Ice Cream, Brownie Sundaes, Crinkle Cut Fries....need I say more? No matter how busy this place is, how frantic the staff is working, they serve with a smile and each meal or dessert is made when ordered and to order. Their produce and milk are awesome too.

Great ice cream, incredible prices! Braum's reminds me of a classic little old dairy store in small towns that sell their own dairy products. So fun! They had a large variety of ice cream flavors, from classic to holiday/seasonal to fun/unique. I love classic, but I like to get the ice cream you cannot find everywhere else, so this was the place to be for me! But, I do like that it offers both kinds because some people like only classic flavors like cookies and cream.

Traveling through Texas and saw these signs with huge ice cream cones, every where. Finished a 12 miles Veteran Hike so decided to treat ourselves. She tried a single scoop of butter brickle and I one of cookie and cream. Y'all better open one in Iowa real quick. A whole menu begging for tasting. Great service, value, and taste. Carb friendly bread is as good as it gets too. Thanks Braum's.

First time getting actual food here. We’ve only stopped for ice cream once or twice before. The burgers were actually really good. The Fries were very good as well although a friend had ordered theirs extra crispy and I wish I had known to order mine that way. Next time.

Always a great place to eat

Customer service could use a little help but the past few times they didn't get the orders right. Edited to add 2 more stars making a 5 star rating and to say they have really stepped up their game with much better customer service along with correct orders. The week the Artic decided to pay us a visit and half the county was without power and/or water for days and all the other fast food establishments who were able to open closed even with lines of people there needing food. This places stayed open and they were friendly and fast service even being short handed. Our food was fresh hot and correct.

This is a nice little restaurant. The hamburgers do not taste hand made but they are served up quick and hot. The best part is... My children and I look forward to coming here and upgrading our drink to a shake with no additional charge! The staff is friendly and does not seem to change every other week which tells me that they try to keep their employees happy.

We always go here when we are in the area. We live south of Austin. Wish we had one closer. I love that they have low carb side choices and no bread choices. All of our dietary needs are met and all the family choices are met. A great family place always fresh and friendly. Bag of burgers; can’t go wrong.

Great place to eat. I took my 7 yr old daughter here for her birthday per her request. We were not disappointed, our food was hot and fresh and we received great customer service. We had stopped in about 3:30 in the afternoon on our way to the Frank Buck Zoo just down the street. The moment we left the zoo we looked at each other and said so do you wanna go back to Braums and get some ice cream? So away we went!

Our 1st time eating at Braum's and we love it! There burgers are cooked to perfection and taste so good! They have wonderful food for a great price! Plus they have all the ice cream treats you can dream of cones, floats, shakes etc. 😋

Had a nice time there with my family. They had a room that was separated from the rest of the restaurant that gave us some privacy and allowed the little ones be little ones without disrupting other customers that were there. We will be returning. The ice cream is always amazing and I'm looking forward to trying some of their burgers, they looked delicious.

First time I've been to one. Came through on a road trip and it was amazing! Hands down, best food I've had in a very long time. Their milk shakes are better than Freddy's and DQ! After doing some research, found that they're locally sourced! Amazing food and boosting local economy, wish could give a sixth star!!

The food was typical fast food no better than worse than most the service was spectacular even though it was lunch time in the nearby high school kids showed up right in front of me. I'm talking they walked in one door and I came in the other door right behind a large crowd of them they fantastic staff at this location got our food to us quicker than a lot of locations that are doing nothing but our meal would have done. Staying ahead of that crowd of starving children and still getting my food to me promptly was mind-blowing. The atmosphere is a loud fast food place so not a great atmosphere in my opinion but no worse than any other loud food place with lots of teenagers in it exclamation point

We love going here for ice cream and more, and you will, too! Whether you get frozen yogurt TWIST (it's not "swirl" folks! 😝🤣) or one of their many outstanding flavors out of the case, you're sure to leave with a happy smile on your face. And added bonus, if you choose to eat a meal here, you can swap your drink in your combo meal out for a shake at no extra charge!! How amazing is that? And they have a small market with milk, produce, bread, and the biggest ice cream selection in any store I've ever seen. Told you you're gonna love it here. 😁

You probably didn’t know this, but Braum’s has a really good and well priced grocery sections. Low car bread, meat, and fresh vegetables.

With your Combo, you can make your drink a Milkshake for no extra cost. I asked what flavors do y'all have ? The cashier waved her hand and said -" Your Shake can be from Any ice cream we sell". 😀 My Pistachio shake was one of the Best I've ever had !

This place is awesome! Went in to get a burger. The food was good, as was the service. Across the seating area is a dairy store. Walked over, bought eggs & milk! After eating my burger & fries. They had bananas, country sausage, & all kinds of goods. The had a special, 2 gallons of milk for $6! Love this place. it's too bad there isn't one in SA!

Great burgers, nice and hot. Seems to be made to order Friendly service was quick and accurate. Don’t have a Braum’s near me so I always pick up some of their jalapeno cheddar sausage to bring home. They are excellent and freeze very well too.

Excellent ice cream, if your like me and you hate DQ prices and it's just a last resort for you, this place is about 10 times better and way way more affordable. Your looking at about 3.15 out the door for a large "blizzard" type treat.

It's good tasting food, but I had to ask for my kids cups, and one of their fries and then my burger had cheese after I had said no cheese. They just need to pay a little more attention to orders.

Great icecream&yogurt.. was a bit cold inside but not a complaint.. line not to long &tech friendly & helpful!! One bad complaint..restrooms were bad!! Dirty &unkept! Store was a bit deshovelled but could be from all day use?! Just always seems messy when I come in!? Prices Ok....

We really enjoy Braums. I had the strawberry/poppy seed salad. It was very good, fresh, good size portion and tasty. I will definately have it again. 4 star only because of cleanliness on booths and restroom and the wait time for a cashier at the grocery area upon check- out.

I suggest using the drive-thru for faster service. On one occasion, I visited the restaurant for lunch and encountered a cashier who was exceptionally slow and impolite. While I was standing directly in front of her, she turned around and walked away without acknowledging me. This incident highlights the establishment's deficiencies in customer service and organizational efficiency.

Order was correct and prepared quickly. Food tasted great. Restaurant was reasonably clean. The only issue we had was that there were a few flies bothering us, but all the fly traps seemed to be functional so I don't know that I can blame anything other than nature for that.

The burger was very good and they will include a shake in the meal for no additional cost. The fries were a little too soft for my taste though.

Stopped by for a milkshake and it took a long time to get it. They asked me to drive up so they could get other order out. Milkshake was good but a quarter of it was chocolate chunks.

The grilled chicken sandwich tasted good but didn’t have much on it.. basically a piece of chicken, mayo, some lettuce, tomato and bread. The fries were fresh and go great with their BBQ sauce. The cleanliness of the inside of restaurant could use some attention. This particular Braum’s has been renovated which allows two lanes for the drive thru and spacious restrooms. Update: ordered dessert here and was very happy with my desserts! The vanilla malt was perfect and the banana split was impressively aesthetic and flavorful! The banana split cost $5 and can be spot between two people.

The service was fine, and the food was good. We had been at an event for over 10, hours and all very hungry, to be able to get a bag of burgers for $7 is a great deal. I like Braums so I enjoyed the stop.

First time coming to one of these(don't have them in Houston). I can say, I am pleasantly surprised. They have a variety of items, breakfast, lunch, ice cream and a convenience store to top it off. A family of 5 was able to dine in on $30.00, a rarity these days! I gave it 4 stars as the floors were dirty and tables sticky, other than that, price and taste were good.

The icecream we ordered was good even though they didn't have 2 of the flavors we wanted. The young man at the drive thru wasn't very pleasant. He didn't say hello or even thank you!

Ordinarily i would rate very high. My food was great & i have no complaints about my food at all. However, my waitress at the window was Sooo, extremely rude it pulled what could have been a 5 star rating down to barely a 3. That kind of rudeness puts a bitter taste in your mouth for an otherwise tasty meal. If i had the time i would have gone in to speak with the manager but i did not. And what's even worse, is as a customer i pay my hard earned $ to choose to eat there & then be subjected to such rudeness 😕

I like Braum’s Burgers, however they are not always hot. As fast as they are served they must precook the patties and have them sitting in a warming tray. They will cook fresh and hot on request. The buns tend to come out crushed at this location. The lettuce, especially the thicker less green pieces, needs to be cut into smaller pieces. There also was no ice in the dining area dispenser. It was not manually refilled until my meal was over. One of the younger employees behind the counter had a filthy “white” shirt on. When I initially walked up to the counter the employee appeared to look right through me. She then starting conversing with another employee/ manager for a bit who finally asked her to turn around and take my order. The chip readers still don’t take chips and there is no indicator that you must slide the card. All small things but they distract from a pleasant dining experience which means 3 stars.

Burgers and fries. Ice cream is very good. Food is par for fast food. I love their pumpkin seasonal ice cream. The mint is also very good. Good service, great milk, but that should be expected from a dairy company. Decent selection of groceries, but mostly staples.

Did drive through asked for extra pickles and onions on 2 burgers and no tomatoes as my husband is allergic. Second burger wasn't rang up so had to pay for the other and get home to find not only tomatoes but full blown ketchup. FYI KETUP IS A TOMATO BASED PRODUCT. I come in WAY too often to have this be how we get treated.

Stopped by when traveling. They got our order wrong twice. Manager was kind but this took up more time than we had planned. She did take the time to teach the young man who placed our order what he did wrong. Again, it took up our time. Next time she might offer some compensation when this happens. Food allergy orders were a factor.

Place is okay hate that the buns on the burgers are almost always cold and the place is not as clean as it should be, especially the tables and seats, the restroom is always dirty. I only go through the drive through now and thats only for my favorite mint chocolate chip ice cream since i quit eating their burgers =(

First they gave me a vanilla cone when I asked for a cookies and cream cone. Then when I finally got my actual ice cream they gave my sister a chocolate shake when she asked for a vanilla shake.

Customer service was good but burger patties were cold and cheese was not melted. We did go later in the evening, all workers were working together, we will try this location again.

The customer service was very poor. First, the cashier was irritated that I only had a 100 dollar bill. We ordered 24$ in food but he didn't even count back our change, he just handed us a wad of money and closed the window. When we got to the next window, I tried to tell the female that I wanted her to please let the manager know that the cashier wasn't very friendly or courteous and informed her how we received our change and she just looked at me like she didn't understand English even though she obviously was very local. Then whispering to the other female and giggling they closed the window without acknowledging I spoke. It felt like I wasn't on planet Earth, anymore. The burgers were dry, my mocha cappuccino shake tasted like mint. I'm not sure how or who these people were trained by but I've been eating braums for years and tonight I wouldn't capitalize their B for a free meal!!!

Shop the store all the time. Today decided to get a burger. Burger ok, fries sad...not hot, not crispy. BUT! Saw the most disgusting thing. Using mop bucket for a squeegee to clean the inside windows! Then dripping that filthy water on the tables! Just a quick swipe with a paper towel to remove the water. Left a visible film. Don't sit by the windows! Yuck

The hamburgers were delicious as always. We drove through, got our lunch and pulled into the parking lot to eat. I'm sorry but I believe every business should be responsible for keeping their property up to their standards!! I took the picture of this past in the parking lot. I find the message disturbing to say the least! I won't go back to this establishment again!!

Food is always good but never consistent. Always seem to forget things especially on weekend mornings. Order Big Country Breakfast with gravy and they forget the gravy. Or they forget an entire sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Fries always seem to be soggy. My wife likes to eat there so I frequent this store often.

My last time visiting this store was not good. They forgot a food item for my order which is okay mistakes happen. The thing that made the trip a horrible experience was the attitude of the young guy at the window. Told him they forgot the food item and he rudely told us to go to the next window and slammed the window. Very rude and disrespectful. Probably won't go back here for a while.

The food was really good. The disgusting part was the swarm of flies on the tables, around the ice cream, around the laddles/scoops & near the soda dispenser. This was 2 weeks ago, so I'm by now someone bought a fly swatter.

Although the lady taking our order was super sweet, I couldn’t help notice the dirtiness. There was food and garage all over the floor behind the counter. The shake machine didn’t look like it had been clean in awhile, with I cream dripping down the front cupboards. I stood there for a good while trying to even decide if there was anything I would want to try. I wanted grilled chicken but didn’t want to risk getting sick. Then while eating there I noticed that the ceiling tiles all had some sort of water stains. In the hour or more we were there I didn’t see one person come out behind the counter to clean the tables.

The food was ok. The cleanliness need improvement.

Their chicken sandwich didn't have much flavor nor their fries. They do not honor their product promise on the bottom of the receipt. So I had to buy another shake.

Got a bag of burritos. None had "mounds of pepper jack cheese" like the ad stated. Infact, they had no cheese at all. Was already back on the road when we realized. The breakfast sausage was great! "We start with warmed flour tortillas and then fill them with fresh scrambled eggs, lots of country sausage, mounds of pepper jack cheese, fresh onions, and tomatoes. What a great start to the day!"

If i could give zero stars i would. Worst experience of my life ever anywhere. Stood there for 20 minutes while MULTIPLE employees looked right at me. Several people came in behind me and IMMEDIATELY got their order taken for food while I stood there looking right at cashier AND manager. Never acknowledged, order never taken. I WONT be back to this location ever again. Sorry braums I buy alot of milk and you won't get my money anymore. I'll be in touch with corporate.

Normally their great, but not today...... firstly they forgot my straw then ib asked for extra ice and only got maybe 3 cubes, and once I got home to eat I was able to eat after cleaning the beach that filled the bottom of the bag and got all over everything, and my biscuts were stale. I'm quite disappointed today.

Absolutely deplorable behavior from the staff tonight on 6/10/23 shortly after 10pm. A woman brought in her dog (admittedly she shouldn't have) and then left it. It was a small puppy. A staff member kicked the puppy out the front door and kept telling their coworkers to shut up after one said they would have taken it home. A small dark colored puppy late at night. After we left we went to look for it and saw it in front of the gas station, but by the time we stopped and got out to look it was gone again. They seriously threw puppy out at night instead of calling non-emergency services for animal control. I'm livid.

I went here tonight.Got dinner and a banana split told them no nuts. allergic to them.I get home.They have so many nuts on them.You couldn't even take them off.Went back up there to exchange it for another banana split by the time I got home.My other food was cold

The angry Hispanic woman probably shouldn’t be interacting with customers. It would be very beneficial for the business to serve breakfast during any business hours, losing all sales for us basically by not doing this.

Two of the male workers who gave us our food thru the drive thru were very punky looking. One of them couldn’t even look at me in the eyes when he gave us our stuff. The other one gave us the rest of my order, he didn’t say anything and closed the window. I didn’t know if it was all of our order or not so I had to verify by asking him. “Uhh I think so” I understand working fast food can be tedious and exhausting, but cheer up.
