Horribly slow, uncoordinated and understaffed. Needs better management. Food is okay (it's a US Burger King 🤷‍♂️), but at least it should be a quick in-and-out experience. Which it isn't. At least not at this location. ...damn, I miss European Burger Kings!!

Walked in they wasn't real busy. Two people in front of me had orders taken i walked up to give Patricia my order she walks off and didn't return for a bit when she did she took my order I put my debit card in the machine she walks off again and finally came back and got transaction done I only ordered a $7 trio and it took forever to get people behind got there order before me when I asked why she got rude about it.

One of my favorite Burger King restaurants. We dine in, it’s clean in the eating area & in restrooms. Update: went in today (02/24/22), right after the lunch rush, it was a bit messy. I still give this BK 5 ⭐️! They gave us fresh food, & when I asked for heavy pickle; they delivered! 👏 Update (04/22/22): I ordered 2 whoppers, 1 fry, 1 onion rings, 2 cokes. The order didn’t have onion rings, I touched the fries looking for the onion rings. The manager took out 1 of the fries ( that I touched) and instead of throwing them in the trash, tossed them back into the fries to be served! 🤢🤮 I had clean hands, but what if another person wasn’t into the level of hygiene that I hold myself to? A manager doing that is just gross. At least hide it from the public. I loved this place, not so much anymore. I’ll go up to Newberry Rd., hard pass on this location.

On the fry station, they dropped the red tongs on the floor and then picked it up and put it back on the station. For the most part the people were perfectly friendly and polite. I probably won't be back.

Really nice people but the food is not that good. Fries were completely tasteless and onion rings so mushy I thought I was at White Castle up north and they might be squid (if you know, you know). Maybe go somewhere else

This may be the next location to close. It needs to be. Con's. Whopper, Lettuce wtf chunks, one tomato slice, onions , pickles, burger paddy must have been precooked in the morning and held. The bun was warmer. Impossible burger had as many issues. Only good thing was the fries 🍟

Pulled up to the Drive-thru at 5:57p took 17 minutes just to take my order another 6 minutes to pay for said order and 5 minutes to get the order in hand. Almost 30 minutes for "fast food" Mind you there were only 2 cars ahead of me I guess they forgot what fast food is supposed to be.

Very rude from the moment I walked up to the counter. I always try to be extra polite to fast food workers because they have to deal with alot. But I had to leave before buying anything, because they were so rude I was about to lose my patience.

Probably the worst customer service at a fast food place I've ever experienced. The lady (white women/ overweight) on January 20 / 7:10PM was HORRIBLE ! She should not even work in customer service if that's her way to talk to the clientele. I'll definitely not come back.

I went here around 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. I ordered two Whoppers and I asked that both of them be ran through the broiler twice. I waited over 15 minutes and my Whoppers were not even ran through the broiler once. When I ask for a refund the manager had a visible attitude and murmured something to the cashier along the lines of "we don't do that here." It wasn't the cashier's fault, the cashier took my order correctly. If I asked for my Whopper to be off the broiler 2x's then put it off the broiler two times. If not, give me my money back. This place needs better management. Those who don't take pride in preparing others food don't need to be working in this industry!

Pathetic, embarrassing, and rude customer service. Whoever the manager was at 10:15am on Saturday November 8th was extremely rude. Zero care. Ordered on mobile, they canceled my order while I was sitting in the drive through. Pretended they never got my order and made me come inside. I explained the situation snd showed my order—and she said “nothing we can do” with a ton of attitude, no apology, and or attempt to understand or help the situation. Just completely wasted my time. Sad that people care this little about their jobs and about other people’s time. Shouldn’t expect anything more from a Burger King I suppose, but you’d think a manager would have an ounce of customer service intelligence or instincts.

Just had to do this one the egg I’m holding was very paper thin didn’t notice it until so was almost thru with my sandwich I order croissant Sausage with egg and cheese the meal. The drive in service in the mornings after 5: am is very slow it could be 1 person they take your order then hve you to pull round yo first window to pay when it takes them almost 40 minutes to make it round there themselves. Need more morning employees. The egg was super thin thin . Want be stopping here for breakfast anymore!!!

After waiting for an extended period of time at 9:30 in the evening and only one car ahead of me waiting at the first window I pay over $12 for a meal only to get a medium fry that barely has any fries in it. I had planned on sharing those fries with my dog that I had with me, but unfortunately barely had any for myself. I’m so highly disappointed a total waste of my money I won’t be back to this location.

I knew better! The new tacos are GROSS! At least Hardee's tacos are edible. They were greasy, old, and yuck with what may or may not have been real beef! Threw all 3 in the trash. Stick to burgers!
