Wendy's Fullerton Reviews
Had Wendy's for the first time last week. I can proudly say, McDonald's will never see this face EVER again.
Food is surprisingly good. Service is quick. I enjoy the soda dispenser. Variety of soda choices.
Was clean, counter service was so so. Had to keep yelling over counter to get help. Had a salad and it had shrunk down. Not worth the price.
This is like most Wendy's location. The inside was nice but no one in there. The staff was helpful but they were horsing around loudly behind the counter.
The employee who was my cashier and packed my food was mopping the floor when I came in. She did not wash her hands before touching my food. Gross.
Update: The food quality has deteriorated. Nuggets were dark brown (fried multiple times) and dry. Lettuce on my burger was see through. Too bad. So disappointed. I enjoy Wendys now and then, but I forget that this location is awful. Management is terrible. Not only do they nickel and dime you for things that are free at other locations, but they're RUDE! I stopped for lunch today and the manager, Dawn (per the receipt - she refused to tell me her name), was so incredibly rude to my mom and I when we asked a question about the receipt. Remedial customer service training is sorely needed.
The $7 chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. Staff also needs to learn better customer service. Not sure if the taller lady is the manager but she was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. I consistently find reasons not to order from Wendy's.
It’s been awhile since going to Wendy’s. I went through the drive thru this morning to try the 2 for $3 breakfast special. I ordered the sausage English muffin but got egg & cheese instead. It wasn’t worth driving all the way back. She had not repeated order back to me or given a receipt. As far as breakfast sandwiches go, it was okay. A couple bites were salty. It was cold by the time I got home, which is only about 5 minutes away.
Went to use a coupon for free 10 nuggets for nugget day, and the guy at the register told me that the coupon was invalid because I had already ordered. I asked if he could input the code after because of that and he refused to give me either the nuggets or the coupon. When he scanned my phone it got rid of my points and my coupon. Very upset and disappointed, also a very rude attitude for no reason. Not to mention that the food was cold. On top of all that they gave us a ripped bag. Totally ridiculous
The two for three deal at Wendy's is now a two for four deal. One more reason why it's not worth living on planet earth huh???
They made a mistake on my order and gave me an attitude when I told them about it. They also have me an old stale chicken patty that was not consumable. Also the person giving me the attitude appeared to be the manager.
If you’re in a position as a general manager of the store, I’m shocked how you could get that position by screaming at customers for the top of your lungs through the drive through. There wasn’t anything I did wrong. I did not raise my voice. I was just picking up my order through the drive-through and she got upset and started screaming very unprofessional and very rude. The best way I could describe her is that she’s a lady maybe in her early 30s Brunette thick accent. I don’t know how else to describe her, but she was extremely rude and makes me not want to return to this location when I’m craving Wendy’s, even though it’s closer to my house
Karla or Carla was very rude. Treated me like I was trying to steal a cookie that looked terrible. I asked for a refund and was refused even though I came in right after ordering in the drive-thru. Some people should not work in a customer-service oriented role. Left the cookie on the counter and I'm out money from a quick order at a Wendy's. Makes no sense.
My husband goes there at least once a week and today he went there after doing a mobile order for 2 kids meals and 3 frostys and a free fry. They said the order was only for 2 kids meals my husband showed them the order on his phone the rude manager wouldn't even look at it kept shaking her head and started trying to help someone else and ignore him. I have never in my life heard of a manager acting like that. She kept telling him he had to contact corporate for the refund. She was very rude she literally wouldn't look at the order on his phone just kept shaking her head. I see all the other complaints about the same lady. How is she still the manager? Well I that location just lost a good customer. We will never go back there again .
