Good place, fresh donuts even toward 12am when I wanted one.I been to Winchells in 3 cities and states, they've all been delicious. I feel they're some of the best donuts and the 24 hour thing can't be beat.

Great Donuts but no raspberry jelly-filled! That's atrocious! Only kidding they're a favorite so they go fast. I've always loved Winchell's Donuts they have a taste all their own.

Hands down, I think Winchell’s is the best donut shop in this area. Not gonna lie, but their donut holes rock. The dough inside is thick, soft and crunchy on the outside; thus the perfect combination. It’s not stale like other local donuts I’ve tried. The sweetness is on point. It’s not too sweet, and it’s not too plain. The Donuttery and Krispy Kreme can’t even compare to this. What I ordered in the picture is a chocolate glazed and a banana milkshake. Normally I’d get strawberry, but since they didn’t have it yesterday, I wanted to try something new. I was a bit disappointed because it didn’t taste as good as I expected. The consistency is good though. It tasted more like a plain vanilla mixed with some milkshake base, but it’d be good for diet. I haven’t tried their breakfast menu yet, so I have no say on that.

I didn't go in for their donuts so I can't review that item. I actually went in hoping that I could get a deli-type sandwich. Weird, I know. Great place to indulge in some basic guilty pleasures. Donuts never seem to be stale, although coffee needs to be a little bolder. I do enjoy their breakfast sandwiches. They are made fresh upon order. They can be ordered on a croissant or bagel. Seating is always available.

Great breakfast bagel with natural O.J, that was really sweet, absolutely a great way to begin the day. Their selection is good in their sandwiches and bagels plus 39 varieties of donuts, so for 9.00 bucks you get your prefer bagel, your OJ or coffee and your prefer regular donut as well. Also for lunch very good specials, need to check them out.

Its a hit and miss!. I give it those stars, because their products are good. You have some people that provide great customer service "no problem!" Others act like your bothering them! Theres times I've walked in, and stood there for a good few min., said, "Hello" had to bang their counter to get their attention. Few min later, they come out mad! Why?? Other times, ive just walked out. I'd rather go 10min the other way, than deal w/poor service/attitudes! The freway is just right there!Too! Can't name-names, because they dont wear name tags. FYI..Pay attention to your receipts.[Added lil charges] they tried that on me.Bad at answering their phones too!

The donuts are what I expected bomb tasty and super sweet. But the service was sour I don't know if somebody didn't show To work today but the lady who helped me and my girlfriend is rude And I don't think she knew how to make our Chilla drinks Because I've had the mocha Caramel before and what she served me was Not good at all. I actually threw it away After taking a few Sips of it. Lady didn't smile She had no personality just very aggressive Unhappy with her job

The donuts were ok, and I know it said that there could be an "assortment based on availability" on the Postmates app, but the order still implied it would all be donuts, which it wasn't. It was donuts and other random pasteries they fit in the box with them and a bag on the side. Granted, they gave an extra pastry to make up for it and it wasn't pastries that I dislike, it's just not really what I ordered and that annoyed me a little.

The lady behind the counter wasn't very friendly. She was trying to rush me to order. And when I said I needed a minute she got frustrated. I started I was looking at the lunch specials. I called her over to let her know I was ready and I wanted one of the chicken sandwiches combo. She rung me up and gave me the sandwich and when I ask what the drink and chips. She said no you just asked for the sandwich. Never said let me fix it or let me change you for what you like. Just said you got your sandwich and just ignored me.

Definitely was NOT the best experience I've ever had going to pick up doughnuts 🍩 in the morning. The cashier was definitely not friendly or very chipper.. to say the LEAST. She tried to short me on my change until I politely corrected her to which she replied with a grunt and actually had the audacity to DROP the rest of the change I was due onto the counter. Um.. 😐

So rude and bad service I went for. A breakfast sandwich and this gentle was so rude and also just speaking Spanish playing around w the guy that was in back of him it was Sunday morning 3/12/23. Like I say before I don’t know if they change owners or is user new management but terrible service.

Bad attitudes. Won't serve you if you don't wear a mask. Left with my 5 kids. Donut Star has just as great donuts. Way better attitudes. Don't care if you don't muzzle your children.

I came in to pick up an online order tonight for a delivery app and the employee pretended that she didn’t know what the app was and kept asking me when I myself made the order. I just don’t get it. You do not get these orders unless you have a pad with a registered account. The more I tried to explain why I was there, the more short she got with me. Smh. Absolutely ridiculous.

The cashier working wasn't friendly at all, and insisted she couldnt add ice to hot chocolate (for my kid), but eventually did. She acted like she didn't understand what I was saying. I don't understand what the actual problem was lol. Also I asked for advertised 32 oz drinks (ordered 4 drinks total) and I got 16-20 drinks instead.

How long does it take to make a 6:50 dollar ham and cheese. More than 10 mins is not ok

I get it no one like homeless people, but at the end of the day they’re still HUMANS. As I pull up I see a homeless man. You could tell he wasn’t sure to walk in or not, he does. I walked in to get my brother a coffee and donut. As I’m ordering my stuff a lady says to the homeless man you can’t order here get out… he had his money. He wasn’t begging. I just can’t believe the employees did this to a poor hungry man. Winchell corporate you need to do better.

The worst experience kinda embarrassing just for a paper cup, no coffee just the paper cup is all I wanted but they were charging me full price for a cup. And I wanted no coffee or ice nor water, nothing like that. I just needed an extra paper cup for my 2 yr old son that wanted some orange juice and wanted to water it down with his water. There was also a big line behind me waiting but they wanted to make it difficult for me, It’s embarrassing to say but with me already purchasing 30$ worth of stuff I really thought this place was great but man I was wrong. They were rude and unprofessional.

The donuts where good but couldn’t sit and enjoy them without the rude tall lady with a mole on her face sweeping trash on my feet and slamming all the chairs and tables as she moves them to clean. You can tell she hates her job. Not a good atmosphere.

Drove from Aliso Viejo for a turkey croissant and we get there and the toaster was not working 🤦‍♀️, very disappointed they didn’t even want to make it without it being toasted. I will not be returning to this specific Winchells location.

Gross machine made everything. This place has no soul. For when you're really hating your life and just want to fill up on calories and cry into the void for hours on end. Don't forget to take a moment to sit on seats dusted with the leavings of others and tables that come with cakes of crumbs. Delicious, unambiguous, lask of care for customers

I called to ask them questions about my stolen credit card that was used there on August 2, 2022 and nobody speaks english. Really Winchells/Yum Yum donuts? That's appalling to say the least. Is this business only for the people who speak the workers language? It seems that way. They can't communicate nor understand English. How can they help customers that speak only English? Customer service is obviously not a priority for this company.

On this Wednesday night I met the rudest employee I have ever encountered. She seemed to be upset I came into the store to order while she was in the back doing something. Took her forever to come out then she came out with this attitude. I just left because that was just crazy and ridiculous. I will never return. You shouldn't either.

We were parked near the door when we watched an older woman, carrying a large box of donuts and 2 drinks, trip and fall as she was walking out the door. Two nearby construction workers ran over and helped her up. She slowly carried her crushed box of donuts and 2 basically empty cups to her car. There were 2 young ladies behind the counter who were actively watching the entire situation unfold and they did absolutely nothing. One of the employees even craned her neck to get a better look, stared at the woman, and showed zero empathy. No one offered to refill her drinks or get her some fresh donuts, check to see if she was ok, nothing. We were so disgusted by this exchange that we decided we will never be returning here. Doesn't matter how good your food is if you can't be decent human beings.

Those girls are lazy. I alway went to this place I ordered pastrami bagel tonight . they give me less meat than I have before they get stingy on the products so am very very very unhappy. I also brought some drink it is not Mexican spicy
