This is a great Korean BBQ spot. The meat was a good quality and they would bring us 5 meats at a time. The sides were unlimited. They brought us a new grill often. The atmosphere was trendy and open. We will see definitely be going back.
I’ve been coming to Mr BBQ for almost 10 years now and honestly it’s still hands down one of my favorite spots for KBBQ. The all you can eat price is super fair for what you get and what you get is quality. The ribeye, beef tongue, and beef belly are my go-to selections every time and they’ve been consistently amazing for as long as I’ve been coming here. I would also recommend the filet, jowl, bone in and boneless short ribs, but honestly you can’t go wrong with whatever you pick. Bonus tip- you can get half orders on a lot of the meats so you can try as many as possible! The selection is great, the cuts are fresh, and somehow every time I visit the service feels like it’s gotten even better. Huge shoutout to Jesse who gave us some of the best service I’ve ever experienced at ANY restaurant. Our table never had to wait long for food and it came out fast, fresh, and exactly how we asked for it. Our banchan/sides and drinks were always filled. Jesse was on top of every little request, super friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Then at the end of the meal, you can get some ice cream! Mr BBQ delivers every single time. Great food, great vibes, and service that sets the bar high. Can’t recommend it enough. EDIT: 12/12 had dinner here again and we got Jesse as our server again. Still as awesome as before. Very helpful, always checked on us, and the quality is still amazing.
This spot is easily the finest Korean grill I’ve ever tried. The service was outstanding, the meat quality was exceptional, and the entire setting had an amazing, lively feel. Truly an unforgettable meal!
The best Korean BBQ I've ever had. Loved the variety of the sides, the quality of the meats, as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant. The wait was long but very worth it. A well thought-out, pleasant dining experience fr. Our server Kyle was very attentive, and brought us a bunch of different sauces to try with the meats. Give Kyle a raise ASAP!!!
Some of the best meat in town! Everything is super tender and easy to enjoy. It is definitely worth the wait. It is best to get there early and find parking (it can be a challenge). The menu has a large array of meats, and nothing seemed to disappoint. There was so much flavor in everything I ate.
Our server Jesse was phenomenal! He was kind, quick, and went out of his way without us asking. He provided amazing service and made our experience worthwhile. The food and drinks were great too! Wait time was a little long (almost an hour on a Tuesday at 6:30) so get on the waitlist ahead of time for sure, but 10/10 still recommend coming here!
Service is amazing! Mr BBQ steak is always a staple, Wagyu, and we enjoy the pork butt as well! Parking can be hit or miss depending on the time you go. They have bottled beers and can soda options and everyone gets a small cup of ice cream as well! Clean, service is super friendly, and it’s a fun party like environment for celebrations.
Amazing food and we had a great time celebrating my daughter thanks to our server,Esther!
I been coming here for years, even when I moved temporary that I couldn't visit often. Always a great time, great food. I want to give out a shout out to 2 amazing servers Jesse and Jose. They never leave us waiting, no matter how busy and chaotic it is they are on top of getting our next round of meats. I never have to look for them for anything because of how attentive they are. Always with a smile. They will leave you with a great experience everytime you visit.
Angelo “Gelo” was fantastic, very attentive, and provided a great service, happy to have been sat at his section, food was awesome, will be coming back!
We had a great experience for our first time here. Our server Josh provided excellent service, and was on par. In addition, the birthday treats were awesome - cool vibe when it's brought out. Lots of birthdays tonight. Recommend based on this. Still a little busy for a weeknight.
Brandon was an amazing server! Great food and service.
Great food and great service! One of my favorite AYCE KBBQ places that I’ve been going for years. Jenny, the owner, is so sweet and goes above and beyond for her customers!
I had an amazing dining experience at Mr. KBBQ! The food was top-notch, with a wide variety of meats and sides that were all incredibly flavorful and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our grill was always ready and our drinks were filled. The ambiance was lively and perfect for both small gatherings and big groups. The quality of the meat, paired with the excellent service, makes Mr. KBBQ a standout spot for Korean BBQ lovers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I have so many good things to say about this place!! First, the quality of the meat is amazing. I studied abroad in Korea for half a year, and the pork belly comes pretty damn close in quality. The brisket and beef belly are to die for! Second, the service is top tier, especially for the price! Definitely come in for the lunch special if you can, it is an unbeatable value proposition. Lastly, the place is clean and well ventilated. They may seem like a small thing, but it’s a comfort that once you experience you can’t go without. I felt comfortable eating and staying as long as I needed to feel satisfied. All in all, this is now my favorite KBBQ restaurant in California :)
This is a fun and hip KBBQ restaurant. It was very yummy. They had drinks and cocktails. We had a very big group and they were able to accommodate (we made a reservation). Name tags were neon and electric signs they wore.
My new favorite AYCE KBBQ spot. We came at 6pm on a Thursday night, and the wait was about 35 minutes. By 6:30, the wait was about an hour. The service was the best I've ever received at a KBBQ restaurant. The servers were quick and friendly. I loved it! The server even brought out a kids tray for my son. So kid-friendly! The sides were all so good, and there were plenty of different sides. The meat was also some of the best that I've ever tried! I also enjoyed the small scoop of mint and chip ice cream at the end. It was the perfect way to end the meal. I'll be returning here often!
This place is by far the best Korean BBQ I have ever had. The service is amazing, the meat quality is outstanding and atmosphere is awesome! you can be 18 or 90 years old and have a great time here! The place is busy, and busy for a reason, it's quality. Even on weekdays be ready to wait at least 30min. Is it worth the wait? You damn right it is!
such an amazing place to dine in, everything is nice and delicious, the idea of cooking ur own food is amazing beside the hospitality and the help of the staff is remarkable, nice atmosphere, clean and cozy, and the smell of the food is fabulous, if u have a group of friends and u wanna find a place to have a dinner, this would be a great choice
My first time to visit this wonderful place. Great food and service! The diverse menu choices provide something for everyone. Our small group truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Would love to go again soon.
‘Follow the crowd’ is the most fitting phrase for this establishment. The waitlist is ALWAYS busy on the weekends and on weekday dinners. Be smart and check-in on Yelp for a place in line and be ready to wait an additional 30+ mins after checking in with the host. The place is bumpin, and parking is pretty limited for the amount of crowds this place gets. We went on a Saturday night, checked in at 430 and didn’t get seated until 645. We opted for the lower tier of PAYCE which ran for $32.99. The next tier up was $42.99 which would give you access to ordering ribeye, galbi and New York Strip. We’re definitely making this a quarterly spot for us and will surely try the next tier up on our next visit. I’ve been a fan of KBBQ for a while and this place is great .Our server was AMAZING, she was quick and attentive and explained everything properly. They’ve made it a diligent and easy process of switching the grill tops consistently throughout your meal. Food was bomb, we had 2 rounds and our favorites were the bulgogi, spicy garlic pork butt and the classic Mr BBQ. For the extras we tried their steamed egg and the sundubu. Would probably reorder the sundubu and leave the egg as it was pretty heavy. Also going to add in the fact that the table was full of a dozen banchans and they were all delicious. All of them were also refillable and were great accompaniments to the wide selection of meats! TOTALLY recommend.
The best KBBQ spot in orange county. I love coming here. I don’t come here as often as I would love to. Because it’s always busy. Waiting time could be a long time. But it’s really good. I mean. The fact that you have to wait a long time. Says something about this place. And I highly recommend it.
This was our 1st time here & we had a good experience. Jose was our waiter & offered the best customer service. The food was good.
Came here for a friend's Birthday. For my first time coming here and I can say it was a great experience. The first round of Meats which included beef bulgogi, beef brisket, and pork ribs without the bones. Every bite was bursting with flavor and when you dip the bites into the salt or sweet soy sauce it compliments the beef with just the right touch. They had a ton of sides spread around the table with bowls of rice which you order through the waiters. I've been to other Korean BBQ restaurants and thus far, Mr. BBQ has been the best in flavors. Be prepared to wait 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours to get in. It's is extremely busy and popular as I discovered visiting for my first time. Service was on point, friendly, & accommodating. Clean and organized, they offer parking however during peak hours be prepared to park on the street where available. I will return again to enjoy more of their delicious BBQ!
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. Look guys, I know the wait is long, but I promise you it's worth it. The meats and seafood they serve are pretty good and all the sides you can order are so delicious! My favorite meats are the wagyu beef belly, wagyu short rib, beef bulgogi, and the sirloin. If I'm in the mood, I love getting the squid. My absolute favorite thing to get for sides (besides steamed rice and tofu soup) is the steamed egg. It's cooked perfectly every single time and idk why I love it so much but I do lol. Now let's talk about the service. I've never seen a KBBQ place so packed and poppin' but running so efficiently with the kindest staff on the planet. They're so attentive and they have their flow on LOCK. I gotta give it to them and how they keep up with it all. They also admit when things go wrong and do their best to make it right. I respect them so much for that. Still my top place for AYCE KBBQ and I'll keep coming back!
Great place great food great prices what else is there to say but you should try it yourself and fall in love. We had the brisket sirloin wagyu marinated spicy pork belly pork spare ribs which were to die for my wife ordered some marinated chicken and squid which wasn’t mind blowing like the other dishes. The staff was super nice and accommodating I stated it was our first time here and they explained everything to me so I felt comfortable ordering. The salad was so good you guys. Also the GREEN TEA ICE CREAM at the end was a great way to end the meal. The next time we are in town we will be coming back.
We can never get enough of Mr Bbq! Again it was a pleasure having our favorite server Tommy who also was our server for my daughter's birthday! Always giving beyond amazing service. Always fun coming to Mr. Bbq, music is always going, fun to see all the birthday singing going around but the best and favorite part for me is the ice cream at the end of your dinner. Normally chocolate, vanilla are the go to but this time we were offered strawberry and rainbow sherbet. I decided to go with strawberry as it is my fav besides chocolate. Their rainbow sherbet did look pretty good too and I know that one is non dairy. Again, if you wanna have a great time with fam, friends or whoever, this is the place to come. Great conversations over cooking your meal and you deciding how cooked or burnt you want your meat lol. Mr. Bbq has the best service and servers! Come check them out!
Fun place to come in a group! Celebrated a friends birthday here and their birthday songs are fun to watch. Their meet selection is very good and their servers are very attentive. My only issue was parking but their is turnaround, you just have to wait and scope people out as they are leaving. Besides that minor hiccup, everything is awesome. Oh! Be prepared to wait 30 to 45 mins if you come during lunch or dinner rush.
Excellent meats. The belly meat is incredible. I would say the meat is the best quality out of all the all you can eat Korean barbecues. It's not that smokey since they proactively change out the grills. The non-marinated meats are better than the marinated ones. It has a very chill atmosphere with mood lighting and interesting things like LED nametags for the waiting staff.
One of the better Korean BBQ. The food is top notch and the service was good. The only complaint is the long wait. 1 hour and 15 minute wait. They don't take reservations. A lot of empty tables while we were waiting. Don't be shy, ask for what you want a few times and don't be afraid to flag the waiter as they are walking by quickly.
I have to say I really liked this place very long wait times and music was a little to loud to talk but it was a Friday what I expected but in all it was very good me and my two other friends we served our food very fast the waiters were always tentative and watching when ever we ran out of something or ready to order the waiters were on it the two host were very nice the one with black hair and the brown and we had two waiter were very nice and quick on everything they did very well on the job it was a tall white man and a Asian man and the meat quality was good I can tell from some of the cuts they were prepped very well especially with the bulgogi so in all I would really recommend this place
Update 12/6/24 Had lunch on Sunday. 37.99 menu really works for us. If you are a Carnivore then this works great. The Wagyu beef brisket is great - fatty and meaty. The fatty beef brisket also good. Shortly ribs and liver also good. Skip the heavily marinated items as they contain a lot of sugar. When there is someone having a birthday, the music pumps up and birthday person gets a sparkly candle. Very fun. It's great for 37.99 Original post - A great place for ayce kkb if you are in the Fullerton area. Almost as good as Chubby Cattle and cheaper. Good selection and friendly service from Aaron.
The food here was absolutely worth the price! Try to avoid the weekends because the wait time will be 2 hours. You can't call to make reservations, but if you do want to wait around they will serve you alcohol in the lobby! Our server was great and allowed us to order half portions so we could try out a larger variety of items from the menu before being full!
I love this place!! Everytime I go I’m sat in Hannah’s section and she is amazing. So attentive and kind, she is truly the best. The food is out of this world and nothing compares. I am always coming back!
Great Korean bbq restaurant. Service is good and quality is too. Wait can be long, but they offer to check in through yelp within proximity
Solo Dining Available even on Sundays. $50 dinner with tip. So smart because as a solo diner I only had 4 1/2 plates of food. That's very inexpensive for the restaurant. I suggest more Korean BBQ go SOLO route because it's the same damn thing. I literally could have been in and out 30 mins.
Was driving around to eat fount this place and I can’t say a bad thing about it. We got seated right away. Our waitress was amazing she knew the menu really well knew what to recommend really thankful that she knew the menu. She was super professional, kind and knew what to recommend. Definitely a fan of this restaurant will be coming back. The food was great and everything tasted great can’t say enough definitely recommend this restaurant.
One of my go to restaurant for AYCE bbq! Lots of selection for meat. Service was impeccable, price is reasonable, and you get ice cream at the end. They have lots of meat selections, but my favorite is the beef belly, pork belly, brisket. I would skip on the squid and large intestines. Squid was too soft, in a bad way. Large intestine was so fatty, makes me feel the cholesterol levels rising. The parking lot is always packed so arrive early. The wait time is reasonable if you eat for lunch.
What a great experience! The staff are so professional and kind. They always go around making sure all of your food needs are met! We ordered from the Dinner Payce all-you-can-eat menu, and meat portions were generous for two people to enjoy. They have tons of different meats and stews to order from and they are all of high quality and taste. The meats’ marinades are excellent! They know how to do BBQ great! You should try this place out if you enjoy Korean BBQ! If you go on a weekend, expect a minimum 2-hour wait time, but do know that it is absolutely worth the wait!
This is probably the best BBQ place I've ever been to! The service is really good and the waiters/waitresses are really nice! And the food is the best we got the Bulgogi and Premium Marinated Choice Sirloin it was really good with the the Korean rice paper! They also had complimentary ice cream! Definitely will be going back!
This is a very delicious all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ place! The quality of the meats are much better than other competing restaurants too. We have a different one closer to home but we make sure to eat here instead. Staff is very nice too. A lot of people come here for their birthdays so it can get pretty loud.
Awesome service. Super friendly. Delicious food. Kalbi was excellent. Arrive early. Lines get hours long.
I recently had an incredible dining experience at Mr BBQ in Fullerton and I cannot recommend it enough! This restaurant undeniably offers the best Korean BBQ in the area. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. What truly sets Mr BBQ apart is their exceptional service. The attentive and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of outstanding. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, ensuring that every bite was bursting with flavor. While at Mr BBQ, I tried their mouthwatering selection of meats, and each one was cooked to perfection. Whether it was the succulent marinated beef bulgogi or the perfectly grilled spicy pork belly, every dish was bursting with authentic Korean flavors. The variety of side dishes served alongside the barbecue provided the perfect balance of flavors and textures, truly enhancing the overall experience. Although there may be a wait at times, it is definitely worth it. The ambience of the restaurant and the fantastic food make waiting an enjoyable experience. It's clear that the chefs at Mr BBQ take immense pride in their craft, and it shows in every dish they serve. I highly recommend Mr BBQ to anyone seeking an incredible Korean BBQ experience. The combination of exceptional food and top-notch service creates an unforgettable dining experience. Don't miss out on this hidden gem in Fullerton!
I initially went here just for the jumbo scallops. The meats were just a plus, but a plus they were. The ribeye were full thick steaks and not the tiny ones you get from most Korean AYCEs. The marinated galbi and premium meats are worth the extra price BUT if you're not into the scallops you could save yourself some money and go for the cheaper menu but you'd be missing out on some good beef. The sides could be better. The kimchi wasn't that good. They could use some side seasonings like garlic and butter but other than that, I'd highly recommend trying this place out.
Our first time here! Although food was delicious I have to start with our server, Tommy, Asian server, he was super! Friendly, fast, kept checking on us, & he was so busy! The food, amazing! Sides are delicious, and meats outstanding! Will definitely come back! Oh, and 2 ladies that were in the front were so friendly & helpful!! So glad we found this place!
I love Mr. BBQ! It’s all-around a great place to go for kbbq. The wait is can get pretty bad, so I would go early to put your name on the waitlist. The basic menu is honestly all you need. It has brisket, beef belly, thinly sliced pork belly, and what else do you need lol. If you want beef tongue, you can opt for the next level up. I also really like their soju cocktails. There are so many different fruity flavors to choose from and you can mix them as well. They’re handmade, but come sealed in a little can which is so cute. Our server was so nice and friendly as well. And the ice cream was really good.
We had a very good experience with the help of the manager Daniel who took care of a gift card issue and replaced all three gift cards we gave for Christmas presents were 3 $100 gift cards that had zero on them and Daniel made good on replacing all three with 3 $100 replacement cards for me plus a $100 card for me for the trouble so 5 stars for Daniel *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣
I recently had an absolutely amazing experience at a Mr. BBQ and I just have to rave about it! Not only did they offer a huge selection of meats, but the quality was truly top-notch. The cuts were all incredibly fresh and the marinades were delicious - I simply couldn't get enough! It's rare to find such a variety of meats at the restaurant, so I was pleasantly surprised by how much they had to offer. But what truly elevated this dining experience to the next level was our waiter, Tommy. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the different cuts of meat, he was also very personable and made our entire dining experience so enjoyable. He offered great suggestions and even helped us cook our meats to perfection at our table, which was a really fun and unique experience. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant enough - the quality of the food and the exceptional service from Tommy truly made it one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! But keep in mind if you have a large party you will have a long wait time we did 2 hours
Had the Mr BBQ dinner combo 2 which is recommended for 4-6 guests. Generous portions. Love all the different cuts of meat. Good atmosphere there had the Angels game on multiple screens. There were at least a couple of birthday celebrations. Recommend going on the wait list early on yelp it can be a couple hours wait depending on the night. We got on the waitlist at 4pm and was seated at 5:30pm.
Ate here for the first time on Dec 26, 2025. The meat was some of the best quality I've ever had for an AYCE. Great cuts and selection with unlimited sides. Aidan was our server and wow was he amazing! He's the standard for how you should serve and treat your customers. Very attentive and super respectful. Made our table of 5 feel so comfortable and cared for. DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO DO TO KEEP HIM HERE FOREVER. The only complaint is a super long wait. Put our names in and had to wait for close to 3 hours in total after only being told it would be two hours on the waitlist. They don't take call in reservations. A lot of empty tables while we were waiting which was frustrating.
Had an amazing time here at Mr. BBQ. Food was good, service top notch, and a great atmosphere. Dylan our server performed service way beyond our expectations. Was on point, swift, and a pleasure to conversate with him. Probably one of the alltime best servers I've experienced. Wish the best for him in his career.
This KBBQ spot has quickly become my go-to. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is lively and energetic. From placing our order to receiving our food, everything felt quick and enjoyable. One of the servers, in particular, made the experience extra fun and made sure we had everything we needed. I’m definitely planning to return just for that great service.
1 hour wait for party of 12 but we were able to drink in the waiting area. Food was good. I was most impressed with the server, a young asian man. He was very friendly and quick with the orders. I had nearly forgotten what friendly customer service was like. Restaurant is very noisy which was mildly annoying but otherwise enjoyable experience.
I was looking for a yakiniku type of place, and this was the closest I could find that accepted 1 person. The atmosphere was loud due to lots of hard surfaces...I wore nouse-cancelling earbuds to keep it tolerable. The food was ok, they really should fire the cook. All joking aside, the ingredients seemed of decent quality, and a wide variety was present. The crunchy seaweed was oddly satisfying to eat, but I dont know why. I did not expect the ribeye to be full thickness. Often in this sort of place, they are sliced thinly, which better fits the style of cooking, and I would have preferred it to be thin. The beef tongue was really good though, and I highly recommend it. All in all, if I were to suggest changes, it would be to install some sort of sound absorbent materials in the building to tone the noise, and a wire cooking grill would have made it much better. Knowing the meat thickness ahead of time such as listing it on the menu would be helpful as well. My service was good, and the waiter professional and attentive. Kudos! Thank you for the meal!
It's a bit noisy on weekends, so I'll come back on a weekday to see how it is. The sauce isn't very tasty. (So far, the tastiest is at Road to Seul.) The meat is delicious.
I had a great time at Mr. BBQ today with my friend! We went around 1 PM and waited about 20–25 minutes, which wasn’t too bad. The customer service was quick and attentive. We got the premium menu, which included scallops, filet mignon, and beef tongue on top of the regular options. The food was amazing, and the meat quality was really good. I especially loved the brisket and beef tongue. The side dishes were okay, but overall, the experience was very positive. I will definitely come back again!
Good service. Again, GOOD SERVICE. They have the best beef tongue quality in town. However, the other kinds of meat are not spectacular. Good quality, but not stunning with the price they offer for premium combo. Their octopus quality is not as good as Gen (Tustin). One more good dish they have is small intestine, full of flavor.
Meat is very fresh and tasty 👍nice service as well just too noisy to talk with friends in there.
4/18/2024 = 4 Star = this is my 2nd time here and we have the best server this time , just celebrate my son birthday and they love it , the big problem here are the parking lot , so hard to park, some people park across the street and very dangerous. The street are busy too, be careful when parking across the street . The rest are 5 star exept parking lot .
Delicious food overall, but stay away from the steak, it's too chewy. Go crazy on the bulgogi and pork belly! So yummy! The service is generally good. Often, it's very busy. They ran out of fish cakes last time I was there.. These are small complaints though! I almost always have a great time at Mr. BBQ. :)
Great Korean BBq restaurant. Very clean, great service, tons of choices and also the priciest $$$. The only reason we will not be returning is because of the price other than that we loved the restaurant. #koreanbbq #googlelocalguide #womenwhoguide #localguide #koreanbbqfullerton #fullertonfood #mrbbq #mrbbqfullerton #koreanfood #korean
Mitzah BBQ has really good food — the flavors are tasty and the quality is solid. The downside is the experience: it’s always very crowded, the waitlist can take a long time, and parking is a real challenge. The price also feels a bit steep. At nearly $50 per person for dinner, it doesn’t feel worth it for what you get. Overall, good food but the long wait, tough parking, and high price make it hard to fully recommend.
Super good food... but is it worth the wait??? .... AYCE lunch for $25... but we opted for the prem dinner for the seafood. slightly dissapointed that galbi is only on the premium $45 menu. I thought the best thing was the squid off the dinner $35 menu. it's Weds. Dec. 28 at 12:00 noon.. and the wait time is 1 hour. which irks me when I can clearly see open tables (as in more than). I would definitely eat here again, but idk if I have the patience to wait for it, esp when I live in the SGV and I know there are so many great options out there that have no wait bc when you're hangry... you're hangry! again as we're leaving at 3:00 p.m. there a giant crowd at the door. and the servers look swamped, but the place is only seated at 60% capacity...
I’ve been here a few times for Korean BBQ and it’s been consistently good overall. The food is flavorful and satisfying, and while I’ve had one or two visits where some of the side dishes weren’t as fresh, it didn’t take away from the experience. The waitstaff is friendly, attentive, and provides great customer service. I highly recommend this place and will definitely keep coming back.
Food is good and the service is fantastic. The only thing that holds me back from a perfect score is how loud the music is. For the entire night they were blasting extremely loud club music over the speakers that in my opinion didn't really fit the vibes, it was annoying and my friend and I couldn't even hear each other when we're just right across the table.
Waiting time is a nightmare. We tried coming here due to reviews that we saw online searching for a BBQ near home. At first you saw it full thought it was because it was great service and people got in and out quick. My husband and I first experience we waited 1 hr for a table of two. You can tell people with big groups are seated first. Music is loud and when it’s someone’s bday they play a song loud and make a great entrance for bday celebration. The food was great for both my husband and I. We decided to invite our family. SECOND time we come and we waited 3HOURS! They did say sorry but 3hrs was very long. We sat in the waiting area they have inside lobby. Checked every 20 min. Nothing yet. Checked our line number on yelp. But they need to work on their waiting times. If a big group is not all there they need to sit down small groups.
First of all I want to say that our server was super nice and friendly. The restaurant was cute but our issue was with the food we got the lunch menu and the brisket and bulgogi meat was very tough and chewy. We got squid as well and the sauce that came with it was flavorless. Sadly the kimchi stew wasn’t good either it tasted like all tomato and no kimchi. Also the women’s restroom only had one working toilet had that one had no working lock. We will not be coming back.
To be completely honest, I would never come back here if I had to pay out of my pocket. The main reason is that the quality and taste of the meat are far below expectations for the price. The side dishes were all bland and tasteless, and I could feel no care or effort put into the food. It felt disrespectful to the customers. The meat itself was simply not good at all -both in quality and flavor. To be frank, it was frustrating and disappointing. Maybe foreign customers might come for the price, but for me, there's absolutely no reason to return. Our server was nice.
Despite the restaurant having many empty tables, we were made to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to be seated. After waiting for about an hour, we politely asked the lady at the front desk if we could be seated since we could clearly see multiple empty tables available. Her response was rude and dismissive. She said, “You have only waited an hour, you still have 30–40 minutes to wait,” as if our time didn’t matter at all. There was no explanation, no effort to accommodate us, and no basic courtesy. Making customers wait that long while tables sit empty is unacceptable, and the attitude at the front desk made the experience even worse. When they finely told us our table is ready....they told us the table is getting ready and made us wait and kept on seating people who came after us.
the workers were rude and unhelpful when told my daughter was 10 years old as we were celebrating her birthday, she was denied and questioned which was ridiculous. Not to mention, the food was salty especially the spare rib and the brisket was mainly fat. And I could smell alcohol on the Asian worker with a more fuller build by the name of Tyler, it was ridiculous around my family as it wasn't the most pleasent and left a lingering smell which was unbelievable. Also they don't mention anything about a mandatory tip they charged $50 for a tip without warning and costed is a lot with the total being almost 300 for 4 people all you can eat. This place was not worth it, never again!
To be honest I want give 0 star for the good. We saw 2000+ good views on this restaurant so we go try it out, but trust me, this is the worst Korean BBQ you can have. We spend $48.99 and this is what they served, we ordered the premium WAGYU New York strip and premium WAGYU brisket, and you guys can see the pictures, those are 100% not Premium or WAGYU. I was wondering how much the store owner can make to lie to their customers those are good meet, I hope they can go “thirsty cow” to check out what you can eat when you spend $50 on Korean BBQ. So disappointed and never gonna go back again.Even tho, they have really good service, but the owner should stop lie to people.
