I love this place! The wings, waffle fries, chicken sandwiches are delicious. One of the best, if not the best wings if compared to the other franchises. Chicken Sandwich is 10x better than chick-fil-a. Great customer service and very friendly. They truly care about providing quality service and quality food.

Clean place with great wings. I ordered bone in meal with the loaded street corn and it was excellent. Husband said his boneless wings were too saucy and the texture got too soft for him to enjoy. Staff was kind too us but seemed rude to the black folk that came in. They asked for extra sauce and a drink and I felt they were unkind and demeaning towards them charging them more. I would of happily gave them my extra ranch. I would work on loving others as you love yourself and making sure to ask before the order is done if they want extra sauce or need another drink depending on their party size. Thank you!

First time going and thr food was really good. The tenders were huge! Great flavor and full of meat. Loaded fries were very good as well. Well definitely be back. I think the location we went to just opened because the service was very slow and it wasn't busy at all but it was still good food and a great experience.

**EDIT** changed to 4 star I have gone back a couple times — I ate in house and the wings were much better. While I still wish I would have received a refund or a replacement order for the 1st time that was so bad — service and food on my return visits have been great! I was looking forward to trying this place and the mild wings in my order were good! The lemon pepper on the other hand (my favorite) were not. As you can see from the picture they were so over seasoned that they were inedible— I tried because, lord knows I wasn’t trying to waste that kind of money, but I tried to wipe them with a napkin and still couldn’t eat them. It was disappointing to say the least. :(

Wing It On in Fort Worth offers a fun vibe with a solid selection of wings, but the food was a bit overcooked, leaving it less juicy than expected. The restaurant’s cleanliness could use improvement, as the dining area felt neglected. While the staff was present, they seemed disengaged, hanging around as if waiting for us to leave so they could return to lounging, though that was just the impression I got.

Good flavor but the wings and drums are the smallest we have ever seen. Ordered a 30 wing family pack and didn’t have one that was of normal size. Most were smaller than a packet of ketchup.

Ive been coming here since they first open they use to be really good but they went down hill for-sure. The last 3 time I got my wings they been dry and hard to eat like they’re over cooked or old. I love the sauces but today again my food was hard and dry. I live 4 mins up the street and I order at the counter and waited just to see would it make a differences it didn’t I put it in the trash and ate the fries. Never again

I'm glad other people had better experiences than I did. I got a chicken sandwich and it was hands down the nastiest/most bland chicken I've ever had. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I could not taste any garlic at all. I will not be returning. The fries were not good either...the entire overly priced meal was a hot mess.

Bit disappointed. Ordered wings of prey (highest spicy level) and it barely had any flavor. The fries are dry and flavorless as well, can be just an off day based on everyone else’s review.

I came in and ordered 20 wings with four different sauces. I also ordered a chicken sandwich with pickles only. What I got was 20 wings with two sauces and they were drenched to the point that they were so soggy. Also, the chicken sandwich was covered in mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, etc. I specifically told the lady I don’t want anything on it except pickles and dry.. A waste of $42.00. Don’t go to this place because they do not listen to the order you make, and they don’t care about the quality of their food.

I never leave reviews...but... I tried this place for the first time and it's terrible. The chicken was chewy. The bread was chewy where it wasn't soggy. Awful. The tenders were chewy as well... I don't understand how this place has any high reviews. Nothing tasted good and I am not a picky eater!! Wasted 25$.

Chicken was hard and chewy, burnt, and lacked flavor. The fries were cold. Overall a bad experience here for the second time. The first time I went I saw a worker coughing all over the place and I had to leave. The food sealed the deal. Don’t see myself coming back. Even if I wanted some wings, I don’t know if i’d come here. Plus, these were not worth the money, more on the pricier side.
