This Starbucks is always on point, super fast, and the staff is so nice! I love their holiday drinks but in the summer it is Matcha Green Tea lattes and Iced Passion Tea for us! So YUM! They have the cutest strawberry cake pops right now. Highly recommend!
Ledgestone is my favorite location. Everyone is always very friendly and strive to give you a good experience. Their drinks are on point. I do wish corporate would bring back the turkey pesto sandwich though.

This is by far the best Starbucks that I have ever been to! I was traveling from Houston, and the service was impeccable! I was greeted the minute I walked in the door and given a warm goodbye on my way out! Every employee was super sweet, and Dany, Devyn, and Rickie (Sorry if I misspelled) were so patient with my complicated order and made it beyond perfect! I would 100% recommend this Starbucks to anyone! If you’re looking for efficient, wonderful service and a dang good coffee, this is the location to go to!
Edit: I’m so glad they took those weird cameras away! Everyone that works at this location is fantastic. They deserve a better environment than that. Thank you for giving your employees more dignity and respect. Orig: Why is there a camera showing the employees in the drive through now? It seems so controlling over your staff. They should have the freedom to roll their eyes at stupid customers in privacy. Working drive through is a busy job. Let them just do it without having it broadcast. Weird move, Starbucks.
This was absolutely the best customer service I have ever received. I came in with a difficult order, because my wife and I due to religious reasons don't drink coffee. (Ironic at a coffee shop, I know.) But we enjoy all of their non coffee items. Pete who helped me with my order was beyond generous and accommodating to the situation and made me feel taken care of despite having a difficult customization for one of their fall drinks.
My coffee was prepared just as I ordered it. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I asked for the a venti lavender oat milk matcha which usually has a lot of lavender foam but I got this. It’s like she waited to see if I was going to tip to see how much I was going to receive. I asked for more and she just said it sunk in???

This is the second time this week we have been treated rudely. Two days ago the "kid" at the window scolded my husband (who had never done a Starbucks drive-thru pick up) for not stopping at the speaker. There was NO ONE in line! He then made us pull around to the front to wait for our drinks that we had ordered 10 minutes before. They were not busy and still had no one in line. Today, I ordered my usual, that I have been ordering since it came out, with light ice, and it was all coconut milk with no flavor. They girl raised her voice and told me that "when you order light ice we add extra coconut milk." Which I know is NOT the truth. I do like extra coconut milk, but I would like it to have some flavor as it usually does. Honestly, I think she just forgot to put the flavoring in the first time, because it was all white. She didnt have to raise her voice. She could have just said, "sorry, let me try again." No biggie. They were busy today, I wouldn't have had an issue with a little "oops." I've been coming here for several years now. It's always been one of my favorites. I don't know what has happened, but in the last month they are no longer the friendly, helpful Starbucks I came to love. There are plenty of other Starbucks around. I dont have to go to this one, and no longer will.

Dear friends, I thought that today was a good day, but apparently we thought trying a new Starbucks was a great idea. Wrong choice. My eldest loves Starbucks and goes there about 2-3 times a month. She usually orders the Tall Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher, which is very good every time she gets it. Today, she decided to get it Tall again, and then after we ordered she decided to get a Grande. We went back to the window and told them our change. I also ordered a Grande Vanilla Latte myself. The lady was nice enough to accept the change. We pulled up to the next window to receive our order and waiting for our drinks. The lady handed over our supposed to be Grande drink, but it was tall. She said something to another person, and took back the drink. Thankfully, they made it a Grande, just as we had asked for it at the window. As we waited, the handed back my drink, and I took a first sip. My supposed to be vanilla latte turned out to be a Grande Hot Chocolate. Wow. I asked her if it was a vanilla latte, just for clarification. She said yes, so I opened it up and showed it to her. Hot chocolate. She took it back, and gave back the new Grande Lemonade my eldest wanted, then the latte. We love Starbucks, and know it could have been better. I wish they would have gave us a refund. We will give you another chance, Starbucks.

Came through this morning around 9:20am and ordered a grande matcha, with oat milk, 2 pumps of brown sugar & 1 pump of vanilla . The whole drink was nasty and made incorrectly. The lady at the window , was very rude as if she couldn’t speak at all . So I decided to go back through the line to get my drink remade and it was still done incorrectly. The issue is that I’m having is that you shouldn’t have anyone on the line making drinks if you are no able to make the drink . You guys are too expensive to be playing with people drinks . This has happened twice before but this will be my last coming to this location !! I need a refund !

After that she sent the red head guy to give me my drinks that were awfully made. My daughter’s COOKIE CRUMBLE Frappuccino had NO whip cream, yet they didn’t let me know that before I paid for that drink. & this drink comes with it on top and bottom Second my matcha wasn’t even well mixed clumpy everywhere. & then Didn’t give me straws for Frappuccino’s!!! ???

We came here for a drink there was a dead carcass of a fly in our drink we then went there to see flies all over the pastries mind you we drunk the coffee and took pictures before and after we realized what happened this is absolutely wild and disgusting this incident made me literally never want Starbucks.
One of the rudest if not the rudest interactions I have ever had at a Starbucks. I was going through the drive thru with my elderly grandma and the girl at the window was extremely rude. She put the machine out the window for my grandma to use her card and it was asking for a tip and my grandma was having a hard time reading it and the girl barely even looked at her or tried to help her. I had to reach across the car and help her! Then my grandma forgot to ask for a pup cup and so she asked at the window and when the girl came back with it she was extremely rude to my elderly grandma about it and then slammed the window practically in her face! She also never asked if we wanted a receipt at the end of the transaction. Never going back to this Starbucks if this is how they treat their customers.
I've never waited in a drive thru lines longer than I waited in this one. Do NOT go to this location. They didn't even apologize for the extra long wait, so I'm guessing that's normal for this location. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.
This location is trash!! The service is horrible it’s like they wait and see if you’re going to leave a tip in the drive through before they decide if your drink will be good or not. I’ve been here twice and the last time I ordered a matcha with cold foam. They gave me 4 ice cubes in my drink and more cold foam than matcha. It was absolutely disgusting but I had no time to argue since I had to get to my destination. Do better!!! Get better staff or re-teach the menu items 🤷♀️

It was extremely busy and didn’t expect my drinks to made right away, which is I why I went inside, but 45 minutes for two drinks!?! Customer service, and common sense lacked from the workers. I guess a lot of moms stare and wait by the counter for fun? I could not believe the amount of people that got their drinks before me. Just rude and not like Starbucks at all. Not that these workers care, but I’ll definitely not return to this location. Hulen & DONNELLY will always be my Hulen st. go to.

Update July 2025: The company needs to rethink their mobile order strategy. Mobile ordering is supposed to be more convenient for EVERYONE. However, this location stands behind a “policy” which makes customers who have ordered online leave the drive thru and go back after 12 minutes??? Even if there’s no one in line??? Also.. the app is giving estimated wait times of 4-10 minutes… where of this location getting 12 minutes from??? I’m so confused at this terrible business practice. I think it’s just because this location is poorly managed and slow as molasses. Super friendly staff, but this location is sooo slow!
