I recently called with a major sweet tooth wanting cookie cake. The woman who answered the phone was extremely nice and happy to help even late in the day. Truly excellent service and a product I enjoy every bite of. I highly recommend this for every person with a sweet tooth.

Great cookies. My nieces is a fan of the sugar cookie that has colorful sugar crystals. We've also had the ice cream and no complaints. Ice cream & cookies, so convenient! Fabulous customer service and it's super clean.

The man working there tonight saved me! I completely forgot to order a cookie cake for my daughter’s bday. I ordered online at 5:00pm. My phone rang 2 minutes later. He had a question about my personalization. (The link I attached didn’t work.) He was so nice, and said he’d call as soon as it was finished. He called at 7:30. I picked it up, and it was PERFECT! Thank you!

The store isn't bad. It's got a good selection of items and toppings. No issues with building or employees. Coffee ice cream, one vanilla with kit Kat chucks. I think the cups are a bit pricey though.

When driving down the street you can't even tell what it says or what your place of business is. I have driven past this place probably 500 times in the last 2 years and never even knew this place was here.

Pretty good - had a 30 minute wait for a small cookies and cream shake, I was the only one ordering, and they had been doing nothing when I walked in, but she was teaching a new person, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt

$40.99 for a COOKIE cake. I will NOT be back. The worker was less than nice. Seemed a little over worked and agitated

I went there 9/23/25 around 1:30 with my 18 year old daughter and my 6 year old granddaughter. We were the only ones there. My daughter got 2 samples and the 2 samples she tried tasted like they had freezer burn. She asked for a 3rd sample and the lady working rudely said "you only get 2 samples so this is your last" Which is crazy and not true! There is no sample limit especially when no other customers are even there at all. The lady also working was NOT wearing gloves and handed my daughter her cone and touched the cone with her bare hand. Will NOT be back to this location. Flower Mound has SO MANY ice cream shops and this one is not the one to visit

Custom made a cake and it was terrible. The pink icing they chose to use was so bad we had to scrape it off(we didn't choose pink). It was supposed to be cookie dough(4 small pieces in tbe ENTIRE cake) with vanilla cake(non existent) base and it had neither. Not a fun way to cut into your cake after blowing out your candles. We cut the entire cake looking for the cookie dough and cake layer(there was a tiny sliver of cake under about 2 pieces). $50 and a cake meant to feed 12 people, only 1 person ended up actually eating it. What a waste! Reached out to customer service via email and heard nothing back. Do yourself the favor and go down the road a mile to Baskin Robbins.

Do not order from this location if you need a cake by a certain time!!! They did not have our cake ready for pickup even though we showed up half an hour later than the scheduled time. This was so unfortunate because we had a planned party that we needed the cake for. This was our first time ordering from here and will definitely be our last.
