just today, i bought one pretzel (it costed $8.66) while i was at River Park. i came into the store being the only customer, and there was only one jalapeño-pepperoni pretzel left. this leftover looked so stale. so, i kindly asked the manager if he could bake a fresh one straight from the oven. long story short, the manager told me the minimum wait would be 15-20 minutes. (i know it’s usually only 7-10 minutes max based on Wetzel’s Pretzel’s training) when i came back after 15 minutes, the manager had told me he just put the tray in. i waited an extra 5 minutes again, and the pretzel was still not ready. the manager chose to prolong making a single pretzel a total of 25 minutes, he chose to waste a customer’s valuable time. i would not support this store in the future.

The small pizza, Lemon Juice, Cheese and jalapeño Dips are really good and fills the stomach after a quick bite. The Mexican lady who served us was very very polite and the service was very fast. The only problem I have is Wetzel's Pretzels charges us for the dips, other fast food joints do not charge us for sauses or dips like ranch etc. This is not fair. Hope the organization takes this into account. Check it out yourself.

We go here often on Tuesdays to take my 2 kids after their school. It's a hit or miss with their Cinnabitz. Sometimes it's warm and soft and sometimes it's hard and old with very little cinnamon sugar. They need a better quality control, set a time when to throw away old batch. We still go because it's kind of a routine for us but now I asked if it's newly baked because I don't want to waste $6.

workers didn’t greet and felt rushed when I was ordering oh AND a slushie is $9 WILD what is up with the Disneyland prices

I went today around 9pm walked in and waited for my turn to be helped, OBVIOUSLY i’m not going to go right in and order immediately if the workers are occupied with something so while i waited i turned to my brother and asked him a quick question and turned back to a worker staring at me like I’m dumb and waved with a nasty face insinuating she’d been waiting for me to order. She didn’t say “I can help who’s next” god forbid I was waiting for my turn?? can’t really remember much of her besides her having glasses. Not my problem you’re having a bad day, I’m trying to be considerate and you serve with attitude ? The guy who charged me out was really nice so I appreciate it that.

The man who works there is always so rude and gets mad every time I try to use my points coupon. It’s such a bummer because we love the pretzels and would go there more if he wasn’t always working. Very bad customer service!

Very disappointed they don't speak English lady on the register did not understand what my order was even though she was very polite . After getting my order walked out set on the eating area to enjoy there was a hair in my order that really took the icing on the cake I had to throw away all my order . Will never go again that location sadly to say.

This location was so rude Both the individuals who worked at this store were rude The other locations in Fresno are fine I would suggest if you want a pretzel to go elsewhere As much as I want to be able to get a pretzel and take it into the movies it is not worth it :(

Stop spraying your food counter with chemicals everyday, it tastes like I'm eating a bottle of windex and lysol 🤮 Every food place should be using distilled white vinegar for cleaning cooking areas!!

The women in front of me was waiting 25 mins and was still waiting when I walked out. Owners, you're losing customers and wasting payroll!

The only worker who Cares is the Manager- and he hardly does. Every time I come in, the employees are wearing ear buds which explains why they have me repeat my order twice. Very Unprofessional.
