Hands down, the best burger joint in town! Every bite is packed with flavor. The buns are perfectly toasted, the patties are juicy, and the toppings are spot on every time. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere makes you want to come back again and again. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out on the ultimate burger experience!

Very good customer service! Everyone that works there is friendly and they greet you every time you enter. I love their hamburgers, chili burgers and huge chicken tenders and steak fries! I've also just discovered their spicy ranch sauce, yummy! I used to get the chili burgers but now I get a burger and an entire cup of chili. Sometimes I MIGHT it share with my husband. Oh yeah, and I love their shakes. I'm not sure how they do it, but the hamburgers have great flavor. I'm not sure if it's the seasoning, sauce or the combo of it all including the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and not to mention the buns. The buns can actually make the difference as well and their burgers have it all. Oh, and I also love the diner type ambiance. Keep up the award winning combination of customer service and good food!

Wow! Best burger spot my family and I have had in Fresno. We travel to Fresno at least once a year, and we are happy to have come across this fast food restaurant today (3/27/25) The server, Malachy, was very kind, polite and friendly. He answered all our questions regarding the menu. Once we were eating, he checked in to see if we needed anything else. Other fast food restaurants don’t do this and/or lack greeting manners. Thank you Malachy! You made our time there even better 😊 Food was fresh and delicious! 😁😋 After we arrived, about 7 orders went in, from what I could see, and despite that, they made everything to order, and it was 100% accurate. Best of all, our food for 5 came out at the same time, awesome! Environment was clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place. (My children started eating right away, so I didn’t get to take a picture 😬)

Hands down, one of the best burger meals ever. Food came out fast, staff was friendly, I was asked during my meal if I needed anything (rare at a fast food spot). There’s a lot on this menu I need to explore! Highly recommended!

I love that they have a Beyond Burger, the portions on the fries are generous, and the shakes thick! What’s not to love? Aside from the food being delicious, the staff is always super friendly every time I’ve come in. This is definitely a go-to in the Fresno area for the great food and friendly staff.

If you like a good beef burger, the Colorado Grill is your place to be. They have quarter pound and half pound beef patties and you can combine them to make as much weight on the burgers you want. I've had both. I like half pound of beef and I get more cheese flavor with two quarter pound patties but I get much more beef flavor with one half pound patty. I love the fact they have multiple cheeses to choose from. Their steak fries are great. And the night that I was here the guys behind the counter were having fun in a good way laughing and yet getting work done in a really quick manner. It was a very nice experience. I recommend coming to this place.

Food is always fresh. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Top items I enjoy are their burgers, chicken strips and the different fries options. Their milkshakes are pretty good too. They also have halal patty options upon request which is great! This restaurant is worth checking out. 12.2022: first time coming back since the pandemic and the food was even more delicious than I had remembered.

Wow! Awesome burger joint🤤🍔. My husband and I definitely enjoyed our lunch😋😋. Looks clean, feels like the 90s type of place, staffs are friendly and nice. Fast ordering. Didn't have to wait long for my burgers and chilli fries, especially because it was lunch rush.

The experience was getting robbed. Don't go there. They closed the Shaw/West store but you can Google, call, order, be forced to pay up front THEN arrive and it's what they call a 'sister' store who will not honor the purchase made. So they kept the money and the food. Buyer beware with this place. I should have known it was shady when they demanded money up front for pickup. No one else does that.

I see so many 5 stars so we decided to try it. I don’t know how it got so many 5 stars. Only one other family there that were already seated. But they took forever to take our order. When our food was ready to be to be served, the waitress was talking over our food very loudly. Wouldn’t be surprised if she sprayed our food with all that loud talking. I didnt have the burger but my son (who loves burgers) did and he didn’t like it. The fries were overly salty. My chicken strips were overcooked so it was hard. The water from the fountain machine had a yellow color to it. Another couple that came in were waiting so long for someone to take their order eventually left. And the best part of this was getting bitten by mosquitoes while we were eating because they had the door propped open. Will not be going back.

I'm not sure why there are so many great reviews. My burger patty was extremely salty. It was the first thing I noticed when I bit into my burger. I found potato in my shake! (See photo) It is obviously potato as there are still the skin attached. I would've asked for a refund if I had not eaten my food on the road. I will not be returning!
