I got out of the box..... We had the pesto chicken sandwich with mozzarella ... very delicious sandwich... must be eaten when it's warm.. that was a suggestion by my sales clerk I work in Fig Garden very nice location

This is one of my favorite locations. The cashier, Joe, was super nice and helped me fix my order when one of the girls accidentally put onions on my sandwich. I told him about my allergies and he went out of his way to ensure the sandwich would be good and safe for me to eat. The ingredients were all super fresh.

This is the one stop shop for the best deli sandwich in Fresno!! I love this Deli Delicious!! I have a great experience anytime I go in for a sit down bite to eat or take-out, or delivery. Each time I order a sandwich, it’s a guarantee that it will be fresh!! I also want to give a shout out to employee Natalie!! It never fails that she is always courteous and professional & if I need further assistance with my meal, she will go up and beyond to make sure I am satisfied!! Thank you Natalie!! You always make my day!!

1. Best deli sandwich there is! HANDS DOWN! 2. The macros for the bread is totally on point and I can get an 8 inch loaded sandwich for only about 400 calories! Which is AMAZING! 3. Both of these sandwiches i have pictured are under 400 calories by using white bread, turkey, no cheese and no mayo but literally everything else!

I enjoyed the turkey, bacon, avocado with mayo and pickles on a wheat bun today. The food was fresh and crisp tasting, and the fries were great. They did however mess up my wife's order. Small mistake, but attention to detail is key.

EDIT: FOUND OUT RECENTLY THAT THEY MICROWAVE THEIR SANDWICHES TO MAKE THEM HOT INSTEAD OF TOASTING. Microwaving meat makes it taste likes its spoiled...and I'm sure takes all the nutrients out😔 When I went in here I had no idea what I was ordering (it was my first time at a deli delicious in a long time). The cashier helped me figure out what I wanted for myself and my family, even though it took a while she and the employee that helped her didn't seem to get upset or try to rush us. After we ordered the employee that was helping came back to me to confirm the order was right because she had heard me say that I wanted my sandwiches toasted and the order I put in was for a cold sandwich, and also fixed the order for me. So overall great experience here. Not to mention that the pastrami sandwich was really good too 👌

I give two stars because i like Deli Delicious but Fig Garden just lost a customer. Placed an order online and went to pick it up only to be told i had to wait in the long lunch line to pay. I asked what is the purpose of ordering ahead of time if i had to wait for everyone to place theirs? There are two cash registers with one cashier. Manager didn't seem to step up and so I told them i didnt have time and left. The woman did come out and said she had been misinformed that she could help me. Too late, in my car backing out. I guess they can eat the sandwiches. Will not go back to this location.

Sorry Ladies. You need to do better. Cashier must of put in wrong order wanted turk/bac/ava got the one with sprouts. Ordered a large (2boxes) only got 1 box but lady came out to let me know. The 2nd box only had turkey no ava or bacon. For $13.50 and got it wrong. Disappointed.

I ordered online and I've never had a problem at this location, I actually prefer it here. The cashier "girl" made it very clear that she didn't want to hand me my bag because she held it above my hands and dropped it. Luckily, I was able to catch it. That sort of treatment is something I'll always remember. Maybe it was because I was wearing a mask and no one else in the store was? I didn't care to have my food dropped into my catching hands.

The staff is horribly rude especially over the phone. The food is good, but even if you call in, they never have food ready in a reasonable time. It's just sad, because I like the food.

This has been a family favorite for years. Today I took my daughter there and ordered us sandwiches as usual. I asked for a tuna sandwich with swiss. Even tipped on a "to go" order as usual. Only to come home to find that I was given turkey with sprouts (which I can't stand). That's fine, everyone makes mistakes. However, I called and let them know that it was incorrect and asked for a replacement. I was unable to come in the same day and they refused to replace it stating that it had to be brought back in, completely uneaten, the same day. The mistake was not my own and we had somewhere to be and could not come in. It's unheard of to pay that much for a cold cut sandwich, that I don't even like, and didn't order, without them replacing it. Even McDonald's replaces my order when they get it wrong without giving me the third degree. I've been a loyal customer from the start, brought friends and family in, and I don't think that's good business at all. You're not McDonald's. You're also not an upscale restaurant. You're a local favorite. Act like it and treat your loyal customers right.

Messed up my order 3x, 3 different days. I now work in this shopping center and come here a lot. They messed up 50% of the time and the chips were expired. I really hope the food isn’t expired like some of the chips. I will take the drive to Shaw and marks moving forward. This location in fig garden also has new staff like every month which is probably why they’re messing up so much.

1 star honest review from the previous Assistant Manager at Deli Delicious. Came in today at 3pm to pick up my phone order, and to catch up with the Store Manager Tina. Walked in, store looked like a mess as always. Sandwich tables were not cleaned. Their prep area had not been swept. Asked to talk to the Store Manager and waited for over 30 minutes even though I could clearly see her slicing meat. Seems like no one wanted to work there. BIG SURPRISE WHY I'M NOT THERE ANYMORE... Going on, while I was waiting for 30 minutes for the Store Manager, a customer comes in to make a BIG SCHOOL ORDER! Dylan automatically ran to the store manager to deal with it, and it seemed like no one wanted to help this lady. She wanted to make an order for 30 small sandwiches for a school yet it seemed like NO ONE wanted to help her. Here I am, no longer working for Deli Delicious, trying to help her make her decision and coaching Olivia how to process this big order. Again, where is the Store Manager to take this big order? Once it was 3:30, I politely excused myself. I don't even work for Deli Delicious anymore but yet, here I am, by chance, helping this lady with her big school order with Olivia... Where is the professionalism from my old friend Tina? I waited 30 minutes to speak to you, to say hi. Yet you made me wait 30 minutes in the lobby. You deserve this 1 star, not your employees.

ordered our salads to go I asked for the chicken Ceasar and my sister ordered the green salad and a order of fries for my daughter. we waited 35 min. while other customers that came after us got their orders first. when we did get our order my sister noticed that the salads were plain lettuce and cheese. the cashier was rude . I've never had a bad experience at any deli delicious till today at dig garden. ladies need to treat customers better and pay attention.

Despite the cashier being very courteous my two meatball sandwiches were slow to be made and ice cold. I thought it would be obvious to the staff that a meatball sandwich should be toasted and hot when served but apparently it's not. I was very disappointed with the service at this particular Deli Delicious.

I received 2 different orders from the Fig Garden Village location. The first order included a cheese sandwich with no meat. The sandwich that arrived was All lunch meat NO cheese. The second order we ordered tuna sandwiches. No Tuna sandwiches were delivered. I called and spoke with the employee. I asked to speak with the manager or someone in charge. I was told no manager was on duty. The customer service was seriously lacking. Very unprofessional. We were not given a refund.

This was my first bad experience at this location. Usually I place my order inside. This time I placed my order online. Not sure why it was different than any other time. I had ordered two large sandwiches. One Ham/Turkey, the bread tasted old (not fresh). One Pastrami/Pepperoni/Salami (extra meat). There was no extra meat, the bread not fresh, and neith of the sandwiches had no flavor. This sandwich had always been toasted. Never had to ask. This time it was cold. I will never do online order again.

Curbside pick up terrible. Placed an order online for curbside pick up, I arrive at the store at my scheduled time for pick up! I called and let them know I was outside was told someone will be right out with my food 10 minutes pass by nothing. I get off I asked for my food, my food sitting on the counter ready to go and I’ll they say is oh sorry. Now I have to eat cold fries and cold sandwich.
