Raising Cane's Fullerton Reviews
Stopped by to pick up some chicken. There was no line in the drive thru. Order was taken by outside order takers with no wait. Ordered extra Bob “bread butter on both sides” to test speed. Order was still ready super quick. Hot and delicious. Enjoyed a quick take out today.
First try Raising Cannes ever, tender and toast was too good from the taste to the hot crunchy. The sauces is ok, so far so good. Gonna be back with this brand.
When walking through the door you are a greeted with a "hello, welcome". The atmosphere inside was very chill😎. The food was good especially the chicken tenders and the bread very sweet.😋
I stopped by Raising Cane’s at the Fullerton location & it did not disappoint! The chicken fingers were hot, crispy & clearly made fresh with a perfect golden crunch on the outside & tender juiciness on the inside. The crinkle-cut fries were well salted & the Texas toast was buttery & toasted just right. Of course, the Cane’s signature sauce tied everything together! The service was fast & friendly with the food coming out quickly even though it was busy. This spot is consistently good & hits the mark every time whenever you’re craving quality chicken fingers. Definitely one of the better Raising Cane’s locations in the Orange County area. Highly recommended!
Thank you to Skye for looking after me this evening. We had landed from Sydney, and this was our first meal on American soil and our first time eating Raising Cane’s. The kids had seen it all over the TikTok’s so as an aging millennial, I consulted the YouTube to do some recon. I settled on chicken tenders, bread, fries and to spoil the kids, I bought the giant cups of sauce. It didn’t disappoint. Still, Skye was super patient as I had to use my fingers to panic count how many tenders (this was the first stop of our fast food crawl and I didn’t want to under-order). The restaurant was so busy but the food came out so quickly and was freshly made. Skye even came out to check we were ok, and offered hot sauce. I didn’t want to mess with the original sauce so declined the offer but next time I’ll be there. Our 15 chicken tenders were hot and juicy and the sauce is was makes it. We brought it with us as we continued our fast food crawl and dipped a spicy chicken sandwich in it to make it the ultimate 🤝 Thank you Skye for making our first visit to Raising Cane’s so memorable. Yes it’s fast food, but genuine passion and care make the experience. Skye is an asset to the company and no matter what you do, may your genuine kindness continue to make this world a better place.
I never went there before and had to try their chicken, I heard they have the best chicken in town. The food was great and will definitely go back.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is the gold standard for quality fast food! Every meal is fresh, simple, and perfectly executed. The chicken fingers are always hot, juicy, and cooked to golden perfection — never greasy or dry. The signature Cane’s Sauce is legendary, creamy with the perfect tang, and pairs beautifully with the crispy crinkle-cut fries and buttery Texas toast. The coleslaw adds a refreshing balance to the meal, and portion sizes are generous. The restaurant is always spotless, the staff is friendly, and service is quick and consistent. You can tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or a late-night craving, Raising Cane’s always delivers the same amazing flavor and quality. A must-visit for chicken lovers everywhere!
Line takes forever. Order online for curbside pick up. The chicken fingers are soft, juicy and the breading is crispy. Try the coleslaw :) and definitely don't leave without the lemonade.
One of my favorite places to eat any Canes deserve my time haha! Food was great came out quick ever more impressing due to their being so many people! Counter staff was great 😊
As a family of self-proclaimed foodies, my kids and I are always on the hunt for delicious eats, and when it comes to chicken, Raising Cane's has completely stolen our hearts. We've tried numerous places serving similar chicken, but none come close to the consistent deliciousness we find here. Every item on the menu is a hit, but the butter bread and fries are absolute standouts – seriously, they're divine! And that signature Cane's Sauce? It's magic! It perfectly complements everything from the chicken fingers to the crinkle-cut fries. If I had one minor critique, it's the complete absence of heat. For those who, like us, appreciate a good kick, you'll definitely want to bring your own hot sauce to spice things up. But honestly, that's a small trade-off for the consistently amazing food and experience we have every time. Raising Cane's is by far our favorite chicken spot, and we can't recommend it enough!
First time I've ever been to Cane's! Service was truly top notch. Knowledgeable, friendly, clean, and everyone was in a good mood! Food was good, I'm grateful they have "Naked Chicken" for those of us with gluten sensitivities!

The food always tastes great here. The lemonade is my favorite beverage. Other than that,it all depends on how hungry you are. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did if it's your first time. Oh and get both sides of the toast roasted, so much better.
Updates: At the back of our head this was expected. But the quality of food has degraded a bit from during the opening week. May have something to do with ingredients and the fast food process. Overall still good but cannot put 5 star atm. Previous: The new Fullerton Raising Cane's offers a straightforward and satisfying fast-food experience, specializing in their signature chicken tenders. With a simple menu focused on quality, the restaurant provides a quick and tasty option for those seeking a classic and flavorful meal. Hoping this stays consistent and not just because it newly opened.

Im a chicken guy. This is S tier alongwith chick fila. Both excelling certain areas where raising Cane's chicken tends to be super moist and goes well with their fries and coleslaw. I've never had coleslaw before, but I will eat this one for some reason. If you haven't tried this place, it's a must of you like chicken

Place is super expensive! $21 for 1 person to eat. And the drive thru is never fair. Because the car that comes behind me always gets served 1st.
The food was good as always, but it was noticeably greasier than usual today. The real issue was with my three-box combo. One box had chicken fingers that were about half the size of the others. I went to the counter to ask for a replacement or compensation. The staff didn’t seem to know what to do—first they asked the cashier, then the fryer staff. In the end, everyone just said the chicken was “the same size.” Look at the pictures—it’s obvious the sizes are not the same. What’s more absurd is that no one reached out to a manager. Either the staff needs proper training, or the manager is extremely “absent” and not reachable when needed. This place needs to learn to take responsibility for its mistakes—especially the kitchen staff. Denying the obvious only frustrates loyal customers. This could have been easily solved by anyone with basic common sense. It’s not hard. Any other fast food place would have corrected the issue on the spot. Customer service and consistent food standards are a huge part of running a successful business. This needs to be taken more seriously. and what’s with the fans turned on? it’s cold and ac on? save energy and with that do a better job.
My review is purely based on the food. The food is mildly disappointing considering Cane's has such an electric reputation. It's not great, and honestly it's not even good. The only redeemable quality about the food is that it's not horrible.
I have mixed feelings. This place is super overhyped and the food is very mid. The chicken just doesn't really taste of anything and has barely any seasoning. It's missing having a bit more flavour. The chips were so heavily salted I couldnt really eat them. The sauce is overly peppery. Wouldn't rush back to order.

guys, please don't forget the fries next time. my dad bought for my little sister but how can yall forget the fries ?
After placing my order, I was met with extreme hostility from the employee at the counter. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but escalated to a point that felt aggressive. After preparing my drinks, she tossed them into the carrier with enough force to be considered reckless. When my food was ready, instead of notifying me professionally, she screamed at me in front of other customers. I do not feel that an individual with this level of volatile behavior should be representing your brand or interacting with the public.

I went through the drive-thru during a slow time with hardly any customers. Even with competitors like Chick-fil-A and Dave’s Hot Chicken nearby, I chose Cane’s expecting good food. That expectation turned into complete disappointment. The chicken was not crispy at all and barely warm. The fries were even worse — they looked almost white, like they weren’t fully fried. I won’t be coming back to Cane’s when I’m craving chicken. Extremely disappointing.
I usually love canes but I got the worst food poisoning of my life from this place on Saturday. I'm wondering if anyone else got sick or was it just me?
I went into this canes and the manager Theresa was being very rude and agile to her customers as well as the staff. Not a very bright atmosphere and the food was not all that great either. Never going to this canes again! Longest wait for my food as well! Please avoid this canes if you can!
