Stopped by The Pickled Deli inside the Peacock Market in Clovis and was seriously impressed. I got the pastrami sando, French dip, and fried pickles — everything was fresh, packed with flavor, and served hot. Nick, the owner, is a veteran and fellow Buchanan alum — super genuine guy who clearly takes pride in what he does. You can tell he really enjoys serving the community and connecting with his customers. The place is spotless too, which says a lot about how much care they put into running their business. If you miss the way OG Deli D made their sandos, this place will hit the spot. I’ll definitely be back.

This place has amazing sandwiches and sides to go along with each other. Apart from the food, the order taker is very welcoming.

My wife and I were visiting Clovis last weekend and looking for a new coffee shop to try. The Parlor came up with some great reviews, so we had to check it out—and we’re so glad we did! I ordered a hot vanilla latte and my wife went with the iced cinnamon vanilla latte. Both drinks were delicious. The espresso had great flavor and the drinks weren’t overly sweetened with syrups or sugar—just the right balance. The guy working that day was friendly, and the service was fast. I also really appreciated the cool artwork on the walls and the patriotic touch with the U.S. flags. The only downside is the location—it’s tucked inside a building shared with a few other businesses, so it was a little tricky to find at first. But honestly, that ended up being a bonus for us—we also got to try the taqueria inside, which was a nice surprise! Still, some people might prefer the ease of walking into a standalone coffee shop. That said, The Parlor is so good that with enough love from the community, I could easily see it growing into a bigger, more visible spot. We’ve definitely added this to our list of go-to coffee stops when visiting family in Clovis. Looking forward to coming back for more!

Did you know there’s coffee here?!? I went in for lunch and got a sandwich. But I saw the parlor and decided to try a coffee as well. IT IS SO GOOD!!! I found out they use kuppa joy beans, but their menu is top notch. If you love coffee I totally recommend their coffee!!

I took my daughter to The Parlor inside Peacock Artisan Eatery today to share a piece of my past with her--the joy of eating Thrifty Ice Cream. Of course, they had my favorite flavor, Chocolate Malted Crunch! I haven't had it in over 25 years, and it was just as good as I remembered. I'm so excited about the Artisan Eatery and the variety of options they offer. From delicious Mexican food to coffee, ice cream, and sandwiches, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a real small-town feel that makes you want to stay awhile. The staff is incredibly friendly and made our visit even more enjoyable. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend stopping by--whether for a meal, a treat, or just to soak in the great vibes!

Something about these guys, I keep coming back. Try the French dip on sourdough straight from Fresno's own Basque bakery. Support for local business is where it's at. All three locations make great food and are friendly. Really good sandwiches and consistent too.

I had the best experience here. I came for lunch and enjoyed a coffee and a toasted muffin at the shop next door(same owners I think). The workers/owner were so friendly and came out and chatted. Who knew that tuna with cream cheese was so delicious?! I will definitely be stopping by when I am in the area.

Never disappointed with The Pickled Deli. The Fresno location is my usual stop, but now the Clovis location is even closer to my office. Even if I’m in a hurry I can order online and it’s always ready to pickup when I get there. The sandwiches are amazing but definitely try the sides. I recommend the fried pickles and homemade ranch.

I love this new location! Nick really created an amazing space to hangout and grab the delicious Pickled Deli options that we all know and love. I love that he brought the same quality ingredients from Fresno to Clovis. The atmosphere is perfect, the vibe is perfect. I got a drink at The Mug and a lettuce wrap from the deli and hung out for almost two hours I lost track of time. I would give 10 ⭐️ stars if I could. Don’t sleep on this new spot!

Went looking for a new sandwich shop to try and ran across The Pickled Deli. Upon entering the store, we were welcomed with a warm, friendly greeting. The place smelled really good!! The gentleman at the counter was friendly and did a great job describing the sandwich options. The order was placed and the sandwiches were prepared quickly. I had a Philly cheesesteak and the fried pickles. Both were very aromatic and tasted great. The sandwich was served in a plastic sandwich tray, which looks nice. (I prefer a sandwich of this style rolled, cut and wrapped, but that's my choice) If you are looking for a great sandwich, this is the place to find it. Great food and great service, how could you ge wrong?

My husband and I LOVE supporting small businesses and we are so glad we came by the pickled deli!! Sandwiches are our go to when we eat out. Immediately upon entering we were met by Nic who happens to be the owner and HE WAS SO GREAT and helpful! We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and fried pickles and we are so happy we found our go to spot

Stopped by both The Pickled Deli and The Parlor and they treated me really well at both spots. Super friendly, welcoming staff all around, you can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in. The Pickled Deli came through with fresh, flavorful food that’s stacked right, and The Parlor topped it off with great dessert and a clean, chill atmosphere. Solid hospitality, solid food, and definitely two Fresno spots I’ll be coming back to. 🙌🔥

The Pickled Deli catered went above and beyond for an event we had catered. The sandwiches were delicious! The owner delivered the sandwiches himself and made sure we were happy. Thank you for the best sandwiches in town!

I ordered The Number One at Pickle Deli thinking, “Okay, it’s a sandwich, how life-changing can it be?” Wrong. I was humbled. This thing shows up stacked with turkey, avocado, sprouts, tomato, cream cheese, and mustard on Dutch crunch bread that could legally be classified as a personality trait. The crunch? Aggressive. The inside? Soft, creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced like it went to therapy. The cream cheese + mustard combo had no business working this well, yet here we are. The avocado was ripe (a miracle in itself), the sprouts made me feel briefly health-conscious, and the turkey was generous enough to make other sandwiches insecure. By the time I finished, I was full, happy, and seriously questioning why I ever order anything else anywhere. This sandwich didn’t just feed me — it set a new standard. If you’re in Clovis and don’t order the #1 at Pickle Deli, that’s fine… but just know you’re choosing the wrong path. 🥪👏

Located in the peacock market. The sandwiches were really good. The sourdough and Dutch crunch breads were great. They put a lot of meat and toppings on the sandwich. My wife and I really enjoy all the spots in the peacock market. Nick was really friendly and cares about what they provide. He's a local guy and it shows.

The fried pickles is why I went there. I'd go back again just for that. The tuna sandwich was pretty good. I want to taste the other sandwiches they have. Place was clean, but empty because it was Monday and other places around it were closed. The owner or manager was very friendly and explained things very well. I would return again just from the great customer service. Good place will definitely go back again to try something else. The fried pickles tho🔥🔥😋

It was my first time coming here so I wasn't sure what I wanted. Rickie took and made my order, and I think he might've been stressed because he was the only person working, but he was a little rude to me while I was ordering. He lightened up a little later and was much nicer, apologizing for the wait and giving me an upgrade on my drink size. He did great and I understand the stress of a busy day. Unfortunately my sandwich did not taste very good, I'm not sure why. I wanted to try this place because I like trying new sandwich spots and the photos looked super yummy! But mine just tastes kinda mid, or maybe i just lost my appetite after I pulled out a brown, crusted onion(?) from my sub... that mightve just put me off. I couldn't finish the sandwhich because it just tasted bad to me, and I'm not a picky eater... it's unfortunate because I really wanted it to taste good since I spent money on it. Regardless, I do think the quality of the food needs just a little bit of work. Lots of potential though, the fried pickles were fire! I don't think I would recommend this spot for the sandwiches though, unfortunately. But maybe I just had a bad first impression. I might give it another try someday and order something else?
