It was an amazing experience at Chatpatta Corner, run by a hardworking and welcoming family serving delicious vegetarian Indian food. The vibe and ambience is very family-friendly and makes you crave more for the typical desi street food. We enjoyed Pani Puri, Aloo Paratha, Tikki Choley, Dahi Papdi Sev Puri, Kachori with Chutney and Aloo Sabji, and the super-special Kulfi with Gulab Jamun! The variety they offer is truly amazing, and I have to come again to try the other delicacies! Check out more on my Instagram food page @veggie_central

The place has charm. The papdi chaat can run a little spicy if you order it so. Make sure to get onions with it.

This is one of the first chaat places that we have been to in Bay area... Auntie has been one of the first person's to start panipuri in the traditional style of delivering with her hands wearing clean gloves. Chaats are still pretty good and taste very homely. They maintain high quality food and have been doing a great job through covid too. Can't go wrong with any of the chats. Taste is pretty standard and everything is consistent in quality. I wouldn't say they taste the best, but there is nothing to complain about on any of the items either. Samosa chaat, Pani poori, Tikkis are all good!

We came to this restaurant after dentist visit next door. Great food options. They accept Apple pay. Ordered paratha, paneer thali, mango lassi, gulab jamun and samosa chaat.

This place has the best chole bhature and papdi chaat in the Bay Area. I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been incredibly tasty. It has a super casual vibe, perfect for chaat :)

I used to frequent this place in 2019/20 when I lived in the area. Visited today after about 5 years and it’s still the same great quality. Aunty ji keeps the place alive after these many years. Great feeling!

One of the best chat corner outside India. The flavours were awesome. Tried chole bhature, pani puri (it was excellent, so ate 2 servings), mixed chat & mango lassi. Everything tasted authentic.

Serving the best chaat I have had ever!! Even top places in Delhi and Bombay would have difficulty competing with the chaat from Chatpatta Corner

Delicious food. Tried the aloo tikki with dahi chutney, khasta kachori with aloo sabzi and few more items including stuffed paranthas. Very homely atmosphere.

This is an amazing food space. The food tastes homely. You may get a little upset for immediate service related needs - like water. They provide you with water, but you need to go to them each time you need more refills. We try to always take our own water bottle. But the food is amazing and the serve amazing pani puri.

Chatpata Corner is one of the best spots in the Bay Area for golgappas. Everything tastes super homemade — the pani and sauces feel like they’re made the way you’d make them at home. The flavors are really good, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. The puris are made fresh in-house, which makes a big difference. All their chaat items are solid, and this place is honestly a hidden gem. I even make the drive from the Tri-Valley at least once a month because it’s that good. Their parathas, chole bhature, and other chaat items are just as tasty. Definitely worth checking out if you love good chaat.

You want to try out this place if you like Pani puri. The paranthas are good but a need a little more seasoning. The spice level on the chat is also very low so you need to tell them if you like your chaat spicy. I tried the dahi kachori. It was good. Also my nephew likes the palak puri. You can see almost no oil which is really good and the serve it with potato curry which is okay. The falooda drink was nice too but I guess the vermicelli added to the drink was just a little bit undercooked.

An average experience. Boring location and ambience. Typical low key cheap setup and messy behind the counter. Pani puri is 10 and chole bhature is 12. How in the world does that happen. If pani puri is 10 then I would expect bhature to be 20-25 or Pani puri to be 3-5. Chole bhature comes with yogurt. That was new to me. The achar was meh. No lime or lemon. There are better options in the valley.

I tried Pani Puri and Kachori chaat. I liked the way how they serve live pani puri but I felt the pani tasteless. The Kachori in the chaat was good but again the other ingredients were not that good. I am going to definitely revisit them and try something else as their menu has a lot of choices.

Oh my god, it was bad. We ordered their specialty which is chat-dahi puri and masala puri. Dahi puri had unseasoned potatoes along with chana. It was only sweet, no spicy chutney. They used white onions which was strange to see in an Indian chat item. Masala puri is not the authentic Bangalore style masala puri if you’re looking for it. The choley masala used was stinky and we had to toss this whole thing. Complete waste of my 20 dollars. Customer service was rude, no customer service at all. Avoid if possible.

I don't think I ll eat Bhel Puri again after eating it here, drenched in sweet sauce and burried in nylon sev.

Went there to pick some food.. ordered 3 pani puri out of which 1 was mild order n other 2 were spicy but it was not good at all. Papri chaat was the best. I order the thali with paneer Sabji but she gave the thali without paneer. All the chats they provide the one chat curry. We ordered Dahi papdi chat which is worst I ever had so far in Bay Area. The just gave the raw curd which is really sour in taste and wasn’t able to eat at all. Wasted 60$ bucks on fine Saturday afternoon because of friend. He only suggested this place and realized that never go again. Sorry I guess we all need some other good place.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I ordered dahi kachori, samosa, and palak paneer — and unfortunately, everything was extremely disappointing. The kachori had no stuffing and was completely bland. The palak paneer lacked any flavor at all. The samosas were the worst of all — the filling tasted raw, with undercooked peas, overpowering raw spices, and plain boiled potato. It felt like no care had gone into the preparation. I spent $35 on this meal and truly regret it. This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Please be cautious before ordering.
