I believe SPC Tirado was better in the front desk. Chill guy professional. Always make sure every atendee soldier takes off their headphone & beanie. Keep it soldier! 👍

This is a great dining facility. The best on Fort Bliss. The personel here are very respectful and happy to serve. Stay away from 3rd Brigade chow hall on Tunisia avenue

Regular hot cooked food was great compared to other DFACs on post, front desk attendant SPC Tirado was fun to speak to, great service. Cook to order line super slow, so unless you have the time just get the regular eggs.

If you live on base and have a vehicle and you do not go to aviation dfac or main post dfac for your meals, you're doing it wrong.

Just an update from my last review that this aviation dfac now opens for real food aswell. The kiosk will stay the same hours but now the dfac opens breakfast / lunch / dinner now.

Very hit or miss... Welcome to DFAC dining, right? That said the Soldiers who work here are friendly and do a good job and aren't appreciated enough. So thank you all!

The DFAC is clean and the food at lunch is good. Come dinner most nights the same stuff that was served for lunch is being served for dinner and by that time it is dry or soggy depending on what it is. A menu needs to be by the check in counter so that we can leave without having scanned our CAC and get something from the grab n go portion if dinner is the same food we had for lunch.

The menu is limited but if you're looking for specific basics anyways then you'll probably come here three times a day. Not enough parking. Increased hours would also be nice.

No one seems to care about how depressing this DFAC is. No TV, no music. Burger guy had an absolute IDGAF attitude and completely unmotivated. If this was a "for profit"they would be out of business in a month. Apparently the dishwasher has been broken for 2 weeks so everything is served on paper plates and styrofoam cups. Terrible DFAC!

They send their cleaning crew to clean while soldiers are eating!!! Very near to the SMs. Seems like there can be other times to do a full-out right cleaning than the time that SMs are eating. It makes for an uncomfortable environment with the cleaning crew moving stuff around and taking dirty rags to clean chairs and tables while eating a below standard meal.....it not that busy there by far so clean after we leave... please do better!!!!! Went 2 days later..... many SMs are uncomfortable

Pt ends at 7:30 yea why not let’s open 8am when the whole post is ready. Should open at 0700 honestly makes no sense. All the times they open make no sense they should be earlier.

Way too expensive kiosk, so so sad that they took dfacs away from Soldiers.

A DFAC should NEVER run out of coffee. It happened twice this morning. Fail.

Pretty depressing, nothing but refrigerated foods and sandwiches, if you have a form of transportation you're good the nearest dfac is about 8 minutes away but if you don't prepare to eat 3 square meals of cold turkey sandwiches, pudding, tuna and some other snacks. This isn't a dfac it's a stop and shop for finger foods and snacks.

Attention this is no longer a DFAC. This DFAC is permanently closed. It now has a small walk in area called “The Outpost” where you can grab-n-go small snack items. It’s much like a snack pack for a child. Only 8 individuals are allowed in at a time. Soldiers that need actual meal are hating it. Morale is bad. Make sure you have a lot of time to get your food if you are going here. It’s an absolutely horrible experience. Needs to be reported to the IG to have the DFAC brought back. Maybe write your congressman.

Terrible experience for breakfast. I felt unwelcome eating there with family members. No coffee creamer, no juice and toaster dident work. Had to walk through a lake of water to put my tray away. Bamford DFAC much better.

I can see why the soldiers are going to other dfacs. Upon entry I was immediately skeptical of the food and people. The place is dead empty at 0800 for a reason. After regretfully paying $3.85 the fresh fruit bar was empty trays of nothingness. No work or preperation just some pour out a bag apples and unripe bananas. The easy way way out. I then made my way to the omlette bar which was a complete joke. The only options were cheese and get this, not chopped ham, but pulled apart ham. Digusted by the product i made my over to the hot meal bar. Two soldiers with rap and jazz music popping in the background. Not a care in the world or nco to be seen runnijg checks. Do not come to this dfac until the leadership changes out and someone with some sense of urgency to take care of their soldiers is properly fullfilled. This is the worst dining facility i have been to in 20 years of service. The armosphere, people working there are just collecting a paycheck. Might as well serve packets out of mres bags at this point.

Same BAD cold food, no hot food. It's not worth 399 per month. Open the old one up.
