P.F. Chang's Fort Worth Reviews
The ambiance of this P.F. Chang's is truly exceptional. I must say, it stands out as one of the finest dining experiences of its kind. Our server was remarkably friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The service provided was impressively fast and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
The food for us both was JUST as ordered and nice and prompt too. I’d definitely recommend the new menu dish of blackened chicken + fried rice as a side. Jenny was such a nice server too 5 x ⭐️ 😄
Frances was my server and did an excellent job. Very attentive and sweet! She recommended the Black Pepper Filet and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back!!
We had a great experience at PF Changs Fort Worth thanks to Jenny! She was so kind, friendly, and attentive. She kept checking on us, helped us get a better offer instead of ordering individual meals, and handled everything so nicely and professionally. Amazing service thank you
Went in with some friends on a rainy Saturday night, and Amanda ended up making our night. Very quick and diligent, and I left wanting to return, mostly due to her service. Truly made a difference.
Food was good and came fast, super nice atmosphere. Our server Jenny was the very best and made the whole experience. She was so attentive and kind.
Jenny J was our server at the Fort Worth location. She was absolutely amazing. Super attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best dining experience!! Best service I have had in a long time. The busser Charleston? Not sure if that’s the correct name, but he was really nice and attentive making sure the tables looked great. And, As always, the Mongolian beef is on point every time. The only entree I have stuck with for over 20 years.
Alannys was the BEST! She was so chill and gave amazing service. Food was great. The butter cake with ice cream is FIRE!
Manager Mr. Ben is absolutely delightful. I left my debit card and he was willing to mail it to my home in Houston. I ended up going back to the restaurant and met him in person and oh my gosh he was just as amazing in person. Good ole fashioned customer service still exists and I’m happy about that! I truly appreciate Ben’s kindness and great conversation.
We had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s! Our bartender, Deja, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her service really made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Deja, she did an outstanding job!
Love this restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and gave us good recommendations. She was always close if we needed something. For sure, I will be back soon to try more of their food.
We need to go to this location but I did want to say that we door dash from here often because it always shows up hot and fresh! They always get our orders correct and send plenty of sauces and utensils. It is so hard to find Singapore Noodles and theirs are the BEST!! They are packed with flavor, spice, chives, tofu, shrimp, chicken, cherry tomatoes, and so much more, served with a fresh lime wedge! My favorite dish and go-to comfort food. My hubs and I both love the Dynamite Chicken with fried rice and their lettuce wraps are incredible! You can order then tofu or chicken but we love both! A great place to dine in or order yo your house so you can watch on movie while munching down!
I had P.F.Changs cater for my wedding and the team did such an amazing job. Jay, the manager, helped me with my order and was very communicative throughout the process. The serving team did a great job as well, and everything ran so smoothly. The guests all loved the food, too, as did myself and my husband. I highly recommend them for event catering as well as a sit down dinner. The orange chicken was a big hit.
Every time I come I sit at the bar and all the workers are very kind and engaging. The bartender Ana already knows my order and starts making my old fashioned as soon as she sees me. Ask for her if you come to dine, she’ll treat you like family and always have a big smile on her face. I highly recommend the dumplings and the egg drop soup.
I have always loved P.F. Chang's. Since I haven't dined at one in years, I decided to do so this evening. The staff exceeded expectations! My bartender, Drew, was friendly and professional, while my dinner was prepared and cooked perfectly. I ordered the Dinner Special, starting at $16.99. I got the House Salad and Chicken Teriyaki with Lo Mein. The salad dressing was a flavorful mixture of soy, sesame, and (I think) peanut butter. But the chicken dish stole the show. The chicken thigh bites were crunchy and tender. The sauce was sweet, tangy, and sticky. And the pineapple supplied enough acid to cut the sweetness of the dish. Nice work, y'all!
We tried this restaurant and we love it. The food is just perfect. They not only offer a good Chinese cuisine but also the menu includes recipes from Japan, Korea, Thailand, and beyond. The atmosphere is great and the service is really good too. It’s a good place for whole families and share time with friends too! I think they honoring the Asian food in splendid way and style.
Really great atmosphere, it wasn’t crowded at all for a Friday night which was nice. Our server was amazing, she suggested to bring us surprise drinks and she did great with every single one of them. The lettuce wraps, sushi and fried green beans were all amazing. The pace of the food was really quick also. 10/10 here!

TL/DR: Food was solid, but not special, however the service is fantastic. Never really go here, and I’m not sure why as I work downtown, but for whatever reason decided today would be the day. I got the lunch special, which was a great deal that came with Egg Drop Soup and Mongolian Beef. I also got a California Roll as well. The food itself I gave 4 stars as it was solid, but nothing I’d truly go out of the way for. The Egg Drop soup was just OK, not bad by any means, just different than you’d expect if you go to any other Chinese restaurant. The Mongolian Beef was very good, and always has been that I remember. The California Roll again was just okay. When I go back I’d easily get the California Roll soup again, though I think I might try the Hot & Sour soup next time as I’ve had that before and I believe it was better than the Egg Drop. With all this said, what really shined was the service. I sat at the bar and the bartender gave me incredible service. I really can’t write home about how attentive he was and how he really made an impression. Just for that bar to be set so high service wise is probably cause for me to return regularly. Service like this is what can really set chain restaurants apart as often times the uniqueness and experience just isn’t there as say going to a mom and pop Chinese restaurant. Cheers to him. He even shook my hand as I left.

My Fiancée and I went to dinner here last night and the service here was abysmal from the start. We ended up waiting to be seated for 20 minutes for some reason despite having reservations and there were numerous empty tables. After being seated, it took the waitress another 15 minutes to come and greet us and take our drink orders. The drinks came out after our appetizers, and one of them was incorrect. The waitress was constantly talking with the bartender, and inattentive. The appetizers and main courses were good, but the rice was dry. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I'd recommend going to another location.
We haven’t been here in 3 or 4 years. We use to come every year for our anniversary. This year we were in town and my husband mentioned coming here to eat our favorites: egg plant and we would add grounded chicken ( a meal that use to be on the menu without having to add the ground chicken before) , lettuce wraps, dynamite shrimp, and fried banana egg roll dessert with a side of delicious coconut ice cream and fresh fruit. We were so disappointed to hear that they no longer had the eggplant at all. When we heard they no longer had this entree we should have left. But against our better judgement we stayed. I guess getting older caused us to not want to go somewhere else. We spent $70 on a meal that wasn’t worth the price. Two appetizers alone cost $30. The lettuce wraps tasted burnt and the dynamite shrimp looked beautiful but didn’t taste the same. We then also decided to try $16.99 dinner special: the firecracker shrimp and Mongolian beef. We were so disappointed because was our anniversary and weren’t happy with the meal or the price we ended up paying. The manager was gracious in talking with us and took off the dessert but I wouldn’t go back to eat. It’s not worth it. I’ll only be ordering the egg roll banana dessert to go. Don’t spend your money here it’s not worth it. We’ve been coming for over 15 years and quality has gone done immensely over time. The staff was great though.

I don't usually do bad reviews but tonight taking my wife to dinner was horrible. Waitress "training" someone couldn't get the drinks out on time. Forgot about getting myself utensils. Waiting forever for our drinks, the food wasn't what it had been before and to top it off the restaurant wasn't even busy to lack on checking on us. We had leftovers and didn't even offer a container to go. Drove 40 minutes to get this type of service. I'm sure this isn't the restaurant in general.... left very disappointed after spending over $100 dollars here.
My waitress was amazing. Her name was Tanisha. We went on Valentine’s Day 214 2026. This was during I guess a late lunch 1:22 PM the kitchen staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. We had to send back our fried potstickers three times because they kept putting chives on them over and over we ended up having to get them to go because we had already ate our meal by the time they’re ready again and no this restaurant was not busy. They messed up my husband‘s food twice. He had to wait for his chicken and shrimp which was it was a sweet and spicy meal, which is not that hard but they messed it up somehow overall the kitchen needs to stop doing what they’re doing. They need to get retrained or something. I have gotten Dan Dan noodles for the past 15 years and I have never gotten cilantro on it but now they’re putting cilantro all over it, which is crazy cause it doesn’t go. It’s not a match. It’s horrific. I will probably never ever visit this restaurant again not due to my waitress cause she was amazing. She tried so very hard but the kitchen staff the cooks they have no idea what they’re doing is very frustrating.
Don’t bother...zero stars not an option. I made a reservation 3 Weeks ahead. I called the day before to confirm the reservation. Spent 15 min on the phone between being on hold and actually confirming. When I checked in 5 min before the reservation time, i was told it would be at least an hour wait to be seated. There is no excuse for a hospitality business to fail so miserably in this regard. Their food has been going downhill for a while but our daughter is a fan. Management is horrible. Never again.
New Year's Eve and it wasn't too busy although the wait was a process. Host didn't seem to know what tables were open. We set at the bar to wait and wasn't asked for drink order for 20 minutes although there were 2 bartenders who weren't that busy. Just as they asked for our order our table was ready. They didn't offer to have our drinks sent over to table either. We had waiter come and we ordered drinks. And appetizer. Noticed the table was wet underneath plates and moved to corner and underneath the light we see how dirty the plates are and the wine glasses were very spotted. Just thought this was more upscale place but we were wrong. My date was embarrassed to have brought me here. We got the appetizer then entree and still no soup or drinks. Manager finally brought the soup and apologized for the wait. The soup was not good at all I can get better at a fast food Chinese restaurant. Our drinks were finally delivered and I ordered a lemon drop martini which was in a high ball glass with no sugar on the rim. We asked what it was and he said they were out of martini glasses and we mentioned no sugar on rim and he took it back and had sugar put on rim. My dates drink was awful and we opted to just drink water. My entree had chicken that was rubbery.
Made reservations for a 50th birthday. Everything was great until we were seated. 1. 10 minutes for greeting and water on the table. 2. Once drinks and apps were ordered, 40 minutes to arrive at table. 3. Entrees at 1:15 minutes after speaking to a manger and ALL the food came out luke warm. To top it off, of course the bill was gratted at 20%. I understand that servers survive on their tips, but they need to be earned. These weren't!!! Very dissatisfied.
This restaurant has always been one of my favorite places to eat, and I’ve had many great experiences here. That’s why I was especially excited to bring my younger daughter last week for a long-awaited mommy-daughter date. Unfortunately, our visit didn’t go as hoped. We waited nearly 20–30 minutes before anyone took our order, and while the server wrote everything down, it seemed like he was struggling—which affected the entire experience. Our two appetizers never arrived before the meal, and only one came after dinner. Even then, it wasn’t what we ordered, so it had to be remade and was finally brought out during dessert—after we asked three separate times. Drink refills were offered but forgotten twice, and I never received my dessert. I also had to ask twice for my daughter’s dessert, which felt like we were inconveniencing the staff rather than being served. The manager kindly offered to waive the appetizer cost due to all the issues—but that was never done either. I don’t mind paying, but please don’t offer something you’re not prepared to follow through on. To add to the frustration, it was lunchtime and the restaurant had two large tables seated, but only two servers, three or four people bussing tables, and one greeter. I’m not sure what needs to change operationally, but the lack of support clearly impacted service. I left feeling like I wasted my money that day and should have chosen a different restaurant. I also placed a to-go order for an appetizer, which came with just three small pieces of lettuce on the side—something I know is not standard. It felt rushed and careless, adding to the overall disappointment. I’m sharing this because I truly love this place and want to see it continue to thrive. I hope this feedback helps improve service consistency so that future visits reflect the quality we’ve come to expect.
They are DISGUSTING!! My wife ordered their Mongolian beef yesterday for me. When I ate it almost half of it, I realized a dead fly in the food. I called them and spoke with their manager and requested that I want to talk to their legal department. She promised me that they will call but they did not call me. They did not even offer money back or replace the food. I complained to the fort worth health department and their guy went there to look around and found out that they are leaving their food and sauces exposed. So the health department encouraged them to not leave the food exposed. They never fined them either. So I wanted to share this with public so they can know what they are eating since nothing happens even after informing the health department or PF Changs themselves. Please do not eat food contaminated with flies like I did and waste your money and health. Thanks!
