Great customer service! Food has a lot of flavor but is low qualify ingredients. Dislike the serving size. I got the firecracker shrimp and steak for $1.50 more. I got 3 shrimp and 3 steak pieces, and a few veggies. A smaller scoop than the orange chicken? Won't be getting the shrimp and chicken again.

Hit or miss. Positives- they move through a line very quickly and this place gets a lot of traffic so the food is always fresh. Orange chicken here is more crispy than more which makes it sooooo much better and their chow Mein isn’t just a bunch of cabbage. Negatives- the Beijing Beef is supposed to be Spicy but there is a point where is is inedible. It is never consistent here which is a bummer because that is the thing I crave from Panda. Also, when manager is serving, he gives amazing portions but when he isn’t there, you’ll get half. They also will cut your portion in half if you order with another person and you each order the same thing if they are down to the bottom of a pan of food rather than ordering for more of it to be made. To end on a positive, I will also add that this place is SPOTLESS.

Jenny has an attitude. I wanted less veggies on my chow mein and I told her and she kept adding more instead of less so then I pointed it out again and with a very rude attitude and tone she told me well do you wanna wait for more to be maid? I did and it took long and then another employee picked up my plate and it was the same deal. I had to tell her again.

I ordered an entree with fried rice and the double teriyaki chicken. Normally, the double teriyaki chicken comes cut into 2½ to 3 large pieces. This time, though, the portion was off. They gave me less than 2½ pieces, and some of the cut pieces were left out entirely. The entree didn’t even have three full pieces, and the chicken pieces were tiny. The container still had plenty of space, yet they decided not to include the missing piece. When I asked why, the server lady told me I’d have to pay extra for just one or two pieces. That’s ridiculous. If they charged by weight, that has no problem at all but Panda Express doesn’t work that way. The lady’s attitude was not even nice either. Honestly, this seems like a straight-up employee attitude problem. Some basic training on professionalism and serving properly wouldn’t hurt. Even a middle schooler could have served this better. Also they didn’t even ask me if it was for to-go or dine-in. Horrible.

I got an order to go. Service was robotic, but what really annoyed me is there were no utensils, napkins or condiments in the bag. Since when is rice, noodles and sauted meat with vegetables finger food? My goodness, for the price, they could have placed the obvious in the bag. I assume now that I was supposed to help myself, but no one mentioned that when asking if this is to go, or at the register.

I ordered broccoli beef and got like 4 tiny pieces of beef covered up, suspiciously, by three giant pieces of broccoli. It’s like 1/3rd portion and the photo doesn’t do it justice.

The food at this location has not been consistent the last 2-3 visits. We went at 6pm on a Sunday night. When we arrived the line was out the door. We ordered our food to-go but would have asked for a refund if we dined in. The Beijing beef was too spicy, again. Both the rice and chow mein were undercooked.

They don’t pick up phones calls. Called 8 times trying to cancel an order I did not want to place in the first minute and they completely ignored my calls

Places an order. Paid extra for the shrimp and beef and got broccoli instead. Tried calling to get at least a partial refund, no answer. Inexcusable service. Will no longer do business with this branch and maybe all of panda.

They forgot my eggroll. Normally I’m pretty understanding with mistakes because of human error blahblahblah. And maybe I am being unreasonable But nah kept me waiting and still left out half of my order. Unacceptable
