Schiacciate incredibili, farciture abbondanti e ingredienti di qualità. La “Favolosa” e la “Boss” sono da provare assolutamente. I tempi di attesa possono essere lunghi, ma l’organizzazione è ottima e la fila scorre veloce. Prezzi onesti considerando porzioni e gusto. Perfetto per un pasto veloce e super saporito nel cuore di Firenze.

Locale molto affollato con possibile fila prima di degustare la famosa schiacciata. Servizio molto veloce ed efficiente. Il menù offre una varietà di scelta con ingrediente di prima qualità. La schiacciata una vera e propria delizia. Una tappa fondamentale per chi visita Firenze!

Andare in questo posto è vivere un'esperienza gastronomica imperdibile a Firenze. La fila è lunga, ma scorre veloce. La varietà di panini è enorme - ci sono sapori per tutti i gusti, compreso il vegetariano. E i prezzi sono ragionevoli, considerando anche la dimensione che è molto grande. Abbiamo provato il Duomo e il Boss, entrambi con crema di tartufo e ci sono piaciuti moltissimo.

Davvero molto buono! Stavo camminando per strada e per caso sono capitata davanti al loro negozio. Numero di stelle infinite unica cosa molta coda. Sicuramente ci tornero! ★★★★★

Sera di capodanno negozio vuoto… e dunque sono volata dentro! Non ho fatto fila… pura fortuna. In 4 prendendo le focacce base abbiamo speso €30, alla fine erano piene-saporite e tutti i prodotti erano freschi. La pulizia é ottimale e ci sono posti a sedere dentro

Sempre una garanzia! Schiacciate calde e buonissime,belle piene di roba. Servizio veloce. Sì sceglile dal menu che trovate sul sito mentre si è in fila,si ordina,si prende e si paga. Si può mangiare all’interno o seduti o in piedi sui banchetti d’appoggio se c’è posto,ma io consiglio di mangiarla con vista palazzo vecchio sedendosi sui cornicioni del portico. Prodotti di super qualità ed eccellenza. Rapporto qualità prezzo onestissimo! Vorrei avertela sotto casa♥️

Abbiamo aspettato in una fila lunghissima per quasi un ora ma ne è valsa la pena perché era veramente molto buona la schiacciata, bisogna essere consapevoli che è un luogo molto turistico quindi non ci sono mosti per mangiare al interno del locale solo un bancone con poche sedie.

All’Antico Vinaio è molto più di un semplice posto dove mangiare: è un vero e proprio simbolo di Firenze, conosciuto ormai in tutto il mondo. La fama è meritata: le schiacciate farcite sono una bomba di gusto e abbondanza. Gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità, freschi e saporiti. Che si scelga una combinazione classica con prosciutto crudo, crema di pecorino e melanzane grigliate, o qualcosa di più creativo, ogni morso è una soddisfazione. Le porzioni sono generose, il pane è croccante fuori e morbido dentro, e i sapori si sposano alla perfezione. Il locale ha uno stile rustico, vivace e autentico, spesso con una lunga fila fuori… ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Il personale è veloce e simpatico, e nonostante la tanta gente, l’atmosfera resta sempre accogliente e informale. Perfetto per un pranzo veloce o una pausa gustosa durante una passeggiata per il centro storico. Se siete a Firenze, non potete non provarlo.

Sede storica del famosissimo locale, fila lunga (weekend) ma ben organizzata e scorrevole. Le schiacciate sono calde e gli ingredienti sono di qualità altissima. Ho preso una numero 5 (porchetta crema di patate e crema di parmigiano) ed era davvero clamorosa. Anche le opzioni vegetariane, davvero ottime. Servizio veloce e cordiale. Mangiatele in riva all’Arno, vista ponte vecchio, uno spettacolo!

Worth the hype. There is a menu of 20+ filling combinations. We went for La Paradiso and BADA COME LA FUMA. Paradiso is a genius combination with mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio cream and chopped pistachios. Simple, but yet so good, on the freshest bread. Glad it’s opened in London now so I can keep eating it!

Totally worth the hype! There is usually a queue but it goes quite quickly as they have a lot of staff working at the sandwich counter. The variety of sandwiches they have is incredible, and all the ingredients they have on display are fresh and of great quality. Highly recommend the Paradiso (straciatella, mortadella, pistachio cream), the best sandwich we've ever tasted! The staff are friendly, quick, and efficient. The prices are fair for the quality offered. We definitely recommend it and can't wait to go back.

My husband and I ate here for lunch on our first day in Florence! It was a last minute decision because the sandwich shop we were going to go to turned out to be closed on Sundays. Luckily for us this worked in our favor! The line was very long, but the staff is so quick with their service and it moved very fast! I ordered the paradiso and recommend it to anyone that stops by!

Can't believe i didn't know about this shop when i stumbled upon it. Saw a crowd moving towards that direction and felt something. My group was hungry and decided to follow the crowd. And woooow we were decently surprised by the queue and googled it. That's when i found out about this world famous joint. The sandwich was worth the 20mins wait in the queue. Had time to look at the menu anyway. Had a great sandwich full of meat for dinner. Had to share with a friend cause i can't finish on my own, it was that big. There are drinks, limited seats and table in the back of the shop and upstairs too, but eating it on the street had a different feeling. 5 Star and a must eat on my list when visiting Firenze.

Always a line, but service is quick. No sitting. You buy , you eat there standing around. Or take it to go. There’s Italian menu on the wall and you can download English menu from QR code right underneath it. Choose your sandwich carefully because they don’t do any changes . Prices are doable Bread is amazing they bake it right there . Pay attention on sources in Sandwich because they put a lot of of it. Enjoy

Come Hungry — Totally Worth It We came starving (skipped breakfast) and left absolutely satisfied. All’Antico Vinaio has three sandwich shops side by side, each with its own line. Pro tip: don’t just follow the crowd — pick the shortest line. Many tourists queue up at the longest without realizing the other two serve the same sandwiches. We waited ~10 minutes and ordered the Paradiso and Numero 5 (with porchetta). €11 and €12 each — and worth every bite. Paradiso? Truly divine. Not a tourist trap — just genuinely good sandwiches made with care and high-quality ingredients. Grab one, find a sunny spot, and enjoy Florence the right way.

For some reason, I kept seeing videos of All'Antico Vinaio pop up on my social media, and luckily we were able to check it out in Florence. When we arrived and saw the line stretching down the street, we really hoped it was worth the hype. And it absolutely was! This has to be one of the best places for a quick and delicious sandwich in all of Italy. The service is incredibly efficient, and the line moves by so fast that you'll have your amazing sandwich in your hands before you know it. If you're in Florence and looking for a quick, delicious lunch, you need to check this place out. Don't let the line scare you—it's part of the experience and it goes by quick!

You will find a long queue, yes, but they work fast so you will be next soon don’t worry. And you will ask yourself: is it worth it for what looks like a focaccia sandwich? The answer is: yes it is. They key and the reason why the other places around it are not that packed is the freshness of the ingredients. The focaccia and everything they offer to but inside is really good quality and tastes fresh not baked 1 day ago. Recommend this place. There’s an option for all tastes and levels of hunger. They will cut it in half for you if you’re going to share it with someone else.

Oh yeah this is the place. Simply follow all the people who are holding those amazing sandwiches and you’ll find the line. Well worth the wait and we actually found bar seats inside! I’d recommend the Italiana pictured but there are many wonderful options. Enjoy!

Just keep in mind: there aren’t many places to sit, so it’s more of a grab-and-go spot or quick stop. The toilet is not the cleanest, but it’s okay for a place this crowded. Overall, if you care about taste more than comfort, this place is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely come back!

Buona schiacciata. Se sei a Firenze, è difficile non farsi tentare dalla sede madre dell'AV. Grande scelta che accontenta tutti i palati, se si riesce a sopportare una fila infinita; prezzi leggermente altini per la qualità dei prodotti. Da rivedere il servizio: nella mia schiacciata mancava un ingrediente. Per il resto tutto buono, ma non eccezionale.

Prima volta all’AnticoVinaio a Firenze. Ho provato la tricolore ed era buonissima, rapporto qualità-prezzo soddisfacente. Essendo in centro, suggerirei più attenzione alla pulizia della sala. Nel complesso, esperienza piacevole.

In questo locale si mangiano una serie di focacce, molte buone, dove si sceglie come riempirle, ingredienti bioni e combinazioni particolari. Sono quattro punti vendita, uno vicino all'altro, dove si fa una fila esterna, abbastanza scorrevole. C'è pochissimo posto all'interno, difficile trovarene un po' per mangiare dentro, altrimenti si mangia in strada, come un panino. Locale vicino agli Uffizi.

Locale vicinissimo al centro, a qualunque ora abbiamo trovato sempre molta fila per cui abbiamo optato per l'asporto, ordinando dall' apparecchio davanti ad uno dei 3 locali. Personale molto gentile e simpatico. La schiacciata è buona ed abbondante, ne abbiamo provate due differenti.

We saw a video about this place on YouTube while preparing for our trip, and it’s also considered one of the most popular spots in Florence. In my opinion, it’s clearly overrated. The sandwiches themselves are interesting, and there is a wide selection. If you know your ingredients well, it seems like you can even choose what to put inside. But it’s a very touristy place: the menu is only in Italian. The translator on my phone helped, but a lot still remains unclear. The place is divided into two sections, which makes it hard to understand how everything works. Everyone lines up in one long queue, and some people ask about ticket numbers. Then a guy comes out carrying a tray of bread, which he moves from one section to the other, and he literally starts directing the line like a traffic controller, telling people which side to go to. I can’t help but wonder what happens to that bread when it’s raining heavily. In the end, the sandwich was tasty, but we managed to get a spot only at a dirty counter, which we had to wipe down thoroughly.

Honestly the sandwich was very solid, but for the steep price I think there are much better options in Florence. It was very busy which is expected from a famous shop, but still had pretty fast service. I think they may of loaded it up with a few too many tomatoes but obviously that’s personal preference. I’d say give it a go, but you can get an amazing panini for less than half the price of this one. Yes the bread is amazing!

The only question on everyone's lips is, is it worth the hype? The only answer I can give is that there are multiple different shops on the same street that offer the same thing, so it would be difficult to say. Line was quite busy when we arrived so although the end product was good, I couldn't say it was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. In any case, it's a bucket list item for many when in Florence so do try it but temper your expectations.

I've been looking forward to trying the famous schiacciata sandwiches of Florence, and so I thought it was best to try the most popular one: All'Antica Vinaio. There's a long line even late in the afternoon, but it moves quickly and we got to order in about 10 minutes of waiting. The servers were very friendly, and they had our orders ready in a few minutes. Each sandwich was huge—enough for two people to share one. The filling was very good and delicious, especially "La Paradiso," which had generous slices of mortadella and slathered with creamy stracciatella cheese and pistachio cream. However, the schiacciatta itself was tough and hard. No matter how good the filling was, it was still a pain to eat it. I couldn't finish the entire sandwich in one sitting, so I brought it home, stored it in the fridge, and ate it the next day. Guess what? The bread became softer and easier to bite through. I enjoyed it more the second day even if it wasn't made fresh anymore. 😅

Locale di via neri sicuramente da ristrutturare immaginiamo sia tra i primi aperti. Locale nel complesso sporco, sia a terra e sugli unici due tavoli dove appoggiarsi a mangiare, anche dietro al bancone sulla pedana nessuno puliva lasciando tutto il mangiare a terra e pestandolo. Su tutti i dipendenti presenti forse lavoravano in due. Schiacciate nel complesso buone, ingredienti di qualità ma i salumi non sono stati puliti, tagliati direttamente con la cotenna che rimaneva poi tra i denti e nonostante sia stato fatto notare, il personale non era così contento di doverli pulire. Il giorno 1 gennaio sono state servite a tutti focacce fredde, nessuna piastra per panini accesa, venivano portate già fredde e farcite senza scaldarle e si conseguenza il formaggio era gelido. Pagamento rapido ma alla cassa presenti ragazzini che chiacchieravano tra di loro come se non lavorassero, senza preoccuparsi della clientela, forse era meglio se nel contempo uno dei due avesse dato una mano a pulire. Recensione fatta solo a scopo migliorativo del servizio, in quanto lavoratore nel settore paninoteca/enoteca di alto livello x anni.

Good price with large portions. However the sandwich itself wasn't amazing. Salami was quite salty, so especially with the large portions, by the time you finish half the sandwich, you'd probably had too much salt and can't finish the rest unless you're sharing. There's also a huge queue to order. Overall I'd suggest to skip it. There's better food with less queue elsewhere.

Maybe this places was good before the fame but our experience was underwhelming. Ordered a mortadella and porchetta sandwich and while it wasn’t bad it wasn’t great. The bread was too hard and the more we ate the more flavor got redundant to the point of boredom. Regarding operations, it’s super confusing. There are three diff shops in the same location and there’s not a clear instruction on where to stand. And, I got food p.oisoning the same day. I don’t know, you can decide what you wanna do. Frankly, I will go for other options.

Aspetti delle ore per prendere la schiacciata e alla fine ti ritrovi in mano un pezzo di pane con il bordo durissimo da aver male ai denti.. dopo aver finito di mangiare hai fatto palestra con le mandibole. Si spezza il pane fin che mangi e inevitabilmente ti ungi le mani e le guance , che mangiando per strada non hai modo di lavarmi mani e viso… È una lotta , solo si spezza tutto e non riesci a mangiarlo. Tutta questa fama è solo un modo per fare una foto e pubblicarla sui social.. ma per via di qualità siamo messi male .. Oltre che le salse sono tutte robe preparate industrialmente con il profumo del prodotto .. altroché preparate a mano da loro…. Provate altre schiacciate in locali meno rinomati e sono di gran lunga più buone. I ragazzi sono simpatici e bravi a lavorare !

Overated imo, rheres better sandwich places in FLO like de ghotti. This place has long lines and its all due to social media. Their sandwiches are not that great, the bread is crunchy and hard, not warm, meats are so so. Try the other places before you committ to this place. There are other options, also very very limited seating. 3 stars at best.
