This is my go - to when I want something fresh but satisfying. The proteins are unbelievable-skirt steak one day, shrimp the next - and the flavors never get boring. Love it!

This is an excellent option for healthy eating in Frisco at an affordable price. The ingredients are always fresh and you can choose how to build your salad the way you want. Service is great, with the kind employees giving you the necessary attention to pick your ingredients. Speak both English and Spanish. I am a regular customer to this restaurant and I fully recommend it!

I’m a regular, have been going a couple times a week since opening... So happy this location opened in North Frisco. The veggies, meat, fruits and ingredients are always so fresh and delicious. The staff is kind, helpful and always smiling. Random aside, the cookies are sensational, especially the Oatmeal! Everywhere inside is clean, sparkling and new. Highly recommended! The staff was exuding joy and hospitality today! They were busy and still able to communicate politely and get things done efficiently. I was always addressed with genuine smiles that said they truly enjoy serving their customers and work great as a team. I recommend this location!

This was one of the best salads I've ever eaten in my life. I'm not bullshitting. I am not a bot or some AI. I work hard for a living and I wanted something healthy for dinner and I tried this place. Hands down the best Salad! Everything was 100% fresh and full of flavor. I'm definitely gonna eat here again while in town for work.

The restaurant is always very clean, including the restrooms. I also appreciate this location being open on Sundays, as most Salata locations are not.

We love this Salata, and it is our favorite restaurant. Overall, we love Salata restaurants, and we have visited 6 Salatas, and 4 of the 6 we have eaten at several times...but this one is by far, the very best one. I met the owner on our first visit, and have spoken to him on two other occasions. He has hired a great team and they deliver, every time. Ana is typically the store manager when we visit, and she makes sure the experience is superb. We enjoy eating in the dining area, which, like the rest of the public-facing areas, is remarkably clean, almost sparkling. Try it, you will love it.

I’m so glad this opened up near my house. It’s clean and the food is always great!!!! Most of the time I get served by a nice lady, Ana. She is very attentive and always does a great job. She is by far one of the friendliest servers they have. All of their staff is awesome and their food is fresh. Wish more establishments in the area were as clean and fresh as Salata

It is not every day you go into a dining establishment and feel like the service providers are happy to be there. Jesus was super friendly and attentive. I don’t leave reviews often, but I had such a pleasant experience. Will be back!

Be sure to try their prickly pear lemonade. It has just the right amount of sweetness.

The food is excellent however the service is just ok. The drinks are definitely not my favorite but the food and the crossoint are really good. Well decorated.

I was excited to go, having visited a location in Houston. I built a custom salad but it didn’t outdo my own salads at home or those from other establishments in terms of flavor. My to-go salad (no protein) had very little lettuce but it was filling and the croissant was good.

Food was fine as well as the service; however, I'm absolutely floored by the price. For the price of my to-go salad, I could have eaten at nearly any sit down restaurant (which would include a decent side salad also). This meal was at least double and possibly triple what I was expecting to pay. Decent food but no way to justify the price.
