Excellent service! The prices are just perfecto for my student budget 😂 Of course KFC's my fave since forever, but this particular chain is so nice to hang around at. And the decors are so nostalgic throwback stuff. The lamp overhead is just so quaint and cool.

Ordered online and get a free 8.peice bucket! Okay well the loaded kfc bowl meal deal was only 7.00 here and it fills ya up. Chicken legs seem to be getting smaller but thats every kfc. They just asked for my name as i grabbed my order. Oh add sweet cream to.your cola. Taste like a float! So good. And the pie bites i only got 2 but they were good as well.

Perry good location. Can get very busy when city college is in session. However, the drive thru moves pretty fast. Inside is clean, staff always greets you. Pepsi products on tap, with Lipton tea. Try the grilled chicken.

Our food was crunchy and good. Just feel like my chicken sandwich wasn't made to order. Only case the bread was a little soggy. But overall our food was nice and hot.

The young man at the counter was very nice and very helpful. I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to cook some more original but it was worth it

Their location is not the best. Drive thru is confusing sometimes. You have to enter from blackstone or else you have to bust an awkward u-turn and make your way to the drive thru. Once you come up to the window, there is a curb that arches outward. From the looks of it, lots of people have hit the curb. if you dont pay attention you can ruin your wheels, because it happened to me. Their card machine sometimes goes crazy and they have to charge and refund multiple times before it goes through. Havent had an issue regarding the charge yet but it could get annoying. Food is good as usual and good customer service.

I'm sorry to say this is the dirtiest KFC I have ever been too and I went there when they first opened up so who ever was. Working at night need to be supervisor. who ever working in a morning man like what you tell your customers. I hate to see what they're freezer look like. Here some pic at 10am

Worst KFC in Fresno. Chicken was raw and disgusting, the cole slaw was too sour and horrible. The only reason I’m giving a star is because the cashier was very nice, the you can tell the manager doesn’t know what he’s doing.

I got two chicken pop pies from this location for me and my grandson and found bones in it so disappointing my grandson could have chocked and when I call to speak to the manager Ray she was not willing to do anything about it and didn’t even seem to care about the whole situation. All I wanted was for her to check the other pop pies so that no other child happens to choke.

I called them, they hang me up I keep it call them I just tell them stop the food for Cole slaw very mold not fresh. They won't tell you how taste should be like good taste juice and healthy than dry very mold and look bad vegetables

I ordered some food from here and let me tell you I regretted when I got home. The workers were rude and did not understand my order. When I corrected her at the window she had an attitude. I got an order of large fries and fries were cold and not filled up all the way. I politely asked for sauce and the girl at window did not give it to me. The food was disappointing. The kfc on ceasar Chavez is better . Don’t waste your time and money.

The workers act like kids they don’t feel like working. I waited 15 minutes inside then I went to the drive-through and they refused to serve me. It’s fine. You don’t wanna work. Go home.

Went through the drive thru ordered the 7 piece double mash. Didn't have the correct chicken that comes with that bucket no breast only legs and thighs. Parked me to wait for my order. Get my order drive way across town home only to not have any gravy for the potatoes which comes in this bucket meal. Drive way across town to get the gravy, I got no apology not even a glass of water for their incompetence. Even the quality of food here at this location is poor chicken tastes like someone stole 9 herbs and spices. The biscuits falling apart and dont even get the mac & cheese totally gross and watery worst flavor ever. I will not go back to this location or any KFC location the quality of food and the customer service is gone.I would give it a Zero if I could.

I went through the drive-thru today and had a really disappointing experience. The girl working was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and absolutely no effort to provide good customer service. It felt like I was bothering her just by placing an order. If this is the standard KFC wants to represent, it’s really not okay. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the staff’s behavior, because customers deserve to be treated with respect.

2031 N. Blackstone has the worst customer service ever! I’ve visited this location several times and the clerks aren’t nice. I went a couple days ago and the experience was the worst! I placed on order at the drive-thru and pulled up to the window for my order. No greeting or smiles. One of the employees came outside to the window. He looked at me and said nothing. The clerk handed him a large bag of food. He took it to a car parked ahead of me. He returned to the window for cup holders, etc. When I received my order and the clerk handed me my change, didn’t count it back to me. When I got home, there weren’t any straws included for our drinks. Both employees were quite rude and I won’t be returning to this location. Perhaps, some additional training in customer service may help.

I saw on Instagram that KFC offers saucy nuggets with a garlic sauce that are relatively low on calories and high in protein. I went on their website and put my location in just to be sure it wasn't a short-term promo. The website showed they were available to order. I drove over and placed my order at the drive thru, but the girl there said they don't sell those. I told her I'm looking at the website for their location, and it says they do. She again said they don't sell those. No apology, explanation, or offer of something similar. After a few seconds of silence I just drove off. Pretty upset at the whole situation. I had been thinking if I liked them I would add them to my regular weekly meal rotation. Now I'm left feeling like I never want to go back there again.
