Hawk, Jeremiah, Dom and James wow! these guys were at the Top of their Game. I was totally impressed with with the level of to Customer Service these guys provided. Thank You Jimmy John’s for having Employees who care about the customers experience. Great’ Job! Guys

A few minutes before 9pm, I placed an online order for delivery, thinking I was ordering from the JJ on Main St. (closes at 10pm) as I knew the Crosstimbers location, closer to me, closed at 9pm. It wasn't until they called to tell me the tea had already been disposed and asked what other drink I wanted. That's when I realized I ordered from the wrong JJ's. They not only took our online order and made it, they were so kind to deliver it, all after they had already closed. Thank you so much JJ and the young lady who made and delivered (Santana?) our food!! Very impressive and so appreciated!! 5 stars all the way!!

For whatever reason my experience at this store was very different from most of the reviews that have been posted. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, my order was filled properly, and the food was good. Upon walking out the door I was told, "Have a good day". No complaints here.

Ok these sandwiches are a drug and I'm addicted. I come here once to three times a week. There should be a warning: MAY NEED REHAB TO STOP. They know my sandwiches to the point they just ask "salami or no salami". Love this location as well. Nice people work here.

I went at 8:20pm. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly. My sandwich was very tasty. I told the manager I was impressed with how clean the store was because I figured it’s nice to hear some positive feedback for a change.

As a frequent traveler I eat at Jimmy John's locations all across America and this is the very best. The staff is outstanding, the restaurant is always clean, and food is always properly handled and prepared. The staff goes above and beyond for their many frequent guests and knows many of their customers on a first-name basis. Don't believe the any of the negative reviews on google. They are clearly fabricated by competitors. I eat lunch here every day when I am in town and the place is great.

The sandwiches are some of the best I have ever had, but I am writing the review because for the past 3 weeks myself and a few of my co-workers have been ordering food from them to deliver and they have done it. I called today to put an order in and the girl told me they don't deliver that far. I asked her why because we had orders delievered for the last 3 weeks and she said that it was a mistake. That is sad because now we won't order from them anymore.

I visited on a Saturday night. Very large variety of sandwich fillings. Fast, friendly, competent staff. Choice of delicious breads. Large sandwiches, filled with very fresh veggies and fillings. Cold drinks or water only, no coffee. Noisy interior because of all hard surfaces in interior furnishings. Music often set too loud for conversation. Besides the the choice of breads, you have order lettuce wraps, and also create your own mix of available ingredients. Very reasonable price for the product, and the shop is in an easy to access location.

The food is almost always good, inside or delivery, and if it’s not they’ll usually correct it with no problems. My issue is the online order and delivery, sometimes it takes upwards of 30-40 minutes for a delivery to be made and delivered to a home right around the corner, that’s not fast and with a delivery area that’s so contained I don’t know what to think and if this was the first time I’d not say anything but it seems to happen every time I put an online order in. The order says received and then I just sit there. It used to be that I’d get my order in less than 15 minutes, I love your guys food but this would be a great area to improve upon Edit: unfortunately it’s a year later and still the same problem, delivery takes quite a bit of time

I wonder if the franchise owner knows how his manager Tony is 1. Training the staff on proper customer service. 2. His lack of customer service. Maybe I'm old school but if I place a delivery order for food I think I should be given a expected time of delivery... Driver said he "wasn't allowed to give out that information"...hmm what?? When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he's busy, but he got on the phone when I asked for the franchise owners contract info.I was given the name Zack but the manager would not give me an email address or phone number to reach out to him. If I was the owner I would want to know how my customer are treated and receive feedback.

Don’t think Jimmy would be pleased with this location. I have always been impressed with Jimmy Johns fast friendly service until my visit here. Cashier didn’t even say hi and walked away mid order to attend some to go tickets proceeded to walk back to counter and when he returned was looking at tickets while I waited to finish order after a few seconds I asked if he was ready to continue and he then looked up and said “I can hear while I am doing this”. He then told me they had no change and where accepting card payment only. After ordering 2 people in front of me where standing in line waiting for their freaky fast subs. One lady walked up to see what was taking so long. Then my sandwich came out in front of lady who had been there before me. I had also asked for my sandwich to be cut in half which did not happen. After reading other reviews it is apparent that this store seriously needs to get its act together.

The good: Fast with our order. Staff were nice. The bad: Food quality was less than expected. Bread was like rigid foam insulation and lettuce was shredded to mush. Meat did not have much taste really. Will not be back.

Jimmy John's food is always fresh and good no matter where I get it. But this is the third time at this specific location where it took me 45 minutes of waiting to finally get the one sandwich that I called in for. Super annoying when im trying to grab a sandwich on my lunch break during work. Especially because the motto is "freaky fast subs". Definitely never coming back to this specific location.

This Jimmy John's location has not ONCE prepared my order correctly. The employees act disinterested or stoned(not sure which), which isn't even my biggest complaint with this place. I always get the veggie sandwich on Wheat/whole grain bread. On one occasion, they decided to add tuna to my VEGETARIAN sandwich. I decided to give them another chance, and the next time I went back they gave me the wrong bread and forgot to put cucumbers on my sandwich. The sandwich I order consists of maybe 5 or 6 ingredients...Cucumbers being one of the MAIN parts of this sandwich. I've gone back a few times - only because this location is closer and more convenient. As expected, they always royally screw up my order. I still love JJ's, so my boyfriend and I drive to the location on Main Street.

Ordered online for pick up. They did not tell us the order was ready but it had been awhile so went over and it was sitting out. Tuna Unwich was very poorly made - salad dressing running out in all directions, hardly any actual tuna, and it didn't hold together like those prepared at other locations. Lemonade tasted like water with lemon flavoring. The two bags of chips we ordered were missing completely. Will never order food from this location again. Total waste of money.

I like Jimmy John’s, but this location is terrible. I ordered what I typically get, the Pepe. The bread was hard as a rock. Terrible customer service. The place smelled bad. I went outside to eat. I tried this location a few times. Just gets worse. Needs new management!

This jimmy johns in 2.2 miles from my house & a total of a whopping 5.5Minutes from there store, not only that, but 3 locations within 9 minutes of me. And they won’t deliver. This deliver management is absolutely horrible and has lost a long time customer due to the poor explanation and professionalism of the CSR I spoke to. Jersey Mikes, you’ve gained a customer!! Mikes, Thanks for having delivery accommodations beyond 5.5 minutes of your store. You MUST want business more then Jimmy.

was on my lunch break and picked up my order and it was WRONG. i went back in and the young lady handed methe freaking vegetable that was missing!!!! like am i supposed to make my sandwich myself after you got it wrong??? NO. WAY. she had a horrible attitude about it!! the rest of the workers were sweet. also called the manager and she was SUPER SWEET and kind. i just hope the young lady that was rude does not treat anyone else this way.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order for a delivery - online it says it closes at 10. Apparently it closes at 9. My order was placed BEFORE 9 and finally at 9:40 I called asking where my order was to which they told me that they RAN OUT OF BREAD. I received no phone call worst service ever not even an apology. Very disappointed in this place and will be giving my business to jersey mikes.

Went in and ordered 2 sandwiches. Apparently the person before us ordered the exact same numbers but with ALOT of changes. They remade the sandwich but made it with correct bread, but still same toppings as other person ordered... so wrong sandwich AGAIN. So I reordered the sandwich I wanted and had to pay for the new one so I could get what I ORIGINALLY ORDERED. They need to use names instead of calling out sandwich numbers and it would make less confusion if the people order the same numbers as someone else.

Probably one of the worst jimmy johns ever. Order my lunch turkey sandwich on the outside of the bread it’s covered in tuna fish (which I’m allergic to) called they sent out another sandwich but the order was wrong called back and the regional manager started arguing with me if you mess up on a sandwich fix it. Don’t keep messing up. And be nice about he acted like it’s my fault they put tuna on my sandwich or it’s my fault they messed up on the 2nd order. I just wanted my lunch.

Again placed order and 45 min no food and called and given excuse about employees with “sniffles” this branch gone down last 6 months with 4 late delivery’s 2 cancelled and waited inside 15 min for my sandwich (Used their app)while other came in ordered and left and after I asked they pulled the ticket off the computer and made it. Multiple times this jimmy johns have given my food to random people and I don't get it. Happened again today. They dont even bother trying to check who the person they give it to is correct. If you want to actually get your food do not go here especially if your bust at work.

Every time I walk into this location I am greeted by young staff that looks annoyed I just came through the door. I'm not expecting excellent customer service from a sandwich place but at least make your customers feel welcomed. If you ask for any extras, prepare for further annoyed looks like you are putting them out. They also do not take the time to add any markings to the wrappers of each sandwich you order so you only know which is which after you open them. The store in Lewisville off of Round Grove road ? Night and day comparison. That crew is pleasant and kind as you interact with them and they take the time to always mark sandwiches. I have literally been going to this location that is further away from me just to avoid the Flower Mound location for months. I thought I'll give them a try again, maybe things have changed. Nope. Still the same. Will be using the Lewisville location permanently moving forward.

Ordered lunch for the office. After an hour of waiting, I called to check on the order and ask when it was going to be delivered. The guy said “Umm I don’t know. We consider your order a large order so I don’t know when it’ll be ready.” 7 sandwiches.... that’s it. Already an hour and you’re telling me you can’t say when it’ll be done?? Sounds like they hadn’t even started working on it. The guy said it might be best to cancel the order so I did just that and took my business to Raising Cane’s. Avoid this Jimmy John’s. The only thing “freaky fast” about this place is how disappointed you’ll be.

Visited today after years. The sandwich is good but this location's staff needs more training. There is a line for taking orders while there are 6 people in the kitchen. Two of them are checking on their smartphone. Not paying attention to the customer who was waiting in a line. Nothing changed last time I visited. Wish there is another JJ in our neighborhood so that we do not have to come to this particular place.

Had a terrible experience here, other locations have pretty good service so I was expecting the same but this location was so disappointing. I don’t usually stay inside and eat but my husband was off that day so we decided to have a sit down lunch. Bad mistake. As soon as I walked in the employees behaved strangely. The sandwiches seemed to be less filled than other locations I’d been to. While we were eating one of them kept making annoying sounds just to be annoying and then all of the workers decided to hang out, talk and laugh loud beside us. It just looked like a hangout time and we felt uncomfortable trying to have a peaceful lunch. The tables all had food debris and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. We were the only ones there so I could tell no one was cleaning any tables they were all dirty. Needless to say we won’t be eating here again or ordering to go.

Jimmy John’s is not what it used to be. freaky fast…… had an issue with order was told they use Uber for all their deliveries…. So all they could offer was a store credit. The odds of you getting what you ordered is about a coin flip in my experience with this location

I placed on online order for pickup in the store ASAP. I arrive at 7:10 and say my name to the girl working the front. She said they didn’t have my order and proceeded to ask if I ordered it to the right location. I showed her my confirmation which had the location and proof of payment for the order. She then says “Uh I think that’s this location…” She works there and doesn’t even know the address??? Then she just looks at me and says “well sorry we don’t have it.” I said well my card has already been charged, what am I supposed to do. She tells me “I don’t know.” And I repeat that I had already been charged for the order so I need my sandwich. She then looks up my order and finds it and realizes that their receipt printer was jammed. Can’t believe this worker was about to let me walk away with no food and a paid for order. She didn’t even apologize. I would also like to add that they had the store almost completely closed down 2 hours before the closing time and acted like I was a hassle for this.

After deciding to write a review; I looked over the other reviews and this location is right on par with 99% of the other reviews. Except, I gave it 2 starts rather than one. First things first, “this place needs more training” and by training I mean shut the location down and send your managers and associates to customer service 101. Not only were the associates making sandwiches confused on orders and the jimmy john process; the “manager(s)” or whoever was in-charge needs to learn about communication toward employees and the actual paying customer service industry. Honestly, this location is jokingly said to be ran by a bunch of millennials; by which I mean entitled, problem solving inept, and lack of chivalry towards paying customers. About our experience: the order was wrong from the get-go. So, I took the order to the cash register and stated the issues. 2 wrong sandwiches (which I found out later the 3rd sandwich was wrong too but my daughter ate it because she was too tired to deal with sandwich issues) and 1 missing sandwich. The “manager” was rude and scalding under his mask. He couldn’t understand why a plain turkey would need lettuce when the customer asks for it; so inconceivable! The manager literally wanted to stomp his foot and sigh. Not one time did he ever say we are sorry and we will make the order right; in fact I can’t remember anyone in the place taking the time to say we will make this right and/or I’m sorry. Anyways, the order was not right and that’s what it is. Then they tried to re-make sandwiches and the staff was confused to which who was making what sandwiches. It was embarrassing.... In the end, the food was adequate but service left us to say we will spend our money elsewhere. We did get a thank you from one of the associates on the way out (he must have been in the back the whole time) but nothing from the manager or anyone that helped us with our order. I can see why this place is rocking the one and two star reviews. I gave two stars because in the end we did get the sandwiches that were Jimmy’s quality and taste; but I can see why they get one star reviews at this location. I’ll pay more for better service any day. Very disappointed. 03/25/21 Just an update to my review. I was contacted by Jimmy John's corporate and they seemed like it was important to fix any concerns or issues that we experienced during our visit. Emails were direct and a corporate review was asked which I filled out and sent ( I took time to fill out "Your review platform to evaluate your restaurant franchise"). No response yet back from corporate. Corporate also stated that this was a "locally" owned establishment and not corporate franchise. I've never heard anything from the franchisee or anyone related to the location ask about further inquiry to our experience or that they were going to fix anything moving forward. This is what I am taking away from this experience.....I came, I saw, they heard my complaint and onto the next customer.....very disappointed. Now that corporate got involved and nothing happened this makes me want to not ever go to a Jimmy John's. Jimmy is definitely showing his true colors. I can get a freaky fast sub anywhere with much better quality at a better price-point with much better customer service; the choices are vast. I'm available to contact again if anyone from corporate would like to talk about this event more. Now you get 1 star. 4/23/21 Update Still nothing from anyone from the store location and/or corporate. This is the last time I update this review unless I get an actual call from “them”. Still disappointed and they don’t even care to make it right other than writing a “corporate” review for them. Sigh, again Jimmy dumps you freaky fast when you aren’t happy with their service and/or product. Jersey Mike’s always treats us great and their food quality is 5⭐️ for the price. Highly recommend going to Jersey Mike’s.

Flower Mound location is the worst, which is a shame because it's the closest to my house. I walked in before 8pm and they already looked to be closing up: chairs up, bread piled oddly, all the ingredients out of their containers, counter looked dirty, worst of all mop and bucket very close to food left out. Then the staff - 1 guy and 2 girls were very rude, non-welcoming, really could careless customers walked in. I had to ask if they were opened still. I got a yes but nothing more. They kept ignoring me and shutting down basically. One girl walked from the back and was rubbing her nose consistently, multiple piercings appeared to be bothering her. She did get behind the register but just starred at us. There was no how can I help you or welcome in. Overall I said we are leaving. Honestly it looked unhygienic and they should know people eat with their eyes first!! I am bummed. I love the Jimmy Johns by my work but this one by my house is the worst customer service EVER!! This is not the first time.

Wild experience walking in—the gentleman at the register was not only on his phone but didn’t even look up when we entered. I had to say hello just to get his attention, and even then, he glanced up briefly before immediately looking back down at his screen. We turned around and walked right out. When we got back to the car and looked through the window, he was still glued to his phone. He honestly couldn’t have cared less. For context, this happened on Wednesday, July 2nd at 7:15 PM. Who is running this place? I’ll take my business to Jersey Mikes.

Just went there for lunch. There were 4-5 employees and 0 customers besides us. Ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my kids. My son doesn’t like the produce so I got him a slim. Asked them for a litttle mayonnaise and was told they can’t do that. I asked why and they said they can give me a mayonnaise packet. I said that didn’t make sense and they said it was company policy. I get that it says meat and cheese only but I thought that meant no produce. If it was really about the money saved for mayo then why did they offer a packet? I went ahead and paid. Got the food and there were no mayonnaise packets. So I went back and they gave me a packet. As I was eating my food I thought about how stupid that was and glanced at the receipt. They didn’t charge me for the 2 bags of chips. Normally I would point out that I have chips and keep in mind my kids were standing next to me with the chips. It was pretty obvious they had them. But it was more important to save 3 seconds of labor than to complete the sale and make customers happy. So when I was leaving I told the cashier that he was too busy telling me he can’t put mayo on my sandwich, that he didn’t charge me for the chips. I gave them back unopened. He said (twice) have a nice day, have a nice day. GREAT POLICY!!! We won’t be back!

The worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever experienced. The girl at the register was drinking her drink while taking my order, talking to employees and checking for a video on her phone. They then continued on to talk to each other and ignore making my simple order. Then they finally called my order after about 5-7 min (I was the only order up). I get home and my sandwich is squished down, soggy and falling apart… I will not return to this location.

I’ve come to this location several times because it is more convenient for me than driving all the way to Lewisville, but never again will I set foot in this establishment. The employees are extremely unwelcoming and make you feel like you are putting them out by coming in. I am almost never greeted with a hello or welcome, just get blank stares until I ask if I can order. It makes me laugh that there is an option to tip when I pay, what am I tipping for? This place has an unsettling feeling to it inside and I feel like I’m intruding when I go in. Never again. Train your staff better or hire more competent, friendly people.

Flower Mound location is the worst, which is a shame because it's the closest to my house. I walked in before 8pm and they already looked to be closing up: chairs up, bread piled oddly, all the ingredients out of their containers, counter looked dirty, worst of all mop and bucket very close to food left out. Then the staff - 1 guy and 2 girls were very rude, non-welcoming, really could careless customers walked in. I had to ask if they were opened still. I got a yes but nothing more. They kept ignoring me and shutting down basically. One girl walked from the back and was rubbing her nose consistently, multiple piercings appeared to be bothering her. She did get behind the register but just starred at us. There was no how can I help you or welcome in. Overall I said we are leaving. Honestly it looked unhygienic and they should know people eat with their eyes first!! I am bummed. I love the Jimmy Johns by my work but this one by my house is the worst customer service EVER!! This is not the first time.

Wild experience walking in—the gentleman at the register was not only on his phone but didn’t even look up when we entered. I had to say hello just to get his attention, and even then, he glanced up briefly before immediately looking back down at his screen. We turned around and walked right out. When we got back to the car and looked through the window, he was still glued to his phone. He honestly couldn’t have cared less. For context, this happened on Wednesday, July 2nd at 7:15 PM. Who is running this place? I’ll take my business to Jersey Mikes.

Just went there for lunch. There were 4-5 employees and 0 customers besides us. Ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my kids. My son doesn’t like the produce so I got him a slim. Multiple times this jimmy johns have given my food to random people and I don't get it. Happened again today. They dont even bother trying to check who the person they give it to is correct. If you want to actually get your food do not go here especially if your bust at work.

Jimmy John’s is not what it used to be. freaky fast…… had an issue with order was told they use Uber for all their deliveries…. So all they could offer was a store credit. The odds of you getting what you ordered is about a coin flip in my experience with this location

Had a terrible experience here, other locations have pretty good service so I was expecting the same but this location was so disappointing. I don’t usually stay inside and eat but my husband was off that day so we decided to have a sit down lunch. Bad mistake. As soon as I walked in the employees behaved strangely. The sandwiches seemed to be less filled than other locations I’d been to. While we were eating one of them kept making annoying sounds just to be annoying and then all of the workers decided to hang out, talk and laugh loud beside us. It just looked like a hangout time and we felt uncomfortable trying to have a peaceful lunch. The tables all had food debris and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. We were the only ones there so I could tell no one was cleaning any tables they were all dirty. Needless to say we won’t be eating here again or ordering to go.

I placed on online order for pickup in the store ASAP. I arrive at 7:10 and say my name to the girl working the front. She said they didn’t have my order and proceeded to ask if I ordered it to the right location. I showed her my confirmation which had the location and proof of payment for the order. She then says “Uh I think that’s this location…” She works there and doesn’t even know the address??? Then she just looks at me and says “well sorry we don’t have it.” I said well my card has already been charged, what am I supposed to do. She tells me “I don’t know.” And I repeat that I had already been charged for the order so I need my sandwich. She then looks up my order and finds it and realizes that their receipt printer was jammed. Can’t believe this worker was about to let me walk away with no food and a paid for order. She didn’t even apologize. I would also like to add that they had the store almost completely closed down 2 hours before the closing time and acted like I was a hassle for this.

After deciding to write a review; I looked over the other reviews and this location is right on par with 99% of the other reviews. Except, I gave it 2 starts rather than one. First things first, “this place needs more training” and by training I mean shut the location down and send your managers and associates to customer service 101. Not only were the associates making sandwiches confused on orders and the jimmy john process; the “manager(s)” or whoever was in-charge needs to learn about communication toward employees and the actual paying customer service industry. Honestly, this location is jokingly said to be ran by a bunch of millennials; by which I mean entitled, problem solving inept, and lack of chivalry towards paying customers. About our experience: the order was wrong from the get-go. So, I took the order to the cash register and stated the issues. 2 wrong sandwiches (which I found out later the 3rd sandwich was wrong too but my daughter ate it because she was too tired to deal with sandwich issues) and 1 missing sandwich. The “manager” was rude and scalding under his mask. He couldn’t understand why a plain turkey would need lettuce when the customer asks for it; so inconceivable! The manager literally wanted to stomp his foot and sigh. Not one time did he ever say we are sorry and we will make the order right; in fact I can’t remember anyone in the place taking the time to say we will make this right and/or I’m sorry. Anyways, the order was not right and that’s what it is. Then they tried to re-make sandwiches and the staff was confused to which who was making what sandwiches. It was embarrassing.... In the end, the food was adequate but service left us to say we will spend our money elsewhere. We did get a thank you from one of the associates on the way out (he must have been in the back the whole time) but nothing from the manager or anyone that helped us with our order. I can see why this place is rocking the one and two star reviews. I gave two stars because in the end we did get the sandwiches that were Jimmy’s quality and taste; but I can see why they get one star reviews at this location. I’ll pay more for better service any day. Very disappointed. 03/25/21 Just an update to my review. I was contacted by Jimmy John's corporate and they seemed like it was important to fix any concerns or issues that we experienced during our visit. Emails were direct and a corporate review was asked which I filled out and sent ( I took time to fill out "Your review platform to evaluate your restaurant franchise"). No response yet back from corporate. Corporate also stated that this was a "locally" owned establishment and not corporate franchise. I've never heard anything from the franchisee or anyone related to the location ask about further inquiry to our experience or that they were going to fix anything moving forward. This is what I am taking away from this experience.....I came, I saw, they heard my complaint and onto the next customer.....very disappointed. Now that corporate got involved and nothing happened this makes me want to not ever go to a Jimmy John's. Jimmy is definitely showing his true colors. I can get a freaky fast sub anywhere with much better quality at a better price-point with much better customer service; the choices are vast. I'm available to contact again if anyone from corporate would like to talk about this event more. Now you get 1 star. 4/23/21 Update Still nothing from anyone from the store location and/or corporate. This is the last time I update this review unless I get an actual call from “them”. Still disappointed and they don’t even care to make it right other than writing a “corporate” review for them. Sigh, again Jimmy dumps you freaky fast when you aren’t happy with their service and/or product. Jersey Mike’s always treats us great and their food quality is 5⭐️ for the price. Highly recommend going to Jersey Mike’s.
