Raising Cane's Forney Reviews
We are new to the area and I havent been happy about some of the fast food restaurants nearby but tonight my family & I visited Raising Canes & absolutely loved it. We were greeted by Raven and she was so friendly & awesome and not to mention the food was amazing, everyone there was so nice. We will definitely be back soon!
Other than the Chicken Strips not being fried extra crispy I Love Cane's. I was able to substitute my cole slaw and toast for extra fries
Love this location . My daughter is learning to count change and they were very patient with her . Super clean and super friendly . Amazing food
Atmosphere is great. The people are friendly. The sweet tea is just awesome. The chicken is a 4 star because it’s not very seasoned but the Cane’s sauce makes up for it. I purchased the Box combo and substituted the coleslaw for another Texas toast. You got to love the toast. Hmmmmm. The location can be hard to get there or leave depending on the time of day. But other than that, I recommend the place to anybody and I’ll for sure be coming back here often.
Canes best quality is that it's consistent. Always fresh ... they could improve upon their seasoning of the chicken. Since there doesn't appear to be any...maybe they shouldn't hang their hat on 1 sauce. Maybe introduce some different sauces or a spicy option. But I guess it works for them.
We were in the area looking at houses and decided to stop here to eat and plan out the rest of our day. We fell in love with this location as soon as we walked in. Everyone greeted us and took our orders promptly. I love their lemonade behind the counter. It only took a few minutesnfir us to get our food and everything was HOT and fresh. Normally that's what everyone wants but I did take off one star because my 2 year kids meal was hotter than everyone's so she refused to eat it. They have a wonderful outside area to eat with a screen that blows a wonderful breeze through the establishment. We loved the decor of the place. It's altogether a very welcoming place and we will definitely be back.
2 years since I last tried this place. Ate on the road. Stopped to try one more time. Got the 6 piece only had 5 pieces and they were small. Paid almost $15 for that and they were the size of my finger. Coleslaw had no flavor. But the chicken was good and also the toast. That's why 2 stars. Will try again but probably near my home town.
So I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and I think today’s my last day. Before the customer service was top-tier when they first opened, everyone was kind now everyone has gotten comfortable! Conversation with your teammates are more important than taking care of the customers when you go through the drive-through there’s always someone there rude. And tonight I was a penny short and I had to give him a $20 bill just to cover the penny that I didn’t have even though people don’t give out pennies anymore………. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it if I were you find another location or maybe corporate should come in every do Customer Service training again regardless I think I’m done…….
My wife and I visited this place today, 1/11/26 at 4:37pm and there was a hair in our food. The cashier name was Nici and she was very nonchalant with no apology. My wife asked her if she was going to say anything and she sd,”no because it wasn’t her hair!” At this point the hair wasn’t the issue, customer service is everything. We’ll never visit this location again!
Chicken strips taste like they’re 3 days old! Very dry and hard! Not what I was expecting especially with spending $25! Probably won’t be going back.
Tonight I stopped by this location about 10:14pm to place an order. I entered the dining room and the young lady who was the cashier was in the dining room sweeping the floor with broom in hand. She noticed me, put the broom down and went behind the counter to the register. I asked her is she would wash her hands because she would have to open my tray and I didn’t want her doing that with the hands she was just sweeping the floor with. She obliged then came to take my order. While waiting for my order to come up from the kitchen she began to tell this young man with a headset and black hoodie on as if she was offended. I guess she knew I could hear her so she took him over to the drive thru register area to tell him the story then she refused to come do her job and bag my food to give to me. He did it! Not only did she ge offended but then refused to do her job! Cane’s this is cross contamination and if your employees do not u defy and that, perhaps some training is in order because if someone gets sick from the cross contamination, that would be a big lawsuit for your company. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED
Went tonight to canes through the drive thru had a bad experience the girl at the window was very rude. Kept messing up the order and them forgot a drink, had to tell her several times the drink was missing them they missed the toast. Then I asked for ketchup she missed the bag and ketchup feel on the floor and inside the vehicle. Just had service and very rude..
The service experience varies depending on who you are. As an Asian, any request beyond the minimum seems to spoil your day. We went for dine-in with kids and requested their signature black plates, which my kids love about Cane’s. They left the trays on the counter while I waited standing nearby, but no one handed them to me and I had to ask for them, but by the time I received the food, it was cold. It was already a long day for us, and this incident left us feeling quite disappointed with Cane’s. Thankfully, Chick-fil-A nearby saved our day with their warm, welcoming hospitality.
Absolutely disgusting. Cannot believe they are allowed to serve food. The children working here have no manners and are just not good humans. When asking the long haired scrawny manager he told me there’s not much he can do about the way his unruly staff behaves.
I've been here 3 times only. The first time was a huge mistake. The second time because of forgiveness and the 3rd time, today because I was hoping it would have been different. However, I was wrong all 3 times. Every time I come here my chicken fingers are always soggy. It tastes nasty and worse than any other locations I've been to. They All taste under cooked. You need new cooks or something. This ain't it!
