Saw the big poster advertising Pumpkin Spice Pretzel Bites. Ordered it. Got a cup of room temperature pretzels with refrigerated pumpkin sauce dumped on top. Extremely disappointed. Would never go again.

No toppings. Crazy expensive. Doesn’t taste good. NO BUENO. DO NOT recommend this establishment.

Really expensive for what you get… I tried the little hot dogs and they tasted like they’d been sitting out all day. Wetzels is much better… also, for the small amount of yogurt I got it was rather pricey.

No one attending the counter. Several potential customers came and went, as no one was there to help them

It doesn't look like I am the first to leave similar such reviews, and undoubtably won't be the last, but maybe such a warning can help keep you from being the next disappointed fool in line driving 45+ minutes seeking a bit of nostalgic flavor of their childhood from the only known place to carry White Chocolate Mouse soft serve frozen yogert, having called days prior to confirm that they do in fact still carry the flavor, only to arrive in person, after 45min drive, and be told that "Yes they have the flavor, but that there "machine" for it isn't working today." Speechless I was, looking for the hidden camera to catch my reaction or something, because surely they would make sure they could continuously serve the ONE flavor people go to TCBY for! But no, the 2 barely in high school looking cashiers with near zero customer service skills clearly didn't appreciate the weight of this major inconvience for all those in line; err,almost as if they got kicks out of telling everyone in line one by one that the "White chocolate mouse machine was down.." What the... just swap out one of the other dumb flavors or something, what do you mean "the White Chocolate Moose machine is down?!!" I can only assume this happens quite often for them. POV, it was about 4:00pm on a Sunday afternoon; in case you were wondering if we just went too late in the day or something.. PS.the other comments about the cleanliness and unorganized and under kept toppings tables also appear to be accurate. Needless to say, this single expierence has corrupted my memory of and all but destroyed any pleasurable nostalgic flavor which was once that of TCBY's infomous White Chocolate Moouse.

When we arrived at TCBY, the cashier informed us that all of their yogurt dispensers were out of order. Big bummer after finding a place to park, navigate our way around the mall just to find out the store wasn't able to provide the product we wanted.
