I stopped by Press & Grind Juicery & Coffee Bar to try a few of their new fall items, and it was such a cozy and relaxing start to the day. Scott, the manager, was so sweet and made the whole visit feel extra welcoming. The space itself has a really warm, inviting feel… wood details, fun seasonal decor, and personalized murals on the walls that give it a laid-back, creative vibe. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to slow down and enjoy your drink. I started with the new Florida Sunset Smoothie—a refreshing blend of mango, strawberry, watermelon, orange, and a touch of agave nectar. It really does taste like sunshine in a cup. The Pumpkin Spice Latte came next, complete with the cutest pumpkin design on top and a smooth, sweet finish that felt perfect for the season. For food, I tried their new Breakfast Burrito—a hearty mix of quinoa, rice, roasted corn, black beans, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and house-made avocado aioli. It’s super filling and wholesome, though I personally would’ve loved a little heat or even some meat to balance all those cozy grains. And of course, I couldn’t leave without sampling a few vegan/gluten free treats: churro mini donuts, pumpkin mini donuts, and mini carrot cake. They were small but flavorful and more moist than I expected for vegan desserts. They all had that homemade/comforting feel that you want in a sweet treat. This experience was gifted in collaboration with Press & Grind Juicery & Coffee Bar, sharing my honest thoughts above. I’m just a food lover who enjoys sharing good finds and cozy bites that make life a little sweeter… come hang out with me on TikTok @foxy.appetite and IG @foxyappetite.

10 outta 10! Great service and superb food! We had salads and tea and ginger shots. Everything was wonderful and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Added bonus this is also a registered BOUNCE spot if you need to park your luggage before or after a cruise!!

The coffee at this place is really good, and clearly prepared with care. As a Disney Cruise Line worker, my life is usually spent at sea, so finding a spot like this on land feels extra special. Coming here gives me a sense of normal life, a moment to slow down and enjoy something familiar and comforting. The staff are friendly and kind, always welcoming me with a smile and making me feel at home. Their warm service, combined with the great coffee, makes this place one I truly enjoy visiting when I am in the area. It’s more than just a coffee stop, it’s a place that helps me reconnect with everyday life.

I found out about them through Uber Eats and honestly really liked it! The presentation and the packaging were great very neat and nice. I took advantage of the buy 1 get 1 free promotion for the overnight oats, and they were super delicious! I’ll definitely visit in person soon. 😊

We have come here a few time when we come into town and the food is great! I appreciate the number of allergen friendly options they have too! Also, theirs coffee is amazing. We have it shipped to our house but always pick up a bag when we are in town.

I wandered in for breakfast and coffee. What a nice surprise! Very relaxed vibe, friendly service, clean, and a healthy menu with reasonable prices! Their black coffee is great, too! Thank you for caring for a weary traveler!

It has a low key coffe shop vibe not so retail like pura vida, Starbucks or dunking it feels more chill and calm where you can stay there relax do small task on you laptop etc… pretty nice not full of people and we loved that. We will definitely come back to this place to have a great talking date, we order food it was not crazy good but the ambience makes up for it

When I’m in Fort Lauderdale I always stop by at this cafe. It’s a good place to have a breakfast, a light meal or just to sip an espresso while reading a book that you can pick at their library.

Key lime pie was a bit stale and not refrigerated properly. Since it has custard in it, it needs to be kept cold at all times! Other than that, a really chic and trendy little coffee place, great atmosphere.

Glad this cafe finally opened! It's a nice variation from the other businesses on 17th street. Cozy ambience, great sandwiches, fresh açai bowls, coffee, and juices. Good place to bring the laptop to get some work done. The prices are a bit expensive, but each time I've been happy with the service and food. Probably the best part for me - everyone who works there has been super nice. Don't change that...and keep it up, Press & Grind!

A great place that is close to the cruise ships for you to stop and get a great hot or cold drink and some food. Very handy to catch an uber-cab and go discover the beach strip. They also have a for fee secure luggage storage service. Huge thumbs 👍 for this service Thanks to Tori for making this a great place to visit and hang out.

I ordered the healing honey lemonade and it was fantastic! Refreshing and delicious! My husband ordered the iron man smoothie which I tried and was also delicious. My son ordered a chocolate chip cookie and my husband got a Nutella croissant and they enjoyed their pastries. The people here are friendly and the service is speedy and efficient. Thank you!

Stopped into a small coffee shop while running errands and was really impressed. Coffee tasted great and the vibe was super chill. Staff was friendly and didn’t rush anyone. Got a cappuccino and a pastry and both were on point. There were a few people working on laptops but still plenty of space to sit. Music was a little loud but nothing crazy. I like trying new spots and this one def stood out. I’ll be back again for sure. Felt like a good place to relax or catch up with a friend. Glad I stumbled across it.

First time here, they can make whatever pressed juice so I requested apple ginger and pineapple and it was great and got the tunacado! Nice vibe and the young lady at the register was very nice and helped with my order! A little pricey but hey it is what it is.

Should have taken the photo before we started eating it - oops. Coffee and food was good and fresh. Spot was busy and felt alive - had a lot of people. Very nice ambiance inside. My favorite part was the cartoon lady on the promotional materials - looks like my wife’s doppelgänger!!

We met the owner and he spent a few minutes talking with us about his Vespa scooter and making us feel at home. The macchiato was perfect and the fresh ABC ginger and turmeric shots hit the spot!

Tourists mingle with locals at this bustling edgy Panera Breadish concept that’s efficient by offering two point of sale and a printed menu at a stand so you can look while you wait. The wellness shots were delicious and we enjoyed the Avo Greek.

Went last weekend for the first time and loved it! I was craving a latte from a ceramic mug, and as silly as this sounds I do believe that this makes the coffee taste better! Lattes we ordered were at the perfect temperature and the milk alone added just a hint of sweetness so we didn’t have to add sugar :) Will be returning again this weekend! Food was also tasty!

I am here and their downtown location two or three times a week. I love working from here. Great service, food and better coffee. I like to order their avocado toast and the healing honey lemonade. Delicious! One time, I had just ordered a cappuccino. Their small size is still big cup. I clumsily hit the cup the wrong way and the coffee spilled everywhere. One of the staff came over, told me to not worry about it and to just move my personal items to the other table. He cleaned up the mess and then replaced my cappuccino for free. I was already a fan but details like these make them jump the scale for me. Highly recommend.

New craving: Sassy Salad. Baby spinach and mixed greens topped with avocado, strawberries, toasted almond slivers and feta cheese with citrus vinaigrette. Doesn’t sound amazing? That’s because you’ve never had it. Whoever dreamed up this combination is brilliant. Yesterday (Monday, noon) was my first visit to Press and Grind with my vegan friend. What a zen place. We noticed quite a few people doing remote work. Even when almost all the tables were taken it was calm and quiet. My friend had the Kale-y-Berry Salad (chef is a Haley Berry fan I presume) and demolished it. It was great to have a nice long chat and not feel rushed. There’s lots of natural light here. We observed them cleaning the tables well. The coffee was delivered to our table in a mug and was perfect. I wish I lived in downtown Ft. Lauderdale because I’d be here every week.

Honestly, delicious. Coffee shops are not always known for their food. However, press and grinds breakfast sandwich was so so good! I got it on a bagel instead of a croissant because I like the crunch, and it did not disappoint! The arugula is a great touch! Their coffee is also 10 out of 10. Will be coming back

Nice place for breakfast or brunch. It gets crowded at times. Service is pretty fast. Natural orange juice is fresch squeeze! The also have some other juice options such as the full wellness. Healing honey lemonade is good too. Egg white croissant with avocado is a healthy option. They also have the avocado toast. Coffee with Macadamia is great. Check your receipt just like in any place of course.

Definitely a local spot. Plenty of seats inside and out. Staff was friendly and made good suggestions since I only order coffee when traveling. The Avo toast is wonderfully flavored with a light lemony vinaigrette and S&P. Love the pine nuts too. Just a perfect bite. I ordered a caramel latte, just the perfect amount of sweet. I didn't need to add more cream or sugar!! And the coffee doesn't taste burnt!!!

Love stopping by this great coffee shop when I’m in the area. Right on 17th street Causeway, this local gem has such a cool relaxed vibe. Coffee is locally roasted and it’s a treat. Plenty of seating inside and outside and good wifi. Don’t forget the cookies. Chocolate Chip is so fresh and comes to the table heated. Yum!!!

One of the finest coffee shops around Fort Lauderdale Florida. Ambience - The coffee shop ambience is really great with trending music , interesting quotes of walls , greenery around you and also small library of books. The chairs and tables are clean and sanitized. Service - The staff has focused attention on the customers and the passion in service the best coffee. Coffee - I ordered a macchiato which comes in small cup, energy booster and taste refreshing. A coffee is from well roasted quality bean with better brewing system.

Once again they were great! Best chipotle chicken sandwich and dirty chai latte ever!! Definitely get it on a jalapeño cheese bagel that the employee recommended!! It was delicious (I ate it right away and forget to take a photo ;( ! ) I was here a year ago through bounce to leave my luggage with them while I wait for my late flight and their service is still great!

This is such a cute shop! They had some really good options. My husband had brewed coffee and I had a matcha latte. My kids shared a raspberry lemonade. We all enjoyed our drinks. We were staying at the Embassy across the street so it was super convenient to walk over!

The place has a very pleasant atmosphere. The coffee that we ordered this time was the Mocha Latte. It was much much better than the other commercial stores nearby. I liked the place and the service. They serve the coffee on porcelain cups as the classic style. In our case we ordered to go, and the cup has a great designed. We enjoyed the experience and for sure we will visit again. Important note is that Press and Grind Cafe is Pet friendly 🐕‍🦺

VERY pleasantly surprised. My husband and I had to stop here for their luggage locker, and hung out for a couple of hours. We expected very mid, overpriced cafe food, and that was not it at all. Very big sandwiches with great flavor, side salad with a delicious dressing. Coffee’s great too. 10/10 would recommend!

Press & Grind Café is an outstanding spot for coffee, smoothies, pastries, and more. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We ordered smoothies and cold brew coffee, and both were excellent — refreshing, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The café had a great energy and was hopping when we visited, which speaks to how popular it is. That said, it may not be the best choice if you are looking for a quiet place to study or work for long stretches. It’s lively and social. If I lived locally, this would absolutely be a regular stop. Highly recommend.

Press and Grind is my favorite coffee shop in Ft. Lauderdale. I feel extra fortunate whenever Sue is working the counter; she always remembers my regular orders, remains professional and kind, and has made excellent recommendations that I find myself wishing for. The quiches are delicious, and the croissants are both enormous and perfectly light. Thank you for the great coffee, food, and service.

This Cafe went above and beyond as we had a company meeting in the area, originally the hotel was going to cater, they went through some management changes and recommended that we use this Cafe as it was close by, and told us that they delivered but when placing a big order with them they said that they don't deliver, somewhat leaving us in the dark...However the owner who said that they do not deliver (as he did not have the staff to do so) stepped up and delivered the food right on time. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. KUDO's to the owner and staff who stepped up and conquered the task at hand. Could not comment on the Atmosphere as we did not go there.

Love this place! I’ve been coming for years, always super clean, healthy food options, best avocado toast I’ve ever had! Press and Grind came to the rescue for a group of 15 of us who stayed at a local hotel whose kitchen wasn’t operational. This cafe made the best food, provided the •best• service and if I’m ever in Ft. Lauderdale again, I will absolutely order from them again. (Thank you again!!)

Grabbed an Americano and a drip coffee from Press & Grind. We are from out of town and it was across from our hotel which was very convenient. It was busy, but not overcrowded. Atmosphere is bright and comfortable Coffee was great! Staff is super friendly. Price seemed a little high for what I ordered. If we ever come back to Fort Lauderdale, I would definitely try their food and juice!

B

Great coffee and food! Service is also amazing. Everyone on staff is super friendly and helps to brighten my day. Would give 5 stars but you guys really need to change your to-go cups. The paper foam ones a few weeks ago that just soaked up the liquid seem to have been replaced, but now the lids don't make it long enough to last through my commute.

M
Melissa Joy Gonzalez

So I’ll cut to the punchline... the coffee is good! We ordered a Red Eye (drip coffee with an espresso shot + soy milk) and a plain latte. The reason for the four stars is that our order was not correct, I was accidentally charged for a third coffee, and the red eye drink had coffee grounds in it. The barista made a vanilla latte instead of a plain one. I tasted it and the vanilla wasn’t overly sweet, which is what I was afraid of... it was a nice, subtle taste of vanilla so I told the barista to not worry about making a new latte. They removed the third coffee off our bill and remade the Red Eye after removing the used filter with the grounds and replacing with a new one. Everyone has their off days so I’m sure if you stop by, your experience may be a smoother one. Nonetheless, Press and Grind was very clean, the employees that took care of us were personable and our coffees are delicious.

I came here a couple of times during my stay in Fort Lauderdale. I rather go to any coffee shop other than Starbucks and this one did not disappoint. The coffee was strong and delicious. I ordered an ice latte with a little bit of flavor added to it. The atmosphere was unique and very busy. The woman who placed my order was a little unfriendly. But overall the employees were fast, clean, and eager to help. Highly recommend their coffee.

I needed a good coffee after a long flight from NYC and they delivered. Press and Grind has a nicely designed coffee shop with a decent atmosphere. It is fairly large so you can sip without being on top of others. There is also outside seating. They also have food offerings and juice, but I was there for my coffee. You can get a brew, a pour over and all the coffees you would expect like a latte and cappuccino. My coffee included a well defined artist stamp. This place is very relaxing and a nice place to hang out or meet up with someone.

We love Press and Grind. The employees are always pleasant and friendly. It's more on the healthy side, serving vegan and gluten free food. I give 4 stars 🌟 because I think there press juice is a little bit to pricey. But all in all we love it there, great atmosphere and hangout spot.

Rainy 🌧 day calls for an Uber eats delivery when working from home. I ordered a Bullet proof coffee ☕️ and celery juice 🥤 and my friend ordered a latte and chicken salad 🥗 I do my own version of bullet proof coffee every morning, but I have never had it from a coffee shop. You don’t find many places that make it and/or with the right ingredients. I ordered coconut 🥥 milk on the side and stevia (it’s not part of the traditional recipe. All modifications and sides requested they did get on the order. Thank you. Salad I can say gets 5 stars ⭐️. Almost too pretty eat. Even willow 🐶 approved chicken 🍗 (yes, my dog is that spoiled! I cook her boneless skinless chicken breast to eat daily) Celery juice 🧃 was great. Fresh! So that gets a GO from me. Since I do green juice daily. As for the coffee ☕️…I won’t say it’s the best thing to order via Uber eats. (Better to go there and get it fresh) The cup lids did come cracked so a little messy. (That could have been on transport) I’ll give it a mild warm vote, so I needed to heat it up. The coffee seemed a little light for my taste buds. I like a stronger roast (but, this is all about preference: some people are die hard Starbucks fans vs DDs coffee fans). As for the bullet proof coffee. The oil completely separated; so it was coffee with oil sitting on top. This is usually not the case… It should be foamy after blending all of the ingredients together (turns out like a cappuccino… almost) Even when I drink mine at home or take it to work in a mug, my oil does not do this. Maybe their coffee is perfect the second it’s blended and brought to the table. This would be something for me to go and try again. New foodie goal: This may be my new thing…to find a coffee shop that can make the “perfect bullet proof coffee”

S

Very clean and welcoming coffee shop. Ordered the Fitbit (apple, carrot, ginger juice) and an iced oat milk latte. Both were tasty and prepared quickly. I really like how the juice was made fresh and packed in a convenient to go bottle.

I’m torn with this review because the overnight oats bowl was delicious UNTIL I found 2 separate black curly hairs deep down in it. That turned me off pretty quickly. Then I ordered 3 bananas and the ones I got were appalling. They were so ripe they should have been used for smoothies or baking. But to give someone this to eat that paid for it is strange. Iced coffee was good as was the chocolate croissant.

A
Angelique Dorsett

I decided to try this spot for the first time. Food is really tasty, coffee is good. I ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich and the cafe au lait. VERY pricey. It looks pretty inside, but it still doesn’t feel welcoming, but I feel that’s more because the service is meh. I’ll give it another go.

C
Colin

Was just OK. I wanted a local coffee shot to knock out some work. This is the place for that. However, I was left disappointed with my $5.50 Flat White. I was totally 1 shot of espresso and too much milk. I get that everyone cant do latte art, which is fine as long as the product taste good. But the ratios were off and it was too much milk. Im not one to ask someone to remake something, but maybe I should have. A Flat White should be strong, less milk to coffee ratio than a latte and this was not that.

Grind and Press has a nice, clean, and comfortable atmosphere with friendly service. The vegan coconut banana bread was delicious. The espresso could be better, and the medium roast coffee is better than Starbucks. If you are a fan of Wells Coffee Co., you'll enjoy the coffee here. If you are not a fan of Wells, try the juice instead.

More expensive than Disney World. Jofferys latte $5.29, this place $6.15. They nickel and dime for everything including $1 for lite ice!! Not to mention a $10 mediocre breakfast sandwich. The excuse from the cashier was, “we are a small business.” I expected if they charge so much the food and coffee everything better be excellent. Unfortunately it wasn’t. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t worth the price. My latte was also half filled as seen in the photo. Can you explain why it was half filled?? Very disappointed. Im a local and will not be back. And also disappointed in the owners response to his customers. How about, “Come back in, I’d love to make it up to you… a half filled coffee is unacceptable. TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY.

Sloppy. I got the tuna sandwich without avocado. The sandwich was sloppy. Tuna spread uneven, some bites had tuna and some don't. full length arugula leaves doesn't made the eating process "neat". Also upon payment I requested to leave tip. I left 15%. When the sandwich came I asked "Can I have napkins?" The guy told me to step inside and take napkins from designated area. I'm OK with it but if you don't offer minimal service don't ask for service tip.

Hello. I would like to leave a review about this particular location. I am a regular guest at your other branch on North Federal, and I’m always extremely satisfied with the staff, the food, and the drinks there. However, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I called to place a coffee order at 5:45 PM, knowing that the café closes at 6 PM. When the barista answered the phone, she pretended not to hear me and then hung up. I continued trying to call during the 15-minute drive over, but it seemed like the phone was left off the hook — I kept getting short tones as if the call was being rejected or the receiver was purposely left off. I arrived at exactly 6:00 PM, and the “Closed” sign was already up. The doors were locked, even though the staff was still inside at their stations. They gave me a look that suggested they knew exactly what was going on — I order coffee from this location quite often, especially right before closing time, and I usually call ahead like this. It was very clear they simply didn’t want to take any more orders 15 minutes before closing and chose to ignore my calls and close early. That kind of attitude is incredibly disappointing, especially compared to the consistently great service I get at your North Federal location. This situation happened on Saturday, May 17.

Just ordered from here on seamless and the breakfast croissant was delicious but whoever is packing their orders is really bad. They forgot an item I ordered (bag of chips) and instead of the caffe au lait, I got a cup of only the steamed milk with no coffee. I don’t understand how you pick up a coffee cup that empty and don’t immediately notice that something must be wrong

The place looks super nice — cozy, stylish, and well designed. But the service? Not it. The girls working there seem totally uninterested. For an $8 latte, you expect at least some kind of warmth or attention. And even if you’re drinking in, they still serve it in a paper cup — which honestly ruins the whole experience. If I choose to sit in, it’s because I want to enjoy it, feel treated — not like I’m at a gas station. I only came because my regular coffee shop was closed and remembered seeing this one before. But I won’t be coming back.

I must express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment. Despite arriving 10 minutes before closing and assuring the staff that I was aware of the closing time, I was treated rudely when requesting a simple coffee. The lack of courtesy from your team has left a negative impression, and unfortunately, I do not plan to return or recommend your establishment. NO RECOMMEND

This place is very unwelcoming. The staff is terrible at service. They brought me diluted orange juice and a cold, stale croissant from yesterday. The service is awful, and the food is of very poor quality.

Super tacky- they charge $1 for a refill on brewed unsweetened iced tea. I came in quite often but I’ll go somewhere else.

My wife ordered a juice here on Saturday and when she was about halfway done drinking it, noticed that there was a huge black blob of something floating around. She had food poisoning symptoms the next day (likely from this bacteria clump). I called to let the store know, and the girl I was talking to said "Transferring you to a team member" and hung up on me. I'm kind of surprised that they don't take these issues more seriously.

The worst coffee I've ever tasted. I paid $15 for two cups of coffee (lattes), and all I got was a fancy glass with milk foam. It’s tastes like a coffee from 7-eleven - cheap and sour. Not recommended! The price doesn't match the quality at all. If you care about taste and quality of coffee, this is definitely not the place for you. Don't waste your money and time. Peace ✌️

One star for this ridiculous credit card fee only shown on ONE register (not the active one). 3.85% to charge a CC? Absolutely not. It’s simply the cost of doing business, this is not a third world country. Charging $5 for a coffee and $11 for a smoothly and you still put the cost of the charge on the consumer? No. One less start the person who I assume had Covid and was still at work because they were wearing a mask. Clown show

Grabbed take out after my Orangetheory class. Got back to my hotel to be kissing my peanut butter toast. I had ordered fruit & toast. Super disappointing. Tried to call but phone kept going to voicemail.

This place is expensive. That in itself is not a bad thing, however the service was not great either. In addition to the service being poor the quality was not what I expect for the price. The food was decent just not worth the price. I would have left a 3 or 4 star review with just the above information. The reason they are getting a 1 star is because I specifically asked before ordering about a drink, confirmed for a second time and then it was not delivered correctly. Then when I confronted them on it he basically said oh well. Poor service

I can't believe I just paid $58.90 for two coffees, two breakfast items and banana bread. They charge a dollar for milk a dollar for coconut milk a dollar for a pump of syrup .50 for lite ice. A service fee for using credit card. The food was nothing special. I paid $7 in gratuities before I even received the service. But hey at least I got ice water for free. People were nice and it is a cool spot but not for almost $60.

Service is subpar, the people working behind the counter just stare at you they do not smile or provide much help on menu choices even when asked, and they do not have proper etiquette when being thanked for bringing out your coffee they just plainly ignore you. I had two types of iced coffees on my first visit to this place, certainly I can make better tasting iced coffee at home.
