Food is hit or miss. Either the loaded tacos are perfect or they put to much lettuce. or either sandwich’s are good or they don’t put like any sauce on them. Staff seems miserable about 80% of the time. I just go there on lunch because it’s close to work and I need something quick but it’s definitely not my first choice.

Don't bother with this location JITB has several tasty items, but this location apparently doesn't care about quality. Likely the worst one I've ever eaten at. I would advise they make food FRESH. Had to throw out my order.

I order via the app in the lobby. The worker behind the counter called out my name and I went over and had a seat in the lobby. The burger and fries were not hot nor was the taco. I've attempted to deduce why the food wasn't hot. I can't come up with the valid reason. This is the third time I've had Jack in the box in this area and that they're all the same. It's just as easy to go over to the clown burger place and actually get hot food for about the same price or less.

It's 111 degrees outside and it's hotter in here. This location has its AC broken but IS STILL FORCING PEOPLE TO WORK. It's like an oven in here. I can't imagine working in here. The employees look like they are going to pass out. Do better.

I was doing DoorDash and I I let’s get a one wrap. I was picking up the order and I told Les get one burrito for me and they gave me this I love this place no but what today happened at Folsom location I asked them four times I want to veggie wrap I have checked it online that they can make a veggie wrap and I had confirmed from them, but I don’t know why did give me I know maybe they don’t have it but I asked them for time also at the drive-through Mike and also at the window I make sure to ask them twice make it veggie, and they said yes, we will make it veggie but this is what I get you guys can see in picture, if they don’t have the veggie so then just say no that they don’t have a veggie chicken wrap I used to order in Rancho Cordova from Jack-in-the-Box veggie wrap but this is unbelievable. I cannot believe that they just gave me a chicken wrap I don’t hate this place, but they gave me this thing if they don’t have it veggie wrap they should have said no that they don’t have it. Why did they give me chicken wrap and also when I have asked them for extra salad on side, they just give me half tomato and full lettuce

Order a jumbo jack.... make it a double! The meat will be less than a mcdouble at McDonald's! DEFINITELY NOT LIKE THE PICTURES! You can't find the meat if you're looking for it!

Super rude very ignorant workers super old food never get order, correct from now on I will be driving the extra 6 miles not to come to this Jack-in-the-Box the food is so old I’m not even sure if it’s healthy to eat halfway through. I realized it looks like mold on my chicken sandwich. 🤮

Had the same experience as Tim Murray had below. His post was just a week ago, so it appears the "owner" has done nothing to rectify the situation. Pulled into this "24 hours" drive thru at 5:20 a.m. Saturday morning. Lights fully on. No staff at all to help at window or to take my order.
