"Delicious Mexican food! I ordered the family grill, and it was ready in just 15 minutes. Great flavors and fast service – highly recommend!

This is genuine Mexican food! They even have $1 taco Tuesdays which you cannot go wrong with! Enjoyed the gordita but loved the Mole and the chicken enchiladas. Atmosphere is not great but the food is amazing so even if you get takeout you should!!!! So delicious

Great taco place for the locals who know about it. They sell a grilled chicken plate 6ct Generous portions that served that served me 2 meals. The beans they serve are pinto and flavored with jalepeños. They were quite good. They don't have unsweeted tea which disappointed me. They do have big bottles of Mexican coke for 4 dollars. I didn't notice any Wi-Fi. Place is small and cozy. Probably think of it as a take out joint.

Tried this place for the first time and loved the tacos..very authentic. The cashier didn't speak English, so I had to quickly brush up on my Spanish to order my food. I had the beef tacos, fried plantains, & flan for dessert. The seating area seats about 20 people and no air conditioning..but the food made up for that! A must try!

Best place I’ve had Mexican food in town. Only thing I did get a large bone in one of my tacos size of my 2 fingers. Besides that fire food!!!! Nice and friendly staff. Will be back!

Always driving by this place, finally came in today. I will be back. The food was presented very nicely. Owners are friendly. Clean. They have $1 tacos as well. Meat (steak) was cooked, not “gray” looking. Thank you

This place is legit! If you want authentic Mexican food at an amazing price, definitely stop in. Their street tacos (steak and chicharron) are to die for. The woman who takes the orders is very nice too! Will be back.

This small place in a strip mall serves good food fast. Their speciality is BBQ chicken and it is flavorful and a great value for the money. When you order, the food comes out super quick. We opted for the 6 piece with rice and charro beans, which comes with at least 10 fresh tortillas. Don’t expect heavy cheese or sauces- this is all about the chicken. I imagine it could be dry depending on when it was cooked, but what we had was flavorful and juicy. Served with a smile and in a small rating area. Definitely worth the trip to check them out.

Brother & sister in-law invited us to join them at lunch here and after a 45 minute drive it was certainly worth it. We had the Hamburguesa, Parrillada, Pollo Asado, Beef Flautas, and other small items. We started with the Parrillada and it was delicious. The Hamburguesa has avocado, what a delightful surprise and comes with pickled jalapeño. Excellent, excellent, excellent. The service was superb, very nice front counter. There is only 4-6 small tables, so if you are coming to dine-in, might be waiting for a table.

Suburban gem! We found this busy restaurant at the end of a small strip of shops in low key Palmetto. We had intended to try the grilled chicken, but on the advice of fellow diners we opted to try the tacos instead. They were delicious, fresh and tasty and we loved the caldo de res. It was very reasonably priced too!

1 for flavor, 3 for texture, 4 for cleanliness. 2 overall because I would never go back. Pollo Asado was very dry and barely has any flavor. Menudo was all tribe and nothing else, little flavor. TACOS looked very good but almost no flavor aka bland. 6 picnic tables crammed into little space. Very clean in dining area amd restroom.

Not a place I’d go back to. There are inky 4 tables, all kind of on top of everything. You definitely come out smelling like the fryer. The food was decent if you like authentic Mexican food (which is bland). For take out may be ok but having seen the place inside, I won’t ordering from here for dine in or take out.

Drove from Sarasota to try this place after our Sunday church service since my husband had it for lunch and he recommend we should try their family platter. Arrive home, blown away. I can not believe how “cook” could have the nerve to serve something like this. Whole platter was burn burn steak, dry chicken tasteless sides and portion super small I immediately called to give them a feedback they would care less. The cashier said yes I’ll tell the owner and tomorrow they will call you. Never did anyone call me. I called back Tuesday to follow up the “manager” asked. Did you request to meat to be done well?” I said of course not and she ask for the pic I took, Never received a reply and still waiting for her called back. Unbelievable! Take your earn money elsewhere they truly do not care of their customers! I’m attaching the photos

I just paid $25 for enchiladas, rice and poco de gallo, and threw it in the trash. The enchiladas were so tough i couldn't chew them. The rice was dry and tasted old, the $5 worth of pico was spoiled. Will never go there again. And I love Mexican, can't wait for Alverez to open back up!!!!!
