My new favorite burger in Gainesville! A perfect smash burger. I’m not a fan of the paper thin smash fad going on and happy to pay what’s needed for a proper meal. This burger is just the right amount of greasy with a side of killer fries. It’s a new concept in old school Gainesville digs. I highly recommend checking them out, great for take out or dine in with the kids.

It's in the name and Biscuits and Burger is their game! Has a cozy old school vibe with great food! Owner was super nice and offered us access to the music and TV. The tots were perfection! Food portions were more than generous and everything was freshly made. 10/10 would go again

Smash burger was amazing! I have a food allergy and they were very accommodating and made it into a salad. Very friendly staff. They are remodeling for a more fresh atmosphere.

The tater tots are genuinely some of the best I've ever had! The staff were chill and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed and it was overall not overly busy, which I tend to prefer. The burgers were a little bit too greasy admittedly, but still very yummy. Will be back!

stopped in for a breakfast sandwich based on the reviews, not impressed. biscuit’s pretty dry, sausage is seared crunchy (presumably smash style). maybe i shouldn’t expect more for $10 but i’ve had better biscuits on a buffet. two bites and i won’t finish it. store could also use better signage, where the sign is out front is over another door and only a hand written piece of paper identifies the actual front door, from what i saw. maybe the burgers are better.

Over easy eggs were burnt Over medium eggs also burnt Western Omelet burnt and served without peppers and onions. Bacon was beyond burnt Hashbrown skillet served without cheese, peppers, and onions (basically just hashrowns without the skillet)

We ordered to go and I ordered the Biscuit and Lox. It came on a bagel, with pickles and jalapeños (which are not on the menu), no tomatoes and my boyfriend’s order was missing his fries. I couldn’t even eat half of the bagel because there were so many jalapeños
When a resturant has the word "biscuits" in its name, I expect good things. The name should be changed to "Bricks & Burgers." Our biscuits were, dry, tough and dense. The meat was thin and crispy. I didn't enjoy my meal. I didn't finish it. IF the biscuits are from scratch they need to change the recipe. The interior looked dirty and it smelled funny. It has a good location near the university but there isn't much parking.
