Odd location right next to a tennis court but the food is great and the prices are a steal. Really, really good value for money and they were really kind in accommodating our requests. If I was ever in the area, I'd go again.

You can get their special pizzas which require a minimum of 2 people to each which I highly recommend. As soon as my mate and I sat down it started to rain but we were quickly escorted undercover. There was a €2 service charge for each person.

I felt hungry and cold after moving from the other side of the city to the famous view point of the magical Florence. Fortunately, I caught this amazing restaurant on the top of hill, I got pizza 🍕 and it was really good. Mr.Marco, thanks you’re so helpful!

Outstanding low cost restaurant across street from Piazzale de Michelangelo (overlooks entire city of Florence). Dining is outside but romantic and charming. Great service and awesome food. Our bill for two (with one glass of wine) was 62 Euros (about 62 dollars at the time we went). The french fries are unlike anything in the states and the best we ever had. All of the food was VERY fresh and tasty. Portions were huge.

Ristorante buono , non eccezionale ho beccato il giorno che non hanno fatto la pizza purtroppo . Quindi ho scelto di prendere un tagliere buono e uno spaghetto al pomodoro invece il mio fidanzato un hamburger magari un po’ povero per il prezzo .

Locale carino ed accogliente, i ragazzi che ci hanno servito sono stati super gentili. Anche il prezzo, per il posto che è abbordabilissimo! Parcheggiate al piazzale e venite in su a piedi!

Locale carino a due passi dal panoramico piazzale Michelangelo. Tagliere strepitoso e gnocchi con fonduta di pecorino e speck ottimi. Peccato per la tagliata di carne che è risultata un po' troppo dura per i nostri gusti. Personale cortese. Prezzi nella norma.

Cena molto buona e posto molto bello. Due camerieri molto gentili, scrupolosi e attenti con le mie allergie, hanno continuamente controllato e ricontrollato che i piatti che mi venivano portati fossero idonei.

We went around 5.30pm unsure if they were open for dining and was pleasantly surprised by the food as well as by the delightful service provided by our server- Tommaso, who went the extra mile to fetch me some hot water with Lemon as I had a cold and also patiently explained certain dishes to us. We had the Rissoto with Procini Mushrooms and the Pasta with the ragu of Duck which were both quite tasty and had satisfying potion sizes.

Waitress are very welcoming and the food is delicious. Pizzas are big too. The place is beautiful ( however because of trees and during the night you can’t see the view)

Excellent pizza, nice wine, reasonably priced… just don’t ask the guy on the payment desk to call you a taxi, you’d think you’d asked him to cut off his arm… I have never ever experienced such blatantly rude service before. This guy needs to be moved on. Unbelievable.

Terrazze Michelangelo – Capodanno 2025 La vista è spettacolare, ma purtroppo è stata l’unica nota positiva della serata. Il freddo era insopportabile e ha rovinato completamente il Capodanno. La situazione era talmente grave che circa metà degli ospiti era seduta a tavola con pesanti giacche invernali, alcuni persino con sciarpe. In queste condizioni non era possibile né mangiare né godersi la serata. Per un evento di Capodanno con prezzi elevati, questo è semplicemente inaccettabile. Il servizio era gentile e disponibile, ma chiaramente sotto pressione e disorganizzato. L’impressione generale è stata quella di una gestione improvvisata. Il cibo era nella media, presentato in modo anonimo e senza cura. “Accettabile” non basta, soprattutto considerando il prezzo richiesto e l’occasione. Conclusione: Location bellissima, ma Capodanno fallito. Il freddo ha distrutto completamente l’atmosfera e nulla è riuscito a compensarlo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente non giustificato. Esperienza non consigliata.

Upon reading my receipt I noticed there were 3 items added into my bill even though I didn't pay for them or get served any of them. At the end I heard the guy review what we ordered. I stopped him and told him that we didn't order the following thing he said, he removed and we got our money back. When we left the place, I noticed that there were still more things that we didn't order. It was too late to go back, so we ended up paying an extra 25£. On the upside, the food was amazing. Every other little detail towards a good restaurant, not so much. I ordered the Genevese Pizza. Absolutely amazing pizza, possibly the best I've ever had cause I mean come on, it's Italy. But my pizza was served burnt on the edges, served without being cut. I had to cut it with a terrible knife. You're sitting outside in the hot weather hearing the loud non stopping noises of Italian cicadas. Got served a salad in a large bowl. Nothing to scoop the salad with except a small spoon or fork if you want to share the salad with the rest of the table. That leads me to the fact that we never got plates unless we asked for them, I'm talking about small plates to eat the bread that you get served first with. Which by the way came in a cardboard bag. Was rock as a rock. All in all this restaurant lacked detail, the small things like refilling salt and pepper shakers before serving them to us, maybe serving us some small plates with no question and maybe even the frizzy water being actually frizzy. The only reason me and my family ate here is cause the ratings on the restaurants near it, weren't any better.

Food tasted like it was microwaved. Service was terrible. Took 15 minutes to get a bottle of wine and salads to our table. The view was nice though. Restaurant is next to a tennis court so beware of the noise. The service was actually terrible though and would make me want to advise against this. Also do not eat here as the food was terrible and tasted as if it came from a freezer to a microwave to our table.

Location ottima, attaccata al piazzale Michelangelo. Purtroppo il cibo lascia a desiderare. Mio marito ha preso una tagliata di pollo, a detta sua mangiabile, purtroppo io e il figliolo abbiamo tentato una fiorentina. Direi "mai più". La carne di per sé era sicuramente di qualità, perché nonostante tutto risultava morbida e non gommosa, ma decisamente non la sanno cuocere. Cotta che in alcuni punti sembrava uno stracotto, con le fibre che si separavano proprio da spezzatino. Vedere foto per referenza onesta. Peccato. E dulcis in fundo, macchina del sorbetto ROTTA. Olé, un bel daje e si passa al prossimo ristorante.

Ho prenoteto per il mio diciottesimo e il locale è visibilmente molto bello, curato nell’arredamento e nell’atmosfera, ed è questo che inizialmente colpisce in modo positivo. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Abbiamo trovato piatti e bicchieri sporchi: sui bicchieri erano chiaramente visibili impronte di bocca, aloni di vino e residui d’acqua, un aspetto davvero inaccettabile per un locale di questo livello. Inoltre, parte del personale si è dimostrata maleducata e presuntuosa, dando l’impressione di poca attenzione verso il cliente. L’organizzazione generale lascia a desiderare, con confusione, scarsa coordinazione e tempi di attesa molto lunghi. Il cibo è buono, nulla da dire sulla qualità delle pietanze, ma il servizio lento e poco professionale rovina purtroppo l’esperienza. Un vero peccato, perché il potenziale c’è, ma servirebbe maggiore attenzione all’igiene, alla gestione e soprattutto al rapporto con i clienti. Nonostante l’estetica curata e un cibo di buona qualità, al momento il locale non è consigliabile. Le gravi carenze in termini di igiene (bicchieri e piatti sporchi), la scortesia di parte del personale e una gestione disorganizzata con attese eccessive compromettono seriamente l’esperienza complessiva. Per un locale che punta a un certo livello, questi aspetti sono inaccettabili. Finché non verranno migliorati servizio, attenzione al cliente e standard di pulizia, è preferibile orientarsi verso altre opzioni più affidabili.

Siamo stati veramente delusi sul l'aspettativa che avevamo dopo aver letto tante recensioni positive dei servizi in eventi.Eravamo intusiaste ,felice di avere prenotato per capodanno,pensavamo che passasse mo una serata indimenticabile ma purtroppo siamo stati subito delusi dal inizio della cena ,cibo orribile sicuramente inventato e nemmeno provato prima di servire.Intorno hai tavoli ,era triste vedere quelli piatti che tornavano indentro praticamente senza toccare.In una occasione come CAPODANNO penso che non se deve dare per scontato il mangiare solo per il fatto che il ristorante sia in una posizione importante,noi come tanti altri cliente sono andati via subito .NON CONSIGLIO

The food at this restaurant was very disappointing. We came from the United States expecting to eat good Italian food, but how can a restaurant only serve fish on New Year's Eve? The food arrived cold and very slowly. The food was expensive and tasteless. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We are having a terrible experience. We are a group of 8 people, and since I chose this restaurant, I feel very bad because nobody ate; we are all hungry. Very disappointed.

Food tasted less than ordinary. The servers were rude and inconsiderate. They could have done something to learn on how to improve their service. The sound system was awful; it sounded like a transistor radio of the 70’s. Terrible!

Beautiful view but horrendous service . Seated quickly but not acknowledged for at least 20 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes for our drinks which never arrived then informed they no longer had the items we selected. We walked 500 meters down the road to Michelangelo Tennis club and enjoyed excellent service and food , prices were also much lower .

I refer to the above restaurant. I have no option but to express my extreme displeasure at how we were overcharged. When I doth journeyed to the cashier to exchange my hard earned cash for the nourishment we experienced, you can ONLY IMAGINE MY SHOCK when I was expensed for a full half century of euro over the price that doth should have been on the bill. I expressed my displeasure and challenged the cashier to a dual, the cashier backed down because he was craven and refunded me but ALAS they deserve no respite for the fact their crime ended up victimless, the mens rea was present and hence they should answer for their criminality. As such, I leave a one star review (it would have been naught stars had google offered me said capability). OVER AND OUT.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Just see the picture of my meal compared to what I got. It tasted just like it looked. The view across the street is amazing but the food here is not. This is the pulled pork bbq sandwich without a bun. It was like blended meat. Nothing like the picture. Do not recommend.
