This little place is absolutely divine! Went here for a birthday catch-up with a friend and I can’t actually wait to go back. Décor is beautiful. Naughty sweet treats are addictive. Hannah and her staff are so lovely and make you feel welcome. The coffee is perfectly done (not too bitter or too sweet) and hot chocs of multiple flavours are second to none. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely little coffee shop very friendly staff, Flat White was great but I did think it was a small cup for the price and no option for a larger one. We walked past our usual coffee chain shop to try Rose's as it looked so nice. Maybe they could offer larger options otherwise great coffee. Hope they don't mind the critique as happy to pay a little more for a good size coffee.

Great coffee and huge selection of homemade cakes. There were 4 or 5 vegan cake options and the Bakewell slice I had was delicious! Really friendly staff and nice cosy interior. Will definitely be back. Dogs were also welcome.

Found Rose's today while out cycling with friends. Great booths to sit outside, fantastic friendly staff. Great coffee. And chocolate brownies. These are amazing, and worth cycling 2. 5 hours for. We have found our new coffee stop. Thank you all for the welcome, it was great to meet you all, and we look forward to returning now that summer is here.

Rose's Coffee & Juice have been one of my absolute best finds of 2020, and they deserve to be championed and celebrated. First off - and most importantly, their produce is absolutely first class. Fancy a custom white chocolate, coconut milk, bounty infused hot chocolate? Done! (Seriously, try it - it's amazing). From artisan sausage rolls and the occasional pot of bubbling homemade soup - to a steadfast supply of the best cakes and bakes in Kent, you won't be disappointed. And yes, even the ordinary coffee is anything but! Secondly though, the service is outstanding. From picking up a free dog biscuit, to raising smiles (not to mention community spirit by getting Christmas lights in 2020 organised!), everyone at Rose's is friendly and fun - and they genuinely appreciate and support their customers. There has never been a more important time to buy local, and when independent businesses like Rose's are getting us through - we absolutely need to return the favour. And with their produce and service, there's every reason to!

We had a great experience visiting Rose’s Coffee & Juice! Great selection of drinks and cakes and everything was delicious. Plenty of seating, reasonably priced, dog friendly and the staff provided a dog water bowl and kindly filled up our dog water bottle for our onward travels. I can’t wait to return and try the selection of brownies!

My wife and I took our (large) puppy in this afternoon. Lovely friendly welcome - as much for our dog as for us. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate and treats for our dog. Very friendly place - great selection of hot drinks and cakes. Well worth a visit. Your dog will thank you.

The staff are wonderful, really kind and attentive. Beautifully decorated with lots of plants and cosy seating. They offer a huge amount of tasty options including homemade bread and other baked goods, smoothies and coffees. Would definitely recommend stopping in when you get the chance.

Rose’s is a lovely coffee shop and addition to west malling. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food/drinks are really good. I often visit with my vegan friend who is given a selection to choose from which is rare in many places! It never disappoints 😊

These guys have absolutely nailed it! Just what was missing from West Malling! A friendly & welcoming coffee shop who not only sell top notch coffee but the most amazing slabs of cake! My four year old refers to Rose’s as the fun hot chocolate shop, I think that just about sums it up!

We actually plan our trips outside of London in a way that we can make a short detour to Rose’s whenever we can 😂. Hands down the BEST bakery I’ve ever been to. Rose and pistachio cookies, honeycomb rocky road and the blondies are just some of our favourites. It’s so hard to choose! Can’t recommend enough.

Popped in today, friendly staff and very pleased to see my dog. It's nice to be able to take the dog in, while l order a coffee, my dog even had a choice of treats. Highly recommended. Thanks.

What a place! The best flat white I’ve probably ever had in the UK. When I’m done I can’t help myself and have to get one to takeaway too 😅😅

This is exactly what we all need right now. A little cosy hub of pure hygge ness....(I know this is not an official word). But this cafe really encapsulates the spirit of warmth, togetherness and of course beautifully delicious bakes. Also a warm and friendly reception and the reassuredness that they are abiding by the Covid rules. Usually a bit of a queue, so bring a book and something for your children to keep them occupied. But definitely worth the wait.

Great coffee and excellent cakes but it ain't cheap 2xflat white + 2xcakes was £14. Effect of cost increases on everything I guess.

What a gem! My first trip passing through West Malling and I chose the right place to stop in for a coffee and cake. The perfect antidote to the freezing, drizzly day outside... Fab, friendly service and a lovely interior. Free Wifi was also really handy. I had a delicious hot (!) mocha and a truly life-changing cinnabun muffin 🔥 I'll have to find an excuse to come back very soon. Thank you!

Roses is such a gem in West Malling. The coffee is the best in the area, the cakes and hot food are fab and the people that work there are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It's become like our second home as we're always there! Highly recommend coming here. Dog friendly too, which is always a bonus!

Went there with a lady during a socially distanced meet. Excellent hygiene and procedures, super cosy atmosphere. The owners are lovely and take their time to personally get to know you even if I was there for a short while. They are friendly people and accept dogs! How awesome! My mocha was bang on and there is a big selection of puddings/cakes and crumbles to choose from if you fancy. Will definitely re visit. A simple and warm cafe in a nice area, not so common anymore I guess. Thumbs up from me!

A lovely little coffee, tea, juice and even watering hole. Welcoming staff, great background music. Very laid back and relaxing environment. Inside and out. There's limited seating inside yet there are seats available outside for the great outdoories and dog walkers alike. Superb coffee (and we're self confessed coffee snobs). We visit almost daily for our morning caffeine hit. Staff are always friendly and dogs are welcome and encouraged. Cakes are always good and plentiful. They could offer more breakfast/lunch options but that's being picky. Overall if you're looking for a coffee and cake in the area you won't get better.

If your gluten free looking for a lovely place for lunch, go here! It’s always so easy to find something on the menu, pretty much everything is catered for! I can come here and eat normally, and the brownies are so delicious, not just the only option for gluten free like usual! I can bring my dog as well, staff are always so lovely! Love coming here!

Coffee & atmosphere is always nice, seating could be a bit comfier but I think they do well with a small space. Nice staff patient with us when we’re feeling indecisive, good drinks options & usually have gluten free cake when I’ve visited ⭐️

The vegan food and desserts were lovely, they also do gluten free. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the cafe itself looks sweet and inviting, the vegan menu is a little small but what they do have is very tasty. Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

Vegan blueberry croissant £3! It was nice but over priced & their kitchen closes early so if you're vegan there's only 2/3 cakes, tea/coffee & smoothies.

I would happily give Rose's 5 stars, if only they could deliver orders a little quicker. I appreciate it's a small shop, but, it really shouldn't take 10 minutes to make a cappuccino, or 25 minutes to make a grilled cheese sandwich. The quality and quantity are great. I love the oat-berry muffins - awesome ! Please address the speed of service. I need to be in and out in 15 minutes or less - I have a job too.

This is a small independent coffee shop in the village of West malling in Kent, being such a small, pretty and popular village I thought such a place would be here so I had to try it. Verdict ? 😐 milk steamed far too hot and the machine had not been cleaned recently which led to it being a little bitter. Must try harder folks!

Disappointed. Served hot drinks in paper cups because didn't want to wash crockery before closing. Unable to use toilets because they were closed for cleaning. I thought it was because she didn't want anyone to dirty the toilets before closing time

Al ser un pueblo tan pequeño, bonito y popular, pensé que encontraría un lugar así, así que tuve que probarlo. ¿Veredicto? 😐 La leche salía demasiado caliente y la máquina no se había limpiado recientemente, lo que la hacía un poco amarga. ¡Hay que esforzarse más, amigos!

One word:Chaos. Door doesn't close, very untidy, coffees menu has had no prices. woman who takes the orders must have had a bad day. I asked for tworegular flat whites to take away, on the counter they even show you the difference between 6oz small and 8oz regular cups. After a long wait, I ended up getting 2x 6oz flat whites for which I have paid £7.30 for making these literally the most expensive flat whites I have paid in the country side. They hired two girls to serve coffees but I think it must have been their first day. Avoid if you can! Not worth that quality at London prices

I do love the coffee here but I went in with my family today the order was at first wrong which In fairness they did correct right away but for the price the sausage that was used in the bagels were vile ...cheap multibag sausages that not only was not pleasant but as they had been reheated were even worse ...I would have sent it back had I been on my own but didn't want to cause a fuss with the children there ..sad as it's a lovely place and the coffee is always really good

Tried to eat here a few times, but it never seems to work out. They don’t mark things off on the menu when sold out, so you end up queueing up and then going back to your table to choose something else. There’s two counters which means you’re never sure which one you should be talking to, and tbh it feels very much like only the beautiful insta generation are welcome or wanted here. Much better places on the high street where the style to substance ration is a little less skewed.

I’ve been in here twice Once when I just wanted to see what it was all about and second time I was at the post office, needed to grab a sandwich quickly so I went in here. Both occasions I had the staff members speak to me pretty rudely to me which I found really off putting. I will not be going in here again. Sandwich was pretty decent.

Coffee was too hot, literally too hot to handle in a takeaway cup, the cake was nice but would of been better if able to enjoy with a coffee, When the coffee cool down it wasn’t nice, the coffee tasted burned! The girl serving was more interested in her phone so didn’t bother to bring it up and left leaving the coffee!

Nice cakes, but PLEASE improve the matcha. Every time I have ordered one it has been weak, poor quality matcha with a fishy taste and dull green colour. However, your partner business Average Dough makes a fantastic one. Please consider changing matcha brand and ensuring it is stored correctly to stay fresh, would love to be able to get good matcha more locally!

Popped into to somewhere I’ve used regular since they opened. Ordered a medium hot chocolate and was presented with a tiny sized children’s cup with mainly foam inside rather than a “hot chocolate” I must admit the service here isn’t what it used to be actually, the staff I find are quite rude. Maybe it being an early Saturday morning might have something to do with the lack of customer service skills. Upon questioning the size of the hot chocolate, being I ordered a medium and received a child’s size cup hence a medium in another coffee shop is more than twice the size. I won’t be retuning here I find the atmosphere strange and the staff basically RUDE. Shame, it used to be such a lovely little cafe. Definitely gone down hill. The hot chocolate went in the bin, I’m not into drinking half foam froth and two inch’s of chocolate milk.

Cuando el café se enfrió, no estaba bien; ¡sabía a quemado! La chica que atendía estaba más interesada en su teléfono, así que no se molestó en sacarlo y se fue, dejando el café.

Left standing at the counter while the barista chatted to the previous customer. We were polite for 5 min and when we asked for coffee we felt like we’d interrupted them. Easily could have greeted us and asked us to wait but just ignored standing in an empty coffee shop.

I’m all for supporting local business, but if you cannot use proper Baristas to make coffee then don’t bother. Visited three times and same gloopy froth with no taste of coffee. Very disappointing and will not visit again.

We left because if you sit outside you have to use a take away cup. Bad policy. I would happily have paid for any breakages or damages. This policy is wasteful and other coffee shops nearby differ. Hopefully they will read and adjust accordingly.
