Great place, I was happy to see the good attitude from the employees, my family and I were greeted immediately by more than one employee. They made some suggestions, the food was delicious very fresh soft bread! I took notice to how clean they kept the dining area, as customers left they cleaned each table immediately and swept. Great job Capriotti staff. Keep up the hard work.
My first time going, i only went because i searched salad and this place popped up first. Service was awesome, again i didnt get her name ay ay ay. Maybe next time. She recommended a great salad balsamic chicken but i substituted for turkey and she gave me extra sauce to try them,I liked the chipotle ranch sauce. The shredded turkey was juicy, i did ask for olives and it was on the receipt but they forgot, it happens. I cant wait to go again and try the other salads and dressings and maybe a sandwhich as well.
Very fun interesting, food place in river park. Sandwiches were very tasty and I enjoyed it! It’s a very interesting Italian sandwich shop that everyone should try once.
Okay I loved their philly cheesesteak so much I've ordered it 2 more times and each time has been consistent so it's getting a 5! It is the best I've had in Fresno. I added mayonnaise and both the sweet and hot peppers along with the mushrooms and bell peppers it comes with and oh my goodness I'm in love! I tried the clam chowder and it was good as well.
Yum! First time there. We got half sandwiches. Super yum Small portions. Cappriotti's which was basically a Reuben without the rye bread. I got the philly cheese steak. It was okay, not full of mushroom and onion like I expected. Still very yummy. We recommend this awesome place.
This was my first time at Capriotti’s, I must say I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. I ordered the Bobbie and it was amazing, I have to say it was the best Turkey and Cranberry sandwich I have ever had. I will definitely be back! Thank you Capriotti’s.
I placed an order by phone and by the time I got to the restaurant it was ready! Friendly staff and amazing food as always!

Was my first there the other day. Was trying to get Uncle Harry's that is right next store to Caprotti's. They were closed so I went nextstore and tried Caprotti's. The sandwich I ordered was delicious, plus the staff was super friendly.
Great food and great service. We got home and our order was incorrect. The manager made new sandwiches that were ready the minute I got there and she was incredibly nice about everything. So nice to have service like this with how places are these days.

Best Sandwich in town! Clean establishment inside and out. Great parking, professional staff. The ingredients they use are top tier quality and they pile on those ingredients too big time. I've had most of their sandwiches except Tuna (me no likey) and you can't miss.

The Classic Philly, NO peppers, add mayo and tomatos - is the BOMB! The bread is so soft and fresh, the meat is cooked just right and all the cheese is melted and meshing with the mayo, tomato and mushrooms. Go for the 18" and split it with someone. Puts all the other sandwich shops to shame 😋

Have been wanting to try this award winning Sandwich shop for a long time , finally tried it today , ordered Impossible Cheese steak and Veggie Turkey ….. Impossible one was super yum . Good vegetarian options , cheerful staff , clean and prompt little place …. Had an awesome experience

Very nice and clean place. Turkey and stuffing sandwich was being sent to me via Instagram for a few weeks. Thought it was a place in the east coast. I was so excited it was actually down the street from me!!!! Wow!!!! Pulled up 30 mins before it closed. Ordered my sandwich and she could NOT serve me grave with it. Its suppose to be eaten with Gravy! Can you imagine that amazing turkey and stuffing sandwich being dipped in gravy???!!! Amazing. So I didn't order it. I was heartbroken. I ordered a pastami and coleslaw sandwich that was no good. Ordered the wrong thing. Im sure they have amazing sandwiches but they didn't value me as a customer. Merry Christmas you party poopers!!! What a let down. Here is the pic of what I was suppose to order. Imagine being dipped in gravy!!!??? Yum.

Food was great but overshadowed by their online "bait & switch" offer. Had I ordered in person, I would have received a free drink & chips. Apparently, when we order online, that deal disappears during the checkout process without warning. We brought this to the attention of the staff when we picked up our sandwiches, but they wouldn't give us the drink & chips (after spending about $35.00)
