Great place to get gas and back on the cold road.

People were nice. Only had the credit card machines and the attendant for the cash register was nowhere to be found for a few minutes, but he ran up from behind so I'm assuming he was eating lunch, in which case management should have someone to temporarily replace them for 30 min so he doesn't have to work on his lunch break.

I came here with my husband while we were leaving our vacation in Breckenridge, and we were both super hungry .. with the construction on the way there and the drive itself, it ended up being an additional hour or so added to the trip, but it was honestly worth it. Frisco is a very pretty town, but this Wendy's was fast, friendly and FRESH! this should be what's expected of restaurants these days, but this isn't what we get in the Springs, at all. The food is made wrong, it tastes like it's been sitting there forever, the workers don't care.. Truly, the difference is night & day. I haven't had Wendy's taste that good in I don't know how long and I know he really loved it too. I'm sad, cuz this location is over 3 hours away from me now! But anytime I'm near Breckenridge again, I know where I'm going!

So this is not a complaint but a funny drive through experience. The food was hot, good, and fresh, which is hard to expect at 10 pm. That being said... Whats up with the bacon guys? 😉 I want those kind of strips on my sandwich. All in all though swevice was good, quick, and friendly. Thanks guys.

We love to grab a quick bite from our local Wendy's! Great staff and pretty fast service. Had to try that orange frosty!! WORTH IT!

It's a pretty average Wendy's, but their newish employee Craig is friggin awesome. He has a wonderful attitude/demeanor and actually helped improve my mood. First time a fast food worker has made me genuinely smile and laugh.

Everything one expects from a Wendy's. We had burgers and chicken sandwiches. All good and wonderful fries. The sugar cookie was pretty good to.

Anson, the MOD, was exceptional in his handling of my drive-in window order. The order was delayed because they were preparing my order very fresh: Spicy Chicken sandwich and they had to fry up the chicken. Asked me to pull into one of the parking spots he'd designated and he would personally handle my order. He was courteous, and professional, and humble; apologizing for the wait time. This guy knew customer service, and I extended he and his staff equal courtesy and respect. He thanked me and appreciated my kindness and my politeness. I come from years of customer service positions in various industries, so I know the value of the effort when it's demonstrated. Great job, Anson!

Great franchise location. Morning manager very kind and professional, ensured hot fresh breakfast sandwiches the moment upon opening 6:30am Sun. They were delicious and reasonably priced for area. No silly egg surcharge. Will return.

Looks like it is associated with a gas station, but they just share small space between them for bathrooms. Had plenty of seating and the food was quick. Have two multi dispensing soda machines that I like, can add a flavor to your soda if want to.

Super crowded during the weekday. The guy that took our order was from Jamaica and got everything wrong. The lady that gave us our order corrected it though. The Wendy's is part of a convenience store. The bathrooms were clean, albeit well used.

Busy place but quick service. Our lunch came out so fast that I figured the fries would be cold and had sat for a long time. Nope! Hot and fresh.

The cleanliness was ok and the service was actually really fast for a Wendy's, and honestly the staff did a good job, however the food treated a lot less edible, in a sense. The meat tasted old and overcooked vs. What you get in a bigger town, however the trade-off was you get better staff and service. Overall a nice place, not something you would want to seek out but worth eating if you are already stopping for gas.

Wendys has always been friendly and great. Lots of dietary options. Needs to be a bit more up on cleanliness of dining areas during peak rush. But it is clean enough to eat in. They are great fast about getting even specialty orders out.

I had the spicy chicken sandwich, small chili and spicy nuggets. Everything was very spicy which I love. The chicken sandwich seems to have shrunk since my last visit to Wendys. The chicken patty seemed much smaller but still spicy. The new sauced nuggets were excellent. I loved them.

Typical Wendy's but the food was actually pretty good. Chili, Spicy Chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries all were better than expected. Love the Coke dispenser machines (two).

Had spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were amazing, hot and crispy. Yum! Sandwich...I was over Vail Pass when I ate it. It was still hot but the oil in the fryer should have been changed the day before. The burned/used oil left an aftertaste. Not very tasty.

Drive thru may look backed up, but thats because of how the drive thru is situated. The staff always keeps it moving. Clean parking lot, clean seating area and most importantly clean cook area. Friendly staff for over 10 years that I've gone to this location I've never had my order filled wrong. Rare, I know! Great job! My only complaint, why is Wendy's always so lame on giving out the Chili sauce? They give you 2, you ask for more, they hand you one and look at you like you just robbed them lol FREE THE CHILI SAUCE! LOL

Overall our experience was fairly positive. We did have some issues with our order they got it wrong twice. Thankfully we didn't have to deal with food poisoning or anything like that but I think they definitely to listen a little bit better. Chances I was just the employee that we got that day but if you're worried about food poisoning that shouldn't be an issue with this place. I will say if we were to go back to the area we would probably just go down the road a little bit to the other Wendy's.

The store front was different from most Wendy's restaurants but I attribute that to the town. Inside felt like every other store so it wasn't that different. The people were friendly and we were able to get a party pack of nuggets.

Great. We stopped by this Wendy’s on our way to Glenwood Springs. We ordered per the computer which worked well. Got out good quickly. The quality of the burger was amazing and I did not see any problems. The fries were also really good. The strawberry lemonade a little sweet but still good. Overall I really enjoyed the location and the food was really good

I walked in one morning ordered was given my biscuits and gravy. I had a 7 minute wait on the apple turnovers. I started eating B&G ice cold. No big deal. The apple turnovers were good. $11.00 for fast food breakfast is ridiculous.

Took a while for order to be completed, but not too bad. My order was mostly correct except my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers were missing their bacon. The rest of my order was fine.

Ok it's in a gas station. So keep that in mind as a reference point. I did the drive through however and they moved me through reasonably quickly which I did not expect from the look of the line. That was a win. However.. when I got my burger it was literally swimming in condiments, just seeping out of the burger everywhere... And I was given no napkins. Being in a hurry I was trying to eat it on the go but this led to everything being covered in ketchup mayo mustard mix... The seat the steering wheel my fingers.. you get the picture. Please team moderate the condiments and always provide napkins!

No coke available in self serve machine. Tables not cleaned off and nobody working in the lobby to to clean up the eating area. Small portions were served for the $6 big meal.😔 We are a post pandemic country. We still need to cautious.

One of the managers was friendly, cashier too but quite and doesn't know how to upgrade beverages for combos. So I got charged double the drink without nobody caring about fixing it and gave me money back because it was just about 2 dollars. I mean is not the money, is the fact they didn't even try

Dallas gave all his customers great service how ever I keep seeing the discrimination from his co worker an manager how dare u correct him in front of customers for the change we spent over 250$ come on Hector. And Rosa worry about ur papas how rode to be just checking on what his doing when ur not doing ur job worrying about what Dallas is doing.. cut this boy some slack now. His done such a great job an if his got autism with i notice come on man . Y'all should be ashamed . Dallas keep up the good work an the greatest costumer service.

No other customers inside the restaurant, and four employees ignore the one person standing at the counter (me) two of them having a conversation ten feet away. After a few minutes of being ignored, I turned on my heels and left. It's not like the food is star quality, it's just convenient. Throw in bad service, not a great idea.

The staff was super friendly and location was fairly clean. Would have gave 4 stars but I had to wait 10 minutes for them to make fresh chicken and they gave me a burger instead of the chicken I waited for. But all in all it was handled professionally and the manager was very nice even though I probably looked angry.

The honey butter chicken biscuit smells amazing. The first two bites were perfection. Crunchy chicken. Buttery and sweet. Then it goes downhill from there. Got tummy cramps, mostly because I'm not used to eating fried foods for breakfast. Very clean. Only two people working the drive through and indoor. Way to go!

Food was great, as compared to similar fast food restaurants. The exception was the Cinnabon Pull-A-Parts. They were more like Pry-A-Parts. The plastic knife was having a challenge. The rest of the order was great & included all of the alterations that were requested. This building does not look like most Wendy’s, so watch for the Exxon station. )I assume local building regulations required a match of surrounding buildings.) If you need a fast food fix-Stop Here!

"Fresh, never frozen" might apply to their beef, but not their burgers. The kiosks were out of order, but the people behind the counter were very fast and nice. Unfortunately, since it had been a while since having Wendy's, I was expecting the fresh, hot single I remembered. What I got instead was a burger that appeared to have been cooked when the restaurant opened. (It is now 1:30 pm.) I asked for a single combo with just ketchup and a medium chocolate frosty. With the fries extra done. Yeah, not so much there, either. The frosty rocked as always! The fries did not take any longer than normal and didn't appear any crisper or hotter. I didn't watch them being made because I was struggling with the make-your-own-drink coke machine. Which didn't seem to give me pure Coca-Cola but some of whatever the last person as well. It's best to let the soda come out for a few seconds first. Oh, and this location is inside the gas station, so parking my big truck was... interesting.

As I was walking out I ended up throwing my food away as I watched a woman with her hair up(it still reached down past her belt) in a ponytail, and flinging it with her bare hands, before wiping her nose on the back of it, as she worked with orders right in front of her. Do not eat here, there is -zero- food safety being enforced.

Screwed up my order, went in to explain what was missing and gave me another bag of a wrong item. Friendly staff and clean inside though.

Second time in a row, they have completely messed up my order. Always selling me more than I asked for. Even after repeating the order multiple times they still get it wrong. And then the person handing me my order was very nasty and rude. Terrible service!

I've eaten here several times, but tonight I have to say was the worst meal I've gotten from this location. The meat was cold and the buns seem like they've been out on the shelf most of the day. This is my go-to Wendy's instead of driving to Silverthorne.

When you go in for small Frosty and fries you want the fries to be fresh so you can use it as a spoon for your frosting. FAIL This might piss off some employees. Order your fries without salt so they have to fresh make them! Lol I'll continue to get my small Frosty and from now on fries without salt! Lol

Not sure where the issue lies other than the fact that Wendy's appeared to be having not just a lettuce shortage today but a toilet paper shortage. I've been in this Wendy's before and I've never had any complaints. But today I have several complaints. One was the fact that I get one lonely skinny little leaf of lettuce on my spicy chicken sandwich and two, there was also a toilet paper shortage at this particular Wendy's today as not one single stall in the ladies room had a single roll of toilet paper in it. I also noticed that at the drink station the counter really needed to be wiped down, it was one big sticky mess of everything. When we walked in there was only one set of customers sitting at a table by the windows eating. I don't know what the drive-thru was doing but they really did not appear to be very busy. The next time I'm in Frisco I might have to rethink stopping at Wendy's unless something changes.

Nobody in sight using gloves. Touched my fries and nuggets with bare hands. Gave me my order for here when I ordered to go, no big deal until everyone else waiting got their order for here when they asked for it to go. Do they even care? They almost never get my order right, and when we left, outside there was a guy talking into the drive through headset telling cars to wait just a minute. The drive through looked backed up and he was just laughing at something on his phone. Could you have any worse customer service? No wonder corporate is automating some of your jobs. Act like adults and take pride in your work for once.

The soda fountain in the lobby rocks! The people are the worst part; underpaid and always new ones but hey, you get what you paid for! It tastes good BUT if you knew how much sugar is in the drinks and shakes you would never come back.

Get pickup when work associates are in town. Orders from the HORRIBLE working app have been wrong at pickup 99% of time!! Frustrating app! Always has been that way.

Every time I come here, the staff is always beyond rude. One time a gentlemen's tried to fight a customer, telling him to come back when his shift ended. I went through the drive thru today and the lady at the window with the multi colored hair shoved my food at me and didn't say a word. When I said thank you she quickly shut the window with zero response. I absolutely hate this location and will not return. I would rather drive to silverthorne. HIRE. NEW. PEOPLE.

Paid for a chili cheese potato had no chili Packages were not closed properly and food spilling out. They don't care about your food or how much you spent there Don't go you'll be disappointed.

The employee who served me was rude. I went to order the 4 for $4 deal and was told that it's now 4 for $5. I tried to make a lighthearted joke saying it doesn't have as good of a ring to it, and was told in a rude tone that I look like I can afford it. I tried to brush that off and asked to order a chocolate frosty with a coupon I had for one free frosty. They didn't accept it (which is fine), but then the same employee kept making comments about how I can afford it. His comments made me feel very uncomfortable.

We just ordered our food from here. We ordered... cheeseburger kids meal, a medium baconater meal, and a medium spicy chicken meal. The employee told us 27 dollars. We get to the window...he only had a kids meal for us. Then we had to reorder. We paid....he put down 10 piece chicken nugget...which my husband is allergic to chicken nuggets. We had already paid for this and got the right meal. Then was told it would be another 5 dollars. This was sketchy! Afterwards we looked up the costs....we paid 5 dollars extra. The food was okay. But my husband's drink had mostly ice and no coke.

Went in and thought I was getting $1 fries but no $6 dollars for fries and then only got half full containers, in the meantime the team was yelling at each other about the grill burning everything, people waiting too long, one employee said we should just kick everyone out and go home.... will never go back and suggest no one else spend their money here for subpar quality food and service. McDonalds people.

Placed my order, but never got the food. The cashier didn't speak enough english to be able to help me, and when I asked for manager, I've been told they are busy and can't help me. I'd recommend avoiding this location to anyone, and make the extra few miles drive to silverthorne wendys instead

Okay, listen... I severely hate being the Nancy the writes bad reviews but seriously, what the heck. I realize the employees make minimum wage and probably hate their jobs but, what happened to the minimum version of customer service???? My father in law and children came to this Wendys in Frisco; Honestly i definitely expected a good experience.. like, its Frisco. Isn't it supposed to be bougie..? Anyways a guy named Juan Antonio... (not sure how to spell his name) took our order and was beyond rude . It took a lifetime to be noticed at the window. We also noticed our wallet quite literally got robbed. We ordered a single #1 priced at$6.49 then got charged $11.29 We ordered a 10 piece nugget priced around 7 bucks and got charged $9.99 Then when we questioned why the charge was so high and and the menu clearly is false advertising we got ignored. Now let me be clear that we were kind and not screaming at the window. IGNORED. What am i??? Casper the friendly ghost..NO because even he is seen. Anways avoid at all costs. Even Subway 🤢 is better.

The experience was good, until I took a bite of my maple bacon and egg crescent sandwich, was really gross. Was something wrong with the maple flavor. Made the whole thing taste like boo boo.

I do not normally write reviews, however our experience seems to elicit the need for some change at this establishment. While waiting for our food, we heard what I’m assuming is a shift lead or manager yell at and then call one of the employees a moron for something as trivial as putting napkins the wrong way. He seemed hurt and was given a talking to in front of everyone in the restaurant. We were appalled at the lack of professionalism and empathy. We also noticed we got the wrong order and went to return the sandwhich which we touched with our bare hands and the person who took it back placed it into another bag to give to a different customer even after we told her we had opened and touched it. Obviously not expecting a five star dining experience but truly this was sad, do better Wendy’s.

Really ridiculous that they list their dining room hours at 7:00 a.m. when it opens and yet when you go there at 7:00 a.m. to go into the dining room you aren't able to get in. I am a truck driver and cannot use the drive-thru so the dining room is my only option which is never available despite the hours listing it as open. Then you try to walk through the drive-thru and get service and they won't help you they barely even acknowledge you. Otherwise the food is pretty standard for what you get from a Wendy's. Their new breakfast deal though is quite affordable and that's why I go or try to assuming they would actually be open.

Sucked! Placed mobile order for in-store pickup, arrived and indoor Wendy's was under construction. Went to drive-thru to get order. SALT, SALT, SALT. Do you want fries or a burger w/ your salt? Gross. was inedible due to way too much SALT!

We go to this place every once in a while. Went through the drive through just now, they said the drive through was broken even though we were talking to each other. She said you can come inside if you want. So we did, and three women just stood across from a us and talked. Not taking anyone’s order, they looked at my son and I, and just kept on talking. We stood there for about 5 minutes and finally left. I would give it a zero if I could.

Online says it closes at 11 and we arrived at 9:03 and doors were locked with somebody inside cleaning watching us stand outside in fate. Terrible experience would not recommend for anybody going to get a fast quick meal. Others were also outside the store in absalute disbelief. I would not pray for this type of action on even my worst enemy. 0 big booms. Only doom from me today. :(

Fries were cold, nuggets way over deep fried, JR bacon/cheese burger totally fell apart because there was so much ketchup n mayo on it and a huge huge piece of lettuce, half of a half inch piece of tomato...Bacon was rock hard. Literally 8 chunks of ice in our lg sprite! Yucky! We love Wendy's but NOT THIS ONE!

This Wendy’s in Frisco is a complete disappointment. If you actually care about getting what you ordered and being treated with basic respect, I’d suggest going elsewhere. The staff seems completely uninterested in customer service, and accuracy is clearly not a priority. Missing items, wrong orders, and an attitude when you try to get it fixed—why even bother? Fast food doesn’t mean sloppy and careless. Customers deserve better.

Most frustrating Wendy's experience I've had. Tried to order through the drive through and they seemed to get it right. I got to the window and they tried to hand me a completely different order. Asked for what I ordered, they took my card and handed me a bag. I ordered a Dave's single combo. They gave me a single patty with ketchup between two buns, nothing else. No receipt. No clue what I was charged.

The food wasn't good. My daughter didn't like her burger. I'm not picky so I tried it. It was dry and the pickles tasted like they had gone bad. Not sure how that happens to something soaked in vinegar and salt. My salad was gross too. Usually we like Wendy's and have been to many others that were much better. We decided not to go back to this one the week we were in town in vacation. The people who worked there were nice, but at some point they need to take responsibility for how the food tastes. The bathroom stalls had such a wide gap that anyone who walked in the bathroom could see you sitting on the pot even with the stall door closed. There are better options in the area.

Three people in front of me got the wrong food or someone else's food.

Man at the drive through window forgot to erase the peoples order in front of me. I pull up to the window and he hands me just a burger, not what I ordered. I tell him it’s wrong and he takes 5 minutes while I’m sitting at the window to attempt to refund my card. I had to pull up and walk in to get my card back off of him.

Took a while for food. Cashier Justin was busy walking around and when I asked about my seems as if he got offend. Kinda embarrassing won’t be coming here again.

I went to this Wendy's as I have numerous times and it's been hit or miss with customer service. Tonight I went I attempted to go through the drive-thru and it took me 10 minutes literally for I told her I wanted a four piece nugget she said what drink do you want and I said it's on your side menu all I want is this. I had to repeat it four times finally I got frustrated and I left it's ridiculous. You could hear her laughing and not paying attention to what she's supposed to be doing

Bad experience. Soda machines did not work, were in maintenance mode. Had to ask 3 times for soda. Were given something that didn't taste like Coke. Had to throw it away. Water all over the floor, was not mopped up while we were there. Had to tiptoe around the water to get to the bathroom. Talked to the manager and he said the floor had water on it all the time, yet mop it up every 20 minutes. They didn't. Food was subpar. I would never eat there again.

Literally all bad. The smallest bacon cheeseburger I have ever seen, besides a slider, but it was almost that small. The soda was off tasting, less than the typical amount of flavor in the Dr Pepper. The spicy nuggets were hard, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp.

Does that look like a Dave’s Double to you? It’s a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Every time that I have ordered from this specific Wendy’s location my order is messed up. Even when I have physically gone into this location myself and ordered at the register my order would either have something missing, the food would be cold, or I would be given someone else’s food. The Silverthorne, CO location is probably your best bet.
