Cracker Barrel serves what you order and then some. This location is always busy, but they exceed my expectations so its worth the wait.

They have the absolute BEST pancakes. Theur country fried steak is also delicious. They give you big portions so just something to keep in mind when you’re not tryin to eat a lot. Their merchandise is always super cute but not always affordable though.

Had the country boy breakfast for dinner. The pancakes were amazing, so good. Also came with biscuits & gravy. The gravy was good but the biscuits were burnt, I should've just asked for more. The hash brown casserole was also very tasty. The sugar cured ham was not the greatest, a bit tough. We also tried the loaded hash brown tots, those were actually very good; soft & good flavor. Had some of my mom's meatloaf, that could've been better, but wasn't bad. The biscuits they brought out at the beginning were so good, so soft & fresh; tasted wonderful with the butter & strawberry jam. Love their little store too, so much to look at; lot of cool stuff.

We went on Easter and the restaurant was packed. Nothing to complain about but the people working there also need a break to celebrate with their family. Hats off to the employees that ran the show while. Would love to see some real vegetarian dishes other than veggies and fruits.

Food was just not good. Chicken fried chicken was really overcooked and broccoli tasted like dirt. The meatloaf was a sponge like texture. The girl was ready to leave so she wanted us to pay right then before we were done. Wasn't asked about dessert which we were looking forward to. Finally got a nice young man to bring a to go box. Never got a refill on tea. Just decided to leave and go get ice cream. 😏

If you're used to the old days be warned the hostess is at the front by the door - NOT where you have to travel all the way up front to get your name in. If you have a pinch of anxiety about stuff or people you'll want to wait outside. Service is good. Food will still hit the spot and it doesn't take too long.

The food was OK, corn need it salt and green beans flavor. Other than that the rest was decent. Rated 3 stars because my husband had to get things for himself like a booster seat and high chair because our waiter was a young incompetent guy.

I was very disappointed . This is one of my favorite places to eat while travelling but not this time! The food was barely eatable. No flavor and not even warm! The servings were super small and normally they are very generous. We will have to rethink our travel plans.

Where do I begin? My chicken Sausage was cold. I sent them back and by the time they arrived I was finished with the rest of my food. The pancakes and grits were good but the hash brown casserole was a very small serving. This experience was was under basic.

Waitress very slow. I told her I needed it to go after waiting so long. Brought the food anyway. Asked for my check and containers. Waited and finally ask for a manager. Got containers with lids that were to large. Had to wait again. I ordered stuff from lunch menu that should be quick. Manager finally comes repeated I needed to go and what I needed. He was slower than the waitress. Not the least bit concerned I was going to be late to get back to work. Finally got everything started out and the handle broke on the bag and all the food was dumped. Didn't have time to go back in. This place is awful. No concern for the customer. 1/15/2024 - Two-and-a-half years later and the one good thing I can say about this place is at least they are consistent. Consistently horrible and that is being nice. I ordered 2 Chicken fried steak dinners via Uber Eats. The overall time it took to get to me was great really faster then expected. The food quality, however, I honestly do not know how any employee who has in pride in their work would ever send what I received to a table or a delivery. Both orders were room temp and colder. There was not even the least bit of steam in the container. Even the gravy packages in it own containers seemed more like the came out of the fridge then a pot on the stove. I was also so disappointed in the chicken fried steak. I had never tried it before and should not have it is nothing but a frozen pre breaded nasty pressed meat. Take Dairy Queens steak fingers and give them a little sour taste and that's what you get. I ordered it with biscuits and corn bread and only got biscuits which tastes like soured Sour Dough Bread. The mashed potatoes were hard and dry with no flavor. I put the food thermometer to each item and here is what I got. Mashed potatoes - 81 Gravy - 84 Chicken Fried Steak - 83 Okra - 78 The Mac N Cheese - came in hottest at a whooping 91 Pathetic 5/30/21-I ordered a sangria at the price of $4.99 to receive a barely half full glass of a very bitter unpleasurable drink. The service was lacking to say the least when I received my food I got the sampler deal the meatloaf was incredibly burnt on the top. I found five small bones in my chicken and dumplings and my fried okra is cold and soggy. I asked for a glass of ice water three times and never received a glass of ice water. The food that I did receive was all very bland with absolutely no taste whatsoever no seasoning. I cannot see what the appeal of this place is and I would not recommend it to anybody nor do I have any intentions on going back.

I was honestly super unimpressed with pretty much everything. I ordered the campfire beef because honestly it looked like it would be amazing, but unfortunately I felt like I went to McDonald’s after looking at their ads and just getting a very sad cheeseburger. The beef was horribly overcooked and dry, I was constantly reaching for my water but the more disappointing thing was the vegetables weren’t even seasoned. My husband and I also ordered Hashbrowns which came out to our table raw, the second order was thankfully cooked properly. We were also told that the manager would be coming to talk to us about our hashbrowns but they never made an appearance and our waiter just did not have an appropriate attitude when greeting us nor when we simply asked for some biscuits to munch on before our food came.
