Strappizzami Gallarate Takeaway Pizzeria Via Piave 1 new opening Italian Pizza Chef, delicious pizza!!!! Congratulations
Best pizza, ever had!!! Guys go and try!!!
I was here for the first time about 2 months ago and I found the employees super friendly and available to every need. The pizza is always excellent. Big, beautiful looking, good dough and always fresh and quality products. I have never had a bad experience and since then I have not changed place. I absolutely recommend it!!

What makes me sad about leaving a review like this is that it's from a person with serious problems who sends him out to make deliveries! Rude, arrogant, and lazy, I order a couple of pizzas from Deliveroo (August 22nd, at least the idiot will understand who I am) and when this individual arrives at my house I point out to him that I can't go down to pick up the pizzas, so he starts with a "guy, I work for the restaurant not for you" "for this time, go down and get them, next time order somewhere else" "my boss told me to order elsewhere but for now, go down and get them" and other phrases worthy of the individual until, tired, I point out to him that he would have come up by now and he but in fact all the words he is saying... exhausted I tell him to go back home with the pizzas, he had tired me out and there I also got rude, then in a few seconds he rings my intercom and tells me that he would be up and among other things instead of giving me the exact amount he adds a euro but looking at him he certainly didn't even have the awareness to understand and so I left the change for him. I don't think I've ever had an experience like this since I've been ordering on these platforms for years, and I place at least 10 orders a month. I mean, how can you send people like this around? What kind of sloppiness must the owner have to give him license to tell a customer to order elsewhere next time? And yet, look at this woman who responds to comments trying to offer plausible excuses for poor kitchen service and food preparation times. What's the point of hiring such people into your home? Regardless, the food is good quality, no matter what anyone says, and anyone who criticizes the food is either doing it out of spite or simply doesn't know how to eat!
The Pizza is decent but it not the best. I gave it a 3 star rating because it is excessively thin, therefore if you are on the go (like we were) and would like to eat it with your hand (like we tried to), this could turn up to be quite difficult without having all the topping to fall off the pizza.
I ordered a "Bufala" to take away but when I got home I was surprised: there was no trace of the buffalo mozzarella and the crust was inedible.
I ordered through Just Eat for 8:35 PM, but at 8:50 PM nothing had arrived. The app showed the time as 9 PM. At 9:08 PM, still nothing. I called and they told me it was on its way. The pizza arrived an hour late, without even a freebie. Even though we'd told them to call, the delivery guy didn't call, but instead rang the (broken) intercom several times. Let's also say we'd ordered a Coke, as indicated on the app, but it was actually Pepsi.
I order home delivery, and in my case it arrived half an hour late. The only downside was that the pizzas I received were quite burnt and rubbery. If more time is needed, you can deliver them later, and that's understandable due to workloads or unforeseen circumstances, but the product must arrive in optimal cooking condition. I later experienced digestive problems and nausea, which I never get when eating pizza elsewhere.
New management, old problems. You order and the pizza doesn't arrive on time! It's a shame, just as I stopped with the old one, I'll stop buying pizza with the new one. Management problems shouldn't be passed on to customers. No customers, no money. Good luck. Given your response, I'll try again in 15 days so you'll have time to stabilize your work schedule.
The pizza is very good, unfortunately, and I say unfortunately because for the second time the order is significantly late. The first order placed on March 23rd arrived more than an hour late. Once I called to see if I had to eat my hands instead of pizza, I was told they had a lot of orders and that they would have it ready for us quickly (1 hour and 20 minutes late seems like the minimum speed). They didn't even add a measly 33cl can to the order to apologize for the inconvenience. But oh well, I certainly didn't order just to get a free can. Today, April 5th, I've placed a new order, because sometimes there are nights where you can't manage, so I'll try again hopefully, since the pizza is really good. Oh no, mega late again today. You're under new management from what Google says, please take a little more care of your customers. I remind you that they're the ones who keep you open.
We ordered 7 pizzas with the 8:30/9:00 PM slot. The pizzas arrived at 9:40 PM after two calls. On the last call, the lady hung up on me. I'd say they could improve the service a lot, but I'll definitely never order a pizza from them again, nor will I ever recommend them.
An hour late for two pizzas, even though I didn't even choose the time and they gave me the first available time. I called for updates, but of course they didn't even bother to answer. All this to deliver two tiny pizzas with dough that looks like it was rolled out haphazardly, and they don't even taste particularly great. But don't blame the crisis when certain businesses fail. P.S. Please don't respond like others did, citing the change in management and your changes to "ENSURE BETTER SERVICE" as an excuse. That's a ridiculous excuse, considering the service is terrible anyway.
We ordered take-out pizzas over the phone, agreeing on 7:30 pm, and we got there at that time. We had to wait a good 40 minutes, despite having ordered over the phone and despite it being Thursday. But it didn't end there! Burnt pizzas, hard as a cracker, with very little toppings; I also ordered pizza with vegetables without peppers, and of course they put the peppers in anyway (burnt by the way). We won't be back!!
Tried going but 30 min before closing the staff seemed to have everything packed up.
