I'm not a Wendy's person. But was pleasantly surprised with a 5$ biggie box. Filled me up quite well.

This place has historically been infamous for having the rudest drive-thru night staff. There's a gentleman who works at night these days, idk if he's a manager or ordinary worker, but he is very professional and polite. Should've gotten his name. Give that man a promotion, because he's dramatically improved this Wendy's image.

Your average wait time for picking up a delivery. However, someone who was standing in line waiting to order left because they took too long. She was at tje front of the line. Just order to pickup because they make those orders first.

I really like this Wendy's. Their food is always fresh. Always nice and professional when taking your order. Plus I love that wendys app always gives me coupons. It had a drive thru but u can dine in if you like.

The team members were very polite, attentive and dispatched my order in a quick manner. The value of the meal was worth it. I recommend this place. The area is beautiful.

The manager was AMAZING!!! The whole restaurant was clean, neat, and well kept. The employees were friendly and prompt. The manager at the front was nice to his staff and went above and beyond to make the staff feel appreciated and the customers as well. He addressed the customers by name unlike other places and made it a well worthwhile visit.

Best Drive through in the area for Wendy’s better than Elmont and West Hempstead hardly ever misses anything on your order

The staff here are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Mike the manager and Alisha the shift manager. I brought 14 noisy kids there to eat for my son’s 8th birthday and they did everything they could to accommodate us and make everyone happy. It was a great day, thanks to a great staff.

I’m impressed with how the manager stays on top of everything. My food arrived quickly and was delicious!

Its delicious. I had the bacon cheese burger junior, dad had chili and a regular hamburger. We ordered fries and onion rings, they were great. The service was fast for a take out order, and food was still hot when I got home. Granted it's only 5-6 block away from me. The place was clean inside and out. I like that in a place I am taking out or eating in. I took out this order.

The food was great and the service was fast. The manager even helped me customize my order to a meal which came out cheaper than originally suggested.

Wendy’s is exactly as you would expect it to be. I went at 2am with a few friends. We were debating where to go and at 2am there aren’t tons of options. Whether it’s 2am or 2pm Wendy’s is always a good go to. Pricing is good. Service was good. Quality was good. Exactly as expected when going to Wendy’s. Batman approved.

I go there 9 times out of 10 whenever I get fast food. The service is quite quick, the staff are nice enough. The food is also nice. Would definitely recommend if you need some quick lunch or dinner

Looking for breakfast in a pinch. The app was crashing and I couldn't order ahead, but fortunately they were open. Used the scanner to redeem a free breakfast baconator, which was DELICIOUS. The lovely lady behind the counter gave me the $1 biscuit deal without even asking me 💕. Restaurant looked clean, and the food was definitely fresh, not left over from yesterday. I don't live around here but for those who do, I strongly suggest!

Overall great service, cleanliness and food quality but wait times are very long at peak hours and they once forgot one of my items at the drive thru.

One time my burger wasnt cooked. Every other time (which is often) the food is fresh and hot. Their breakfast is good although I wish they would open the lobby earlier. Only the drive thru is open in the early morning so it limits who can get breakfast if you dont have a car. My kids often ask but we cant wait because they have school.

Instead of a mobile order, I went inside to use the "facilities". Bathroom was meh, papers on the floor but nothing horrid. Ordered my food but cashier was in a rush, giving me my total after every item like I was going too slow. Food was good, first time having apple pecan chicken salad. But had to go back because they forgot nuggets in my 4 for 4. Outside of that cashier, things were good.

I normally eat at this location and I prefer a Wendy's burger but this time the burger tasted bland. I was disappointed. We did have a big order and everyone else didn't make any complaints. So I don't know if they were happy with their food or not.

Can often get very busy. Staff isn't always so pleasant. It's a hit or miss with this wendy's, fries aren't always fresh and my sandwich I recently ordered wasn't cooked entirely through. From experience I can say, the drive through you get better food and service.

It's fast food. Depending on how the staff feel you might good or bad fries. Just go when they still got energy. Not on your 2am drinking binge. Although those sandwiches slap after a few brews 🍻 cheers.

Used to be great. This is the third time in a month with the drive through that my order is wrong. Correct number of items but the items themselves are wrong.

Hadn't been here in a while. I Remember the food tasting better back then. Tried their jalapeño spicy chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed. It was just a S.A.D. looking sandwich N tasted bad. Prior to that had tried their 2 for $5 special, again was disappointed. Burger King's deal is better. Also a lady came into the store complaining that she never got her fries thru the Drive-thru. Lady left w/o her food she was so mad. Meanwhile there were 4 workers eating in the store. I don't know what's going on in this store.

throughu went through the drive thru. Service was rushed. I asked about strawberry syrup for ice cream the question was answered no with no alternative given. Wendy's provides training to staff (computer) however the training is also rushed because it's during their work time. How do I know...I used to work for Wendy's and provided great customer service not due to their online training courses there but because of my previous work experiences else where. Yes it's important to flip burgers fry fries and get the customer's in and out but... Getting customers IN is key (to making money) what gets the customer's in and keep them coming? Satisfied customer service. Staff members need month to month face to face training. Computers are being relied on more and more. Not good for quality service.

The Food has always been perfect and I've never had an issue, however no one working there can get my order right, it's on a screen and I ordered ahead, yet I'm down somethings. Confusing for no reason 😕.

A very run-down store with incredibly cheap furniture that reminded me of elementary school. The tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day and the condiment rack was completely and totally empty. They stuffed the bag with napkins, but none were available in the seating area.

I had to wait at the drive through for about 5 minutes before the employee took my order. Then instead of paying attention to me he was talking to the employee's inside the store. I asked for a fish sandwich, he said chicken. Although I corrected him 3 times, he still gave me a chicken sandwich. I ordered two 10 pieces nuggets and recieved no sauce with them. I also ordered to full size salads and got only one dressing. Also I had to wait for him to take payment and to bring us the food. All this while there were no customers inside or at the drive through. Its the same situation all the time.

The food is mid but the customer service is even worse. Ashley really put the cherry on top with this with her attitude in placing an order for spicy nuggets.

Junior double stack, no cheese & a 4 pc chicken nugget. Every time without fail they give me cheese. Every time. I'll even confirm no cheese before I take the food & drive off... but always cheese cheese cheese. They love cheese.... oh & never a straw for the drink.

At approximately 9:30 p. m., I came through the drive thru and the staff did not have any gloves on. They were all young and probably do not realize during this Pandemic, how they can be infected and transmit the Caronovirus. Who knows how many people they have infected tonight. I immediately went home , sprayed my car the money, the bags and my car with a Disinfectant. I threw some of the food away and washed my hands. I will never go through a drive- thru again. Please educate your staff on how they can protect themselves and others, they may come into contact with.

Worst night staff to ever work somewhere. Nasty and cannot take a moment to fulfill an order properly. Sandwich bread was bitten and sour cream and chive potato was plain. They also forgot one sandwich. Someone people shouldn’t have a job.

Just got a meal through this location through the drive-thru. My wife and I were rushed on ordering, at least asked 3 times in a minute if we were ready. We ordered 2 bacon cheddar burgers and 1 of the new hot honey chicken sandwiches. Pulled up the window and they didn't say a word, handed my wife back her card with no recipt whatsoever, which we didnt realize til we got home. We checked our meals once we got home, we got 3 chicken sandwiches instead of what we ordered. I understand times are hard right now, just this is ridiculous

Last night worst experience with manager Lucia Tavares...absolutely unprofessional. The item I purchased was prepared incorrectly and I requested to either receive a new item or a refund. She refused to do either and threw the item I purchased in the garbage. When I asked for the item back she told me it was in the dumpster outside and I could go get it from there. Needless to say this response from her did not end on a nice note. I have been patronizing this business for quite some time and would never have expected this from a manager. Her staff looked extremely uncomfortable with her antics so this is probably not the first time she has behaved in such a manner. Shame on you Lucia Tavares unfit manager.

The late staff is a mess at the drive in. I order a kids meal and they told me because I ordered apple bites I couldn’t get French fires for her meal, which I think it’s absolutely ridiculous. Since when does a kids meal doesn’t have French fries .....smh and to make matters worst they didn’t give me the frosty that comes with the meal. Even the manager is useless.

We ordered 12 nuggets and they instead gave us four nuggets. We also ordered a frosty and they did not give us a straw or a spoon. When we turned around and told them, they did not offer any apologies and told us we should have made an additional order at the intercom, even though we did.

Ordered on the drive through and the lady was pretty rude when I asked for two plain chicken sandwich combos. Then, they gave me the wrong amount of change when I used a coupon and asked them to give me the correct amount of change. They told me they couldn't do that and that I had to use the coupon next time. Also, the plain chicken sandwiches I ordered had everything on them. 0/10 but I guess thats what you expect from people who work minimum wage for a living.

I ordered a salad and realized it would be a good idea to have a small cup of water on hand just in case something went down the wrong way. So I asked the manager Alecia if I could please have a small cup for water and she replied that she couldn't do that as per her manager because the water and soda machine was on the other side of the counter. So I replied then come around the counter and watch me fill it if you don't trust me she replied that she couldn't under orders from her manager. I asked her what her manager's name was who gave the order. She replied his name is Anthony. Well Anthony, I don't believe that is ethical or legal to do in a restaurant. However I will not be patronizing your store anymore and I recommend others to do the same! 👍🏻

Why have a drive through, online ordering if everytime you are told to pull over and park or pull up and wait. There could be no one there and they still make you do this. Just close the drive through and have everyone come inside. This is the only Wendy’s that does this and because of this I will no longer spend my money here. And the employees have an attitude when you question it

Zero stars the Indian Guyanese or Trinidadian manager was so nasty. I just drove away from a drive up window. I presented the coupon and she mumbled unmentionables under her breath. I told her to keep the food. This is not the first time I had a problem with this place. Their customer service is out the window. Do not go here.

After placing a $45 order, I was given my order incomplete. Upon realizing that the order was missing items myself and the employee that brought out the food verified what was missing and she went in to get the missing items. After waiting several additional minutes a women comes out and with the most unprofessional, inexcusable attitude I have ever encountered demanded that I give her the bag so she can inspect it herself. After I politely asked why we had to do this again, because now the food I have is getting cold and I still don’t have the missing items, she puts her hand up to my face and tells me “she’s the store manager and she needs to check and I have to wait because we said we are missing items” As this is happening the girl who bagged the order came out and the manger turns to her and says “you messed up the order look now what I have to deal with”. At this point I was extremely upset and wanted nothing to do with her or that store. I got out of my car and went in so she could give me a full refund. All the while she is continuing to argue and be disrespectful to myself and my wife. I could only hope that no one has to ever experience such careless disrespect and unprofessionalism. Even “her” employees were disgusted with her attitude. I feel the worst for them. I hopefully never have to see that women again.

My friends and I were going to Wendy’s to get some food because we were hungry we walk up to the door and this Woman comes and says two at a time and we said okay and gave all of our money to two of our friends and we were okay and then, two boys came and they wouldn’t let them in, they were PAYING customers and they were denied services. We got our drinks and then we got kicked off the property just for standing there and they threatened to call the cops on us. This was very enraging and I felt discriminated against just because I wanted a tasty delight. I would not recommend going here. If your in the mood to get yelled at you should go here.

Hello. Normally I don’t write bad reviews. But I have to say about this Indian lady cashier. I was ordering food and she was slurring the words and half asleep. She looked very miserable. I know her. I asked for extra sour cream for my potato and she tells me it’s very expensive for the owner right now and she’ll just do me a favor and give me an extra one and I was willing to pay for the extra one. Then she throws it on my tray like she’s doing me a favor. I even gave a donation over here when I paid. She’s very nasty. What the manager needs to do is tell her to go home. The customer service was horrible. We shouldn’t have to experience this. Eating out is supposed to be fun. It’s 12:43 PM. That’s the time it happened. If she doesn’t like her job, she should find another one that is suitable for her besides customer service thanks for listening. Wendy’s is still my favorite restaurant, but The customer service needs to improve. I always say if somebody doesn’t like their job get another one. thanks for listening

EMPLOYEES ARE AWFUL!! This seems like recurring theme after reading the comments but the employees, particularly the male manager are horrible and very rude. They mess up and try to blame you and even curse at and call you broke when they attempt to charge you extra money for stuff. If you come here make sure to check your bill or better yet go somewhere else.

I’m telling you right now I went to the Wendy’s for the first time today I bought a five dollar biggie bag. The burger that they put on the bun was as thin as a slice of bologna. I never seen nothing like it in my life and it tasted disgusting so who’s ever doing that you need to stop or you’re gonna lose a lot of business cause I certainly am not going back there anymore.
