I was hesitant because there are many Latin spots, but Milagros knocked it out of the park! every dish was delicious, we all cleaned our plates. i particularly enjoyed the tortilla chicken soup & plátanos cubanos. this was a great spot to enjoy dinner with a group

I came for happy hour and it was fantastic. Great margaritas, great guac, great tacos al pastor, great prices, and great service. Look forward to making this a regular thing.

Go to place in Redwood City. Parking is easy to find. It's literally surrounded by it. Always greeted and seated right away. Outside and inside options are great. Tv always have the games on. The food is awesome. Never had anything I didn't like. Bottomless mimosas are a winner.

The breakfast sandwich with pork carnitas and brown sugar bacon was incredible! The pork is very tender, the bacon is thick and crispy, and the jalapeño mozzarella adds extra creaminess without being too spicy. Guacamole, salsa trio, and plantains are also delicious.

Great place for Mexican food in Redwood City. I've probably been here 50 times in the last few years. It's never a disappointment. The tacos are the way to go, IMO, so you can get a taste of multiple flavors. The bar is great, the booths are great for families, and the street dining is great too. I've moved away from the area, but always come back to Milagros for lunch when I'm in town.

We had the chicken mole lettuce wraps, mahi mahi and Baja fish tacos, and chicken suiza enchilada. Everything was delicious. Will be back to try more from their menu.

We sat outside with heat lamps. Service was great. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff helped us celebrate the bday kid, he was happy! Food was all excellent and they had a solid variety of vegetarian options.

Excellent selection of cocktails and drinks! We absolutely loved their El Hipster and Big Daddy Michelada (with Modelo). They have great tacos and the prices are just as good. We sat in the outdoor patio on a warm summer evening and had the best time. Highly recommend!

Visited again with coworker's for lunch and this place does not disappoint. Food was deliciously perfect. This time, I just had coconut shrimp taco and mini gorditos. I was stuffed. Service was fast from start to finish. The lady was super nice. It was packed for a Friday afternoon but it wasn't overly chaotic. Plenty of seating and it wasn't overly loud that you couldn't hear each other talk. My first time here,  I had gone here for a Holiday lunch for work. Upon entering the vibe is very inviting. Even if they were busy,  we were greeted and seated right away.   There was so much decor to look at. We ordered: 1. Sangria (pitcher) - Strong and tasty, not overly sweet. 2.  Chips and salsa  - All the salsas were amazing but that day I was leaning more towards the pineapple. 3.  Jalapeno poppers - Not spicy but crunchy and flavorful. I couldn't get enough of this. 4.  Veggie quesadilla - This was delicious but looked like it was more spinach and mushrooms.  I didn't see the epazote my co-worker was talking about. 5.  Quesabirria trio - I was not impressed with this,  I was actually happy I didn't order this.  It was lacking. It wasn't cheesy or super flavorful. It was kind of bland even after dipping it in the consommé 6.  Artichoke enchiladas - I tried this and it was mostly potato, hardly any artichokes. 7.  Baja fish taco, churrasco steak taco, crispy coconut shrimp taco - I made my own little sampler order of tacos. The fish taco had a light crunch and you can taste the flaky fish but it wasn't fishy if that makes sense.  Churassco steak taco  - steak was tender and with all the toppings it was juicy and flavorful. Coconut shrimp taco, I think was my favorite. It was crunchy but not overly drenched in coconut.  All the tacos stood out in their own way and be prepared to get messy.... if it doesn't get all over the place it doesn't belong in your face lol. 8.  Pozole - Ranked 7/10 by coworker. It was nice to be able to pour the broth over it, but lacked flavor 9. Cranberry mule- We ordered this after we were done eating.  I'm sorry but I do NOT recommend this! The aftertaste of rosemary, just left me asking WHY? After each sip. We struggled to drink this and figured chugging it down was the only way. I kept telling my coworker it reminded me of Fabuloso (cleaning agent) Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back here again.  Highly recommend.  I'd love to try the desserts next time.

By far my favorite Mexican restaurant in the entire Bay Area. The food is consistently delicious and fresh, the service is friendly and fast, and the drinks are outstanding. Anytime we have people visiting us from out of town we bring them to Milagros to show them was great Mexican food in California looks like.

This was the second time I've been to Milagros and both times the food was excellent, from the salsa trio appetizer to the chicken mole to the dessert cake there were no faults in our food, everyone at the table was pleased with their dishes. On both occasions the restaurant was very busy so the joint was hopping as they say. However, if there was one small drawback it was that the service was a bit chaotic which I attribute to our server being overloaded. The service wasn't bad there were times our waiter checked on us and times when he disappeared for awhile. If you are in the area be sure to give Milagros a try but just be advised that you may have to wait or choose outside seating. I plan to go back again the next time I am in the area. Last, but not least their specialty spicy margarita was just so-so but when I asked for a regular margarita with jalapeño the result was better and less expensive. I don't recall any other issues with drinks at our table.

Had a wonderful dinner at Milagros Latin Kitchen in Redwood City! The ambience was festive and inviting, perfect for a group gathering. We sat indoors, but the outdoor patio looked equally charming. The food was delicious (great vegetarian options too!), and the cocktails, mocktails, and beer selection hit the mark. Special shoutout to Adelfo, hope I got the spelling right, who was polite, fun, and spot on with his food and drink recommendations. Big thanks to the entire team for the warm, friendly service. A memorable night with amazing company!

I am from Sydney Australia and we don't have great Mexican here apart from McDonald's style places. We arrived and were looking for some good Mexican since we heard San Fran has great Mexican - and wow this place did not disappoint! Everything was amazing - the portions, the flavours, the textures, the colours just wow! Whenever I come back to San Fran this will be the first place ill be going for dinner.

We ordered Pozole Soup, Skirt Steak Fajitas, Birria Tacos, Steak & Eggs, Chicken Enchiladas. Everybody at our table loved everything except the Pozole had a piece of plastic in it. Guacamole was very delicious!!!! They also had very delicious Sangria!! It's very loud as would be expected at a busy restaurant. Manager took the Pozole off the bill.

Good bites of food and variety of drinks. The Jalapeño poppers were good. Steak tacos were juicy. Banana pudding was enough for 8 people. Service was fast. It took about 20 min to get seated on a Friday night. They have heaters for outside seating.

The service was awesome! Food was really good, the only thing I would change is not serving the steak burrito in a sauce. The margarita had a lot of tequila 😊 Portions were pretty good! The metal chairs were not comfortable but I’m on the bigger side so you may not have a problem. Will be back for happy hour! $4 street tacos - good spice $8 drinks

standard food but for context I did not go during brunch so perhaps the brunch is a better time to dine here. There was quite a bit of people looking to dine even in odd hours between lunch and dinner. Ceviche leaned more acidic than other places I've had. Al Pastor taco was a little dry from the raw cabbage. Overall decent but not a standoit meal

Mixed Bag: Popular, Underwhelming Flavors" Went there on the weekend and it was super packed! Waited ~30 mins to get seated. Guess it's pretty popular, huh? You should still check it out to get the vibe, though. I was kinda let down by the flavors, though Mexican food's usually pretty bold and spicy, but what I had was pretty meh on both counts. The Enchiladas didn't have a rich flavor, and the banana plantain appetizer was a bit bland too. The Churro icecream was too sweet and ice cream had softened already when they served us :( Maybe you'll have a better experience!

Let me explain—this place is really popular, and a lot of people love it. But if you know Mexican food, you’ll quickly realize it’s not authentic. The beans are spicy, which isn’t great for kids, and I don’t think they mention that, had Al pastor tacos, enchilada, birria tacos, bean burrito And blah The food itself is okay—not bad, not amazing. That said, the ambiance is nice, with a cool outdoor seating area, and the service is good. I’m just saying, if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this isn’t it! I’ve been there before but most of our food has been take out!

This place is losing it. The food quality has degraded and the service. We ordered many drinks amongst 6 of us and it was all watery. The food had no taste. The service had gone down and the waiter was so disinterested in us. Used to go here many times but this kind of sealed the deal. Need to look for another good Mexican place.
