Chuck E. Cheese Fort Worth Reviews
This place was once on my list of worst CEC but it's really turned around. They remodeled a bit. Lots of games. Clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
MarQuisha has exceptional customer service skills and the biggest smile a person could ask for with a beautiful personality and because of her I will continue to bring my grandchildren to this location as long as MarQuisha is here I give her two thumbs up because she couldn’t have done her job any better and I strongly recommend this location! Come se MarQuisha she’s awesome 👏
I always enjoy chasing my little one around here. It's as clean as you could want for a children's arcade and the food really isn't that bad. The staff leaves a bit to be desired in lively nice for a place designed for kids but eh oh well.
Went for my granddaughters 4th birthday party and she and her friends had a great time. The waitress that did literally EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!
I wanted to say how impressed I was with this location. After reading other reviews I was reluctant to take my grandkids during spring break. But we arrived with the girls being very nice and welcoming. The entire place was clean. And the arcade machines in working order. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice. Thank you for the great experience.
I have been here 2x for birthday parties. My kids had a great time! The price for game card is definitely a fair price! I usually take my kids to other arcades, but I like this one better! Safety is a priority and they are very secure here! For the price of unlimited fames for a certain number of minutes, I would have easily doubled that price at a local arcade without unlimited games! Plus they sell a variety of pizza and drinks including beer! Win win!
We celebrated our granddaughter’s 6th birthday and we had a blast! BUT, for three adults and three children to eat pizza, appetizer tray, drinks, and 4 play cards with 90 minutes of play time we spent $200 - was not worth it for amount of games our young grandchildren were able to actually play. Very little to do independently (which our girls ages 2-6 want to do everything by themselves). Tickets rewarded were minimal and trinkets are overpriced.
Always a great experience at this place been going here for years
My nephew and I decided to try this place out last Saturday. Not being a parent myself, I had never been. We arrived right as they opened and the lady at the front was so kind. She took the time to explain how it all worked, from the food to the play card, to the hand stamp. I felt so comfortable knowing that if my sweet 3 year old nephew ran away from me that she is the gatekeeper and he wouldn't get past her. I wish I had her name because I cannot sing her praises enough. The entire staff that day were all very friendly. I will definitely be back.
Clean, fast, and friendly! Deedee helped us with our birthday party and she was amazing. She was friendly, had a smile, and very warm. The pizza was made to order, salad bar was tidy and it was just wonderful.
We had my 7yr olds birthday party here. We reserved our table and purchased a party pack. Our party host was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive and had a smile on her face from start to finish. They helped with every aspect of the party and did everything they could to ensure my son had a great time. The pricing was very reasonable for what you get. It was truly an amazing experience and we will continue to have all our boys' birthday parties here.
The employees are doing a great job at this location. Very patient with the parents and children alike. Great attitudes all around. They have got the right people in each position. The facility is well kept. If you have any issues with the games they are quick to fix the problem without any hesitation. If one person is not able to help, someone else is usually nearby and ready. Keep up the good work you guys! You are an amazing team!
Great place now with thr memberships available it makes it affordable and enjoyable for kids
Came to this location for my nephews 4th bday. The host L was awesome. She engaged with the kids, sang, danced along bringing ease to his parents. Thank you L for a great time. Downside, the other girl with the glasses has the worst attitude..
Definitely would do another party there for the kids. Lots of Fun and respectful attendance there, always there to assist you in whatever you need or want. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Plan your kids Birthday party with this Chuck E. Cheese. You want regret it.
Was able to use an online coupon for game cards.Nice clean basic chuck e cheese experience, pizza has improved in taste.
The staff needs to help the people out in the front more. I saw the people in the front were busy and overstimulated but not rude.
Had a great time and my daughter’s birthday party the hostess was amazing helped serve. Everybody helped package of food and decorations, but most definitely be going back to have another party or just a visit.
We’ve been to several of the locations throughout dfw (kid has a play pass) and this is in our top two. Friendly staff, great game selection, and nice layout. Bathrooms aren’t always spotless, but that’s pretty much expected anywhere small children frequent.
Fun rides and games for young kids. Always clean. Wish ChuckE had more personality, but my son loves him anyway.
My 3-year-old son, along with our family and friends, had such a great time at Chuck E. Cheese on Sunday! The kids were entertained the entire time, and we were so well taken care of by L (highly recommend requesting her when you book your party — she’s a mom of six, so she’s a total pro!). L and the staff helped with setup, cleanup, and even let me customize the decorations. For 6 XL pizzas, unlimited play for 12 kids, and drinks for everyone, the total was around $350, which felt like a great value. I also recommend the Sunday 11 a.m.–1 p.m. time slot; it wasn’t nearly as crowded or overwhelming. The ticket blaster was the cherry on top. I’ll never forget how excited my little guy was! Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese, for making Graham’s Cars-themed birthday party such a hit!
My daughter loves this place because she can play, share with friends games and trampolines too! Good place to enjoy in hot or cold weather. The staff are very nice and the food is delicious too. The kids have many options to choose the rewards. My recommendation is order your food when you arrive because is long time to wait for eat.
The employees there that I’ve encountered are so nice and always smile. The person I believe to be a supervisor or manager (African American lady tall) is always nice and goes above and beyond. They make me feel welcomed there!!!!!
We had a good time. This was our first time back at this location since my grandson's birthday party last year.
Great place to have a child's birthday party! GiGi's baby!
They have marked tables for social distancing, you have to sanitized your hands when u enter. They check your temperature, and they make you take a photo with your kid. I just wish their prizes didn't require ridiculous amount of points .
Go here for a great time no 1 hour wait here ON A Saturday at 4ish super clean, staff very helpful and nice food great also a salad bar. My granddaughter loved so much crying when we had to leave. But really miss old style Chucky cheese with live machine characters not the new stuff and would be super if Chucky cheese mouse could have been there she loved riding with him in car did it 2 times Loved the time we spent with her and Chucky was great for her thank you.
This past weekend we stayed in the Fort Worth Texas area and stayed at a hotel which had a window looking at Chuck. E. Cheese’s. I was with my five year old grandson and what five year old doesn’t want to go there ?! I promised him that after the usual sight seeing I would take him . This Past Sunday I followed thru on my promise. It had been at least thirty years since I stepped into one. Back when my daughter was four years old I took her to the first one which opened in Sunrise, Florida. We were met at the door By store manager Camryn Neely. From the start Ms.Neely impressed us : first with the I.d tagging which never existed back then. It is good to know every-child is safe. I found her to be energetic , organized and informative. Her managerial skills are on display everywhere there; from the cleanliness of the store and the number of birthday balloons on the ready for parties planned that day. I enjoyed the way Camryn greeted parents, grandparents and kids alike. All easily warmed up to her . Because of her friendly demeanor, my grandson had a wonderful experience and a great time. Ms. Neely made a day which started with normal parenting apprehension to making my first visit in over thirty years a pleasant one . Kudos to Cam! We will be going back when my granddaughter is of age!!
I love it ,nice clean fun for kids I don't think liquor should be served but who am I to say.
This place was fun lots a games.
Hands down have to give this girl some very much good love especially on Valentine's Day 💘 Alyssa you are an absolute amazing employee. From your exceptional customer service to your humble down to earth energy. Thank you for making chuck e cheese a happy place to be again. Please hand this lady an award/bonus/raise. ❤️ (P.s. I am a true honest customer who had an amazing experience with my family 🤗)
Great experience and very clean. Staff was on top of things, kiddos. My two granddaughters 3 & 8 yo's absolutely love it. Bought 45 min. unlimited game play which didn't activate until our tasty pizza was gone. I highly recommend!
Great place just like when I went as a kid. Employees are awesome.
The place was great my grandchildren lived it a lot
Really impressed with this location! Every single employee was working diligently and was very attentive. Clean, well ran and the food was cooked promptly as well as delicious. Whoever is in charge deserves a raise, as well as all the employees.
I just wanted to leave a review for our host for my nephews 6th birthday party on 9/7/25, Raven was her name. Raven went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our entire party was comfortable and had everything that we needed when we needed it. She was so extravagantly friendly and kind to all of us the whole time, and she truly made our whole experience worth while. Thank you to Raven. <3
Did my daughters birthday here… it was a very busy day 3 other parties were booked at the same time. Besides the crowd we all enjoyed our time here. Our host Marquisha (I believe is her name) was very attentive, very sweet, and friendly. Food was great and all games were working just fine. My daughter said it was the best day ever. Money well spent.
Great family place for kids to run around and burn energy, giving parents a chance to catch breath
Excellent place for kids to play and past time with kiddies food detaches. Extremely safe for children to play around indoor
Great. The lady we had I forgot her name but she was excellent
I brought in 4 grandkids yesterday, I have not been to a Chuck e cheese in probably 10 years---- while I did spend quite the $$ it was worth it. The employees were friendly & patient from entering to prizes -- especially marqisha ( not sure if I got that name right) but because of her -- my next payday I will try & by the pass !!! Clean & attentive place!!!
Great customer service. They work hard to keep the games up and running. Food is served up hot and fast. I have the 3 month Gold Pass since I have grand kids. It's fun to take them.
Well we tried the all you can play card for one hour. Its super easy to use and pause between getting our pizza order. Grateful thst the location wasn't too packed with kids. My only complaint would be the food service area could be cleaner and the counter clerks could at least smile more. The game selection was nice and only one machine was out of order. Will go back again.
Very clean for a Friday night. It wasn't overly crowded and my child could play on all of the games. Appearance of the establishment was great, staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back. I am very impressed with the overall atmosphere. Great job management!
Updated: A fun place for all. Food is mediocre though having beer is nice. I like how you can pay per hour on the games. Since the last time I was here they updated all the games so that it's now all digital on tickets so while the thrill of a bag full of tickets is now gone, you don't have to hunt down an attendant when a machine runs out or walk away before all the tickets are dispensed. All in all as wild and noisy as it can be, it's overall a fun time.
This used to be a place I loved taking my daughter to...until they started to really chimp on ticket earnings. For $10 we could earn roughly 300-500 tickets regularly playing whatever we wanted, but now....that same $10 will earn about half the amount of tickets AND the ticket redemption counter has doubled in cost....so we're earning roughly 25% of what we did a year ago. On the flip side, they did bring in a bunch of new games and if you are playing games that do not earn tickets, then that side of the venue has gotten better! I would still come back here, just not as often.
Lots of fun. Took my Grandkids and their Aunt my daughter met us and we had a great time
Was here for my 5 year old nephew's birthday. Very efficient, good staff, the game cards for the kids were unlimited play, so they loved it. Pizza was mid at best, but the salad bar was good.
Pizza was ok...just OVER PRICED!?! KINDA miss the playground they use to have. Oh and the new trampoline thing they have...locked with chain & lock?? Also if one doesn't have non slip socks...no admission at all?? Have to go to the cashier or prize counter and purchase a pair of $12 dollar socks!?!? Only upside was that all the games were only 1 credit...
I've been going to Chuck E Cheese for more than 20 years when they had the animaltronics. This trip, we took grandson, granddaughter, and 2 great grandkids along with my daughter and her kids. The kids love the atmosphere, games, and toys you get when you cash in your tickets 🎟 The salad bar is good, not a big selection from the past. The boneless wings are ok, nothing special. The thin crust pizza 🍕 is good. Prices are elevated for the quality of food. Will continue to bring the grands for future visits.
My son has gone to several parties at this location, we have never had a horrible experience thank goodness. The party we attended today was great, the two hosts did a fantastic job and were extremely attentive. Their prices have gone up and are too high in my opinion but it's a fun and safe environment for kids.
Daughter had a great time here. Lots of game choices, clean environment and wasn't very busy for a Friday evening. Could be helpful for more staff up front, looked like the few they had did everything at the same time, but they were doing it with a smile and were very polite.
The place is a lot nicer after the renovation however cleanliness needs work. I have been when it opens and sat at a table that is dirty. Bathrooms are kind of nasty as well once the rush gets going.
Mainly an arcade place for kids with food options, though there is a trampoline area. The pizza is surprisingly decent. Great place for kids. However, can be a bit pricy. Budget for a $100 for a family of 4 to come through here; should be enough to do most anything and get food
My grandkids (4 and 7) love coming here. The food is passable for grown-ups but kids love it. Some of the games were not working when we were there - which was disappointing. However, kids love the atmosphere and the excitement of the place. They also love turning in their points for "treasure". If you have kids from 2 to 8, this place is a great place to take them. Also lots of birthdays happening while we were there. Very popular place.
I took four of my grandchildren, and they really enjoyed themselves. I would bring them here again.
Our favorite Chuckys. Will drive a little farther to go to this one. They always have the newest games. Salad bar stays fresh. A couple of staff members could be more polite, don’t look like they have the customer service ability needed for a job like this but I would recommend this place to anyone. parents be sure to use the new massage chair!!! Even does arms!
Kids love it. A little too loud for me.
My kids had a great time. It was our first time into this location so lots of new games to play. We were shocked and not pleased that they staff did not check our kids numbers on their arm to make sure they matched our own. Probably won't be returning to this location based on that experience.
Chuck e cheese has risen above their 2000's slump and have improved their pizza, provided more games with unlimited time passes, and the environment feels clean. I still miss the robot band, but the experience is still there.
It was my granddaughter's birthday party and things went real smooth they all had a great time and now you can also buy beer
Didn’t try the food. Loved this location bc all the games worked. 3 different picture booth/ride options. Even a rollercoaster simulator. Plus if you pay a lil extra there’s an all day trampoline/playground to wear your child out! My toddler loves it.
Noisy, crowded, and overpriced, exactly what you would expect from a place that caters to kids. I was very disappointed that they no longer have the animated robot Chucky Cheese band.
My family and i were ready to leave and no employees were at the door until we told the clerk at the other side of the register. This is certainly unsafe for children. Someone should always be at the door at all times. Children get kidnapped so please make sure someone is always at the door!!!
It was okay .. kiddos miss the thrill of accumulating tickets...now all digital
Took an hour to get our food, and for the money the pizza is not worth it. Typical blah pizza from CEC, I understand, but 30$ for that is ridiculous. Staff were ok, but spread thin, games were good, most worked.
If we wouldn't have gone on a Saturday, it would be really cool, but we went during several birthday parties so games were hard to get to. Any day of the week would probably be pretty fun and open.
Chuck-E-Cheese is not what it use to be, bring back the tokens and tickets. We went on a Saturday afternoon and Chucky was no where to be found. I remember the days he would come out and take pictures with the kids and what makes matters worse is that due to Covid this Chuck-E-Cheese is low staffed. The manager was friendly but super busy trying to help the other staff with the super long lines. The pizza was fresh and delicious.
The process of checking in, and deciding what meals you want to purchase and which games, do you want? Pick points or do you want to pick minutes...Has taken away just the easy, go here take my money and let's go play games fun of away. There's only two people work in the front and they can't take your money explain it wait for you to understand it then buy stuff and check people in and out people are just leaving without having their tattoo scanned.
We’ve been loyal customers of Chuck E. Cheese for the past 7 years and have celebrated all of our children’s birthdays here. Our oldest son, who is 7 and has autism, is especially fond of Chuck E. Cheese and gets so excited every time we visit. We’ve never had any issues and have always had great experiences—until today. During our visit, my son, who struggles with social cues but is a very sweet and respectful child, overheard a manager, Semia, talking to someone else and asked her what she said. Instead of responding kindly, she turned to him in a rude and dismissive manner, saying, “Whatever I said, I wasn’t talking to you.” This was incredibly hurtful for my wife and me, as our son was just being friendly, and we expect kindness and understanding, especially at a place that is meant to be welcoming for families. Even though my son didn’t fully grasp what had happened, he continued to have a great time and left the store happily, saying goodbye to everyone. Afterward, I spoke with another manager, Miss L, who was very kind and apologetic, which we appreciated. She handled the situation with grace, but it still left us with a bad taste. We’ve always had positive experiences here, so this incident was very disappointing and not at all reflective of the Chuck E. Cheese we’ve come to know. I hope this situation is addressed so no other family has to go through the same thing.
They have great deals, and a cool trampoline playground. The salad bar is always fresh. However, the staff here seem like they are miserable and grumpy always. I have been there several times recently, and have not seen one smile. We are always made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.
Went to grandson birthday party and some cups fell off table on the floor and chucks cheeses party hostess walks by throws cup back on table said you drop these on floor. ......okay but did ypu have throw back on table off the FLOOR by cake other cups and plates.....she should pick up threw in trash not on the table by the CAKES CLEAN PLATES CUPS !
Far too expensive & obviously loud in there. Cost $90 for a cheese pizza, 4 drinks, & an hour of playtime. NOT worth it at all! Take your kids to a free park & order takeout.... much less costly & more fun.
My kids love Chuck E. Cheese. My son had his birthday party there this morning. While we had a good time, there wasn’t that much attention to cleaning up our table while we were still there and I was very frustrated that we forgot our bouquet of balloons and by the time I called them (less than 30 minutes that we left) they had already popped them and threw them all away. It was a $30 bouquet of balloons. After spending over $500 on a party you would think they’d be aware that we might want a really nice bouquet of balloons. Or that they would try to help me gather all our things and help me leave. When I called, they made no attempt to make it right either so that frustrated me.
Didn't try the food but did buy a drink. I understand it's unlimited refills but $4 for a drink is a little ridiculous. Also there was absolutely no security whatsoever. I could have walked out with random child or any child could have just walked out the door. The website specifically states that every member of the party gets a number stamped on them and it must match to leave. None of that happened. They let us waltz right out.
Definitely kid friendly but adult adverse! Food was terrible & it's always very loud in there. Good thing is they stamp the parents & child & make sure they match on the way out. Not much staff there & they're always busy with something. Overpriced game play. Spent over $100 for an hour of play, large pizza, & 4 drinks. Took our grandkids for their birthday. Will NOT be taking them back. Next time will buy a pizza to go & cake & let them play at the park! MUCH cheaper.
I try not to be one to complain but wow.. the staff was kind, the food wasn't the worst. But the games it's kind of what you might expect if you ordered an arcade from Temu. Chuck E Cheese used to be the place to be when I was a kid but today was just depressing.
No more animatronics. Pizza didn’t taste good like it used to. Such a disappointing time after spending A LOT of 💰 there for my gbaby’s birthday. It’s all about how to make money and they don’t care if the customer is satisfied or not. Plus the fact that there was a slice of pizza under our table that had been chewed on when we first got there.
Came here to bring joy to our sons day as he had to get stitches this morning! Upon our arrival we were met with the grinch. she has absolutely no business working in a children’s establishment. She never smiles, every time I would ask her a question she would act like we were an inconvenience even being there. The straw that broke the camels back was when we took my sons tickets up there to cash them in, she again acted as though we were an inconvenience in her day. I finally out right asked her….”do you not like working here?!?!” She then mumbled something under her breath, rolled her eyes, and asked another person to take care of us. Thank goodness she did because the other girl was phenomenal. Thanks Ivy for one of the crappiest experiences we have ever had at Chuck E. Cheese!
Don’t waste your time or money here! Take the extra few minutes and go down the road to the one by Grand Plaza! Employees are terrible and not friendly. I had 2 games stop working while we were trying to play and the employees way of fixing it was to turn it off and back on and then walked away before making sure it worked! Worse one I have ever been to!
First they charge an arm and a leg for a birthday party that isn't worth what they charge. For the price they charge, chuck e needs to be break dancing. We paid nearly $400 for people to sing happy birthday and to cut her cake and serve it to party guest. A few pizzas and drinks. I won't be back. The service wasn't even that great! Total waste of money! Good thing my grand daughter is too small to remember.
On January 5, 2024 my husband and I took our 4 year granddaughter to Chuck E Cheese. I hadn’t been to one since 2005. The attending person Mike at the ordering register was not very helpful. I asked him about good deals to purchase. He was not helpful and seemed irritated. It was a bad experience for us. I guess I wasn’t one of Lily white parents there with their kids from Country Day school. Very disappointed!
Had the most terrible experience with the manager Richie. Instead of looking at the pending orders that they charge me for for two pizzas totally out to $67 with tax he argued with me and told me there was nothing he can do and to call guest relations. I called guest relations they told me that both orders were already processed and the store should have both orders I went back and he said that no orders exist. He should’ve should’ve as a manager to customer and try to accommodate knowing it’s Christmas week and not everyone has $67 throw away. Never going back to Chuck E. Cheese again, even in the future because this is something that has happened before with them double charging with their system. So beware and never order online or cater online.
This location was extremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing the manager felt very comfortable speaking disrespectfully to children including two 10 year olds and a 2 year old toddler on the trampoline . she claimed the kids were too big to be on it yet had no issue allowing a grown adult man to jump which already says enough about her judgment , the most unacceptable part is that she allegedly grabbed the 2 year old by the wrist which is absolutely out of line , no employee should ever put their hands on a child especially without a parent present that is basic common sense . It is very telling how bold and rude she was with children but immediately played offended once adults stepped in , this is not leadership this is a power trip . This is supposed to be a family friendly environment yet the behavior shown was hostile and inappropriate management seriously needs to reevaluate who they put in charge because this type of conduct is exactly how businesses lose trust and customers . PARENTS BE CAUTIOUS BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT IT !
My kid wanted their birthday here and we said ok. With the package we got everything should have been handled by a "friendly" host. Well we got Raven and she was less than enthusiastic about her job. Anything we asked seemed to be a chore and we weren't asking unreasonable questions. I was unaware we were singing happy birthday and we came to the table. She said we just sang happy birthday do you want to do it again. Um yes I do .... How are you gonna sing without the birthday kid? When cake was being given out she yelled at my kid "come get your cake." I was under the impression they were serving it not yelling at them to come and get it. The whole process wasn't communicated very well at all and at least 5 of the dip n dots sat and wasted because we weren't told they were being handed out. When they were cleaning up instead of saying excuse me or I'm sorry it's time, they just started snatching things off the table and reaching in our faces grabbing things. For as much as we spent it should have gone way more smooth than it did. Absolutely no way will we ever endure that nightmare again. On the plus side my kid was unaware of the "behind the scene" foolishness and had a wonderful time with their friends. We had a birthday party there 5 years ago and while they were remodeling it was an amazing time. The staff were great and on top of everything!!
Where to begin, maybe I should've read some reviews before taking my Nephew here.... we walk in and the are understaffed as I only see one person working there. She had to come from behind the counter to stamp out hands at the front door. They didnt explain everything is sold separately, I remember growing up it was free to run around and play in the ball pin and whatever else they had setup. Of course pay to play on the machines. So my Nephew was in the little obstacle course they have setup and out of nowhere, a staff member comes and kicks him out for not having purchased a wristband jump pass is what I believe he called it. Instead of telling a kid get out he could've just explained that to me when I walked thru the front door. Instead he kept hiding in the back and only came out to kick kids out that area. Kids are a sensitive area and could've ended up bad for the guy with some of the parents there.
This Chuck E. Cheese has gone downhill. I ordered two pizzas they were cold. The girl in the front was so rude. The front desk lady was so rude and lazy when my children were picking their prizes. She was like no only on this side. We had four kids that put all their cards together instead of splitting them out each. She just took what they wanted in scanned and was like you only have 20 points left. She had no patient ready just to be back on her phone. So two kids didn't even get to choose anything. Instead of being patient and telling each one you had a certain amount. There was only one guy helpful he has big fro hair. (Sorry no name tags) on a Monday March 2 at 6pm at night. I would understand if it was a Saturday and it was slammed, but literally there was maybe four other families here there’s no need to be rude and impatient.
I walked into this location with my service dog yesterday for my little sister’s birthday, & this old guy at the front was like “Oh you can’t come in here with your dog”. To which I said, he’s a service dog. He said he’d have to go get his manager, left, walked right past some guy who looked like a manager, disappeared for a minute, & came back spewing the same speech he was when he left. He still insisted “You can’t come in here with your pet”, & tried to make me leave. To which I said he’s not a pet he’s a service dog, it’s actually illegal for you to deny either of us entry right now… He continues on this, “If we allow it with you we would have to allow all pets” I asked for the manager at this point, because something’s wrong with this guy, he claims he couldn’t find him when he went to look for him. So I clarified again, “But he’s not a pet, he’s a service dog, & again- it’s a requirement for you to let him in.” Then this guy really said “What’s a service dog??” Are you serious? Be educated, in like any customer service position, I feel that you should at least know what a service dog IS… I laughed & walked right past this joker, to join my family. He came & found me a few minutes later stating that the manager would come talk to me shortly, he never did. This guy left the door unattended for several long spurts of time, allowing families to come & go without having their hands stamped or checked upon leaving- making his job obsolete. When we left, he took about half a second to check my hand & was like “Thank you.” Thank you?? For what? He never stamped my hand, had nothing to check for. I pointed that out & he had nothing to say, the whole thing was a total joke. Hire better staff, train them on things they should be knowledgeable on, do better. - Or at least do something. Ridiculous.
After paying almost $500 for a birthday party and not receiving what was listed it was very upsetting. On top of that most of the games were broken and the our hostess kept rushing us and combined my child's birthday with another kids birthday. Overall not worth it. Book your birthdays elsewhere!!
Extremely overpriced!!! Chuckie Cheeses was a great place to spend the day when I was younger. So I took my grandson yesterday. Bought two pizzas, 4 small drinks and three game cards for 1 hour. $153.00!!! They have a 3rd of the games as Main Event, and the slide with tunnels and stairs for the little ones was an additional $15.00!!! Do not recommend this place for the little ones at all (4 y/o).
