes from my house so I called again at 3:15pm when the driver still hadn't arrived. They said they were short of drivers - but they shouldn't charge a delivery fee if they aren't going to deliver anywhere near on time! I don't mind tipping, but a delivery fee on top of that when they can't even deliver warm food? Boooooooooooooooo

They essentially stole my money. I ordered a pizza with no cheese. I'm allergic to cheese. It will kill me. It arrived with cheese. I took it back to the store where they refused to fix it because I did not have a receipt, which the delivery driver neglected to provide for me. So now I've spent 20 dollars on food I cannot eat and they have made no effort to make it right. I will be contacting the corporate office. I will never order Domino's again. This is the second time they've sent me my order with cheese despite me ordering it without. At least last time they fixed it. But this time they refused. Also only one person in the store speaks English, and even his English is abysmal. Hire better employees. Weed out the incompetence.

Ordered a $20 special. Came up to $27.48 because of a delivery fee so In that case no I cannot tip because you have taken that already. Delivery driver arrives doesn’t have change. So I had no choice but to let him leave with my money and call the store and complain. Was told he’d bring my change back he still hasn’t arrived and it’s been 20 minutes. Also the delivery driver called me while he was supposed to be bringing me back change and states that I did not pay for my 2 liter with my special. (I paid for everything including the 2liter) I have a receipt. And then my pizza was supposed to be hand tossed and it was completely wrong . They gave me NY style. Basically not only did you make the order wrong and not bring my change back but tried saying I didn’t pay for something i definitely paid for. I tried keeping from complaining on here but I gave them 25 minutes now to bring me my change and still no arrival. I will never in my life spend another $1 at dominos business whatsoever. You lost a loyal customer.

I ordered a delivery from them and put in the notes that they need to call me upon arrival. I never received a call and eventually noticed a pizza outside. I opened it up to find it covered in ants. After calling in they said they would remake the pizza. Another hr goes by and I call in asking the status. They said they are not making the pizza because the delivery guy said he tried calling and has it in his phone logs. My phone logs show no call so maybe he called the wrong number. Either way they took my money, refused to remake the pizza that they said they would remake, and then also decided not to call me back to tell me they were no longer remaking it.

This may be my first bad review ever left online. Ordered hours ahead of time to pick up at 5:30. I get there at 5:35, all the employees just standing around. Time passes and they realize the order is now 15+ minutes late, but talk about the most lackadaisical staff. Absolutely no rush to get the order done. Then they realize they messed up every pizza in my order. (They made all the large pizzas mediums). They then proceeded to attempt to charge me the large pizza prices for medium pizzas. Dominos pizza is good, but so many issues at this location.

Placed an online order for dinner a few nights ago and I did not add a tip since I am less then a mile away from the restaurant and was already charged a $4 delivery and service fee (I know I know so wrong of me not to add a tip for a 5 minute drive despite the delivery fee I already paid) fast forward to the delivery driver dropping my food off my husband met him at his car and grabbed the food, the driver then asked if he is going to add a gratitude tip. My husband almost felt obligated because the driver would not leave and honestly caught him off guard he was asking for a tip. My fiancé said okay and the driver said his pen is not working but he will write it in when he gets back to the store (This was completely unacceptable because for one that shouldn’t even be possible or allowed and for two we did not want to add a tip in the first place.) Fast forward to bringing the food into the house my husband let the driver know he had everything but the driver wanted to atleast bring the 2 liter to our door for my husband. My husband told him he could leave it by the door he’s got it from there (said multiple times) as the driver set the drink down and turned away my husband opened the door to put the food in and the driver yet again turned around, picked up the 2 liter, and gave it to him. My husband stated multiple times he is okay he has everything but this man just simply would not leave! My husband had barely opened the door and had to keep one foot inside the house and one food outside while setting down the food because of how much the driver crossed this boundary he was setting. All of this HAS been reordered on our outdoor camera. That was completely unacceptable. I called the store afterwards to let whoever know the situation and when the driver does indeed return to the store DO NOT write yourself in a tip. The woman I spoke to did not even apologize or even seem to empathize how strange this encounter was. We ended the conversation with her asking “so when the driver returns you do not want him to write in a tip” I respond with yes and she says “okay” and we hung up. Overall this location even based on all the reviews is clearly going down hill and needs some serious upgrades in regards to staff. Domino’s needs to do better because I won’t be ordered from here anytime soon.

Every single time I order from here, the order is wrong. It amazes me they can manage to mess up a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and onion, plus an order of cheesy bread, but they do. And they always forget the sauce cups. And when you call to complain, either you can't get through, they refuse to refund or tell you that you have to bring it back. Don't waste your time and money.

Please, for the love of all things holy, do not order from this particular Dominoes. For a few years, this was literally the only pizza place that would deliver to my house. I have probably ordered over 100 pizzas from here. The number of times it arrived on time and correctly close to single digits; there is *always* something wrong with my order. Most often, it arrives late (at least sixty minutes). It's cold, smashed, and/or is missing toppings or sides more often than not. A new pizza place finally opened nearby and I switched to there. After several months of having no issues with the new place, Dominoes sent me a coupon for a free pizza. I figured I'd give it a try again; my mistake. My order, once again, showed up almost two hours late, missing every topping, and somehow was cut into seven slices. Oh, and don't bother calling. If they answer, they're very gruff and dismissive of any complaint.

I ordered at 6pm, pizza was “quality checked” at 6:15. It didn’t leave the store until 7pm and now I’m seeing that the delivery ETA is 8pm. When looking at the map I can see that the driver is delivering in Cranberry for some reason. This location is in Crafton and I live 3 minutes from the store so I’m not sure why they’d go all the way to Cranberry 30 minutes away first. Already not looking forward to receiving my cold, stale pizza.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered food and apple paid on the app. They called at 9:55 to say they didn’t have bone in wings I ordered only boneless. I told them no thank you than just the pizza. They then called me back 17 minutes later at 10:12 to tell me I either had to cancel the order and reorder just the pizza or pay for both and that the food was ready. I told them just to bring it all then, whatever is quickest (and really didn’t trust them to cancel and run my card again.) They arrived at 11:30 with just the pizza but charged me for both. When I called to dispute it a man argued with me and then swore at me and hung up. I paid $42 for a pizza that took over an hour and a half! Will never order again!!!!

The app would not work for our order and even after they read our order back to us,it was still delivered wrong. My wife’s salad arrived with the lettuce still basically frozen. My pizza has pepperoni and sausage on it,even though I asked for bacon and sausage in it. The delivery driver to our hotel was great,we even tipped him 25%. He was the only one who deserved any money or praise. So we wasted around $40 on food,it was to late to send it back,at least next time we will know to not order from that Dominoes Restaurant.

I'm normally extremely forgiving and understanding regarding food service and delivery. However, my order was almost more than an hour later than the estimated delivery of 20 to 30 minutes, and the Domino's Tracker was either wildly inaccurate, or my order legitimately needed to be started over. My order was sent in and the tracker said my order was going through the quality check at a reasonable speed. Fast forward 40 minutes and my order was "in the oven" again. My order was double checked for perfection (again) and I finally received my my order roughly 25 minutes after that. My order arrived almost lukewarm at best, and I would have been able to have lift the layer of congealed cheese off as one piece if it was uncut. The BBQ wings looked like a dessert, with a sort of drizzled pattern of barbecue squirts. Much like a cheesecake, my wings arrived cool to the touch. The combination of lack of any real update on my order, paired with my just about room temperature meal will unfortunately dissuade me from making future Domino's purchases, or at least this specific franchise.

We ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel. We received a text saying that the delivery driver was 7 minutes away, then 2 seconds later another text stating that the driver was 13 minutes away. After several text messages of this type we made a call to the store. The store owner called the driver at which point we had already waited over an hour for an order that should have taken about 10 minutes to deliver. Needless to say we winded up having to go to the store to pick up our own order. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this store.

Terrible online delivery service from Foster Ave location. My online order was estimated to be a 30-40 minute delivery time which ended up taking 1 hour and 20 minutes. When the online tracking said the order was delivered (even though it was not) I called the store and the manager, Mizanur, was extremely disrespectful and wouldn’t let me get two words in before saying the driver had just left and would arrive in 15 minutes. After an additional 30 minutes I called the store a second time and yet again wasn’t given the opportunity to talk before being told the driver was 2 minutes away. By the time we got our food it was cold and I was irritated from the extreme lack of customer service. I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

Delivery took over 2 hours. The tracker indicated 26-36 minutes. I’m fine waiting a little while but 2 hours in not acceptable. Called multiple times, manager didn’t really seem to care. Seemed like he’s used to this sort of thing happening. When our food finally arrived it was cold and mushy. Their salads are disgusting. Lettuce is slimey and inedible. The wings were a rubbery mess. The pizza was decent but needed to be reheated. The delivery driver was apologetic, but still I will never order food from this place again. Stay clear!

this place is genuinely horrible. i’m going to tell y’all about the last three times i’ve ordered here. most recently, i ordered a cheesy bread and they made it as small as possible (assuming it’s because i ordered an hour before close). last time, i ordered a delivery two hours before close and they weren’t sending their driver out to deliver it. i had to come get it after paying my delivery fee and they were closing up the store early with all the lights off and my food was just sitting on the counter. and the time before that i had ordered a buffalo chicken pizza for delivery and received it without any buffalo sauce. i drove down there to give it back to them so they can add it onto my pizza and the girl proceeded to squirt half the bottle onto my pizza. i literally had to use a paper towel to make it edible. this place is actually a joke and the staff is full of some of the most childish, obnoxious, lazy people i have ever dealt with. i work in a restaurant that does takeout and delivery and we make orders til the second we close and we make them with just as much effort as we would put into any other order. absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s location twice through Uber Eats, and I’ve encountered the same issue both times, which has been frustrating. The first time, I wanted the garlic Parmesan sauce instead of the regular sauce, but there was no option to specify this in the app. I called the store to make the request, but the employee said I had to call before placing my order, which I wasn’t aware of. The second time, I made sure to call ahead, as instructed, to inform them of my preference before placing the order. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the pizza still arrived with the regular sauce. When I called the store again, a female employee told me they would resend the correct pizza if they had orders going out within the next hour or tel me your number and order it and we’ll send it . Today, when I called to place another order, they didn’t even know I had already ordered. They asked for my toppings again and mentioned it would take one hour to deliver. This is the third time I’ve been facing issue with this store I’ll not leave this.

We'll in the first place my order was quite expensive, the order is got cost $8.00. It had the person's name and address on the receipt. Clearly not my name or address. My order was for Pizza with pineapple and green peppers, and I didn't see the pineapple anywhere, but I did see Pepperoni, and my son is allergic to Pepperoni. My husband did not order Pepperoni!!!!!. POOR SERVICE OVER THE PHONE, POORLY PREPARED ORDER AND ON TOP OF THAT THE ORDER ARRIVED VERY BADLY. We always order from Domino's on South side but this time we wanted to try another address closer to my house, BUT IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
