I showed up a year ago, and service as well as the staff it self were a bit lost. ^ months ago their service got better. Now another 6 months later, Finally they have stepped up their game to another LEVEL, well Worthy to be a Restaurant of ANDARES. Well qualified and trained Waiters, and even with the most insignificant mistake the Floor Manager will be there to handle the situation in the most friendly way to please you. I had the Cheese Burger, one of the best Burgers I have tried in Guadalajara. In a nut shell a very pleasant lunch at this place and 0 (zero) complains. A place worth Visiting for Casual Food and great environment. Family oriented.

Excellent place for meat lovers Staff is helpful and very courteous They helped us out for our order and gave good suggestions Ambience is great They give fresh bread with butter in the start Portion size for the dishes is adequate along with the sides Steaks tastes great Would love to visit again

I had a delicious carpaccio, the service is pretty nice and the location very convenient. I really recommend it to have a nice meal.

Let's start by saying that they have improved their overall performance since my last visit some years ago. Food quality was also noticeable better. Great staff! All the space needs a refreshment

the place used to be good, they lowered they food quality, the service was bad the left the table dirty until I asked to them for a cleaning.

How hard is it to get the Australian flag correct. Good steak, cold beer and friendly staff. I would give you 4 stars but the Australian flag is missing a star!

Queensland Salad was terrible. The grilled chicken wasn't cooked well. It was partly raw! Also the salad was not made as they get order. It's a prepared salad, so all the ingredients are not fresh at all. Very disappointing. Also the waiter who makes drinks put a tip jar on the table that he brings in front of me. It was very uncomfortable. It supposed to be included in the 10% tip I paid with the bill. So he shouldn't ask additional tip for himself. The food and service are not worth the price they charge.
