1. Their food is served cold. 2. They often dont understand English 3. Because it is run though Nova Southeastern/ Grub Hub you can’t get sides or edit orders for dietary restrictions because they are cheap 4. They often “run out of items” because they really just want to close early 5. It can take 1/2 an hour + to get your food when busy because Nova Southeastern is too cheap to pay more employees a fair wage (they are severely underpaid). Overall: Terrible location mostly because it’s privately owned, by you guessed it… Nova Southeastern University who monopolizes everything to make students suffer.
An employee was making my burrito and physically said out loud, “how am I supposed to fold this into a burrito” the other employee said “You just don’t put some of the requested toppings in the burrito.” I am now missing cheese, sour cream, picante ranch, and lettuce. She still didn’t know how to fold it so she folded the sides in and used the tinfoil to keep the sides from coming undone. The employees did not seem to be well trained. I left because I didn’t have time to talk to the employee because I had a meeting to go get ready for. I ended up just taking out the contents and putting it in a bowl.
Confirming this place is not accurate. It is located inside a college campus - the doors are locked to the building even though google says it’s open. You cannot get into the building. No phone number listed. Drove 20 mins out of our way to get Qdoba as it’s usually not accessible in the area we live. Disappointing

So I ordered a chicken bowl today from Qdoba and I was excited to get my protein in at the library. First few bites, I notice an odd string like texture in my mouth. I spit out the food and yes, it’s a long black hair. At first, I was extremely pissed but then I cooled off because I didn’t want to make a scene over 1 hair, so I proceed to remove the hair and continue eating. Halfway in, I feel another string like texture in my mouth. This time, it’s an even longer black hair…… This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting from a reputable establishment such as this one at the nova southeastern university. This negative experience will for sure change my view on ordering any future meals from this establishment. I’ve attached pictures to document this.
