Oh my gosh Diana and Ashley are the best. Ashly Who is the manager I presume was very attentive and made my food hot and ready. Ashley was super kind and caring. 20/10
1 1/2 minute read: This must be the 5th or 6th POPEYES KITCHEN we’ve visited so far, w/i a 75 mile radius. What does that tell you? It tells ME I love fried chicken mashed potatoes w/gravy. There are other fixins offered but i won’t bore you with any of that because you can visit their website and get the full layout. What I WILL tell you is, I Iove their original flour coated chicken especially the breasts, My wife prefers the drum sticks. No need to worry, all of the parts are very good. I also like to sprinkle their own delicious hot sauce. It gives each mouthful a nice jolt. When they offer it, I also love their blackened fish filet sandwich. This POPEYES is in FONTANA on the North Side of the 210 Foothill FWY, between the Citrus & Sierra Lakes off ramps. It’s on Sierra Lakes Pkwy a couple of hundred feet from Citrus. If my directions are confusing, YOU’RE RIGHT- use your GPS. Thanks
I found this location to be lacking in cleanliness and pleasant staff. There was food on the floor, counter person acted like it was an effort to take our order, and our food was OK but cold. The bathroom was also not very clean. We would have used the drive thru but it was cash only because the machine there was down.
Restroom was filthy I used paper towels to pick up the many soiled towels already on the floor because I had a long hour and a half drive ahead of me and needed to use the restroom. Dining room floor was dirty as well. I saw the gentleman use his hands to put tissue/paper in the Box with bare hands after touching the register. Needless to say....lost my appetite and gave my meal to a gentleman that looked hungry in the parking. 😒
Drive thru ordering mistakes on several occasions (Missing items, wrong items, charging for large size combos after asking for the small sizes, $70 for 4 combos with 2 of the combos being 3 pc tenders...) Having to pull over and go inside to correct allowing the meals to get cold. When no issues with the orders Popeyes meals are very good.
It was nice to visit this Popeyes. It was an impromptu visit so I enjoyed it very much. Update 5/7/22 This was my first visit at night and I must say it was a very different experience. We waited in a line that wasn't very long maybe 5to 6 cars and we waited 45 minutes to and hour to complete the ordering and getting our food process. I wasn't please with the cleanliness of the establishment especially in the nice part of Fontana. The food was prepared to our expectations but we could've cooked something athome in the time it took to get our order. The customer service was cool meaning they were nice and helpful but very very slow. Anyway I really was in a hurry that why I chose a fast food option although it wasn't as convenient as I needed.
I put in an online order of 2 chicken sandwiches, fries, and a chicken wrap. When I got there 10 minutes after the order was placed, I had to wait 15 minutes more to receive my food. When I got home and started eating, i noticed a strange taste in my sandwich. When I flipped it over, there was mold on the bottom bun of the sandwich. I need answers. This will be my last time eating from this location as it is a stain on the brand.
I’ve tried this location twice. The first time it took 35 minutes in the drive-through with only two cars in front of me. The second time I figured I would order ahead, I showed up right on time for when it said my order would be ready, but it still took another 25 minutes. The lady at the desk was very friendly, It’s not her fault. The two visits were about two months apart, so I don’t think it was just a short time staffing issue, but perhaps a management problem. But remember to be kind to the workers, they are working hard. It’s not their fault.
You guys are getting worse. Box full of scraps, suppose to be chicken tenders. Use to be 50/50 now it’s 10/90 of mess. 🙄 this place sucks.

I placed an online order at 7:38 PM and arrived at the branch at 8:00 PM to pick it up. I was informed by the staff member that my order would be delayed for about 20 minutes because the chicken was not ready. However, I ended up waiting around 40 minutes before receiving it. When I got the order, I noticed that the chicken was not fully cooked. In addition, the staff member who assisted me — an older woman wearing glasses — spoke to me in an unprofessional manner. I also observed behavior that did not meet basic hygiene standards, as she wiped her nose with her fingers and then handled the chicken and placed it in the box without wearing gloves, which was extremely concerning. Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable eating the food and decided to discard it. I believe it is important to share my experience, as the level of service and hygiene I encountered was far below acceptable standards. I truly hope proper actions are taken to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience in the future.
Longest wait ever for a Popeyes drive-through. Never have pies ready. Or they just completely messed up my order. I hate this Popeyes so much!
I don't eat out often. I'm mostly picking up food for other people. Today I was just to tired to cook and decided to eat here. I know, crazy. Anyways, I order spicy tenders and they were out of Mac and cheese. Ok, so I order the fries. Bad idea. Not only was I given regular tenders instead of spicy, but the fries were limp...old and stale. I pray I don't get sick. I'm definitely reporting this place. You don't serve old, cold food to people. I was my money back!!! People work too hard for this low level of service and horrible quality food. I mean it's just chicken, hard how is it?! 😑 Seriously, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You should treat people better and provide quality, not this crap! Would you feed this to your family?
I don't ask for much. I'm a easy going person. However, when I pay for something, I expect to get what I ordered. Not only was this location out of Mac and cheese, but I was told it would take too long to make. Strike one. My order was wrong. Strike two. Everything I ordered was old tasting. Strike three. I've worked fast food year years ago and I know the difference between something sitting out for hours versus freshly/recently made. I work too hard to waste my money on incompetent people and service. If you the employee can't take pride and do your job right, just quit!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!! This is why I never go out to eat, the standard are beyond low and the prices are too high for this garbage!
Drive-thru order. Ordered shrimp combo with fries and coleslaw. Got home and was missing the coleslaw, half of the fries tasted under cooked, quarter of the shrimp tasted bad. Hopefully I don't get sick 😕. The food was cold and seemed old or sitting around for awhile. I only live 5 minutes from this location. The drive-thru employee was nice. My drink was made properly (Arnold Palmer). This Popeyes is hit and miss with wait times, quality of food and items in stock. Today was definitely my last time eating at this location. Paid $16.30 for my meal.
I got a order that was two chicken sandwiches, Mac and cheese,and fries really simple right. BUT NO!!!!!. I waited there for 30 minutes and when I asked for a refund they said the price I needed to pay after I paid for it! They didn't even say sorry for your inconvenience like what the heck!!!!!!!!!
30 mins and they forget my order. I ask for a refund and they try and charge me again. Pay attention guys. Not even an apology. Last time here.
I came in to order a shrimp tackle box I got Mac and cheese as my side they didn't give me a spoon or fork they also gave me the smallest shrimps and forgot my biscuit when I went back the lady didn't even bag my food she just hand handed it to me honestly it was a disappointment no apologies nothing I drive a big rig so it also took a lot of time for me to go back find parking I honestly recommend Ralph's for the chicken the Mac n cheese old and soggy 🤮🤢🤮 I feel like I over paid especially for what I got I didn't even receive napkins also restrooms need attention place looks ghetto I'm a nice shopping center
Worst experience of my life the manager was horrible. I had to go back twice. I got a drive-through order $27 worth of food when I took the order back and told him not only did he mess up on the order and overcharged me and the fries were cold and so was the macaroni and cheese. He pretty much we bagged up the same price and gave them to me. They were not hot at all. He did not really make my food fresh and had the nerve to have an attitude, then took my receipt and refused to give it back. Something Hass to be done. I’m so upset I’m definitely going to corporate about this. I don’t recommend anyone ever coming to the store especially on a Friday the manager was Spanish mail maybe mid 40s I didn’t get his name.
