Excellent Customer Service!! As an educator, always on the go, it's so nice to depend on the morning team's fast and exceptional customer service. Their welcoming and friendly service is always much appreciated!!
Although sometimes they are very busy our Order is right everytime and staff is helpful and nice. Food still taste good fries are usually hot. We use drive-thru, haven't eaten inside in a while.
Not a fan of McDonald's overall, but it is right down the street from where I work so I do visit it during lunch some days. As fast food joints go this one is really no different. It is clean and staff seem friendly enough. Not overly, but they are not rude.
It takes a long time to receive your food. Whether you are in the drive threw or inside the restaurant. However they have good customer care and are helpful. My kids enjoy playing in the play area and enjoy their clean and welcoming restaurant.
Its just your typical nightmare of a fast food restaurant drive-thru experience. Not a good one! They always mess something up on my order without fail. I still keep going every one in a while and can't figure out why. They do have the best fountain drinks, oatmeal, and fruit and yogurt parfaits in the fast food industry that's for sure. Maybe that why I keep going back.
1/4/24 2:45pm-3:15pm... If they're going to have new employees run the drive-thru, at least COMPLETELY train them to do simple card transactions! The young man at drive-thru acted like he didn't know how to insert a card! Had to park my car, walk inside and do the transaction myself! Also this location needs more diversity...and equal opportunity for older workers.
Yesterday morning I went to buy 2 large breakfast and one frappe and one coffee, large, so I went home, then in the afternoon I went back to get a coffee refill, but they said they don’t give out refills anymore, so I went to the Rosita taqueria across the street and bought 6 tacos a coffee and a 2 liter coke
They always get my order is wrong. I have to check my meals every time and stuff is either always missing or made the wrong way. I give them grace but if every time my meal is wrong it gets annoying after a while
If I could I would give a low star to this restaurant, I saw this and I walked out, I couldn’t accept this. I would not want flies in my food. So yeah never again, flies everywhere even in the counter, there should be inspection.. honestly..: so yeah for that reason I would not spend money here.disappointed honestly, and I rather get my refund.

I spent almost 40.00 they gave me cold fries. I ask them to give me more the manager took the fries and then come back with hot fries bur cold at the bottom. Done with all Mc Donald won't get my money anymore
Every time I come to this McDonald’s the food is COLD AND STALE. I heard from a few of the employees that the franchise owner is CHEAP and SERVES OLD FOOD IN ORDER TO MAKE A PROFIT. Stay away from this location, unless you want a cold, incorrect order. I went to college for my degree in electrical engineering. But I guess making a fresh double cheeseburger at this location is much harder 🥴
Idk why it says 24hrs drive thru. Wen must of the time the ppl who works there they say it close and it not even the midnight yet.. and can y'all pls put ketchup

The girl at the second window didn’t put our sauces in the bag so we asked if we could get our sauces and she said “huh” with an attitude and rolled her eyes. Why is it okay for them to treat people like that and not be fired. Also food was cold and we sat at the window waiting on our food thinking maybe they were making it fresh but everything was cold.
I sat in the drive thru over 10 mins while other cars pulled in behind me waiting for someone to help me. After I finally pull out to leave since there was no service I saw the employees standing outside smoking. I'll definitely be calling the head office. If you aren't going to give service later at night why stay open late.
