Isla Tea Lounge Fresno Reviews
Staff was courteous. Beer was delicious. I recommend Sugar Pine Cocoa Beer. Bought beer to go! This place is a must stop for beer lovers.
It was taco Tuesday and I requested some spicy quesabirria tacos from the taco truck in the expansive outdoor beer garden. I asked the beer tender what would be best with spicy tacos and they recommended the lemon sour. It was the perfect pairing!
Kid friendly. Baby changing table in men's bathroom. God forbid men have to change a diaper. Great help with beer choices. Food trucks on site. Clean friendly would go again.
Visited Fresno for the first time this weekend. Stopped at this brewery on Sunday before we headed out of town. Good beer, cool outside area, appears to be located just a block from the minor league baseball stadium. Staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, had plenty of games for the kids, and the beer was delicious. They were hosting a taco food truck and that was delicious as well. Will stop again if we are in the area.
My wife and I went recently. We had a late dinner reservation in Fresno so I was like let's do something different. I found this place on Google and said let's try it out. Glad we did. Happened to be the night for people to dress up for Halloween so it was extra special. Fun place and real good beer. Had Breakfast Stout and Low Dome Blood Orange. Awesome drinks. Love the vendors outside also, had strawberry mini pancakes and some tacos. Had a great time there.
Love the beer and atmosphere!! I had one of their seasonal IPA’s called ‘Extended Vacation’ , 9.5% (whew)13 oz for $8. I loved the complexity and hints of citrus w/out overriding the hoppy taste-smooth finish, not bitter, and it was really cold!!Cool glasses too!! Bartender gave me three tastes also in cool glasses, before I settled on one of their rotating brews, once it’s gone, it’s gone. If I’d ordered one of their clever foundational beers like Half Dome, or Sherman Pale Ale, it’d be $2 off on our visit bc it was over 100 degrees ( a recent promo). Really nice staff, very proud of their brews and willing to describe them to you. They give the place a good vibe, and it’s a cavernous place to fill so we’d love to return sometime for their live concerts…
Definitely go for a flight of beers if you’re indecisive like me. I almost got 2 flights because their beers were so good- I wanted to try them all. Such a fun environment with many different things to do on different nights. Liked their merch store and they had a taco truck if you get hungry.
Came from out of town for a family baptism and wanted to check the local brewery scene. This place did not disappoint. It was a Noodles event and place was fun family atmosphere. Whole lot of different eats variety of beers. Would definitely come back when I’m in Fresno. Tried the Zorro, Half Dime and 99 all were great.
Came here for a Yelp event before the Fresno Foxes game and I will definitely be back. This place has delicious tasting craft beers. The great part is that it is actually family friendly. They have corn hole and a few games set up. Food trucks are available to grab a bite to eat. The food selection is definitely good. When I went they had gyros and a Cuban sandwiches. I got Cuban sandwiches and they were good. The awesome part was after the game, we were walking past to go to our car, and the security guards were welcoming us back in since we had our wrist bands. The atmosphere is enjoyable. They have the DJ playing from the afternoon until closing. Definitely coming back
Coolest spot in downtown Fresno without a doubt. It's incredible we have this brewery in the heart of the city. On any given night of the week there's an event. Either trivia night , loteria or live music. Most days they have a food truck. A few times if year they host special events and shut down the block. They have a game room now and they have corn hole and foosball. The beer is outstanding. The cure beers are solid and the new stuff they put out constantly is amazing. They have heaters and fire pit tables when it's cold and an awesome patio area when it's sunny. Swamp cooler when it inevitably gets to be super hot. Very dog friendly and often you'll see people bring their furry friends, myself included. This place is truly a gem in Fresno.
Came to Tioga-Sequoia brewing after a trip to Yosemite to see the fire falls found this beer at the general store in Yosemite valley had to go straight to the source and try it on tap the beer was even better crisp cold and refreshing the location was pretty cool too next to a minor league baseball field staff were very inviting and knowledgeable about there beers I took about 18 pack to go of various beers but my favorite was the fire fall red ale next time I go to Yosemite I will definitely be stopping here again
Great atmosphere and music. Staff was pleasant and easy to order from. Every brew I tried was excellent. Bathrooms are super upgraded and clean. Only reason I gave four stars is the seating could be a little more comfortable. Might just be the fact that its raining too. I will certainly be coming back.
good beer, awful service. it was my first time at tioga and as I was purchasing a michelada pitcher for my table, the bartender was extremely rude. When I first asked for the pitcher, he didn't even answer and just walked away and (I assume) asked one of the other bartenders a question? while he spun the iPad around and I paid. After a few mins he came back to ask questions like what kind of beer/mix and was constantly rolling his eyes, looking very annoyed as I answered. He looked visibly upset because we asked to switch the miche mix for the spicy cucumber one. What's worse is that I paid beforehand and left a tip but he didn't even deserve it. Tried to brush it off and went back for another drink, and again the bartender was rude. My first time here left such a bad taste in my mouth.
The manager kicked out an entire table because we bought a six pack and drank it at our table. They never said anything about not consuming it, there were no signs, and the server never told any of us it was not permissable to consume it. The manager would not even consider the fact that his server made the mistake. Very rude and horribly inconsiderate. The group was not rowdy at all and everyone was providing business by purchasing drinks for themselves as well. Very disappointed with the experience and the manager.
