In total decline. Staff with little to do and therefore constantly on their phones, handling food and phones simultaneously. Neglected facilities, nothing like they used to be, with staff either alone or in small numbers.
The crepes and frappes were delicious, but the service was terrible. It took about 50 minutes to deliver my order, and when they delivered it, something was missing, so I had to wait even longer.
I personally love crepes, although I don't eat them very often. I recommend the tuna and chicken ones! Oh, and don't leave without trying and enjoying the delicious hot chocolate they sell there! Enjoy! Closed on Wednesdays, please.
Good food but poor service. The girl who served us was quite rude because I kept asking questions and making faces. The wait was very long.
We arrived to eat and although there were tables they were all dirty they hadn't collected the previous plates and glasses we had been there for a while when we thought it was our turn they told us they only take out here they can't serve you anymore and there were no more strawberries there were no more several 🥴
The floor and windows clearly showed signs of disrepair, and the furniture wasn't entirely clean, especially during this pandemic. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the service or the products because, after we had already sat down, we were told that the coffee machine was being repaired.
The food is delicious but it's full of cockroaches 😭🤮
