1st time trying and will definitely come back. From the Greek bread to the pizza the dinner was yummy. The Canoli was way to sweet for my liking. But the customer service was great and for a 1st night dinner idea it was worth the money spent. Definitely will be going back the next time I make a pit stop.

Thank you to the manager, Israel Alcantara, who allowed us to reserve the Palio’s Frisco North location to watch the election results for Frisco ISD Board of Trustees, Place 7 candidate, Keith Maddox, on May 4th. The staff was responsive and attentive to all of our guests and accommodating to our many requests. The food was fresh and delicious while made to order in true Palio’s fashion. We even used the AV system to display real time updates on poll results. Thank you for the opportunity to feed our guests and volunteers. We also took advantage of BYOB. We encourage you to choose this location. Israel and his time took the worry out of space, time, and hospitality. They delivered with excellence and Keith won! 🏆 Thank you! We look forward to our next visit!

I love Palios Frisco North. All locations are not created equal. I will 100% drive right by the Little Elm location to pick up in Frisco. The pizza is perfect every time and the pesto chicken sandwiches are a must try! Staff is nice, delivery is always prompt and picking up food to-go is quick and easy. Very easy to give them 5 stars.

Wow. Love this place. This is my first time ordering. I ordered online and chose to pick it up. I ordered a Medium Greek pizza and I also ordered a Greek cheese bread. When I arrived, my order was ready and super hot. (It just came out of the oven.) Both the Greek cheese bread and the Greek pizza had great flavor. I will be back and I will try some new items on their menu.

After a long day at work was looking for a nice place to grab dinner.. While picking up a frw items from Walmart I noticed Palio's across the parking lot and decided to look up menu online. After reviewing the menu placed a to-go order. The order was ready on time and the staff was very friendly. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner upon arriving to my hotel room.

Food at Palio's Pizza Cafe was delicious. I have the lunch pizza special. It was a personal size pizza with 3 toppings, a salad and a drink. Service was fantastic and friendly. I noticed after someone left the table was immediately cleaned. However I noticed the cheese and red pepper shakers were very sticky and quite thirty on the tops. Advice for the shop clean the condiments once in a while. I will be going back if the food was good.

Servings are generous. I got the Chicken Parmesan and Greek Bread. I made 3 meals out of it. I liked both, but the Greek bread was better in my opinion. I would definitely come back to try other items though. Packaging of items is top notch and the food is hot

I usually order from the legacy location in Frisco but decided to do the Preston location since it’s technically closer. Ordered for delivery. Arrived pretty quickly and then I opened the box to find nothing pizzas like this. Such a disappointment especially since we tip plus the delivery fee.

Tried this location for the first time today (usually go to the Little Elm location) and grabbed a couple of slices and noticed the box was full of grease. I couldn’t enjoy the pizza because it had so much grease, therefore the pizza went to waste. This was kind of a disappointment because the Little Elm location is always good.

Ordered Togo and once I opened the box, I noticed it wasn’t accurate to what I asked for. No big deal, I proceeded to take a few bites and it was much spicier than id ever had. We’ve ordered the exact same order many times from the little elm location with zero issues. I called back to address the issue and the guy didn’t care and even tried to make me look stupid by explaining what “blackened” means on an order… I told him I was not satisfied with my order and he didn’t even care to try and make it right. Later that evening I was throwing the food up. Stay farrrrr away from this spot. Little elm location is much better

Do not use the slice app. I ordered correctly. I called in after I made it home and discovered the pizza was incorrect. I called in to fix the problem and the manager didn’t bother to make the new pizza until I arrived at the store. Pathetic service.
