The food is great. Service is exceptional. And the entire restaurant is super clean.

There where these 2 young gentleman as cashiers and I have to say they are very respectful helpful and professional at there job they are very fast at there job but the cooks are very slow and take there sweet time as if I wasn’t waiting This was yesterday around 8:30-9pm!

Awesome spot.. Service is Like any other Del taco asking to back up and pull forward to rest the clock my only concern was used to get a free drink after the 5min marker. What happened to that? Oh gotta try a chicken roller of your choice bold request Bold on any burrito and u will love me once again your Welcome LoL.

Ok,, Brace yourselves , remain seated in your car don't bother taking your seat belt off ,,, because , This is the "Fastest" drive-thru I've visited with a significant amount of cars in it ". Times may vary during peek meal times, vehicle capacity and lastly the efficiency of the restaurant staff including the order takers ability to get it right the first time. This visit was made during a peek lunchtime evaluation for 1 order with 6 vehicles in the Q waiting to receive their orders . Without going into boring details. Let me just say " In a hurry to get your order" Relax ,,,, Let this location do the hurrying for you. You'll be satisfied with the results. For the record,, This particular location has maintained a consistent evaluation of 4.7 .

The food is good. Price is not bad. And if you go late at night there is this sweet girl that will give you extra donut bites. Yum. And all the years I've been going there they only screwed up my order once. That's is good seeing as how I must have eaten there hundreds of times. Jack next door gets my order wrong more often then not.

Wow talk about superb customer service. Exemplary display of work ethic and service. Shout out to Jarrett because he went above and beyond to make sure i was greeted, respected and my food was handled with upmost care. Definitely a stand-up employee. 5 stars.

The cashier lady was very cool, she brought us are food, came and checked on us to see if we were good with anything, she was very professional, it would be cool to see that attitude in alot more places. Food was also good order was better than expected, for that you get a solid 5/5 stars!

This was my first time going to del Taco on Foothill boulevard in Fontana. It was a bit confusing at first because you have to use the kiosk or computer screen to order. In addition I had coupons. So I didn't understand it at first, the girl had come around and showed me how to do it. Then I tried to finish up but I didn't finish up, she had to come around the counter and finish it for me. I'm just not that technologically advanced. I guess. You should have the option for a person as well. I'm getting a little up in the years and it's a little hard when all these places have the same kind of system but in a different way. That's just my opinion.

My coworkers and I LOVE this del taco, the staff is always nice and the manager, Lupe, is awesome. The place is always clean, stocked with napkins & hot sauce. Overall best del taco I've been to.

Where else can two people eat for under ten bucks anymore? At Del Taco, you can eat cheap but always serving up fresh hot food, and fast too. Another classic on my SoCal list. Love this place. 🌮🌯🍛

You can always get a decent lunch at del Taco for five or six dollars it's about as a nutritious as you're going to get from a fast food store and this one happens to be in a great location, it's a convenient place for me to go.

Great place to eat on a low budget. I didn't care for the new Beyond meat and i can't have spicey sauce. Their burrito plato is spicey hot. Their natchos is spicey hot even if you don't ask for halipinos. I expect to be able to order foods with mild sauces but they don't offer it that way. Some places will let you use up to 3 coupons but the Dell Taco on the corner of Seirra and Marygold won't let you use expired coupons. They wouldn't let me inside to eat, in my powerchair, with my service dog, and made me go through the drive through to place an order to go which was embarrassing. Guy in car behind me was honking to move out of the way. Food is very affordable for the homeless. They can get a decent size meal and drink for just a few dollars. If you are a senior citizen ask for a discount and get 10% off your order. Register on their online app and receive disounts.

Usually this location is my favorite but this time the male order taker was in a rush and didnt seem very friendly, then when I ask for my receipt the girl at the window gives me a dirty look ..I've never seen her here before so maybe i just wont come on Mondays anymore.

GREAT chicken tacos! If you love regular American version of Mexican food, or if you prefer classic Mexican food, this place will definitely have them all for you. I haven't tried the fish tacos yet, but I'm dying to try them 🤤. This does get busy around the early evening so there's a heads up for any future customers. Though, I do wish it didn't cost freaking $4 for a medium milkshake, when it could easily qualify as a small size.

I frequently use my Del Taco app to receive discounts or a free item. I actually like the taste of the food and the portions are just right for what you pay. The restaurant is usually clean and most of the time, the service is good except on the rare occasion someone has an attitude. I have been told that the employees at a certain location will lie about the shake machine being broken so that they don't have to make the customer a shake. This is just a word to share about the employee's honesty. Regardless, i like Del Taco and choose them over Carl's Jr.

Got my order wrong twice, and this was the manager that took my order and another manager making. He put as little beans as possible, no cheese, and wrong sauce. I just eat it like that. I won't. Be coming back. To this location.

The new manager is very ride today didn't get her name , but I requested they do over my breakfast wrap, she said flat out no, tried to serve it through the drive thru withp it not completely wrapped the whole thing tasty like fish as if the made it on the same grill they prepare fish tacos, she forced me to take it the charged me for two and two rollers and the medium milkshake, they shorted me a wrap, so instead politely i told her I did pay she made me pay again. I know I had paid i had reciept . she flat put told us we were blocking her drive way..I live 1/4 mile from Del Taco and Jack in the box, i eat there frequently and service has never been an issue until today i will be returning on next shift and voice my complaint and demand a refund or replacement of go....without the manager working ( i assume she is new ) i would have given5 stArs

Do not bring little children here after 9 p.m. There are a lot of people at this location who appear to be talking on Bluetooth earpieces, but take a second look and nope--they're all talking to themselves. Tonight we had a gentleman with a Little Tikes basketball court strapped to his back and a Christmas stocking as an oven mitt trying to help the crew cooking in the back....he was promptly shooed outside. the good thing is this location has metal chairs which serve as pretty good defense and melee weapons if necessary. I did not feel unsafe eating my meal. I give the vagrant experience one star, the food a four star score.

Dell Taco is Del Taco. Not much ever changes here, consistency you can rely on. Love that they brought back the turkey meat or whatever it is lol. Update 12/2021. Okay turkey tacos are gone again, darn! I like this Del Taco location and eat here often but let me tell you about the "Tamales" lol. Look closely at the television ads that show the seasonal tamale looking well stuffed like a burrito and looking yummy. Not even what you get, at least at this location. I wish I had taken a picture but the tamales I received were nothing but breading or whatever it is with a slight thin coloration in the middle less than than the diameter of a pencil that may or may not have been meat filling. It was as dry as the Mojave desert! Don't even waste your time ordering these dry, tasteless, pieces of styrofoam. This is false advertising at the criminal level! I like Del Taco food but these things are a joke!

Just bad order takers every time info 4th time i’ve gone and they’ve not given me all the food i order. I check every time cause of this and still they never get it right. This was the last i called and no one picked up the phone had to get back in line for another 20mins (after being in line in for 10 mins getting my food already) and still they just hand me my food not in a bag just out in the open. Just it’ll be a while until i go back to Del Taco cause i just can’t the angry can be high and i just don’t want to do that but it’s hard when this keeps happening every time i go. Maybe in the future it’ll be better. Update : Dec 28, 2021 Had some Del today and it was great not at all bad and service was fast order good, upped my rating to 3 stars for now to see if this is going to continue or was it a one off. I’ll do another update again in the future if i remember.

They always make you park outside even when no one is behind you which is annoying and they take forever.... I ordered 8 burritos and they gave me 7 tiny burritos. The food is good, but I had to walk in there to get the other one and they didn't even offer me anything complimentary for their mistake.... If you go here order inside only so you can make sure they don't mess up your order. It would be nice if their employees could count.... Technically charging me for 8 burritos and only giving me 7 is stealing... Luckily I checked my order before I left. I am not the type of person to complain but my experience tonight was BS so I had to leave an honest review I'm sorry. No excuses the manager needs to do their job and hold them accountable. The girl that brought my burritos out was very nice but whoever was responsible for counting my burritos needs to go back to kindergarten and learn how to count. Ridiculous.

The food was very good (we ordered soft tacos, burritos, quesadilla tacos, hamburgers and french fries). The time it took for us to receive our order was pathetic - 22 minutes and we ordered inside, not the drive-thru, which we would not have been surprised waiting that amount of time for our food! The inside of the restaurant was very cold, as to, if we were going to dine-in, we would have gotten our order to go, because it would have made for a horrible dining experience with the dining room temperature being as chilly as it was. The best thing about this visit was the manager, he gladly allowed us to use our coupons without issue (3 on one order and 2 on the other). We cannot recall his name, but he was a kind, young, Hispanic man with glasses, very neat and well-kept, who was working the early evening shift (around 5:30 - 6:00). Thanks to him, our experience was not a total disappointment!

Usually fairly good, but I drove thru today (2-24-22) while going between school sites, ordered a #2 deluxe, no cheese... it had extra cheese. I don't tolerate cheese, especially that cheddar blend, at all. Not the first time here.

Overall this store is a great del taco and quality food although yesterday the people making the food seemed mad which also resulted to making the food taste bad not only that but they took way toooooo longggg. On the bright side although, the 2 guys taking orders were really helpful and fast paced. Only reason I gave 3 stars were for the 2 cashiers.

I went in here yesterday and was quickly greeted by an employee. I placed my order as take out and had to ask for napkins and sauce. The manager told me there was napkins and sauce in the lobby and I pointed and said no you're out of napkins and most the sauce. The fully loaded queso nachos I ordered were made poorly with very little toppings that were slapped on very sloppy. Also I ordered a side of lime rice and they gave me about two bites worth of rice.

Male cashier working this evening was wearing a uniform cap but with shoulder length hair and no hair net. 1 of the restrooms was dirty and stunk like poop. There were no disposable paper toilet seat covers in the restroom. Food was cold when it was served.

The guy who made and handle my food didn't change his gloves after touching other things. I had to throw it away and lose 13 dollars. Change your gloves frequently when dealing with food.

Ok so waited 10 min in the drive thru got my food all half assed so when I called in to speak to a manager I explained that the tacos I ordered were skimpy. The manager had the nerve to tell me that the tacos are not meant to be paked, so I told him that I could take em back so he can take a look at them because they were pretty much the shell and ground beef. He told me to go right ahead that they are open 24 hrs. Never going back!!! Can't thats the way a manager treats a costumer.

Me and lawn crew that are five adults with disabilities have been coming hear to eat for a year two or three times a week I have to supervise them and watch truck with equipment so I park in front taking up three parking spaces never had a complete until today with new supervisor she had no compassion or filling for me or the client that that I'm. trying to help I don't have to many places were we can go it's sad that people only think about money

Ordered a spicy grilked chicken burrito and a regular grilled chicken burrito. The food was fine but they took 30 min to cook two damn burritos they even served two people after me whom got their food before me, the manager asked to make it right but I just said that I just wanted my order and to reprimand the person that took my order and my money and failed to mention it to the cook. The manager did offer to give me free food so I suppose I can't be too mad, however if restaurants are going to be paying their employees 20$ an hour they better be on top of their work ethic

After 20 minutes of trying to get your automated machine to work, actual human worker finally came your automated machines do not work. They appear to not have wasted my lunch break.

Ordered guac for an extra fee on 2 burritos & they didn’t have any in them.. the meats are crazy salty.. I got an instant headache while eating these burritos from the amount of salt in them. Never had a problem with customer service here though

Not only did they charge me for the wrong bill through drive thru, but they said i paid less for my order any way. Then come to find out our 3 large French fries are cold and burnt. I tried calling to complain and nobody answered the phone.

Had to ask for my drinks after ordering inside, all tables were low or out of all hot sauce packets. My chicken burritos had minimal chicken and were mostly tortilla. Was there late afternoon when it was slow so they were not rushed, no excuses.

There's no line, you place your order, you pay for your order. Then that have you park n wait for your order.... After like 10 min they bring your order out, you are missing 3 chicken tacos. You go in and wait another 5 min for those tacos. You get home and everyone starts to dig in to find that the beans from the bean and cheese burritos are burnt! Yes burnt!!! So frustrated. I can call but then I have to go back n wait some more n well ..... I'm not up for that.

I used to frequent this location, but now I'll be actively avoiding it. It's only partially annoying when they give you a burrito from under the hot lamp when you add something to it, but it's insanely annoying to get the wrong burrito the first time, and then a burrito that's not even made properly the second time. I tolerated this location because I got nice and fresh food sometimes, but now I've had enough.

Not very impressed with this Del Taco. Customer service isn't exactly a strength. The food was okay but the dining room was in dire need of a cleaning. Usually, when you walk into a restaurant or establishment you're greeted with a "smile" or "welcome". Well not here! This place lacked energy all the way around. I'll be honest it made me depressed and not even want my food anymore.

I rarely give bad reviews and i hate when i do but food didnt not taste good, my chicken was salty and water down , one of the tacos had been touched with something bbq. Chicken wasn't cooked right either sauce packets are water down too.

Had food delivered last night.. whole order was bull.. shrimp tacos were not quesadilla shells..7.50 garlic parmesan fries no steak and the size of the 1.99 queso nachos and no cheese cake Carmel bites ..sad

Messed up our entire order after I repeated it 3 times I asked for a small drink they gave me a medium and charged me for it, deluxe chili cheese fries were supposed to be no tom, extra onions extra chili, came only with no tomatos. Chicken roller was supposed to be no cheese, add pico and extra chicken, game with cheese, no extra chicken.

Just got home and started to eat, the shell of the Taco is not cooked or been sitting in storage to long, French fries are raw from the inside please for health reasons tell the cook to make sure everything is cooked thank you.

They can not make a burrito! I ordered 2 epic burritos and they were small as hell like a bean and cheese burrito, ine was supposed to be chicken and is was beef and Bean's, than I paid for macho Crispy fries and got a med soggy fries, a simple green bean was made a red one not even the sauce could they get right, craY

I recommend you do not do business here. The restaurant did not give me what I ordered and payed for, attempt to get a refund for their laziness but was refused one by the low class female manager. Very unprofessional manager with poor customer service skills. I could see through your fake smile lady go back and get trained. The up side to this incident was that I was able to see exactly what kind of people were working the kitchen at this restaurant. I'm a local resident and my family and I will cease to support this business and its trashy employees.

Just waited at the drive thru for almost 5 minutes before the guys rudely said "hello?" Then told me I couldn't order a meal in size large, only medium.. then when I went to pay he turned his back to me and covered the machine while he swiped my card and took awhile which I thought was odd. Then wouldnt give me a receipt . Got home to the family and saw he didnt even give me all my food. I'm irritated but too far to drive back but I'm gonna check my account now because I have a terrible feeling about that guy.

It’s really hard to believe these people make the money they make and can’t even put hot sauce in the bag filled with 50 bucks of food. No napkins, no straw and missing items. Then to top it all off stack about 5 lbs of food on top of a crunchtada 🤦🏻‍♂️ mind blowing. Total failure on all levels.

They have been messing up my orders almost every time I come in. Even my last time I ordered with door dash. I asked for a plain cheeseburger in a kids meal and it had everything in it. Very disappointing they can not follow a simple request. Not sure I'm willing to take the risk anymore and give them anymore chances.

The drive thru was completely incompetent. I ask about my two free Del Taco’s with downloading the app after I made my purchase of a bean and cheese burrito. The representative made me come inside the store, and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to purchase at least five dollars worth of product in order to get my two free Del tacos which it clearly did not state on the app. I asked to speak with the manager. He never brought a manager to me instead he brought me the two tacos and said HERE! that was it smh. Then he started dealing with another customer never spoke to me again. after waiting 20 minutes I decided to just go ahead and leave. Terrible customer service complete disregard for my concern with downloading the app .

I love del taco but not the one at 16930 foothill in Fontana, Everytime I go they mess up something on my order, they don't pay attention but take your money quick, no receipt so I can complain, well the lady I take care of loves del taco. She just said they lost her business, the taco shells taste old is why we ordered soft tacos and we got hard old shells. You ever get your food and you can smell the water content? You don't ever think that's going to make your stomach hurt like they just made your bank hurt for things that you could literally make at home in a couple seconds. You just pay $20 for that. That's my experience at del Taco. I feel terrible after I leave the drive-thru. Sometimes the food be hitting though...

I think the owner made our food because tacos had absolutely no meat! Little everything else like seriously come on!! Redicouls!!! I should have asked for my money back and go elsewhere but we were on our lunch. Never again

First time coming back to this place since they remodeled. Have been coming here randomly the last 30 years, whereas, the remodeled restaurant is improved,the help really hasn't hasn't. Made an order for two to eat there at the restaurant, waited when number was called food was just sitting on the counter nobody there, I guess the one person that was working, was working drive through and counter, was at the drive-thru window. Couldn't get anybody's attention, my food was just left there, and as you know because of the pandemic they took all the hot sauce off the tables and the napkin holders so I stood there waiting to ask somebody for those things. Nobody ever came, so I stood there for a few minutes and then I discovered that I had to reach over the counter and and there was one napkin holder, and one container with a few hot sauce packets not even enough for our meal, nobody to ask for more, because there was nobody there at the front counter. I guess I'm used to when I pick up my food the employee asking is there anything else I can get you or do you need anything else not just my food just sitting there I mean it didn't take but what a few seconds for me to get off the table that I was sitting at to the counter? On a happier note the food that we ordered was good and reasonable.

They where rude to the older people that where trying order, The employee was rude he was telling them, that they had to use the kiosk because he was very busy they seemed kind of lost so I took it upon myself and helped a lot of them out so they can order their food because they were lost on using the kiosk!!! We ordered an Epic Beef Burrito and a Chicken burrito and the tortillas were raw. I know the food isn't great but tonight's order was disgusting. And it was to late 4 us to drive back to get a refund. Please hire people who won't serve raw food. How hard is it just to heat up food?

The burritos taste funky; never tasted like this before …. These otta be cross contamination + old beans *update * Gave this a THIRD try & it’s still old & Burned beans + cross contamination . .. every.. single time . This being the worst . I had to spit out the first bite being so bad.. off to WinCo & make myself some canned bean burritos lmfao Why is it so hard to have fresh beans being how beans are so cheap makes absolutely no sense. Smart & Final has a 5lb can of beans for $4.99 . Y’all can do better; please take this review & other customers feed back into consideration .. all the other Del tacos nearby have cars steadily flowing through & their food actually resemble what most other Del tacos are giving out. Except this one . Unfortunately I still have the taste of burned beans 😩
