Called today as I couldn’t get the app to work so Ailill took my order over the phone and had it ready when I walked inside about 6 minutes later😎 Their fries are amazing and the flavor options of the boneless wings are impressive. Absolutely have nothing bad to say. Will be back as usual!
The staff had messed up are order today don’t blame them it was a big order and we were missing only 5 wings and they were kind about it and told us they will remake it right away but not only did they remake it they gave us extra wings and threw in a free fries. Beautiful customer service and food
I was forced to change my review from one star to five because of the turn around this place is doing. I came in before the Super Bowl started and my order was waiting for me, there was zero wait. They had tables set up to make a big counter basically, and they had everybody's orders and were labeled by last names with big alphabetical placards. People were just coming in and out and picking up with no wait time. I've never seen Wingstop do this before, so it was great. My order was also made correctly and nothing was missing. There were only two people waiting for their order because they were walk-ins. Everybody else was just going in and out because they ordered ahead. Great work Wingstop, keep it up. Hopefully other positive reviews start dropping in from the great stress free experience today. Completely day and night difference from past Super Bowl Wingstop runs.
They upped their game during my last visit. My wings and fries were done before I finished filling my soda cup! Food was hot and fresh, so it wasn't like it was just sitting out waiting to be ordered. This was on a Friday at 5:45pm, so not their slow time either.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Wingstop, especially their lemon pepper wings, which I order often. However, my latest experience was extremely disappointing. Last night, I placed my usual order, but when it arrived, everything was over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. The fries were so salty that I couldn't eat them, and the wings were just as bad. I tried to enjoy my meal, but after just two wings, I had to throw out my entire $50 order. It was absolutely disgusting—everything was too salty, too peppery, and way too seasoned. I was really looking forward to this cheat meal, but it was impossible to enjoy. It was a late-night order, so maybe the cook wasn’t paying attention, but whoever prepared my food did a terrible job. I ended up wasting my money and throwing out all of it. I hope this is just a one-time issue, but it was a major letdown.

Got home from ordering food. Realized the employees messed up our order. Tried to call them 6 times to see if they would correct their mistake, but no one answered the phone. Very frustrating experience.

I also added seasoned fries to my order and specifically ordered this much because your app clearly promoted a free 10-piece wings deal for orders over $25. However, when my order arrived, I did not receive the additional seasoned fries I paid for, and more importantly, the free 10 wings that were promised as part of the promotion were completely missing. I contacted Uber Eats support, but they refused to refund anything, claiming the 10 wings were “free,” and therefore not eligible for a refund. The only reason I spent that much was to take advantage of the deal you advertised. To then not include the promotion, and leave the customer with no recourse, feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. It’s not just disappointing—it feels like a scam. I would like this issue to be resolved properly with either a refund for the missing items or a credit toward a future order. This kind of oversight and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on quality and service.

General manager is a shitty person to talk to over the phone can't even place an order for a meal deal he says I have to go online first time ever heard about that I've done multiple times over the phone yet he refused to help me horrible customer service. I also work in management and I always try to find a way to say yes to my customers this guy this 'general manager" didn't want to help didn't give a shit. I won't be ordering late night from this place.
By far the worst Wingstop that exist. Orders are always 15 minutes late, they never answered the phone, no one smiles, everyone is slow and dragging their feet…. Literally the worst service and the franchisees of this particular location should literally come here and work for a month so that person can experience this terrible service and hire new people
Ordered through doordash and they literally left out half my order. How do you just simply not cook, package and deliver half an order? It's either pure laziness or illiteracy, but either way, it's a waste of time, money and resources. Not to mention they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE.
Ordered delivery through the app. They double charged me and then didn’t answer their phones. This is the 2nd time this happened but the first time was a single order of less than $20 so I didn’t sweat it too much except them not answering the phone. This time they doubled charged me $124. They hang up the phone after several rings instead of answering. They don’t follow directions on cooking instructions.The store isn’t clean and is an accident waiting to happen. In addition to calling my bank I’m reporting them to OSHA and the BBB. I’m done with these people! This location needs to close permanently
Review for my first and last visit. The biggest issue is the excessive wait times, it shouldn’t take over a hour to make wings, the kitchen seemed very unorganized. We also had to wait longer once we received our order due to missing items. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. I’ve had better wings from local pizza establishments and bars. The layout of the store is terrible, the drink station is in the worst spot. It would be much better on the other side of the counter closer to the front door. The store was dirty, there is absolutely no trash cans in the store.
As others have mentioned, the service is terrible. Employees move without a purpose and often neglect the few customers they have. In more detail, they got my order wrong and I tried calling with no success since no one was picking up the phone. Don't give this business your hard earned money.
The service at wingstop is getting worse and worse at all locations this one is by far the worst. No sense of urgency from the employees. Wingstop franchisees really need to look at their training and hiring practices. GARBAGE!!!!
