It was my first time at 54th Street, and Jane absolutely blew our expectations. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She explained the menu well, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. You can tell she truly cares about giving great service. She turned a first visit into an amazing experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of her. If you’re dining here, ask for Jane!

As well as the bartender Tyler, made me a great drink while I waited, and the wait wasn't long... Getting harder to great places like this, please keep at it!

We visited the Frisco location after a great first impression in Allen, as we wanted to try something else from their extensive menu. This time, I got the Grilled Reuben sandwich, and my wife got the Chicken Fajita Skillet. Both dishes were excellent, and the service from Kam was five stars. She told us that today was her first day, but she was an expert and had the best attitude! The place was not packed, but there were a few people at the bar watching football, which created a nice ambiance.

54th street is myself and my co-workers go to place , we go there for the food, drinks, service, I highly recommend the ribs, rattle snack pasta, the lieutenant Dan, they do serve more choices, those 3 are top picks among are group, drinks, I recommend sangria margarita, pain killer (my personal favorite), any of their frozen margaritas. Go with friends, family and enjoy.

Food, drink and service was really good. I wasn't expecting my drink to be so big but I must say it was really good, called the pain killer. I had the pasta and that was really good also. My waitress was awesome and very nice.

A very nice restaurant, really good for relaxing. The food is incredibly delicious, lovingly prepared but also a little more expensive. You should bear that in mind. We were there with children and were received very nicely. The waiting time was a little longer, but they helped to keep the children busy and someone kept coming by. It would not be a restaurant I would visit again and again. It's too expensive for us as a family. But it was worth it as a special outing. We will remember it for a long time. Great experience, well worth it ...

Such a neat place! Atmosphere was a cool eclectic vibe. We were seated fast and served fast! Food was fabulous. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, awesome house salad with yummy blue cheese dressing. The mac n cheese was delish! We will definitely return. 💜

This review is for Uber delivery from 2/2. I ate actually two pieces of bread out of the entire order. It looks like the food may have been messed with. I recommend that you all take stronger stance on protecting your delivery items my securing the containers and the packaging better

The restaurant looks really cool, it’s unfortunate the take out staff isn’t pleasant to deal with. One of the guys actually was nice, the heavy set guy with curly hair really seemed like he really The baked potato soup was way over salted. The burger was ok, they must have run out of lettuce with the couple scraps they put on. Overall the reviews seem good but I’d never recommend this place for food.

Went for a late lunch at 54th Street. I have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We actually got seated on restaurant side and as I was walking towards table... I got turned off immediately by the horrible smell from the carpet. The smell kept wafting as people walked by. My food (French dip and fries) looked amazing however it was disappointing. The meet was stringy, I said no aoili and I got aoili. The fries were warm at best, not hot.... definitely not fresh. My husband had the Cajun chicken sandwich and onion rings. He said the texture of sandwich was good but it flavorless and onion rings were cold. Waitress seemed busy in a large area. She was able to check on us a few times and service was ok... just not great. Food was not her fault.

Our waiter Jordan was awful I can probably say worst waiter ever! We didn't have silverware, he tossed straws at us while walking threw them on the ground had to get new ones, and he took forever everytime we asked for something. And was in a rush to leave everytime. They don't do coloring activities for kids anymore all around quality has tanked. The food quality has gone down a lot especially the bowls and the pasta. The kids meal my son got was nuggets and fries maybe a total of 9 fries very low quality. The coke and chocolate milk were major watered down and refills were not offered ina timely manner. Months ago this was one of our favorite places to go on special occasions that's why we came tonight because of valentines day. We will not be back. And we don't recommended it at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a bartender our service was horrible. We were taken care by everyone besides our waiter. My girlfriend had a something in the bottome of her cup in the sweet tea. She then ordered the Ceasars salad extra croutons. It had cabbage in the salad and brought out with no croutons when we brought it that we ordered EXTRA croutons she was brought out only 4. We then had to explain what extra meant. Then we were also charged for extra croutons. Management needs to really focus on presentation, delivery and how much time their servers are spending with their guests. Our waiter only had a total of 3 tables.
