Messed up my food and then messed it up again after i went back to fix

This past weekend had wingstop in Nashville. Amazing how good it was. The last few times here the fry’s were cold the wings were limp and had very little sauce. Pure garbage at this location.

The person at the counter go my order wrong. Kept not understanding what I was saying when I inquired about a menu item. The guy didn't understand English. Awful experience. While I was waiting, I saw big flys zipping around the place. Totally unclean. The food the pretty bad as well. I'm surprised a place like this can even get the business it's getting with how bad it is.

Good wings, but removing Sweet Chili flavor was a big mistake, I won’t be ordering from this place again. If they bring it back, I will upgrade my review to 4 stars.

It's super bowl Sunday...so where do you go to get some wing let's go to Wingstop *Freeport...they didn't say hello.. first thing they ask is are you picking up...and then we are not talking orders at this time please come back at 7pm at this time it's only 5pm...so I say ok I'll come back...I get there @ 7pm to only be told that they are not taking orders at this time please try again at 8:00 p.m... moral of the story is that I wasted my time coming back to only to be told to come back with a attitude and a sarcastic gren just had to get that off my chest

Light skin black male who a manager or supervisor. Is very rude and has no customer service. He gonna toss my food on the counter and walk away. Very arrogant. I didn’t want to act a fool in the Resturant so I just walk away. He doesn’t need to work there. I have been there plenty of time and he has the same rude attitude. But today when he tossed my food that was it .

I've ordered wings from this place twice both times no season or flavor. I ordered lemon pepper and hot both time and it barely came with any season or sauce. The lemon pepper wings were like plain wings. I also requested for them to make sure they came with the right amount of seasoning and they still got it wrong. Go to a different wing stop this place sucks

I ordered from the Freeport location and 2 things were missing from my order. I was told I would receive an email with a refund and I have not received it. The 2 missing items were the things I wanted the most, Cajun corn and seasoned fries. I would never order online from this store again. They really should pay closer attention to their orders.

Worst customer service ever! 40 min for a chicken sandwich. Every time you ask they say “5 minutes” ! I ordered vegetables sticks that I assumed were fried , why ? because they were listed directly under the French fries . They weren’t listed near the dips, so why would I think they were raw?!! And they forgot the fries! All they gave us was a chicken sandwich and two free brownies. I guess we got free brownies , I guess that’s supposed to make me feel better ? It didn’t. Unbelievable! Plus they have so many door dashers standing around waiting for one or two orders while their first order is getting cold. Don’t stop here customer service is the worst I have seen ! I even pulled over to call the manager. She wanted to offer me credit but I told her We won’t be back!!

Absolutely done with this place. I've given it so many chances and they have failed each time. My fries are NEVER cooked through and I always order them 'well done'. They hardly get my order correct and I've been shorted wings before. I understand there is a wing shortage but my order yesterday was just tragic. Wings the size of a damn lego! I used the small bleu cheese dipping sauce for reference. Here is a pic of the wings I received...

$30 for this? Half of them tasted like fish. Cold and no dipping sauce…blame it on poor help because of the pandemic right?
